00:00:00 00:00:05 hey guys welcome back to my channel
00:00:02 00:00:07 today I have a special guest here Steven
00:00:05 00:00:09 summers who is a successful Amazon
00:00:07 00:00:12 seller and the co-founder of a course
00:00:09 00:00:14 called marketplace superheroes now this
00:00:12 00:00:15 is a course that I've taken years ago
00:00:14 00:00:18 and I've gone through it several times
00:00:15 00:00:19 since it's a reputable course and it's
00:00:18 00:00:21 great for those of you who are just
00:00:19 00:00:23 getting started with Amazon FBA and you
00:00:21 00:00:26 need some direction some clarity you
00:00:23 00:00:28 need to know what to do next so I love
00:00:26 00:00:30 this course and so I want to introduce
00:00:28 00:00:32 it to you so you guys know what options
00:00:30 00:00:35 you have available and in today's video
00:00:32 00:00:37 Stephens going to kind of brief you on
00:00:35 00:00:39 what marketplace superheroes is so you
00:00:37 00:00:42 can determine whether it's a right fit
00:00:39 00:00:44 for you or not so even I want to
00:00:42 00:00:46 introduce you and thank you so much for
00:00:44 00:00:48 being here today well thank you it's a
00:00:46 00:00:51 pleasure to be here on your channel
00:00:48 00:00:52 after you giving us so much value you
00:00:51 00:00:54 know as I mentioned before we went done
00:00:52 00:00:56 I learned so much from you all the time
00:00:54 00:00:58 so yeah they get to come on here and
00:00:56 00:01:00 speak and share what we do is real honor
00:00:58 00:01:03 so you can ask me anything I'll answer
00:01:00 00:01:05 it as much detail as I can Tatyana
00:01:03 00:01:07 awesome well first of all let's dive
00:01:05 00:01:10 into you know marketplace superheroes
00:01:07 00:01:12 when did you first start this course and
00:01:10 00:01:13 why cuz I know that before you started
00:01:12 00:01:16 this course you had been selling on
00:01:13 00:01:18 Amazon for years and you were very
00:01:16 00:01:21 successful so what led you to creating
00:01:18 00:01:23 your own course yeah fantastik so the
00:01:21 00:01:25 reason that myself and Robert my
00:01:23 00:01:27 business partner created microplace
00:01:25 00:01:29 Ribeiro's blows I learned from Roberts
00:01:27 00:01:31 how to sell on Amazon the types of
00:01:29 00:01:33 products we should sell we then came up
00:01:31 00:01:34 with our own unique way of selling on
00:01:33 00:01:36 Amazon which what we can chat about
00:01:34 00:01:38 today of course and really we did it for
00:01:36 00:01:39 a number of years together you know
00:01:38 00:01:42 Robert a lot longer than me he's been
00:01:39 00:01:44 selling since the the Stone Age I think
00:01:42 00:01:46 at this point in time and so we really
00:01:44 00:01:48 got to a point where we saw other people
00:01:46 00:01:50 teaching their way of doing an Amazon
00:01:48 00:01:52 business and really we felt like we'd
00:01:50 00:01:55 something different to share that's our
00:01:52 00:01:57 own methodology that's a very different
00:01:55 00:01:58 methodology I think as well and there's
00:01:57 00:02:01 pros and cons of course which we can
00:01:58 00:02:03 tok about but certainly that's why we
00:02:01 00:02:05 started to be able to share with other
00:02:03 00:02:07 people like the journey that I was on
00:02:05 00:02:10 with Robert as my mentor having gone
00:02:07 00:02:12 from literally no clue about business
00:02:10 00:02:13 online business offline business to
00:02:12 00:02:15 building a business
00:02:13 00:02:17 which was you know we did we were doing
00:02:15 00:02:20 about two million dollars this year
00:02:17 00:02:22 30% net profit margin at that point with
00:02:20 00:02:24 no because no expenses no nothing really
00:02:22 00:02:27 we were just making money it was
00:02:24 00:02:28 enjoyable but again like for me I just
00:02:27 00:02:31 thought back to when I got started like
00:02:28 00:02:33 like your own story Tatiana complete
00:02:31 00:02:36 beginner and wanted to make something
00:02:33 00:02:38 that people could follow to get results
00:02:36 00:02:40 from and could kind of go on the same
00:02:38 00:02:41 journey as we did so that's what we
00:02:40 00:02:44 started five years ago we've helped over
00:02:41 00:02:47 6000 people now which is crazy and you
00:02:44 00:02:49 know we just keep on trucking forward
00:02:47 00:02:51 and helping more people yeah I love it
00:02:49 00:02:53 and I've sent a lot of people through
00:02:51 00:02:55 your course and they rave about it and
00:02:53 00:02:57 say that it's just easy it's user
00:02:55 00:02:59 friendly and easy for beginners because
00:02:57 00:03:01 most of us who are starting Amazon
00:02:59 00:03:03 businesses we don't have business
00:03:01 00:03:05 degrees we are complete beginners and it
00:03:03 00:03:07 can be a bit intimidating because this
00:03:05 00:03:10 is a real business and I think sometimes
00:03:07 00:03:12 we can forget that sometimes people who
00:03:10 00:03:14 are you know watching Amazon FBA videos
00:03:12 00:03:17 on YouTube are intrigued by the idea of
00:03:14 00:03:18 selling on Amazon but they underestimate
00:03:17 00:03:20 that this is a real business just
00:03:18 00:03:22 because it's an online business does not
00:03:20 00:03:24 make it any less of a business and so
00:03:22 00:03:26 it's important to make sure that you are
00:03:24 00:03:28 establishing it with a solid foundation
00:03:26 00:03:31 and you know what you're doing and you
00:03:28 00:03:32 have a clear direction on what to do
00:03:31 00:03:35 otherwise if you're just you know
00:03:32 00:03:37 browsing YouTube and searching on Google
00:03:35 00:03:39 you know it can only get you so far and
00:03:37 00:03:41 it can lead to a lot of wasted money and
00:03:39 00:03:43 waste of time and so I think that
00:03:41 00:03:45 starting with the course is one of the
00:03:43 00:03:47 best ways to get started I know I did
00:03:45 00:03:49 that and it was so important for me
00:03:47 00:03:51 because I would not have there's just so
00:03:49 00:03:54 many things that you don't think about
00:03:51 00:03:56 as a complete beginner that when someone
00:03:54 00:03:58 is providing a course for you it gives
00:03:56 00:04:00 you that step-by-step it brings out
00:03:58 00:04:03 things that you would have never thought
00:04:00 00:04:05 of yourself yeah I agree I did you know
00:04:03 00:04:07 and again I think it's a critikal point
00:04:05 00:04:09 that you know in some ways like I don't
00:04:07 00:04:10 know why but you know in certain circles
00:04:09 00:04:12 like online courses seem to get like a
00:04:10 00:04:15 weird rap which I just don't understand
00:04:12 00:04:16 because for me it's like some people
00:04:15 00:04:19 might say well Steve and Tatiana you're
00:04:16 00:04:20 both successful now so like you know why
00:04:19 00:04:22 are you toking to this why are you
00:04:20 00:04:24 teaching this and it's like like number
00:04:22 00:04:25 one right I mean there's hundreds of
00:04:24 00:04:27 millions of products you can sell on
00:04:25 00:04:28 Amazon so I can't sell them all
00:04:27 00:04:31 Tatiana's wonderful as you are you can
00:04:28 00:04:33 Selma right that's taillights it exactly
00:04:31 00:04:36 right that's the first thing and the
00:04:33 00:04:37 second thing is like you know I remember
00:04:36 00:04:39 when I was coming up and learning how
00:04:37 00:04:40 business worked and reading personal
00:04:39 00:04:42 development books people would say this
00:04:40 00:04:44 right and I would not believe them just
00:04:42 00:04:47 for anybody watching they would say well
00:04:44 00:04:49 my goal is to like help people I want to
00:04:47 00:04:50 help people it's not about money to me
00:04:49 00:04:52 you know it's great that I make money
00:04:50 00:04:53 helping people but I want to help people
00:04:52 00:04:55 right and I would you I would usually
00:04:53 00:04:58 think oh this person is full of you know
00:04:55 00:05:00 what right but genuinely like I've got
00:04:58 00:05:02 the point in my life now where like
00:05:00 00:05:04 we've made a lot of money from from the
00:05:02 00:05:05 Amazon business from teaching from our
00:05:04 00:05:07 other companies like our freight
00:05:05 00:05:09 business as well and stuff like that but
00:05:07 00:05:11 the end of the day like the thing that
00:05:09 00:05:13 does get me up in the morning is seeing
00:05:11 00:05:15 our members succeeding and I know that's
00:05:13 00:05:17 true for you as well and again like I
00:05:15 00:05:19 mean I could just not make and like you
00:05:17 00:05:22 not make YouTube content not to anything
00:05:19 00:05:24 like that continue on as we do and do
00:05:22 00:05:25 very well but really like my goal and
00:05:24 00:05:29 the reason I align so well with you is
00:05:25 00:05:31 because we're trying to impact the world
00:05:29 00:05:33 in some way and you know you're doing a
00:05:31 00:05:35 phenomenal job of that with your YouTube
00:05:33 00:05:36 channel we're we're truckin are trying
00:05:35 00:05:38 to grow our channel as well but you know
00:05:36 00:05:40 we're both doing our bit and I think for
00:05:38 00:05:42 anybody watching today just know that
00:05:40 00:05:45 like everything we toked about is seyd
00:05:42 00:05:47 with that in mind with that like I
00:05:45 00:05:48 really do for you watching I would love
00:05:47 00:05:51 to be able to help you and if it's not
00:05:48 00:05:53 me as terrianna just said get a course I
00:05:51 00:05:54 get get the proven model first and then
00:05:53 00:05:56 down the line you can innovate that's
00:05:54 00:05:58 why I would say absolutely I love that
00:05:56 00:06:00 you just shared that and it's so true
00:05:58 00:06:02 because I actually I personally also see
00:06:00 00:06:03 a a number of comments on my channel
00:06:02 00:06:05 where people are like well why would she
00:06:03 00:06:07 just share all this information why is
00:06:05 00:06:09 she giving this alway what's the catch
00:06:07 00:06:11 and it's kind of like Maslow's hierarchy
00:06:09 00:06:13 of needs right you're in survival mode
00:06:11 00:06:15 and when you're in survival mode it's
00:06:13 00:06:17 all about me it's take take cage because
00:06:15 00:06:19 you're worried about your own survival
00:06:17 00:06:21 but once you've hit a certain level of
00:06:19 00:06:23 success you're comfortable in your
00:06:21 00:06:25 lifestyle you're able to afford certain
00:06:23 00:06:26 things it's really you're at a place
00:06:25 00:06:29 where it's like it's more about
00:06:26 00:06:31 contribution and I think that's what it
00:06:29 00:06:33 is for you that's what it is for me I
00:06:31 00:06:35 actually thoroughly enjoy creating
00:06:33 00:06:37 content about business I walk down the
00:06:35 00:06:38 streets and I'm thinking about videos
00:06:37 00:06:41 for YouTube and it's an enjoyable
00:06:38 00:06:43 process some people
00:06:41 00:06:45 wrap their minds around this being
00:06:43 00:06:47 authentik because they're at a different
00:06:45 00:06:50 stage right now and that's totally wrong
00:06:47 00:06:50 I understand that but this is you know I
00:06:50 00:06:52 know
00:06:50 00:06:54 Stephen you're an incredible guy in your
00:06:52 00:06:56 course is an incredible chorus and I I
00:06:54 00:06:58 definitely would put my reputation
00:06:56 00:07:00 online recommending it to my audience
00:06:58 00:07:02 because I've been through a lot of
00:07:00 00:07:04 different courses that you know are
00:07:02 00:07:06 popular on YouTube and there are some
00:07:04 00:07:09 good ones but there are also some that
00:07:06 00:07:13 are you know just not worth the money
00:07:09 00:07:15 and I only recommend a small handful of
00:07:13 00:07:18 courses to my audience and this is one
00:07:15 00:07:20 of them so having said that maybe you
00:07:18 00:07:23 can share a little bit more about MPs
00:07:20 00:07:26 age and why it's unique and why it's
00:07:23 00:07:28 also the methodology is a great approach
00:07:26 00:07:31 for those just getting started Amazon
00:07:28 00:07:33 FBA and also for those who maybe don't
00:07:31 00:07:35 have a ton of money to invest with this
00:07:33 00:07:37 business sure I'd love to yeah
00:07:35 00:07:39 absolutely so the first thing is this
00:07:37 00:07:41 like there's two different camps and
00:07:39 00:07:42 when it comes to building a business in
00:07:41 00:07:44 Amazon I would say right there the first
00:07:42 00:07:46 camp is what we teach we call it the
00:07:44 00:07:48 marketplace method and then you've got
00:07:46 00:07:50 the other camp which is a great camp as
00:07:48 00:07:51 well it's called a brand method right so
00:07:50 00:07:53 there's programs out there that really
00:07:51 00:07:55 do a great job of teaching the brand
00:07:53 00:07:56 method which I'll define as you know you
00:07:55 00:07:59 want to build a brand and you want to
00:07:56 00:08:00 utilize Amazon as one of the ways to
00:07:59 00:08:03 grow that brand right and that's super
00:08:00 00:08:05 but we're on the other side and really
00:08:03 00:08:07 the experience we've had from what we've
00:08:05 00:08:09 personally built is a business where we
00:08:07 00:08:10 sell all different kinds of products on
00:08:09 00:08:12 Amazon we make a small number of sales
00:08:10 00:08:15 in a lot of different products in a
00:08:12 00:08:18 multiple of Amazon countries at the same
00:08:15 00:08:19 time and it really helps us build a
00:08:18 00:08:21 business that is a lot more simple to
00:08:19 00:08:22 sign you know it's something know not
00:08:21 00:08:24 that it's difficult to start a brand
00:08:22 00:08:26 business but it is simpler just that
00:08:24 00:08:28 right now but also it's cool because we
00:08:26 00:08:29 can trade these simple products from
00:08:28 00:08:31 multiple countries and so I suppose
00:08:29 00:08:33 that's the key difference that we would
00:08:31 00:08:35 sell a lot of products that in some
00:08:33 00:08:37 cases are unrelated I'm a really
00:08:35 00:08:38 treating Amazon I would say like a stok
00:08:37 00:08:40 market it's a good way to look at it
00:08:38 00:08:42 where we're looking at the market and
00:08:40 00:08:44 we're seeing water products out there
00:08:42 00:08:46 that are low competition that are proven
00:08:44 00:08:48 to sell but that you know the offers
00:08:46 00:08:50 aren't great the listings aren't very
00:08:48 00:08:52 good we could easily come in and improve
00:08:50 00:08:54 those create our own new branded version
00:08:52 00:08:57 and then we could take those items
00:08:54 00:08:59 and sell them not just in say amazon.com
00:08:57 00:09:01 but we can sell them an Amazon Europe at
00:08:59 00:09:04 the same time and beyond and so I would
00:09:01 00:09:06 say it's multiple markets as simple
00:09:04 00:09:07 products and small number of sales and
00:09:06 00:09:09 and just to break it down as well
00:09:07 00:09:11 Tatiana we call it we call the rule of
00:09:09 00:09:13 five and if you watch our web class you
00:09:11 00:09:14 know here's tok about it I'll just
00:09:13 00:09:16 cover really quickly for anybody who's
00:09:14 00:09:18 not heard it cuz it's really cool we say
00:09:16 00:09:20 look if you'd five Amazon products you
00:09:18 00:09:23 sell them in five Amazon markets the
00:09:20 00:09:25 same time you're making five sales per
00:09:23 00:09:28 day per product in each country at an
00:09:25 00:09:29 average net profit of five dollars ish
00:09:28 00:09:31 right just to give it the rule of five
00:09:29 00:09:34 that's a monthly net profit in that
00:09:31 00:09:36 little model of eighteen thousand seven
00:09:34 00:09:38 hundred and fifty dollars so why that's
00:09:36 00:09:39 cool is like it's a small number product
00:09:38 00:09:42 small number of sales in each country
00:09:39 00:09:44 and compounds so again even if you've a
00:09:42 00:09:46 brand business by the way you still have
00:09:44 00:09:48 that same opportunity and we've actually
00:09:46 00:09:49 seen a number of people who have a
00:09:48 00:09:52 really cool brand and they just wanted
00:09:49 00:09:53 to expand it into more countries and so
00:09:52 00:09:55 they just learn that process from us and
00:09:53 00:09:57 did that on Amazon and got great results
00:09:55 00:10:01 from that I also have a really good
00:09:57 00:10:03 friend of mine Ryan who who is who's got
00:10:01 00:10:05 a hair care brand and he actually
00:10:03 00:10:07 utilized our process as well to identify
00:10:05 00:10:09 new products in different markets that
00:10:07 00:10:10 they weren't in so I would say for
00:10:09 00:10:12 anybody watching who's a complete
00:10:10 00:10:15 beginner it just simplifies the process
00:10:12 00:10:16 you don't have to get into you know
00:10:15 00:10:18 building your own website and stuff
00:10:16 00:10:20 which is great but you don't have to do
00:10:18 00:10:21 that you don't have to learn a traffic
00:10:20 00:10:24 methods off of Amazon we do stay on
00:10:21 00:10:27 Amazon I'm use Amazon sponsored products
00:10:24 00:10:28 to drive some initial sales and
00:10:27 00:10:31 obviously scale those sales and so
00:10:28 00:10:33 anybody that's watching that they're the
00:10:31 00:10:34 key differences I would say there's
00:10:33 00:10:37 nothing wrong with either approach
00:10:34 00:10:38 they're both great the unseen the
00:10:37 00:10:40 drawbacks to our methodology just to be
00:10:38 00:10:43 clear is like you're not building your
00:10:40 00:10:45 own website right so yes you they're not
00:10:43 00:10:47 your customers they're amazon's
00:10:45 00:10:49 customers without on the other side what
00:10:47 00:10:51 we see a lot of people do which again
00:10:49 00:10:53 i'm gonna have you on tatyana to teach
00:10:51 00:10:55 our channel is people they become
00:10:53 00:10:58 successful with different products then
00:10:55 00:10:59 they say you don't know something i want
00:10:58 00:11:01 to turn these into a brand no because
00:10:59 00:11:03 because i've validated real sales and
00:11:01 00:11:05 amazon i'm making money now i'm gonna go
00:11:03 00:11:06 and do this but we've actually had a
00:11:05 00:11:08 number of members who are now
00:11:06 00:11:11 approaching the seven-figure
00:11:08 00:11:13 new yearly level at a bit of 30 percent
00:11:11 00:11:14 net profit and they're just on Amazon
00:11:13 00:11:16 and they're global and they're just
00:11:14 00:11:18 selling lots of simple products and
00:11:16 00:11:19 they're doing really well as a lifestyle
00:11:18 00:11:21 business and I think that's the key
00:11:19 00:11:24 thing we really do teach it as a
00:11:21 00:11:26 lifestyle business as well yeah awesome
00:11:24 00:11:28 yeah I think for me my perspective is
00:11:26 00:11:30 one reason I think that it's a great
00:11:28 00:11:33 course for those just getting started is
00:11:30 00:11:34 because a lot of people don't know what
00:11:33 00:11:36 kind of product they want to build a
00:11:34 00:11:38 brand around you know a lot of people
00:11:36 00:11:41 have no idea what niche they want to be
00:11:38 00:11:43 in and so that feeling the pressure to
00:11:41 00:11:46 build a brand and pick a product that's
00:11:43 00:11:49 gonna be a brand that you're gonna build
00:11:46 00:11:51 in a long term it's causes analysis
00:11:49 00:11:52 paralysis and some oh and then they
00:11:51 00:11:54 don't move forward with product
00:11:52 00:11:56 selection because it's such a big thing
00:11:54 00:11:59 but with your methodology it's just
00:11:56 00:12:00 let's just find a simple product we
00:11:59 00:12:02 don't have to worry about building a
00:12:00 00:12:04 brand or out it it's just an everyday
00:12:02 00:12:06 product that people are buying on Amazon
00:12:04 00:12:08 it can be a cheap product so you don't
00:12:06 00:12:11 have to invest a fortune into inventory
00:12:08 00:12:13 which is good for those who are not able
00:12:11 00:12:15 to invest too much into their Amazon FBA
00:12:13 00:12:16 business and then also you don't have to
00:12:15 00:12:19 spend so much money on external
00:12:16 00:12:20 marketing so for example if you are
00:12:19 00:12:23 building your brand you want to do you
00:12:20 00:12:24 know your facebook marketing and you
00:12:23 00:12:25 know there's so many different types
00:12:24 00:12:28 marking every type of marketing if you
00:12:25 00:12:31 can everything right but then what your
00:12:28 00:12:34 methodology it's just really focusing it
00:12:31 00:12:35 on the Amazon platform yes exactly and
00:12:34 00:12:37 it's that stok market approach as well
00:12:35 00:12:39 I'm like for anybody watching and your
00:12:37 00:12:41 real goal is to build a brand I would
00:12:39 00:12:42 say then our methodology you know it
00:12:41 00:12:44 probably isn't right for you and that's
00:12:42 00:12:47 totally cool by the way like I just I I
00:12:44 00:12:48 want to work with people who are who are
00:12:47 00:12:50 like saying yeah that sounds right to me
00:12:48 00:12:53 that sounds interesting to me but
00:12:50 00:12:54 equally I have also seen people who just
00:12:53 00:12:56 like you said Tatiana they started out
00:12:54 00:12:58 with the the real goal of building the
00:12:56 00:12:59 brand and then they kind of look at what
00:12:58 00:13:00 we're doing they're saying well actually
00:12:59 00:13:02 I'll try some different products with
00:13:00 00:13:05 this methodology and I'll see how they
00:13:02 00:13:07 go and then I'll go from there so yeah
00:13:05 00:13:08 definitely and I like what you said as
00:13:07 00:13:10 well about you know the startup budget
00:13:08 00:13:12 and stuff like that a lot of people say
00:13:10 00:13:13 things like you're gonna have to have a
00:13:12 00:13:15 whole container of products you know
00:13:13 00:13:18 it's gonna cost you tens of thousands to
00:13:15 00:13:19 get started and I really doesn't
00:13:18 00:13:21 unequally like if you wanna start for
00:13:19 00:13:23 $100 that's too low
00:13:21 00:13:25 I'm by the way Tatyana you've got some
00:13:23 00:13:26 amazing videos on how much it costs to
00:13:25 00:13:29 get started and stuff which I'm how you
00:13:26 00:13:30 recommend people watch recently yeah I
00:13:29 00:13:31 highly recommend people watch those
00:13:30 00:13:33 because they're really really good i
00:13:31 00:13:35 watch them myself and I think they're
00:13:33 00:13:37 brave but yeah like so it's not gonna
00:13:35 00:13:38 cost you tens of thousands at all but at
00:13:37 00:13:40 the same time you want to come into this
00:13:38 00:13:42 business ready to to put some capital
00:13:40 00:13:44 upfront you know anywhere from you know
00:13:42 00:13:46 at the very minimal I'd say maybe
00:13:44 00:13:48 they're five hundred dollars to I'm said
00:13:46 00:13:50 that at the higher end at three thousand
00:13:48 00:13:51 dollars that would be very high-end that
00:13:50 00:13:53 would be quite expensive I would say for
00:13:51 00:13:55 your first product and I would say like
00:13:53 00:13:57 you know your goal should be to try and
00:13:55 00:13:59 get to anywhere from one to five
00:13:57 00:14:01 products in your first year would be
00:13:59 00:14:03 great some people move a little slower
00:14:01 00:14:05 that's absolutely fine but the real
00:14:03 00:14:07 thing you're looking for in this
00:14:05 00:14:08 business and any business really is you
00:14:07 00:14:10 just looking for them for some proof of
00:14:08 00:14:12 concept I I can tell you know in our
00:14:10 00:14:14 marketplace superheroes world and our
00:14:12 00:14:16 community on Facebook that people
00:14:14 00:14:18 remember when they join in on that I'll
00:14:16 00:14:20 tell you the pose they get the most
00:14:18 00:14:22 likes the most comments are the ones
00:14:20 00:14:24 where people say I made my first sale
00:14:22 00:14:26 that's the thing right because it's like
00:14:24 00:14:28 you know you remember your first sale
00:14:26 00:14:31 Tatiana yeah it was I remember I was
00:14:28 00:14:33 actually in a hotel room and it was
00:14:31 00:14:34 nighttime and I was tracking and all of
00:14:33 00:14:36 a sudden I saw silk and when I was
00:14:34 00:14:38 jumping up and down on the bed and the
00:14:36 00:14:40 hotel room was like a little girl so
00:14:38 00:14:42 excited yeah and I said like and I
00:14:40 00:14:45 remember to like I remember that as a
00:14:42 00:14:46 feeling that I did this I went from
00:14:45 00:14:49 complete start
00:14:46 00:14:51 I found a product I made a better offer
00:14:49 00:14:53 I got my own I put my own brand on it we
00:14:51 00:14:55 do put a brand on I just you know I got
00:14:53 00:14:57 into stoks and selling them and that
00:14:55 00:15:00 feeling is so good so I think as well my
00:14:57 00:15:01 point is you might come into this
00:15:00 00:15:03 business like a lot of people myself
00:15:01 00:15:05 included thinking I'm gonna try start
00:15:03 00:15:07 very like cautiously which is
00:15:05 00:15:09 understandable I would highly recommend
00:15:07 00:15:10 everybody does that but when you get
00:15:09 00:15:12 that proof of concept you get that
00:15:10 00:15:14 belief of those first sales that's when
00:15:12 00:15:16 you'll start to say wow this is actually
00:15:14 00:15:18 really working now and I think I'm gonna
00:15:16 00:15:20 I'm gonna do more at this and also just
00:15:18 00:15:22 bear in mind something I wish I knew
00:15:20 00:15:24 this years ago and I didn't learn until
00:15:22 00:15:27 much later it was like when you start
00:15:24 00:15:29 selling your products on Amazon you have
00:15:27 00:15:32 real market data and you can bring that
00:15:29 00:15:33 data to like I mean like I did right
00:15:32 00:15:34 eventually like a lending institution
00:15:33 00:15:36 like a bank right
00:15:34 00:15:38 don't panic anybody I'm not gonna tell
00:15:36 00:15:40 you to take big loans or anything but
00:15:38 00:15:41 the reality is right that when you're
00:15:40 00:15:43 starting up your business you have a
00:15:41 00:15:45 limited capital pool now you've built
00:15:43 00:15:47 something with your own effort that's
00:15:45 00:15:49 makin money it's makin sale that's
00:15:47 00:15:51 making profit as well you can bring that
00:15:49 00:15:53 information to anybody and say look
00:15:51 00:15:54 here's my sales here's how much I'm
00:15:53 00:15:56 selling here's a bunch of making here's
00:15:54 00:15:58 a most costly imported I have all the
00:15:56 00:16:01 information on what I want you to do now
00:15:58 00:16:03 is help me fund those products and so
00:16:01 00:16:05 you're not asking someone to fund an
00:16:03 00:16:08 unproven idea they're funding something
00:16:05 00:16:09 that's working that's a huge thing that
00:16:08 00:16:10 a lot of people don't do they'll
00:16:09 00:16:11 understand
00:16:10 00:16:13 I didn't understand it but when you
00:16:11 00:16:15 realize that you're like wow so
00:16:13 00:16:17 something is it's proven to make money
00:16:15 00:16:19 somebody can see that now I can have
00:16:17 00:16:21 someone help me fund it and I can then
00:16:19 00:16:23 bring in more products so for anyone
00:16:21 00:16:25 wondering like how can I start to grow
00:16:23 00:16:27 this that's just one way that you can do
00:16:25 00:16:29 it you know that's great I'm really
00:16:27 00:16:30 happy that you pointed that out and one
00:16:29 00:16:32 thing I'll say I want to share with my
00:16:30 00:16:35 followers is that you know I actually
00:16:32 00:16:37 kind of started with your methodology of
00:16:35 00:16:39 just like launching products on Amazon I
00:16:37 00:16:42 had no intention of building a brand and
00:16:39 00:16:43 now in hindsight I'm really glad I did
00:16:42 00:16:45 it that way because if I were to have
00:16:43 00:16:49 started with my first product building
00:16:45 00:16:51 my brand I would not have been equipped
00:16:49 00:16:53 with the experience that I needed to
00:16:51 00:16:54 really make it the success that it is
00:16:53 00:16:56 and maybe some people you know they have
00:16:54 00:16:58 a tremendous success with their first
00:16:56 00:17:00 for me I was really grateful to have the
00:16:58 00:17:02 first and the second product of just
00:17:00 00:17:05 like a private label product just
00:17:02 00:17:06 strictly selling it on Amazon that was
00:17:05 00:17:09 invaluable for me so that was a really
00:17:06 00:17:11 great way to start yeah it's funny I can
00:17:09 00:17:12 just tell you real brief sorry to cut
00:17:11 00:17:14 you off but I just a really brief e on
00:17:12 00:17:16 that just while it's in my head my first
00:17:14 00:17:18 product was a cream canvas wardrobe I
00:17:16 00:17:20 tok about it a lot and the great thing
00:17:18 00:17:22 like you just said was the biggest
00:17:20 00:17:24 lesson that taught me was I picked the
00:17:22 00:17:25 wrong product because I just washed it I
00:17:24 00:17:27 didn't have all the methodology I have
00:17:25 00:17:30 now but the thing was I didn't lose
00:17:27 00:17:31 money I broke even but the lessons I
00:17:30 00:17:34 learned in lessons you learned I'm sure
00:17:31 00:17:35 as well from your first product like you
00:17:34 00:17:37 you literally can't buy those lessons
00:17:35 00:17:39 because you've got through something
00:17:37 00:17:41 that the barrier I call pulling the
00:17:39 00:17:44 trigger barrier and that's the thing we
00:17:41 00:17:46 see all the time it's like going from I
00:17:44 00:17:48 haven't placed the order to its placed
00:17:46 00:17:50 is very it's a very big
00:17:48 00:17:52 when you're just starting right and so
00:17:50 00:17:54 when you do that for the first time I
00:17:52 00:17:55 know it's just easy now because we've
00:17:54 00:17:58 done it so many times but you've read
00:17:55 00:18:00 your self into like the one percent
00:17:58 00:18:01 right where the people who do it the
00:18:00 00:18:03 people who've gone and made it happen
00:18:01 00:18:05 and the lessons you're gonna learn there
00:18:03 00:18:06 are just they're enormous so even on
00:18:05 00:18:08 your first product if you didn't make
00:18:06 00:18:11 any money you just broke even you will
00:18:08 00:18:13 have gotten like I caught like better
00:18:11 00:18:15 than University degree in this thing
00:18:13 00:18:18 yeah I say that all the time it's really
00:18:15 00:18:19 your experience it's what you learn and
00:18:18 00:18:21 that knowledge you have in there nobody
00:18:19 00:18:23 can take that away and I know you know
00:18:21 00:18:24 even if all my business was taken away
00:18:23 00:18:26 everything was taken away I have this
00:18:24 00:18:28 experience that is so valuable for me
00:18:26 00:18:30 now I can build anything back up in a
00:18:28 00:18:32 far less time and have it be way more of
00:18:30 00:18:35 a success because of that experience
00:18:32 00:18:37 fully agree so Steven I wanted to ask
00:18:35 00:18:39 you so you guys kind of teach about
00:18:37 00:18:43 opening up in different marketplaces for
00:18:39 00:18:44 example you know the UK or the EU u.s.
00:18:43 00:18:46 can you kind of explain that a little
00:18:44 00:18:49 bit which marketplaces are you focusing
00:18:46 00:18:51 on and you're a fool to do that yeah
00:18:49 00:18:53 absolutely so a lot of people watching
00:18:51 00:18:54 you I mean the great thing about your
00:18:53 00:18:56 channel is people all over the world
00:18:54 00:18:57 watching this right now so like I'll try
00:18:56 00:18:59 to make it as simple as I can and
00:18:57 00:19:01 because it is relatively simple like
00:18:59 00:19:03 amazon.com is still a phenomenal market
00:19:01 00:19:05 and anybody who tells you lay
00:19:03 00:19:07 unsaturated or anything like that it
00:19:05 00:19:08 doesn't make sense just adjust that real
00:19:07 00:19:11 quick on this for anybody watching right
00:19:08 00:19:15 consider this right now ecommerce sales
00:19:11 00:19:18 are not even 14% of retail sales in the
00:19:15 00:19:20 US so it's impossible that Amazon has
00:19:18 00:19:22 saturated the entire market simply
00:19:20 00:19:25 because there's only a small percentage
00:19:22 00:19:26 of the full retail world buying online
00:19:25 00:19:29 number one right the mom zone is
00:19:26 00:19:32 humongous no doubt but it's not like
00:19:29 00:19:33 it's saturated number one okay certain
00:19:32 00:19:35 products are saturated right but we
00:19:33 00:19:37 don't we don't sell those like you teach
00:19:35 00:19:38 great processes we do we don't sell
00:19:37 00:19:40 those products right that's the first
00:19:38 00:19:42 thing and so you'll be selling on
00:19:40 00:19:44 amazon.com absolutely now the
00:19:42 00:19:46 interesting thing about Europe selling
00:19:44 00:19:48 on Europe in Europe on Amazon is that
00:19:46 00:19:51 right now like there's five main
00:19:48 00:19:54 countries right there's Germany France
00:19:51 00:19:56 Italy Spain UK right and the really cool
00:19:54 00:19:59 thing is that when you sell on
00:19:56 00:20:01 amazon.com typically Amazon will tell
00:19:59 00:20:04 you to send your product to maybe a cop
00:20:01 00:20:07 different warehouses right depends but
00:20:04 00:20:09 in the UK in Europe you only have to
00:20:07 00:20:10 send stok to one country right you
00:20:09 00:20:12 don't have to send them to all the
00:20:10 00:20:15 countries one country less you say it's
00:20:12 00:20:17 the UK it's held in stok they're in the
00:20:15 00:20:19 UK and you just translate your listings
00:20:17 00:20:21 to those that are languages and just
00:20:19 00:20:23 like that you can sell them five
00:20:21 00:20:24 different markets in Europe like from
00:20:23 00:20:26 one place and Amazon will ship it out
00:20:24 00:20:28 they'll do all the customer support so
00:20:26 00:20:30 you don't have to learn German or
00:20:28 00:20:32 Spanish they'll do it it's all good
00:20:30 00:20:34 and you know for anybody watching who's
00:20:32 00:20:36 maybe thinking oh well I couldn't sell
00:20:34 00:20:37 internationally look like we helped a
00:20:36 00:20:40 lot kind of stuff we've been doing this
00:20:37 00:20:41 for years so don't worry about that
00:20:40 00:20:43 right now
00:20:41 00:20:46 just know that selling in Europe is
00:20:43 00:20:48 simple selling amazon.com is simple now
00:20:46 00:20:49 there's other countries like Canada and
00:20:48 00:20:51 Mexico I don't really recommend them to
00:20:49 00:20:53 start out on a personally and the only
00:20:51 00:20:54 reason for that is you would have
00:20:53 00:20:57 probably different experience being
00:20:54 00:20:58 Canadian but but for us non-canadians it
00:20:57 00:21:01 can be tricky to ship in products and
00:20:58 00:21:02 sometimes we just spend a little bit of
00:21:01 00:21:05 difficulty but that's ourselves
00:21:02 00:21:06 personally and in Mexico we just haven't
00:21:05 00:21:08 sent that much inventory down there some
00:21:06 00:21:10 of our members haven't done well but you
00:21:08 00:21:12 do have to send inventory to those
00:21:10 00:21:15 markets separately so it was right as of
00:21:12 00:21:17 this video like so so for me calm and
00:21:15 00:21:19 Europe they're phenomenal markets to
00:21:17 00:21:21 started in and then you know you do have
00:21:19 00:21:22 Australia that's coming on which we have
00:21:21 00:21:24 a warehouse there which our members are
00:21:22 00:21:25 starting to send Stokton air which will
00:21:24 00:21:28 grow but the big lesson for everybody
00:21:25 00:21:30 watching today is every time Amazon
00:21:28 00:21:32 opens a new country you can get a pay
00:21:30 00:21:34 rise that's what I always tell people
00:21:32 00:21:36 because you get more customers you can
00:21:34 00:21:39 get in front of more people and really
00:21:36 00:21:41 as as you become more confident with
00:21:39 00:21:43 this business over time will happen
00:21:41 00:21:45 right away but over time and you put
00:21:43 00:21:47 your stok into more countries you can
00:21:45 00:21:49 be first to get there very very quickly
00:21:47 00:21:51 and we've done that in the past we were
00:21:49 00:21:53 really quickly into certain countries
00:21:51 00:21:55 and we just we just dominated very
00:21:53 00:21:57 quickly without anything special simply
00:21:55 00:22:00 because there's a there's a catalogue
00:21:57 00:22:03 gap between even amazon.com it has the
00:22:00 00:22:06 most products Amazon the European sites
00:22:03 00:22:07 have like literally as say Dakota UK is
00:22:06 00:22:10 the second-biggest
00:22:07 00:22:13 from calm in terms of products size many
00:22:10 00:22:14 products it's like 200 million less
00:22:13 00:22:15 items are in there in that market so
00:22:14 00:22:17 that's another thing
00:22:15 00:22:19 consider like sometimes Europe can
00:22:17 00:22:20 become I've seen it being bigger for
00:22:19 00:22:23 some of our clients than even calm
00:22:20 00:22:24 because of things like that so they
00:22:23 00:22:26 would be the markets I'd highly
00:22:24 00:22:28 recommend but if you're like tell me
00:22:26 00:22:30 Stephen where should I start now I just
00:22:28 00:22:33 be like if you're in Europe start there
00:22:30 00:22:36 if you're in US Canada in North America
00:22:33 00:22:38 start there right great advice yeah for
00:22:36 00:22:41 sure and so just to clarify for those of
00:22:38 00:22:42 you watching this is an online course
00:22:41 00:22:44 that we're sharing some market place to
00:22:42 00:22:45 clear here's is an online course you
00:22:44 00:22:49 don't have to go and attend anything in
00:22:45 00:22:51 person and people get you know lifetime
00:22:49 00:22:53 access to the course I assume when they
00:22:51 00:22:55 buy the course you get lifetime access
00:22:53 00:22:57 to it so you can go and you can take the
00:22:55 00:22:59 course anytime anywhere as long as
00:22:57 00:23:01 you've got internet access you can log
00:22:59 00:23:04 into your online portal you can replay
00:23:01 00:23:05 all the sessions so that's why I love a
00:23:04 00:23:07 course because sometimes people say oh I
00:23:05 00:23:09 want to hire a mentor to teach me
00:23:07 00:23:11 step-by-step you can't really replay the
00:23:09 00:23:12 mentor unless you're recording the
00:23:11 00:23:14 session you know it's just the online
00:23:12 00:23:17 course is so much more effective and
00:23:14 00:23:19 efficient and so you have full access to
00:23:17 00:23:22 that so I just want to clarify that and
00:23:19 00:23:24 then also how many modules are in your
00:23:22 00:23:27 course and how long does it take one to
00:23:24 00:23:28 complete the course yes that's a great
00:23:27 00:23:31 question so I would say like it's one of
00:23:28 00:23:33 those things it's like like you don't
00:23:31 00:23:34 complete life right so it's kind of like
00:23:33 00:23:35 that a little bit you know in that like
00:23:34 00:23:38 we have a certain number of modules
00:23:35 00:23:39 people they hit them hard they take
00:23:38 00:23:41 that's like the core lessons at the
00:23:39 00:23:42 start like finding the right products
00:23:41 00:23:45 speaking to right suppliers in total
00:23:42 00:23:47 there's 12 modules however as we go
00:23:45 00:23:49 forward and anybody who joins our
00:23:47 00:23:50 programs as we update them like we still
00:23:49 00:23:52 you get access to those of theta
00:23:50 00:23:53 programs you know we don't do any weird
00:23:52 00:23:55 like that and we're probably gonna
00:23:53 00:23:57 actually pair them a little bit in
00:23:55 00:23:59 future versions as we go forward right
00:23:57 00:24:01 now twelve modules not the same thing
00:23:59 00:24:02 you know it's just we I think we can
00:24:01 00:24:04 pair some stuff down a little bit but
00:24:02 00:24:07 twelve modules probably be more like ten
00:24:04 00:24:08 as we update things as we go forward but
00:24:07 00:24:11 in there the first phase of the program
00:24:08 00:24:13 the first five modules are so it's all
00:24:11 00:24:15 about mindset number one and again that
00:24:13 00:24:16 is really important to think the right
00:24:15 00:24:18 way right through to finding the right
00:24:16 00:24:20 products finding the right suppliers
00:24:18 00:24:21 placing your orders all that kind of
00:24:20 00:24:23 stuff is covered there and the second
00:24:21 00:24:25 phase of the program is more about
00:24:23 00:24:27 getting your stok into Amazon hey you
00:24:25 00:24:29 do your listings how you run some simple
00:24:27 00:24:31 PPC to get some initial sales
00:24:29 00:24:32 action etc and then obviously had expand
00:24:31 00:24:34 into those different markets and stuff
00:24:32 00:24:37 like that so two phases and that's
00:24:34 00:24:39 pretty much how it operates and you know
00:24:37 00:24:41 we're always looking for ways to make
00:24:39 00:24:43 the course get you to the results even
00:24:41 00:24:46 faster and to make it simpler and
00:24:43 00:24:47 simpler and so you know as you as we go
00:24:46 00:24:49 forward as you learn with us for the for
00:24:47 00:24:50 the lifetime as you mentioned you know
00:24:49 00:24:52 you'll see that and you'll see us like
00:24:50 00:24:54 really we constantly think about it and
00:24:52 00:24:56 we constantly share like the best ideas
00:24:54 00:24:58 that are working right now and really
00:24:56 00:24:59 our methodology like it's funny a lot of
00:24:58 00:25:01 people they have to change their models
00:24:59 00:25:03 so many different times and we have not
00:25:01 00:25:05 changed all that much really in what we
00:25:03 00:25:07 teach over the last number years and
00:25:05 00:25:09 it's not gonna really change drastikally
00:25:07 00:25:12 anytime soon certain things of command
00:25:09 00:25:14 like Amazon PBC has become huge like
00:25:12 00:25:16 that was just not even available a few
00:25:14 00:25:18 years ago obviously new markets are
00:25:16 00:25:20 coming on that's big we constantly
00:25:18 00:25:21 update there so yeah we're in them for
00:25:20 00:25:24 the long haul with all of you that are
00:25:21 00:25:26 joining we love the fact that we get to
00:25:24 00:25:28 kind of create this really long term
00:25:26 00:25:29 relationship where we get to teach you
00:25:28 00:25:32 and that's that's what's all about
00:25:29 00:25:33 totally and that brings me into the you
00:25:32 00:25:35 know one of the main reasons why I love
00:25:33 00:25:39 recommending you guys is the incredible
00:25:35 00:25:41 support that you offer to your course
00:25:39 00:25:43 customers and clients and and members
00:25:41 00:25:45 and you guys just go above and beyond
00:25:43 00:25:47 so maybe share a little bit about what
00:25:45 00:25:49 kind of support people can expect to
00:25:47 00:25:52 receive when they join absolutely well
00:25:49 00:25:54 the one thing that I really don't like
00:25:52 00:25:56 and I've seen it before in my own life
00:25:54 00:25:58 right is you take a course and then you
00:25:56 00:26:00 like ask question in a Facebook group or
00:25:58 00:26:03 whatever and it takes days to get an
00:26:00 00:26:05 answer like that's that's not good and I
00:26:03 00:26:06 thankfully a lot of people who who did
00:26:05 00:26:09 that in the past are no longer making
00:26:06 00:26:11 courses which is great and so for us you
00:26:09 00:26:13 know we have to have world-class support
00:26:11 00:26:15 it's as simple as that and you will have
00:26:13 00:26:17 a question and you do want them answer
00:26:15 00:26:19 as quick as possible and we get that so
00:26:17 00:26:21 our Facebook group like literally we
00:26:19 00:26:29 sometimes are answering questions within
00:26:21 00:26:30 minutes too much to be honest but but I
00:26:29 00:26:32 loved I loved doing it but we do have
00:26:30 00:26:34 actually a whole team of coaches it's
00:26:32 00:26:36 not just myself and Robert anymore and
00:26:34 00:26:38 we've been there five or six coaches now
00:26:36 00:26:40 four of which are moderators and they're
00:26:38 00:26:42 constantly in we have somebody in
00:26:40 00:26:43 Australia was with people in the US we
00:26:42 00:26:45 people in Europe
00:26:43 00:26:47 and so we cover all the time zones as
00:26:45 00:26:49 well so it's not like if you're not
00:26:47 00:26:52 really áfourá gonna have your questions
00:26:49 00:26:53 answered on full way the next day so
00:26:52 00:26:55 it's that's important to us as well to
00:26:53 00:26:57 really reflect the global audience we
00:26:55 00:26:59 have and we have email support as well
00:26:57 00:27:00 obviously you know that's where a lot of
00:26:59 00:27:01 things good and the Facebook group is
00:27:00 00:27:03 really where a lot of people get support
00:27:01 00:27:05 but yeah we do have a lot of you know
00:27:03 00:27:06 people who have tiknical questions and
00:27:05 00:27:09 stuff so we do have live chat on the
00:27:06 00:27:10 website so if you have an issue we get
00:27:09 00:27:13 back to you very very quickly so we
00:27:10 00:27:14 really are honest and a lot of people do
00:27:13 00:27:16 comment on that the fact that we're so
00:27:14 00:27:18 quick to respond but at the end of the
00:27:16 00:27:19 day like you you know you see or what
00:27:18 00:27:21 you do tell ya know like I see you
00:27:19 00:27:23 responding to your YouTube comments and
00:27:21 00:27:24 stuff like that very quickly and that's
00:27:23 00:27:26 the thing like you know you have to be
00:27:24 00:27:29 in a place where you show that you care
00:27:26 00:27:30 because we do care like you watching
00:27:29 00:27:32 today if you become a member of what
00:27:30 00:27:34 we're doing like you're taking some of
00:27:32 00:27:37 your money and you're trusting us with
00:27:34 00:27:39 that and so I don't take that lightly as
00:27:37 00:27:40 I know you don't theater Tatyana we take
00:27:39 00:27:42 this very seriously like this is a
00:27:40 00:27:44 really important thing for you and for
00:27:42 00:27:45 us and I would just say for anybody
00:27:44 00:27:47 watching as well like one of the big
00:27:45 00:27:49 things we do is we have things available
00:27:47 00:27:52 to you if you want them like you know
00:27:49 00:27:54 phrase so we can help you with some of
00:27:52 00:27:55 your shipping and help you reduce the
00:27:54 00:27:57 cost of your shipping and stuff like
00:27:55 00:27:59 that you have to use what we do but the
00:27:57 00:28:01 point is like we kind of take a lot of
00:27:59 00:28:03 the the money we make from our business
00:28:01 00:28:04 our teaching business and we put it back
00:28:03 00:28:07 into our different things like our
00:28:04 00:28:09 services and stuff to help you save you
00:28:07 00:28:11 money down the line now again you'll
00:28:09 00:28:13 have to use those things I just want to
00:28:11 00:28:15 let you know that like we will never
00:28:13 00:28:17 just leave any of you alone as in like
00:28:15 00:28:19 if you need help we'll either give it to
00:28:17 00:28:21 you directly I will point you to the
00:28:19 00:28:23 person who's gonna give you that help
00:28:21 00:28:25 you know right I love that I love that
00:28:23 00:28:27 and I know everyone appreciates that for
00:28:25 00:28:30 sure yeah so as we wrap up here can you
00:28:27 00:28:33 share with us what's the cost of the
00:28:30 00:28:36 course and then do you have payment plan
00:28:33 00:28:40 options as well yes so the cost of the
00:28:36 00:28:42 program is 997 US dollars and also we do
00:28:40 00:28:44 have a payment option of a three payment
00:28:42 00:28:46 option of 397 F for anybody who wants to
00:28:44 00:28:48 pay it off over that period of time and
00:28:46 00:28:50 so yeah like that did that's the main
00:28:48 00:28:52 way people join right now and you know
00:28:50 00:28:53 do you think about it is like for
00:28:52 00:28:54 everything we offer a lot of people ask
00:28:53 00:28:56 well why don't we charge a lot more
00:28:54 00:29:00 honestly because the other way
00:28:56 00:29:02 value yeah like and again for us really
00:29:00 00:29:04 it's just that idea that look when you
00:29:02 00:29:06 come in you start learning with us and
00:29:04 00:29:08 we do have things down the line like you
00:29:06 00:29:11 utilizing our freight service there that
00:29:08 00:29:12 really I can tell you now it'll take us
00:29:11 00:29:14 probably like another three years before
00:29:12 00:29:16 that makes any money simply because it's
00:29:14 00:29:17 such a costly business like we have a
00:29:16 00:29:19 thirty thousand square foot warehouse in
00:29:17 00:29:21 Houston Texas which costs us like I
00:29:19 00:29:23 think thirty or forty grand a month in
00:29:21 00:29:25 rent alone so you know that's like just
00:29:23 00:29:27 to say like you know we do have these
00:29:25 00:29:29 things that are really real so like for
00:29:27 00:29:31 me just for you watching just know that
00:29:29 00:29:32 we keep the cost for a course
00:29:31 00:29:34 inexpensive so you can come and learn
00:29:32 00:29:36 and then you know a lot of people do use
00:29:34 00:29:38 stuff like that so it's a nice trade-off
00:29:36 00:29:40 you know what our members and I think
00:29:38 00:29:42 just that's just to be really kind of
00:29:40 00:29:44 transparent as well and some people by
00:29:42 00:29:45 the way they just utilize their own free
00:29:44 00:29:50 order and they do great and so they get
00:29:45 00:29:51 a less costly program very detailed with
00:29:50 00:29:54 great support and at the end of the day
00:29:51 00:29:58 if you win and I win that's a beautiful
