00:07:37 | 00:07:41 | like there's two different camps and |
00:07:39 | 00:07:42 | when it comes to building a business in |
00:07:41 | 00:07:44 | Amazon I would say right there the first |
00:07:42 | 00:07:46 | camp is what we teach we call it the |
00:07:44 | 00:07:48 | marketplace method and then you've got |
00:07:46 | 00:07:50 | the other camp which is a great camp as |
00:07:48 | 00:07:51 | well it's called a brand method right so |
00:07:50 | 00:07:53 | there's programs out there that really |
00:07:51 | 00:07:55 | do a great job of teaching the brand |
00:07:53 | 00:07:56 | method which I'll define as you know you |
00:07:55 | 00:07:59 | want to build a brand and you want to |
00:07:56 | 00:08:00 | utilize Amazon as one of the ways to |
00:07:59 | 00:08:03 | grow that brand right and that's super |
00:08:00 | 00:08:05 | but we're on the other side and really |
00:08:03 | 00:08:07 | the experience we've had from what we've |
00:08:05 | 00:08:09 | personally built is a business where we |
00:08:07 | 00:08:10 | sell all different kinds of products on |
00:08:09 | 00:08:12 | Amazon we make a small number of sales |
00:08:10 | 00:08:15 | in a lot of different products in a |
00:08:12 | 00:08:18 | multiple of Amazon countries at the same |
00:08:15 | 00:08:19 | time and it really helps us build a |
00:08:18 | 00:08:21 | business that is a lot more simple to |
00:08:19 | 00:08:22 | sign you know it's something know not |
00:08:21 | 00:08:24 | that it's difficult to start a brand |
00:08:22 | 00:08:26 | business but it is simpler just that |
00:08:24 | 00:08:28 | right now but also it's cool because we |
00:08:26 | 00:08:29 | can trade these simple products from |
00:08:28 | 00:08:31 | multiple countries and so I suppose |
00:08:29 | 00:08:33 | that's the key difference that we would |
00:08:31 | 00:08:35 | sell a lot of products that in some |
00:08:33 | 00:08:37 | cases are unrelated I'm a really |
00:08:35 | 00:08:38 | treating Amazon I would say like a stok |
00:08:37 | 00:08:40 | market it's a good way to look at it |
00:08:38 | 00:08:42 | where we're looking at the market and |
00:08:40 | 00:08:44 | we're seeing water products out there |
00:08:42 | 00:08:46 | that are low competition that are proven |
00:08:44 | 00:08:48 | to sell but that you know the offers |
00:08:46 | 00:08:50 | aren't great the listings aren't very |
00:08:48 | 00:08:52 | good we could easily come in and improve |
00:08:50 | 00:08:54 | those create our own new branded version |
00:08:52 | 00:08:57 | and then we could take those items |
00:08:54 | 00:08:59 | and sell them not just in say amazon.com |
00:08:57 | 00:09:01 | but we can sell them an Amazon Europe at |
00:08:59 | 00:09:04 | the same time and beyond and so I would |
00:09:01 | 00:09:06 | say it's multiple markets as simple |

00:09:06 | 00:09:09 | and just to break it down as well |
