further ado, let's go ahead and jump right into it. as i'm sure you all know, aliexpress is not the most sustainable way to scale your online business, especially with the fact that it's taking 30 to 60 days in order to get the product to your customer. in my opinion, one of the only benefits of using aliexpress is when you're testing products. this is because there's a ton of sellers with all kinds of products that you're able to find and add to your store to quickly test and find out if it's going to be a winning product for you or not. but when it comes to finding that winning product and scaling using this platform will not be sustainable for your business at all. there is a couple other things that play into the reason of aliexpress not being the best platform to use for scaling a product outside of just the shipping times. a couple of those reasons is product and quality and communication. there are major variations between the suppliers, shipping times and product quality, so what that basically means is that it is a random game of product quality and how well your supplier is going to do when sourcing and shipping your product, and, as that is not enough of a hassle, it can take days to have a conversation with the suppliers, as they are likely in a different time zone as you, depending on wherever you live. so, with that being said, my one suggestion during this testing phase and using aliexpress is: make sure that you're doing supplier validation heavily. you should be looking for a 98 or a higher store rating, with a 4.7 rating or higher for the communication product as described and the shipping times along with that. you want to make sure that they have a couple hundred reviews and orders and have been in business for at least over a year to know that this is a supplier that you can at least test with and regardless of the fact that it can take days to hear a response. when you find a supplier that has what you're looking for, make sure that you still message them, start communication and make sure that it is someone that wants to help you grow. now i just want to reiterate that aliexpress is used solely for testing, and once you've found a product that is selling well for you, it's time to move on, to get those faster shipping times so that you can continue to grow and scale your business. so, with that being said, i'm going to recommend you two different sites that you can be using today to make sure that your customers are satisfied with your service and you're not getting angry emails and low feedback ratings that can ultimately give you a restriction very quickly. efficiency is everything for your customers today, especially with competing with platforms like amazon and other drop shippers in the space. customers like to have their product in a hurry, and these two suppliers can help you with exactly that. now, the first site that you can be using is cj drop shipping. cj drop shipping is just one of the top picks due to the fact that they have warehouses all around the world to ship to other countries. this is the ideal situation for local and worldwide drop shipping so that you can make sure that those shipping times are competitive and something that your customers are satisfied with. so if you're someone who is currently struggling with chargebacks and refunds because customers are unhappy with the shipping times, then cj dropshipping can really help you with these issues. many of you have heard of cj dropship and you may know their fulfillment center for any products that you might want to be selling, but you may not know all the benefits that can come from using them as a supplier, so let's go ahead and jump right into it. so here we are on cj drop shipping, and you can see they have a lot of products that you can sell and a lot of products that they can fulfill as well, and, honestly, this is just great because, just like aliexpress, they have almost everything that on aliexpress and, as you guys can see, i went ahead and chose a dog harness. if you guys have been drop shipping for a while, you know that this dog harness has been going absolutely crazy year after year and it's always a product that you can sell on aliexpress. you can see that we're going to get this item for 11.95. this is for the large variant, with free shipping being estimated. delivery of march 5th. now today is january 18. so this is almost 45 to 50 day shipping on this product if i go ahead and source it from aliexpress. but if we head over to cj drop shipping and we look for that exact same product, you can see that is three dollars and 81 cents for the large variant as well, with the shipping cost of six dollars and 23 cents, which gives us a total drop shipping price.

Drop Shipping is dead. this is a phrase that I've heard countless times over the past few years. it has caught so much confusion and it's time for me to clear this out. selling things on the Internet isn't going away. what's popping YouTube? my name is Nathan Nazareth. welcome back to the channel. I've been doing e-commerce and drop spring for over three and a half years doing multiple seven figures in online sales, but, like I said, there's a whole host of problems doing things this way. the reason people have this common misconception About Drop Shipping is due to scammy looking websites, low product quality, long shipping times and all the other major hassles that you have to deal with when you're working directly through a product page on AliExpress to fulfill your orders. and one of the most important, if not the most important, things that I learned along my journey was to establish a private supplier right from the job. establishing a relationship with a private supplier has never been easier, yet people are still doing it in very, very incorrect ways, so I'm going to be clearing all that up and showing you guys exactly how to get a private supplier in this video to Jump Right In. AliExpress sucks, as a supplier. using AliExpress simply limits your growth and will not satisfy your customers. two main reasons why AliExpress fails to be good supplier is won the long shipping times and two, the poor product quality. customers just don't want to wait three to five weeks for their product to arrive at their house anymore. I don't blame them. we're in the era of Amazon Prime, where things are literally showing up the day. people order them now. not only will these long shipping times overcomplicate the process, causing you more money, since customers will constantly be emailing and you'll have to respond, taking your time or hiring somebody to respond to all these issues- but they'll refund orders along the way. they'll open chargeback requests, which will not only charge you fees, but they'll also hurt your payment processors, which means that they'll essentially start holding all the money in, which will really start to inhibit your scaling potential. another main issue about going through AliExpress is that there's pretty much no reliability. you're using this one product page and you'll be left never knowing if your orders went out on time, if the boxes were all damaged, if the products were broken, if the consumers actually received the product that they paid for. this is exactly why Drop Shipping gets a bad name. when I first started dropshipping, I ran into countless issues. on multiple occasions I found out the supplier actually shipped the product to the wrong address and when I would reach out to them about it, they would either deny it or not answer me altogether. punch you on the face- so bad right now. another common issue these suppliers will get you on is actually sending lower quality products to your consumers. they have little incentive to communicate with the people who buy from them, so, in other words, they're kind of just sending out whatever to your customers because they don't care. they've already made the money terrible business. now that I've gone over why AliExpress is just not sustainable in the long run and it's potentially holding back your business from getting to the next level, I think we should tok about some of the key benefits that come along with having a private supplier and why you literally need one right now. so, starting off with a private supplier, you can achieve shipping times much, much faster. in many cases, you can actually get two to five day shipping, which is typical for domestik suppliers, in other words, suppliers that hold your inventory in the United States, if that's where you're selling to, or in Europe or in Canada, and so on and so forth. another bonus of working with these private suppliers is usually the potential for white labeling, for custom packaging, logo, those and just creating an overall, more unique and branded customer experience. a private supplier would also be willing to negotiate with you for lower prices, for faster shipping, for cheaper shipping, depending on how many units you are actually selling. that way, the more successful that you become and the more volume you start pushing through the supplier, the more likely they are to reduce some of the costs per unit, thus increasing your profit margins over time. you're going to need it now. at this point, you're probably saying, okay, I'm sold, but how do I actually find these private suppliers to work with now? this can be a tricky task if you don't know where to look and there's lots of misinformation on it, and also many suppliers are reluctant to work with drop shippers, especially relatively inexperienced drop shippers that aren't pushing a lot of volume. however, there are a few crucial methods and things that you can do to increase your chances in working with a top tier supplier right off the bat. firstly, you can try reaching out to suppliers that specialize in a product that you're already selling. these suppliers are more likely to be familiar with the niche, the industry that you're selling my products in and you can immediately start toking with them and asking them questions, which makes you seem more experienced and makes you seem like you're already pushing units or you're ready to start selling thousands of these things. and remember they're going to get excited about that because they want to make money just as bad as you do. you can also try contacting some smaller suppliers. they might not be as reputable yet, but typically they'll be more flexible with their terms and willing to take on new partners, as they are trying to seek out as many new clients as possible because they're just getting their business going. also, if you urgently need private suppliers and you want to shortcut some of the time involved with actually going out there and finding a list yourself, you can click the first link down below, which will be an application link to my mentorship program inside of my education company. in here we have lists of vetted suppliers that I've worked with for years and built up amazing relationships with. on top of that, you'll be seeing a holistik picture into how I do Drop Shipping in 2022.. we only have a few spots left, so hurry down there and see if you can pick one. know now, when you're just starting Drop Shipping, it can be difficult to go straight into finding a private supplier. the easiest way for people just starting out is to actually go ahead and get their hands on an agent. an agent essentially works as a middleman and has experience working directly with all these different manufacturers and suppliers. this will save you a ton of money and hassle in the long run, because the agent will be able to get the best quotes for you for tons of different suppliers and they'll essentially do all that work that is really time consuming on your end. oftentimes, these agents, or even third-party platforms that do this service for you, will actually try to drop ship on top of that and add more additional costs along the way. so it is vital to speak with multiple agents and making sure you're not getting drop shipped or further ripped off along the process, if that makes sense now, when trying to find one of these agents, there are a few different websites, for example Alibaba, where you can start going and just messaging every single supplier, though more often than not, that's how you're going to find the actual suppliers and manufacturers. so my preference is to use Auto DS, which will actually connect you with an agent associated with the supplier themselves, or you can go to an agent directly, who will go to their suppliers and find you the best deal for your product. now, autods actually aims to be a full service automation dropshipping platform but, like I said, one of the best things about using the platform Auto DS is that they can easily integrate and connect you with some of their top suppliers and get you the best quotes. Drop Shipping is changing, and it's changing fast. most people have heard about this business model, are well aware of its biggest Pitfall- slow shipping times- and that's why I literally don't recommend Drop Shipping off AliExpress in 2022. and, in fact, if you are still Drop Shipping off AliExpress, it's greatly limiting your growth. well, you already know, in today's video, I'm going to be giving you a few Alternatives, so you don't have to be that guy Drop Shipping with AliExpress. in today's landscape, most large e-commerce businesses try to aim for a two-day shipping experience, which beckons the question: how can drop shippers with 14 to 30 day shipping time compete with these large e-commerce brands? well, that's what most of the people in this industry have not figured out, but what most people don't know is that there's levels to drop shipping. AliExpress Drop Shipping is literally only the base of Drop Shipping. so I'm gonna go over methods that can give you fast shipping while all your Drop Shipping, actually improve the product quality and help you grow a profitable brand. because, at the end of the day- let's face it, guys- your product and your business is only ever going to be as successful as the value you're giving to your customer. so if right in the beginning, you are focusing on good shipping times, then it's going to greatly increase your chances of building a real company, which I know is a lot of people's value. who's watching this video? so let's go over the levels to drop shipping. level one is Aliexpress Drop Shipping. how level one drop shippers operate is by shipping products out directly using the AliExpress website link or some type of integration like oberlo. now, this is the absolute worst way to drop ship and that's why there's such a Negative stigma around Drop Shipping, because if you are using Level One Drop Shipping, chances are your shipping is going to take over 20 days just to get your customer. now the pros to this map method is it's very quick to Source A supplier to get that product to your customer and it literally acquires zero dollars to start. so that's why it's level one. it's the lowest barrier to entry- literally your four-year-old little brother or your grandma to go off AliExpress and do this. now, keep in mind: easy things are not always good. usually in business, if something's really easy, it means that there's pitfalls with that option and in this case, I just listed the cons, but I'm gonna be explaining another good option, which is level 2 Drop Shipping. this is gonna upgrade your entire experience: faster shipping, better products, better customer service with your supplier and, overall position you to get items delivered with about 10 to 14 day shipping, which literally cuts the AliExpress method in half. and then I'll go over the level three Drop Shipping method, which will help you get products, your customers, in two days. but let's not not get ahead of ourselves. level 2 Drop Shipping is personally where I think most drop shippers should try to stay, unless you're really trying to build that brand out and you have a unique product that you really want to invest that extra Capital into now. level two Drop Shipping is where you're working with someone called a private agent, or sometimes these could be called private suppliers. there's a few different names that are coined in this drop shipping industry. their job is to Source the product for you from different factories. so what they'll do is they'll reach out to 10 different factories, they'll try to price compare for your product and then they'll purchase the product, keep it in their warehouse and they'll do fulfillment for you. now I know this all sounds amazing, especially because the shipping time gets cut in half. now, the only con to this is it does require order volume. so what does that mean. obviously, these agents are taking on some type of liability and risk because they're purchasing your item from the, the supplier, so they have cash invested into that. so a lot of time these suppliers, they'll have to vet you to make sure- number one, you're doing substantial volume or, number two, you have a history with them and they know that you're a large Merchant who can potentially bring them a lot of business. and another thing with this method is the product price can drop substantially. now it depends who you work with, because there's middlemen who try to take higher margins and they're trying to basically do the same thing that you're doing: Drop Shipping the products. now you really don't want to work with these people who are Drop Shipping. you want to make sure that they're really in this line of business and they have their own Warehouse, because if you find these really legit suppliers, then they're going to be able to negotiate your price, help you get it cheaper. now the question is: how can you actually find an agent? let me be honest: finding a good Agent can be a tedious process. obviously, there's a lot of trust when you are working with these people based in China. you don't have a great relation relationship with them at the start. so you need to know reputable people, because if you're working with the wrong people in this business, it will literally wipe your company off the face of this planet. so, number one: you can generally find decent agents inside Facebook groups, but you're going to want to make sure you're properly vet them, because everyone, and their mother- tries to act like they are an agent inside these groups. so make sure you're vetting them out properly, and usually the really good ones are spread organically throughout this network in e-commerce. now, unfortunately, I can't give out my agents information because it would be too many people for them to vet, but what you can do if you need an agent right now is to click the link down in the description. you can book a call with my team and if you join our mentorship program, we actually connect you with the right people to help you with fulfillment. now, guys, now that you understand level 2- drop shipping- let me explain level three: Drop Shipping. this is the Pinnacle of Drop Shipping. this is where you can compete with the largest direct to Consumer Brands and really create amazing customer experience. now, in theory, this is the best method because you're going to have two-day shipping, but there definitely is cons to this method. this method is not as capital friendly. in level 2 and level one, you were able to manage fulfillment without investing upfront Capital, meaning that you didn't have to spend any money to start getting your order shipped. but this method is a little bit different. method three is where you're actually finding factories, suppliers who are manufacturing these items, and you're placing a bulk orders. now I know what you're thinking: how am I gonna get these products shipped out? it's actually a lot more simple than you think. there's companies out there called third-party fulfillment centers where you can get your items shipped directly to the third party fulfillment center. it's usually a really easy process and your suppliers can guide you because they know the shipping terms and once that product is at the third party fulfillment Warehouse, there are going to be able to ship your items, and why this is so advantageous is usually the items able to ship within a few hours after the customer placing the order and overall, I just think this gears you to create a real brand. now, another thing that's different about level Drop Shipping than level one and two is level three. you're actually going to be creating your purchase orders. in level one Drop Shipping. you would just go off AliExpress for the product. level two Drop Shipping: this supplier is going to source that product out for you. but level three Drop Shipping is where you go on websites like Alibaba and you're purchasing the items in bulk. so the purchasing process definitely changes here. but why this is still considered Drop Shipping is because once these items get in the third party fulfillment center, the process

How to Blind Dropship from Aliexpress (hide the supplier + hide the price!)
Hey guys, In this video I'm gonna teach you how to blindly dropship from AliExpress, and you may have notiked that I'm in a bit of a different location. I'm actually filming this from New York. For those of you that don't know, blind dropshipping is the phrase used to describe when a dropshipper ships an item without adding any form of identification or marketing in the package so that the customer doesn't know where it came from. You see, a common concern that a lot of people discuss on our YouTube videos is that they are concerned that the AliExpress supplier will leave a form of marketing in the package identifying that it was them that was selling the item and not you. People will then see this and get upset with you reselling an item cheaper to them. Here is a comment someone left on one of our recent videos, basically voicing this concern. So, of course, the solution to this is that you need to get the supplier to not include any marketing materials in the package identifying that it was them, ie, you need to get them to blindly dropship. So in this video, I'm gonna do two things: Firstly, I'm gonna teach you how to get a supplier to blindly dropship an item for you and secondly, I'm gonna show you what it looks like for the customer when they receive an item that has been blindly dropshipped. To do that, I'm gonna order a bunch of items from AliExpress using the quick method that I'm gonna be teaching you at the start of this video. To do this, I'm gonna be doing an AliExpress unboxing or unpackaging video so that you can exactly see what the customer receives when they order an item from you. So let's jump straight into it. All right, let me switch over to my computer screen and show you just how easy it is to get your items blindly dropshipped from AliExpress. Getting your items blindly dropshipped is super simple. All you have to do is go to the checkout page in AliExpress. There you can leave a message for your supplier. Simply ask them to not include an invoice or marketing material with the package and ask them to please blindly dropship the item. Super duper simple. You see, the sellers on AliExpress are used to working with dropshippers so they understand our needs and know how to ship packages out for us. You see, AliExpress suppliers love working with dropshippers because they know that we can do a huge amount of volume for them. so don't be afraid that they won't understand your request, And this is another good reason why it's important to pick a supplier that has a good feedback score, and this is something that I discuss in depth in my video "The Six Tips to Dropshipping on AliExpress", and I will have a link to that video in the description below. Basically, you want to be looking for suppliers that have a feedback score between 2,000 to 2 million. If you pick a supplier that has a feedback score above 2,000, then you know that they are experienced, established and are almost certainly working or have worked with dropshippers. And if you pick a supplier that has a feedback score of less than two million, then you know that they're not doing insane amounts of volume and so they're gonna be more attentive to the messages that people leave on their orders. And if you wanna be doubly safe, then you can message the supplier in advance and ask them directly if they do blind dropshipping. And suppliers in this feedback range are the sweet spot, because you know that they are reliable enough to reply, but not too busy to reply. All right. So now that we have gone through how to blindly dropship, I'm gonna switch over and do an AliExpress unboxing so that you can see what the customer receives when they order a package. Okay, I have here a package that I have ordered from AliExpress, and I ordered it using ePacket shipping. Well, as you can see, on the front there is absolutely no advertising indicating what supplier I purchased it from or that I purchased it from AliExpress at all. It just looks like a general address label, And if you look on the back, you'll see that there is absolutely no advertising on it at all. So now I am going to open this so that you can see that inside, there is absolutely no advertising material Inside. this is what we see. Now I'm gonna open this up as well. Tada, We have a self-stir mug and, as you can see, there was absolutely no advertising material in it at all. so you have no idea where it came from, And if you are a long-time subscriber of Wholesale Ted, you will probably recognize this mug. All right, I have another package from AliExpress and, as you can see, there is no advertising material on the package at all. If we go around the back, you will see there is only an address label And, again, it does not give the buyer any information about where they could go to purchase this. Okay, so let's open this up and see what's inside. So when I open up the package, this what we see: Once again, no advertising material on it at all. Now let's open it up, Tada, And this is what we have inside. If you are a long-time subscriber of Wholesale Ted, you will probably also recognize this. This here is a travel mug that looks like a camera lens and again, there is no packaging inside which would indicate where it was from. So this here is another package from AliExpress. As you can see, there is no information on the front of it or advertising that would indicate where it is from, so the customer would not be able to go there directly themselves. If we switch it over, you will also see that there is absolutely no advertising on the back either. So let's open it up inside and see what we find. So I've opened it up and this is what I have inside. As you can see, there is no advertising on the item at all, and if we flip it over, there is no advertising there either, so the customer would have no idea where it came from. And just to double check, inside the package, there is absolutely nothing as well. Here is another package from AliExpress. As you can see, there is no advertising on the front at all, and if we switch it over to the back, you will see that there is absolutely no advertising on it at all. So the customer would have no idea where to go and buy it from. Let's open it up inside and see if there is any advertising inside. So I have opened it up and it is a key keyring and on the package there is no advertising. and if we switch it over, there is once again no advertising. And if we want to double check inside the package there is no advertising either. So again, the customer would have no idea where you got this from. It has been dropshipped blindly, All right. so I hope that you appreciated that AliEpress unboxing video and that you can see that a seemingly complicated problem has a very simple fix. And the thing is, I've notiked that there a lot of people that get held back by stuff like this. There are a lot of people who have left messages that they haven't started with this business because they've been afraid that their customers were going to receive marketing or invoices and then discover where they truly got the item from. But a little bit of research reveals that this is actually a really easy problem to overcome, and that's the funny thing If you encounter a roadblock like this, don't stop. Instead, try to find a solution, and it's almost certainly going to be simpler than you thought. Thanks for watching this video. I'm gonna show you guys all the things you need, calculate the profit margin and get it listed. so let me get into it. so first of all, in order to listen, item successfully: drop shipping from China Aliexpress wholesalers using your own UPC. that means that you're going to create your own product that another person is not going to be able to sell on right, and if they do, you can just report them because it's your product, whatever. but you need six things. you need a UPC, you need a plug that sells, you need the correct price for the product, you need the images, you need the descriptions and specifics, you also need a title. right, I'll go in and I'll show you guys this- those six more simpleton things step by step, and actually list the item for you guys to see. so first, with the UPC, I purchased my UPC's at nationwide baku, new Schwabacher- calm, i'll put a link in the description they toked about on the page to tok about amazon UPC's. they explained how to use them properly, but that's not what is video about. but i there's nothing really complicated about it- we personally and the office use about 200 you pcs a day. so we're listing 200 unique products a day and i'm gonna show you right now how to do one of them. but for prices sake, 1 UPC is 12 bucks, 5 new procedure: 3750 going down. I bought, I think, a thousand UPC's yesterday I was 300, I think I started. I need to start buying 10,000- 1400, because I cut my costs in half and those of you guys who want us to manage your account, you don't pay extra money for the UPC's. we cover the cost of a UPC, so it's not like what you're paying us, that's it right. ok, Oh, Andy, I didn't even see this. there's a coupon code to the end of January. I could. no, Oliver did get that off the Oscar, because Oscar was telling me he's getting a thousand UPC's for 180. so I guess he did use the coupon code and got the discount. good, Oliver, when you watch this video, good job. otherwise, one of my guys in the office. when he's smart guys at the office, he's actually really intelligent anyway. so I digress. so that's step one: get a UPC. so I put just a thousand. you pcs, not maybe like two days ago, and this is one of them. this is one I'm going to use. so that's one. two: you need a product that sells. again, there's a link in the description showing you how I found this product, showing you that it sells. let me find the product right now. this is your product we're going to sell. so it's a radio-controlled plane, is being sold by this store. it comes from Aliexpress. this is where it comes from. this is one seller that sells, is playing at 37 Edie. now I can check and see if I get, if I find it cheaper, right, like Aliexpress, other number of sellers, but this one would give me good enough margin. so you need a practike house. so this is, this is the item that we sniping, or whatever. this is this. right, this is the supplier of the product and we actually gonna bundle this product with a bag. so this is a regular black pull string bag. it's 168, but I am bundling it with this package, with this plane, as, like, a carrier for the accessories of the plane. right, because it's not big enough to actually carry the plane- and I'll get into that in a second- but it's big enough to carry the control, any accessories, anything like that. right, and remember this has nothing to do with I decided. that's one of the things I do with like, if I find a product, one way I make it better is by adding something, a bundle, so adding a carrying bag and lower the price, and we'll do all of that in this video. what else do we need? so we need our progress cells. we have that: the price. the price of this item is being sold for 62-58. I had one of my guys on the team edit in this bag, the carrying bag right, and I'm showing you that because all of this is what we do without done for you, and this is stuff that you could do as well, but it takes time. my done. few guys do about five. we do a minimum of five listings a day like this, but they can do up to ten. one girl did, I think, fifteen or sixteen to me anyway. so, as you see, so we will use the same, should I use the same main image. this is the thing I know this listing sells. all right, I want to take as much from this listing as possible, but I may use my edited. let me see something I want to see. yeah, but III it. I Tried Dropshipping on Amazon For a Week (Complete Beginner)
so in this video, I'm gonna be taking you through my experience of drop shipping on Amazon for a whole week. I'm gonna be completely transparent. in this video, I'm only showing exactly what I have listed, exactly how much I got it for and how much money I make. [Music]. let me start by saying, just as this game, all the things expressed in this video, of my own opinion. they could or might not be correct. I might be completely wrong. this is just my opinion and my experience of what I've done, so make sure that you take that with a grain of sand. what the actual hell. as a kid, I used to buy things and sell them on eBay for a profit and flip them just to make a couple of pounds here and there. well, I had come across a different model, the dropship in model. and for you, those who don't know what the dropship in modeler is exactly, you basically list products online that you find from suppliers just like your local grocery stores, like Walmart, Best Buy and things like that. you list it directly on that website and when someone buys that, you go to the supplier, you enter in their details and you get it sent directly to them. so you never actually house the inventory, you never even see it. basically, you act as a middleman. you just list it on there and when it sells, you buy it and you keep the spread of the difference between your sale price and what you actually boy for. so the first thing I had to do- because I had no clue how to do it- was to do some research. so I started youtubing videos. I ended up watching hours and hours and hours of content, but the craziest thing is that they never showed me how to actually do it. they toked about: are you gonna find the products and you have to list them, and then you make the money this way, but they never show you if you know is how to actually do them. so I was kind of confused. I thought about buying a couple of courses but saw the ones that like a thousand dollars. eventually I sell for one that was two hundred ninety seven dollars and I bought that. so right from the get-go I was down two hundred ninety seven dollars in costs. the next thing I needed to do was separate Amazon seller account, which cost another $39.99. so at this point, you know, I was nearly three hundred dollars hurried down into this experiment. but that was fine because I was hopeful that I would make money in doing this. so after a couple of hours of watching this course, I think it exactly how to do everything. it still seemed a bit iffy. a few things kind of just didn't make sense, but I was just gonna go and jump in for it. so the first thing I needed to do was find products and list them on Amazon. so back in my eBay days it was pretty easy to find items that you could probably sell profitably on eBay. this was not the case for Amazon. as I soon found out, it took a lot longer to find products that you could actually make money on. you actually have to do a lot, of, lot of research, and this includes the first step of finding items that are not in Prime. you can do this, I found out, by downloading a google extension called primal way or various different other ones. so once you download that, you can go straight on to the Amazon page and you can find items that are not prime sellers. the next thing is to go through and figure out which ones are not sold by FBA or by Amazon either, because you do not want to compete with them. always you could be facing possible suspensions and you probably won't get honestly, even make probably a profit on it, because you can't compete with people and FBA, you see, on margins. so after about three hours I finally came across my first product, the first product that I could make money off. I think it was around three dollars and 23 cents. and what did I find? I found a Swiffer, a special type of Swiffer that I could make some money on. so I listed that straightway, hopeful that I would make some sales on that. so waiting for my money to come in. problem was by Devin- I had only listed one product- this was taking away than I ever thought it- and eBay. it was fairly straightforward: you could just find sellers that already selling good products, find out where that is and then list that too and compete with them. Amazon not as easy. de - I did a lot more research in. I researched for another couple hours- find products that could make on. I kept switching between different categories to see if that would help. still took a long time, and I think that's just the nature of the game. this one, in this business model. you don't look for, I guess, a you know quantity, you look for quality, and that's the name of the game. so by the end of day 2 I had found another two products that I could sell. it was a stepladder and of coffee machine. the craziest thing here, which I didn't think would actually work, is that the coffee machine that I found online and that I actually found later and warmer, I could get an $18 profit margin on it. so for me, I thought that there must be something wrong with it. probably won't sell, but let's just list it in case, because I've been so for three hours now. I'm so done. so let's just list this and get this going. so day three comes up. I wake up in the morning, check my emails and I made a bunch of cells. I can't believe it. I mean three hundred and eleven dollars and cells in one night. and guess what? the Swiffer was doing me right, because I had sold that thing over five times and it was making me money already five times. I already made fifteen dollars just by sleeping overnight. so I started searching again. I saw looking up different items, and guess what? I found another two items that I could list and make money on. one was some sort of like weird tube piping for washing machines and the other one was this filter that you could put in your AC unit. so in each of those I can make a couple of dollars profit and I thought it would be good, and then I would be on my way to being a six-figure Amazon seller. day four. so I started picking up by crazy. I started getting emails and emails and emails that these things were just selling, and the best thing that happened was the coffee machine was selling. I was making $18 profit per copy machine and the thing was just selling like crazy, just kept selling and selling. I honestly had to mute my email. so I kept making so many sells. I thought, wow, this is great, nothing can go wrong. this is where it happened, my first big mistake. so
