so for the past three months, i've been trying to find my first drop shipping winning product and during this time, i built over 10 different websites in so many different niches and i got a few sales here and there. i was never able to make a profit. you suck. i've watched so many different youtube tutorials and implemented so many different strategies. so far nothing has seemed to work. so i just finished watching the ecom kings nine hour drop shipping course. this is the only video that you need to be watching in 2022 if you want to start a successful shopify drop shipping business period. there's no other video out there. this is gonna be better than any paid course that gurus are selling you from a thousand dollars. so what i'm going to do right now is i'm following the ecom kings course to create branded drop shipping websites. so to find my product, i'm going to be using the strategies from the free course, which are, first, to look on tiktok and search for tiktok made me buy it- amazon finds and all that. the second method was to go to the tiktok creative center, choose conversions and then look through those ads. the third method is to use paid platforms like big stuff to speed up the process. okay. so i found my products. it took me about eight hours total. i ended up finishing it the next day and i found three products for each of the three different research methods. so i ended up going with the 720 degree forces. so right now i'm going to follow the website building portion of the course, build my website and then get back to you. so now my website is finally done. it took me about four days- i'm not going to lie- to go out. usually i take about one, two days to make my website, but i really wanted to put a lot of effort into this one. i followed the ecom kings course as closely as i could. i added some quantity breaks. they get the discounts. they buy three or they buy five. so i'm trying to increase my average order value. i added some lifestyle images. choose between two modes- that was basically a feature. so i just showed the features and the benefits and then i showed how to install it. i took the pictures from aliexpress and then i customized them to look more branded. so i'm trying to make the store look as branded as possible. that's why it took a lot longer. and then you have the before you buy and then have the faqs. here we have the money back guarantee to build trust and make the customer more willing to make a purchase on my store, and then i have the reviews. so right now i'm going to try and get three videos on tiktok to use as ads and i'm going to run five different ad sets at twenty dollars a day until and spend a total of hundred dollars in one day and then after that i'll update you only one sale. so it's been about four days since i ran the ads on the first day the whole day, nothing happened. the ads didn't spend anything. on the next day, like early in the morning, i got about 50 visitors and i got one sale. so at that point my conversion rate was about two percent. so that made me feel like i actually found a winner. so i let the ad run for the whole day and unfortunately i didn't get any more sales after that and by the time i reached 150 visitors the ads had spent about 70 dollars, and usually what i do is i let the ads run completely and not make any changes. but the course gave me some criteria to follow, which was that if ad set had spent more than half the profit i make per sale and the cost per click is above one dollar, i would need to cut that ad set. so i did that and i kept cutting and i kept cutting adsense and i realized that all the ad sets were above one percent cost per click. my cpms were crazy high and, yeah, it wasn't looking good. i went back to tiktok and tried to find different clips and then edited it together to create my own ads which i thought were more like tik-toking because i thought maybe the ads were the problem. so i created the ads and then i run them in a different campaign, hoping to see better cost per clicks. the new campaign spent about 20 more dollars and the cost per clicks were still crazy high and this time i didn't get a single sale to the site. so i feel like the problem is that tik tok is the wrong audience for this product. if they see it on their feed, they're just going to scroll over it because it's not that interesting of a product. it doesn't really have a wow factor and the problem it solves it's not really that crazy. i'm going to try and test one more product and spend another 100, but this time i'll make sure i go on tiktok and check to see how many views that product gets, to see if there's an actual demand on tiktok for that product. i feel like that will work better. [Music]- bad news. so i have ran. so i found a new product. i created a website, made my own ads, started running them and right now they've spent about twenty dollars and i haven't gotten a single ad to cut. so the product is this high frequency therapy wand which kind of shocks your face, basically, and that helps tighten it up. it also gets rid of wrinkles, fine lines and everything. just basically smooths out your face, tightens it up, makes you look nice and young and, honestly, i really thought this product was going to be it, because i'd read some books and watched a whole lot of youtube videos and i realized that what i normally don't do is think of a customer avatar, which is like: think of a specific person, what that person likes, dislikes and everything, and then build a store to target that specific person. so this time i created a store and i niched it down to target only women in their 30s above who are interested in stuff like skincare, toning your skin, tightening your skin, getting rid of fine lines and all those things. i actually tailored my websites to tok, specifically to those people, but surprisingly i've only gotten about six clicks and my cost per click is all above one dollar. everything is above one dollar. right now, i honestly don't know what to do. Now that can be from your actual pocket or you can reinvest the profits you make back into the company, which is what I definitely recommend. Now there's going to be some people watching this thinking that's a lot of money to invest into a business. Now let me correct you on that: $1,000 investing into a business is barely anything. A lot of businesses, a brick and mortar businesses, cost between $15,000 and $50,000,. you're only investing $1,000.. Not just that, but dropshipping has one of the fastest return on investment in the business world. Now, most businesses don't see a return on their investment for three years. in dropshipping, you can get a return on your investment within a month. Let me cover the dropshipping costs so I can give you some context of where this $1,000 is coming from and how you can understand where it will be spent. The first thing is your Shopify plan, which is your website plan. That's going to cost you $29.99 a month. Then you got your domain name, which is going to cost you $14.99, and that's a one-off payment. Then you got your logo, which you can make for free, which I'll be showing you today, or you can pay $5 to get somebody to do it for you. Then you've got your Shopify apps. that's going to cost you between $20 and $40 a month. Then you've got your marketing costs, and this is going to cost you between $300 and $500 a month. There are the main costs that you're going to require in dropshipping and that should give you some context about the $1,000 that you'll be investing. Now I want to make something very clear. you don't need $1,000, you could actually get started in this business with $500, but I just recommend having $1,000 if you want to get off to the best start. I want to make something very clear in this video. make sure that you look in the description of the video, because there will be timestamps so you can find out what part of the video is most suited for you, because a lot of people on here might already have a store, but they want to learn how to make video ads, or they might already have the store, but they want to learn Facebook ads. Now, a winning product is a product that will show signs of success early on or are currently doing very well. You don't want to be picking any random product because you want to try and find something that's going to make you a return on investment as quick as you can. Now I've made you, guys, a criteria list to find a winning product and what actually makes a product a winning product. The first thing is something very new to the market. You want to try and sell something that's not being seen everywhere. That way, it brings a new factor around it and people want the newest and latest things. For example, people always want to try and upgrade their phones to the latest and greatest. If you bring something new into the market and you find a product that's new to the market, they're going to want to buy it. The next criteria for a winning product is the wow factor. With wow factor comes a lot of attention. just a side note, do you guys feel like Bia has? it looks like Ryan Trahan. I definitely thought they were the same person for about a year. hey there, and welcome to the course Ranks YouTube channel via heza. this guy- you've probably seen him in your YouTube recommendations. you've seen him mining Bitcoin out of the back of his Tesla and tiktok. he's 20 years old and he makes 80 to 100 000 per month. so how much does that do just on the average month? probably around like 80 to 100 thousand. yeah, what? just off of a 294 dollar course. so that means that he sells 275 of these courses every single month, and the question we're going to answer in this video is: should you be one of those 275 people that buys his course this month? as always, let's start with the basics first, Vlad Bia. heza is a 20 year old internet personality that got his start making Instagram theme pages and then drop shipping different products on Shopify stores. what Drop Shipping is basically just means you put up pictures of a product that you don't actually have any inventory for and then, when people buy that product, you just go buy it for China and cheaper and ship it directly to the person that bought it within about six months of bieheza starting his first successful Drop Shipping Store, he had a six-figure profit month, which is insane compared to what most people are able to do with Drop Shipping. today he doesn't really do much Drop Shipping because his store got shut down because of kovid and he hasn't gotten around to putting it back up. instead, he tests out different side hustles on on YouTube, invest in real estate and, as I mentioned before, mine's Bitcoin in the back of his Tesla. so around the end of 2019, beginning of 2020, he released a course on how he had found so much success Drop Shipping. the course, as I mentioned before, is 294 dollars, but here's the kicker: it only has two hours of Total content split between 21 videos. now that might seem like a lot, but most of the courses we review here on core strengths are eight hours plus, so they're more than four times as long as what Bia has putting out and arguably have a lot more value in them. now they're also typically a little bit more expensive, but we'll get into differences in just a minute. first, let's hop in and take a look at everything he covers in the course. alright, so here we are in the course. as you can see, Bia has his full Drop Shipping course. we'll click view product. this is hosted on kajabi, by the way. so the first section he covers is how to find real winning product. goes over his winning product checklist at the end of this and toks about different websites where you can view other competitors products that have been selling well for a while file. then the next section is about creating a Shopify website from scratch, step by step. the longest video in the course is actually this one- the full website build here, and it's over 30 minutes, which means that this is one-fourth of the course and just one video of Bia has a building a Shopify store. then we've got company social media Pages. he goes over why this is very important for your Shopify store. creating ads: this section was really good, to be fair. the Facebook pixel, Facebook ads versus Instagram theme Pages. his full theme page marketing strategy. the Facebook ad strategy he outlines is only about an 18 minute video, but it was really comprehensive and, as someone who's run a lot of Facebook ads myself, people tend to over complicate it, so I appreciated that it was short. then we've got how to fulfill Mass orders. he uses de-essers and then everything else you need to know he gives a little section on taxes, customer support and then a conclusion. so typically at this point in the video we go over the bonuses that the core seller includes, but there are none in this course because it doesn't include a Discord Community or a Facebook group or any form of support. it's just these videos. and he says you can DM him on Instagram, but I think he's just looking for success stories, not looking to help you out, and when decides his audience has grown, I doubt he'll be getting back to a lot of people in the DMS. so, with that said, let's go into the pros and cons and really break down if this course is actually worth it. the first pro I see here is the credibility of the instructor. biazza has made over seven figures Drop Shipping. he's not just some Fly by Night guy that had one successful store and now he's creating a course about it. he actually does know what he's doing and that's apparent in the course. it's pretty high level information that explains how people typically fail and why he's been successful. the second Pro about this course- and it's really a pro and a con- is the length of the course. it's only two hours long and you really can't teach all that you need to teach a beginner, and that short amount of time. if you go check out our review of Sam Evans Consulting Excel generator, of course he has over 100 plus hours of video in there and it's tons of high value content. but it takes him forever to say what he's trying to say and it's really good for beginners. but after you get through about half of the course you don't feel like watching another 50 hours of video when you already have success with what he's taught you at the beginning of the course. so Props to our man, Vlad, for not adding a lot of fluff into this course, but I still feel like there's some information missing here that would be really easy for him to add. we'll go over what that is in the next section. so the third thing I really like about this course is how concise each video is and how well the editing was done. I've been through a lot of courses recently where the marketing looks really good- tons of editing in the YouTube videos- but the course is just them sharing their screen and there's no production value whatsoever and it just feels cheap. viajesa did a good job at making this a concise course for each video that he put out. and the last thing here, guys, is that the content and the structure of the course is a 10 out of 10.. what he he did include in there is in a logical, step-by-step order, and at the end of the course I was like, yeah, I know exactly what to do to start my Drop Shipping Store. but that leads me to my first con about this course, which is the lack of updates. there's nothing about covet in here. there's nothing like, hey, this is the next step. after you have a successful Drop Shipping Store, you can grow into a better e-commerce company. nothing like that. it's literally just: this is how to create a Drop Shipping Store and no other information. so really, how hard is it for him to record a five minute video saying: Hey, covet affects Drop Shipping in this way, this way and this way. don't worry about it too much, but make sure you do this. not hard at all. so disappointing that it hasn't been updated at all, especially because the majority of the time it's been out there, it's been during covid. the second con is: we just need more examples. I know this is hard, as a drop shipper in the e-commerce world is kind of like: no, I need to protect my product Secrets, but we need more examples, especially as beginners. I was a beginner once when it came to everything making money online line and you need as much help as you can get, and there's only like two or three examples of products in here, so more depth on that section would have been highly appreciated. the next con I see with this course is there's no mindset section or supplemental content to help people get over their own issues when it comes to starting a business. anyone who started a business knows that they're going to make excuses and they're going to go into self-sabotage before they can actually have success and according to our man Vlad here, none of that happened to him. at least, that's what it seems like in the course. I just would have loved to have a little bit more information about what it was like for him mindset wise and what advice he has for people just starting out. the next con is: there's no

Bodi here and welcome to the course. thank you for purchasing and I'm sure you're going to get your money's worth with the sheer volume of effort that I've put into this course. this course has a lot of videos, so it will take you quite a while to get through. what I suggest on how you should do the course is to go all the way through the videos, take notes- if you are one of those type of people- I'm one of those soft people- and then go back to the start and then follow along. if you're a complete beginner, definitely follow along. if you're more advanced, you can pick and choose what parts you want. but I still think that you should definitely start from the start and go all the way through, because in every video I'm constantly just toking about how my mind works for dropshipping and what I'm looking for, different things like that and different tikniques. I'm dropping knowledge throughout the whole course. so I would suggest starting from the start, watching all the way through and then, if you, as I said, if you're advanced- pick and choose what you want. if you're a beginner, follow along and then go from there. so the big thing with this: so we're going to have the private Facebook group. I really want everyone to be active in there. I'm going to be active in there and I want you to ask all your questions in there. things will change with Facebook and Instagram and you know all types of advertising platforms. you got to adapt to change and then keep moving. this is this is part of being an entrepreneur and a business owner of any type. things will change, but just adapt and overcome. this course should be out in May. two thousand eighteen. it's just the start of May. it's the 4th of May today as I do this video and I'm very close to being finished with the course, so this will be out in May 2008, in with everything up today. but Facebook always goes through changes. so as Facebook changes, you just have to adapt. that's just how business goes. any anything that changes, any questions you have, as I said, drop them in the Facebook group and I'll be sure to answer them. what else did I want to say in here? I have a couple of notes here. yeah, so you're going to have to test products. there's no two ways about it. you're going to have to test product, which is going to cost money, so don't go wasting your money outside of building your business. what I mean by that is people will get in to drop shipping and because the start-up costs are very low, they just give up really easily. this is a business and you should treat it as a business. you wouldn't start a brick and mortar store and then you like put a couple of a couple of dollars in and just give up after you've built a full store. this is a business and you must treat this such so. don't go to wasting your money going to the pub every weekend, going out you know, buying stuff you don't need, etc. build your business up. going underground for a while, stay away from your friends. go underground, build your store, get that done and really start testing products with all your spare income and try and build a business out of this. try and test winners and then go from there like build up from there. you are going to have have to spend money on testing products. that's just the long and short of it. there is no way around it. so please know that going in and don't think you're just gonna spend five dollars on an ad and then you become a millionaire. that is not how it works. I have a successful like niche down store and a general store- our general store. we constantly test products. we don't stop testing year round and never stopped. so we have a huge edge of ad budget now and we spend a lot of money on testing new products and then, if it goes well, we scale it up from there. but you're going to have to test and kill products quite a bit and you'll learn this in the facebook ad section. and I just want to be clear with that, because some people think you can come into a business like this because of all the guru videos and stuff on the internet saying that they spend $5 and in 30 days they made $10,000. that's very possible, like that can happen with some people, but it's also highly unlikely to happen to most people. so don't have that attitude going in and don't quit as soon as the going gets tough. that is a loser's mentality and you will not. you will not survive on.
