How To Set Up Your Shopify Refund & Shipping Policies In 5 Minutes | Dropshipping 2022

what's up guys? my name is alex and in today's video, i just want to go over the four policies on your guys's shopify stores, those being the refund, privacy, terms of service, as well as your shipping policies. so these are four very important aspects of any store, and setting them up wrong can lose you a ton of money as well as, in some cases, you might find yourself in a legal battle. so in order to avoid this, let's tok about why they're important, how to actually create them and how to get them on your store's website. so let's jump in right now and take a look at that. all right, what's up guys? we're over here on the shopify homepage. we're on the free plush ship promo store. i made this store for a previous video to uh, go ahead and do a demo on it to show you guys how to set up the free plus shipping. so i'll just go ahead and use this store again for the purpose of this video, since i don't actually have anything set up on it. you'll start by going to settings in the bottom left corner. from there, you'll click on legal. over here you'll see the four policies that i toked about at the beginning of this video, and you'll want to start by just going ahead and clicking create from template. it will automatikally craft a refund policy for your store with some of the personal information in it, like your guys's store's email address, your uh address in some cases on some of these policies. so you'll actually want to go ahead and remove your address on some things. but uh, really what you want to do with the refund policy is just go through and kind of reword some things to fit your store. so, whatever you have in mind- if you want to offer returns, uh, where they pay postage or you pay postage- just depending on where you're going to go with this route- adjust these templates to where you need them to be. so the template that it automatikally crafts up for your store is not usually ideal for what you're doing with your brand. so, like i said, you really just want to be creative with it and just change a few things to meet your actual stores policies that you have in mind. from there, you'll go ahead with privacy policy- same thing. terms of service- same thing- and just go ahead and scroll through and actually read all of them so you know what they contain and to make sure they actually fit right on your store. so shipping policy actually does not have a template. so this is something where you might actually want to look up a template online or actually just craft this yourself based on some of these templates above for inspiration. so in your shipping policy, you'll want to include some key points such as processing time, shipping time and just some of the key features before they actually go to check out what they would want to learn. so once you have all these policies created, go ahead and click save. and we actually need to get these on your stores pages right now, because right now they're only going to show up for checkout. so we actually want these on the footer of our shopify store. so from here, you'll just go ahead and click online store, then go to navigation and you'll see these menus right here. so, like i said, we want to put these policies in the footer menu. so i'll go ahead and click on the footer menu and i'll click add menu items so on here, we'll just go ahead and type in shipping policy and if you scroll through here, you'll actually see the policies page at the bottom. and oh sorry, we don't have the shipping policy. i didn't save that, so we'll just go ahead and do the refund policy. so if you click that, add that and then click save, it will actually show up on the bottom of your web page underneath search- your refund policy and you can just go ahead and read your policy on there. so it's really that simple: just go ahead and craft these up, get them to the actual liking of your store and then go ahead and add them to your pages. now these are very important because these are actually how you're going to enforce your policies. so if somebody wants a refund for an item that you actually don't support, you can send them a link to your refund policy and explain why you're not accepting this refund. so i hope i was able to help you guys out with this video as well as earn your thumbs up. if this video helped you out in any way, go ahead and subscribe, as there's plenty more to follow. i have two ecom resources linked in the description below, the first one being the ecom advantage instagram page. on there you'll find useful resources as well as i'll answer your guys's questions and help you guys out. the second link in the description below is the ecom advantage facebook page, and if you guys want to join that group, go ahead. it's free to join and you'll find like-minded entrepreneurs in there, and we really just ask and answer questions and help each other grow, as always. thank you guys so much for watching and i'll see you guys next time.

I know that this is not the most interesting lesson that you can learn for your eCommerce stores, but it is a must. you're serious about your business. you don't want to get any wrong lawsuits or anything that you did wrong on your website. you didn't tell the customer exactly what his privacy policy is, what you're doing with the cookies, what you're doing with their Privacy Information, and in this video, I'm going to break that hole down for you. so here I'm going to introduce the best privacy policy generators, but we're not only going to tok about privacy policies, but also the rest of the policy pages that you need in your legal pages on your website. so we're going to go over all of that, starting right now, one second before we get started. if you haven't done so yet, do not forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel to always stay updated and learn about the next step for your eCommerce business. go to our YouTube channel, subscribe and don't stop learning, but also, while you're learning, don't also forget to take action. one has to come with the other. now, before I start, remember that everything that I'm going over in this video, you can also learn about it in the blog artikle, which I'll leave a link to right below this video in the description. but I always like to throw in extra value into these videos, so, of course, stay tuned, especially if you are the type that likes to watch. so, privacy generators- why do we even need them? a privacy policy is a legal document that discloses what personal data our websites collect from users, from anyone who's viewing our website, and how we process that information and what we do with that data- what we do with that information. even if you have a Shopify store or a WIC store and you're not really doing anything with the customer's information. there are still things that are going on in the background from the host, from Shopify, Wix or whoever it may be- and you need to know about these things because these things need to be written in your privacy policy pages, in your legal pages, and if you go to any website, any brand, they all have policy Pages, whether it's on the header menu on the top or on the footer menu on the bottom. this is something that every website has, every business needs to have for their own protection and, of course, for the reader's protection. so we've got privacy policies and we're also going to throw in shipping policies, return policies, terms of service and frequently asked questions. these are all very important Pages for you to have, but we're going to start with the most important: the privacy policy. so what do we need to include in the privacy policy in our Shopify stores- and when I say Shopify, of course, if you're on Wix, it's also good there. if you're on woocommerce or any other host that allows you to host your online store and have your own domain name and customize your whole website. I'm not toking about marketplaces, like if you're Drop Shipping on eBay or Facebook Marketplace or Amazon. they all have their privacy policies done for you, but on these websites, where it's fully customizable for you, you have to do it on your own. first, the things that we need to include in our privacy policies: how your website collects personal data, how your website stores the personal data, and what your customers privacy rights are, or your online Shoppers, or the viewers who didn't even purchase anything from your website. all of this information needs to be inside. so what needs to be in there? for example, the name, the username, the phone number, the customer's email address, their shipping address, their credit card details, their billing addresses. what are you going to do with all that information? you need to disclose exactly what you're doing, and this will be a part of your privacy policy. now, guys, do not be afraid. we've got ready-made templates. just let me get to it, but you need to understand the importance of it first. so let's keep going in your privacy policy. you've also got things like what you're doing with the browser type that you know that the viewer is on, and their device ID, their IP addresses, the cookie data. what are you doing with the customers? cookie information which you're you are getting when they are entering your website and, of course, website referrals. so those are some of the things that you have to include in your privacy policy. what are our customers privacy rights? our customers right is for them to know exactly how we can edit or delete their personal information, how to opt out of cookies and other tracking tools. we need to provide them with that information and contact information, for if our store users would want to inquire their privacy rights, you're going to have to be able to send it to them now. granted, I've been doing this for a while and no customers have ever reached out to me and asked me for their privacy rights, but as long as you have it up there, no one is going to ask you for it now. besides that, we all live in different places around the world and, with that, we all have different rules, so you need to also check locally. what are the institutional laws that you have in your country in regards to your customers privacy? now, in most cases, you may not learn anything new here, since everything will be included, but that's also something that you should know now. here's how to help you with how to comply with all of the countries around the world, and this is something that you all need to know. bear with me, guys, once again. I know it's not the most interesting topic, but you have to know this for your own protection. so stay with me and let's continue. the European Union in the United Kingdom both have this thing called the gdpr- that stands for the general data protection regulation- and as long as your privacy policy complies with the gdpr, then you won't have any problems. you won't have any issues, as it will be relevant for most countries around the world, and here is the info that we need to provide in our privacy policy to make sure that it is gdpr compliant: the contact details of our Shopify business or wherever we have our selling channel. the contact details of our data protection officer's details. categories of personal information we collect and use. this one is important- how we should lawfully process each type of personal information. so what we're doing with the information that we're getting are guarantee when transferring personal data outside the EU- outside of Europe or outside the UK- and how users can modify and change their personal information, like their contact details and so forth. all of this is important to have inside your privacy policy and, of course, I'm soon going to show you how you can generate these really easily for your websites. now in the United States, there is a federal Privacy Law called the California online privacy protection act, and also the children's online privacy protection rule, so of course, we need to comply with those things if we are Drop Shipping to California. California has different laws than most of other states in the United States. there's also some products that you will try to drop ship to them and you'll notike that shipping carriers will not allow that type of product to be imported into California, and what this means is that websites are simply not allowed to collect personal data, personal information from children under the age of 13.. so children

How To Set eBay Business Policies For AliExpress (China) Dropshipping

setting the right shipping policies on ebay is very important if you want to take care of your ebay seller account, and that is because ebay wants you to give the right information to your buyers regarding when we're going to receive our package and how long it's going to take us to provide a tracking number, along with where the product is coming from. a lot of people are getting confused by how to create the right shipping policies when they're drop shipping from china, and that's exactly what i'm going to be going over in this video. quick intro and let's go. [Music]. let's start creating our shipping business policies to let our buyers know how long it will take the packages to reach them, how long it will take to provide tracking information and where the product is being sourced from. all of this information needs to be relevant to the items that you are adding to your stores and needs to comply with what your supplier on aliexpress can offer you. so there are many sellers on aliexpress and many of them have different shipping policies and different shipping time. so be always sure to check out how long it takes your sellers on aliexpress to ship out their products and then assign the right policies to them. but if you are researching great suppliers on aliexpress. most of them will have decent shipping times and we're going to create shipping policies for them. to begin head over to your business policies on ebay, and if you don't know how to get to there, there are a couple methods that you can use. first, you can search for ebay business policies on google and click on the first link that shows up. here you have an explanation from ebay on their business policies and here you'll have a link to the business policies. you can also click on the link to opt-in. now, if you've already created a listing on ebay, then you already have the ebay seller dashboard, which you can also use to reach your business policies. here's how you can reach to it: from your ebay account. on the top left. you're gonna hover over your name and click on account settings. then you're gonna scroll down and click on business policies. so here we've got our business policies. we've got payment policies, return policies and shipping policies, and right now we're toking about shipping policies. so what i'm going to do is click on create policy and then i'll click on shipping. first things first, we're going to give our policy a name, so in this case i'll call it shipping from china, then you've got your domestik shipping and your international shipping. so domestik shipping is how long it will take me to reach my domestik audience, my target audience, which in this case is ebay us. in your case, it can be something different. and then you've got your international shipping. so if i'm not drop shipping to the us, to my target audience, i want to drop ship anywhere outside my domestik audience's country, and that is because i want to open up my listing to the worldwide audience, where many people will be able to see my listing. i'll also show you how to do that. let's start with a domestik shipping. so we're going to leave it on flat, same cost to all buyers. and then, in services, we are going to scroll down and choose economy shipping from outside the us. 11 to 23 business days: this is how long it will take the package to reach the buyer after we've provided tracking information. now we have a few days that we can choose to provide tracking information, which is added on top of the total 11 to 23 business days. i will show you exactly what i mean in a minute. in the cost, we're gonna leave it at zero dollars and for each additional unit will still cost zero dollars. in other words, we're providing free shipping, and this is something that we wanna offer all of our buyers, even if the seller on aliexpress charges for shipping. when we wanna have tracking information available, auto ds can take the source's price and also the source's shipping price, combine it together and offer your buyers free shipping while still maintaining the profit margin that you set in your settings. so, once again, even if aliexpress, even if the sellers there, charge you for shipping, you can still choose in the auto ds settings, but you want to always choose the cheapest shipping option as long as tracking is available, and then, once again, it'll add those two prices together and will offer free shipping to your buyers, and any buyer would love to rather see free shipping rather than pay for shipping, even if it comes out to be the same price. in the end, it's a psychological effect and we want to offer free shipping. then we've got the handling time, and this is the amount of time that it takes you to provide tracking information. so, once again, it needs to be the same as what our buyers on aliexpress can offer us, and that is why we want to research the best sellers there when we're looking for products to sell. now the handling time for most of the best sellers that we have on aliexpress. the sellers who have good reviews with great shipping should usually ship out between three to four business days. now, in this case, ebay says that it is excessive and not typical to have four plus business days to provide tracking information, and in this case they will give your listing fewer visibility. if you're going with four plus business days to provide tracking information, but we're still gonna take the safe road and go with four business days, and once we see that our shipments are coming out and we're getting tracking information within the first three days, then you can go ahead and change this to three business days. but you'd rather start with four business days and then change it and prove it to three once you know that you're good for it, instead of starting with three and then getting a lot of late shipments, which ebay does not like to see. so start with 4 and see how that goes from there. now let's add another bonus tip for you to make extra profits when getting orders from china. so what you want to do here is click on, offer additional service and, on top of the economy, shipping from outside the us. 11 to 23 business days. we're going to go ahead and scroll down and choose economy shipping from china: five to 12 business days. now why are we doing this? this is because most of our packages are going to reach our buyers within 12 business days. this is once again if we're using great sellers on aliexpress, so you always want to check out your sellers reviews and see the total number of reviews that they're getting on their shipping speed. if their shipping speed is 4.5 and up and they've been on the platform for over a year, you pretty much have nothing to worry about. so here you can go ahead and choose five to twelve business days, and what we're gonna do here is add an extra cost for that. for example, we can go with four dollars and ninety seven cents. you can even go for cheaper prices just to get those extra sales first, and, of course, you can definitely play around with this. if you're making sales with 3.97, then go ahead and upgrade it to 4.97 and then 597 and find that sweet spot that people are using. they're still purchasing it and you're making that extra profit. so what's going to happen here is you're going to use the same shipping methods from aliexpress and most of those good sellers are definitely going to be able to ship out and deliver those products within 12 business days. that's on top of the four business days that you already have. so here we're toking about 12 plus four. that is 16 business days, not including weekends. so that is more than enough time for packages to reach aliexpress to your us buyers. but, of course, keep your eye on it and see if there are any sellers that are not shipping out their products on time. remove them and replace them with better sellers. so with this neat little trick, you're gonna make an extra few dollars of profit, and this is 100 profit, because it is not costing you anything, and that is a great tip from me to you. now let's tok Understanding the "Shipping" in Dropshipping

everyone thanks for joining us and here again and in this video, we're gonna understand a little bit more about the shipping and drop shipping. so let's get started, alright. so, with shipping and drop shipping, this is kind of one of the, I would say, the top question we get from a lot of our customers, if not top three, because it really is kind of a little bit difficult to understand. but once you understand, it's actually quite simple, but it's really hard to perfect. so let's just dive in and let's tok a little bit more about shipping and drop shipping and you know things you're gonna need in them. so, obviously, the first thing is it's a little confusing. so it's no surprise that figuring out your shipping policies, which option products, can be a little bit confusing, because the products are coming from another source. they're not coming from you, they're coming from your dropship supplier. now this is the biggest part. we're going to tok about this a lot and this is researching what suppliers you're using. so if you are using US based suppliers- right, and there's a bunch of different ways that they're gonna be- shipping products could be off of your own carrier accounts, could be off of the suppliers carrier accounts. you need to know how it's coming to your customer you need to know. so definitely, research exactly how your suppliers are shipping those products. now, when coming up with a shipping policy of your own, you have a few options. so there's a bunch of different ways that you can kind of digest and import in, provide shipping to your customers, and we're gonna tok a little bit more about that as well. alright, so number one: when it comes to deciding on on a shipping policy, a lot of guys they do free shipping, so free shipping is great. as you browse the web, you'll notike a lot of e-commerce stores advertising free shipping. now in order to recoup the cost. when offering free shipping, a lot of store owners what they do is they they mark up their pricing for their products just a little bit more to kind of compensate on the shipping cost. it's very common to see a lot of e-commerce stores that do free shipping, and when you're starting out, you really want to be competitive with your products. you know selling different. you know various ranges of pricing. points could be small, really cheap products could be, you know really expensive products, and providing free shipping for the cheaper ones versus the expensive ones may be kind of hard. so one thing that we've seen with a lot of customers that I would definitely suggest looking into is offering free shipping off of us once you go past a certain amount for your cart total. so a lot of guys what they do is they offer free shipping for anybody that spends over a hundred dollars. so that way the margin of the order volume is enough to cover the shipping cost and it's still gonna give you profit. obviously that's a big thing there. you don't want to be losing money for every transaction and and with shipping it's it's gonna be hard. it really is. so there is the option of free shipping. bunch of different ways that you can do it. you know inventory source. specifically, some of you guys might be customers of us. we. we have different tools to add in shipping costs to your retail price so you can provide free shipping, such as, you know, markups off of products, weight markups off of dimensional weight. some suppliers actually have a specific shipping fee for each product line item, so you can actually include the shipping cost as well. sometimes suppliers are really good about that, some aren't. so you know, like I said, the research of the supplier. so you know, free shipping is a very common thing to see in the e-commerce realm now. the second option is a flat rate shipping. so flat rate shipping is when you offer prices for all your shipping, no matter the weight of the product, but it's just flat rate. so anything zero to five pounds: you 395 shipping. anything 5 to 10: 5: 95 shipping. anything above 10: 995 shipping. you know stuff like that. that's, that's flat rate shipping. this is appealing to customers because they really know what to expect when they're purchasing products and every time they go to checkout you know it's the same time. it's a larger risk for the online store owner just because you're not doing exactly how the product is going to be shipped. again it's. it's a little bit harder when it's coming from a different source and make sure you do your research so to try to keep the weight of the products as low as possible. and when shops your inventory management tools, like inventory source, you can filter out the products that are, you know, a little bit easier to sell with a with lower product weight. we've seen that a lot with guys at once who you know sell products and they want to keep good margins. shipping cost is a huge deal, so they don't offer products that you know have very large weights. it could be dimensional maids, could be just regular product weights. you know that's that's one thing that a lot of guys filter out. and then they provide this. you know flat rate shipping. so it's entirely up to you. this is another common option. and then the third one, and this is a little bit trickier to kind of do, but if you do it it's kind of perfecting it with your supplier, it's matching your suppliers cost for shipping. it's probably the safest option you want to do as a business owner. but you have to do a lot of research. you got to kind of make it exactly as you know what the supplier provides. so the downside here is it's hard to compete with other stores in the same niche that is offering free shipping or other incentives or lower shipping cost. so that that's really the the downside here: matching the supplier costs. we we always like to say that with our customers, so understand what they're shipping on. right is it is a UPS? okay, great, you just offer ups on your store or on your marketplace. X you're selling on. so matching it, you're gonna know exactly how it's gonna be shipped out. you know a lot of guys its we're in this free shipping realm. you know Amazon Prime right. everybody goes Amazon to buy stuff, everybody goes eBay buy stuff, and a lot of guy a lot of times you're buying stuff for products that have free shipping because you know exactly what price you're getting this at you. you know I'm getting some crazy shipping costs. so matching your suppliers cost is really gonna ensure that you're selling product price for exactly what you're buying the product at, as well as how it's gonna be shipped and how much it's gonna cost you. but there is some downside to it. now these are the most three common. you know ones not better than the other. it just depends on how you want to market your ecommerce store. but, Jordy of the times, this is what we see from the customer. so that's deciding on the shipping policy. now these is this is something you want to consider on how you want to ship products, because there's different ways on how you can ship products. it's not just the supplier shipping products off of their own accounts. there's, there's their supplier shipping off of your accounts as well. so you know, here are some things that definitely consider. so once you're deciding on a ship and policy, you can consider what you want to ship your products at. so most suppliers they ship off of their own accounts. so could be FedEx, could be UPS, can be USPS, and a large majority of them will also let you ship off of your own carrier account. usually when you see suppliers act that allow you to ship off of your own carrier account, you know those are legit suppliers. they're definitely, you know, the good ones to kind of keep around. they understand the. you know the, the needs and the barriers for shipping and drop shipping. so a lot of guys- they, you know they definitely let you ship off of your own carrier count. so it's deciding on which one you want to do. do you want to take on the cost and ship off your own carry count? do you want to ship on a supplier square and count? you know it's deciding that right, so ho.

I know that you've probably heard a thousand different times from all these different Drop Shipping gurus that you can start Drop Shipping with no money. well, I'm here to tell you right now that you will need some sort of cash flow or credit line to start running your Drop Shipping Store. if you head into Drop Shipping looking to spend zero dollars, then you're going to be quickly discouraged when charges start rolling in. you have to be willing to treat your job- shipping business- as the business that it is, which means being willing to invest not only your time but some money into creating a successful business. when starting a profitable Drop Shipping business, I suggest that you start off with at least 1500 to 2 000 if you're trying out for yourself, and 500 to 800 if you're working with a mentor who can help you avoid some costly mistakes. not only should you just be prepared to spend money on your ads, but you have to be prepared to spend money on a monthly fee to keep your store open, purchasing a domain and any apps that you may need on your store. what it comes down to is that there's going to be expenses when it comes to running your online business, and you need to know that and be prepared for it, rather than just trying to start with zero dollars. and while we're toking about your online store, understanding what type of store that you should have is what's going to save you a ton of that money. and there's a couple different types of stores that you can have now. the first example is a one product store, which is where you would literally just sell one specific product, which you can see with the store right here. this store is all around this specific product right here now. secondly, you could have a niche Focus store, which is where you would be selling anything that falls in line with whatever Niche that you're selling. so, for example, if you have an online baby store, you would be able to sell anything that's related to babies or parents, which you can tell with this store right here now. you know that this is a niche focused store. it's not just selling one specific product, but products that all fall within the same Niche. but the store that I suggest that you start off with is called a general store. a general store is what allows you to test out different products that don't necessarily fall under the same Niche, all under one specific store, and this right here is an exam couple of one of my old General stores on here. you can see I was selling products that aren't necessarily related to each other, but I was able to test each one of these without having to open up and redesign a new store every single time. just one of these didn't work out. what I typically see is beginners try to hop in and think they know exactly what they're going to sell, so they try to build an entire store around them, but then, when that product doesn't actually work out, now you're stuck with a store that has no relevance to the next product you're trying to sell. this means at that point, you have to spend time redesigning the entire store and buying a whole new domain, when, if you start off with a general store in the first place, you could just upload a new product, build a new product page and start testing. most people's fears of General Stores is that they look messy, unprofessional and that no one is going to buy from it unless it looks like a brand new store. well, I have news for you. the biggest online retailers that you're shopping from are considered General Stores- from Target to Walmart to Amazon- the list continues. just because you're selling different items doesn't mean that the storefront has to look a mess or be any less presentable. and if you already get started with your own General Store on Shopify, make sure you go and click on the link down in my description for a seven day free trial with no credit card required in the next three months on Shopify, only costing you one single dollar. now I do want to be clear on what the purpose of even starting a general store is, and it is not to just scale products to the moon, but for you to find your winning products. once I hit over a hundred thousand dollars with the product on my General Store, I actually make up one product or Niche brand around it, allowing me to maximize the conversions on my store and even add more personality, because I know exactly who my target audience is and how I can take full advantage of this branded website. now again, this is the steps I take after a product has been proven a winner. but does that just mean I'm going to turn off my General Store? not at all, just using the store to find more winning products, cycle and repeat the process again. now that we have that clear, you can have the best looking General Store heading into 2023. but if you don't have the right products to sell, then you'll still be be making no sales. product research is a big thing that most people struggle with when they're first getting started, so it's important that you know exactly what you should be looking for in a winning product, how to find them and how to understand if the product is trending or not. when looking for a winning product to sell, I like to look for products that a- solve a problem and B are currently trending or have trended in the past. by selling a product that solves a problem, this is the easiest way to gain the conversions you're looking for, because you're fulfilling the issue that that exact person has. but the one I see most beginner drop shippers struggle with is knowing how to confidently identify a trend that's happening and understand the demand and data behind it. and how I understand this as a marketer is by utilizing one of my favorite free tools called Google Trends. so, for example, if you're wanting to sell something within the phishing niche, first thing I'm going to do is head over to Google Trends and type in phishing, and the next thing I can do is go ahead and filter by what's happening in the last five years and the main thing I'm trying to do right here is understand when consumers actually start searching for this type of product. so I know exactly when start and stop selling it and, as you can see right here, every single year the same trend is happening. so basically at the end of November, beginning of December, it starts spiking up all the way to basically the beginning of June, and I mean it's the same exact thing every single year. and seeing this type of trend means that there's an area of opportunity for you and you just have to take advantage of it. every single business, not even just specifically Drop Shipping, is built off of supply and demand. if you see demand behind something, it's your job as a marketer to go all in on it, which brings me to my next point. that is a huge pro.

Do NOT Use Aliexpress for Dropshipping (NEW 2023 Method)

okay. so it's no secret that using AliExpress for your Drop Shipping business can be a pain, unless your beginner and didn't know that information. well, it can be a pain. not only does using AliExpress mean longer shipping times- and when I say longer, I ain't toking about mine, you know what I'm saying I'm toking about. your customer will wait up to one month to receive their product. Oh, and you can also get scammed more on that shortly. so let me show you how you can not only get fast shipping but also better quality products to. your customers are happy. now you can't compete with Amazon by fulfilling your orders using AliExpress. what people have to wait literally over four weeks to receive their order? I mean you can't compete with Amazon in general. now you may or you may not know that wet on aliexpresscom, you can actually select ships from and select the United States, so that way you can get faster shipping. and I did this because most USA suppliers on AliExpress will still take weeks on average to get your product out to the customers. and also selecting that option means the product will cost much higher than if you are shipping directly from China, meaning your margins are gonna- you know what I'm saying- disappear. now remember, when I say you can get scammed, let's not forget that you're trusting complete strangers all the way in China and giving them money to send products to customers that in most cases, they won't even send. me personally, I lost over twenty thousand dollars back in 2019 when I found my first big winner and was scaling it. as you can see, these orders say: canceled, because I literally had to cancel all of them because they didn't receive the product that I had to, you know, dispute it. as you can see right here, it says: appeal status: finished, appeal accepted. not a single one of those customers within that you know order list received their product, even though the supplies sent me tracking numbers, which I then obviously sent to the customers thinking: here's your tracking number, you can track your products here, and they didn't receive a damn thing. I'm laughing because it hurt, not because it's funny. long story short, but it's only the amount of money I had to spend refunding those customers that did not receive their products and the 20 plus thousand that the supplier took away from me. let's just say I lost about over fifty thousand dollars. for sure, if you do the math based on how long I'm scrolling, I was selling this product for over 60 bucks. so, as you can see, yeah, I had to refund a lot of people and lose the money I paid them to ship these products. I'm still going now. if you're still testing products and you haven't found that winning product yet, here's a great tip on how to handle orders. before I show you how to get fast shipping when you're scaling, so when you're still testing products, you might get two sales, maybe even 10 plus sales, but then, for some reason- why you try scaling, it doesn't work and you have to, you know, turn off the product and test something else. so, instead of shipping those two to ten orders that you got when you were testing that first product, I advise you to just refund those customers. and here's why: because then they're gonna have to wait months to receive their order, which will then result in a bad customer experience, which can then result in Shopify, whatever platform you use to drop ship, to terminate your account, meaning your payment processor, PayPal and everything- will not allow you to collect payments, meaning you can't drop ship anymore. there's so many issues with using AliExpress. man, I can go on forever. you should literally only use AliExpress to, you know, check the price on the product and nothing else. with that being said, here's how you actually get fast shipping: an agent who will be able to Source Products for you and also take care of everything shipping. I'm gonna hop on my computer to show you how you can find that agent like this, but first let me tell you the pros of why you should use an agent. obviously you get fast shipping, but they also do quality control, meaning they make sure the products that they're sending out to people is actually working, it's actually good quality, it's not broken and stuff like that, because that can make a customer literally angry as hell, ask for a refund, complain, all sorts of stuff. to where you lose money. now, when I say fast shipping, I'm not toking about two-day shipping, three-day shipping. the only way you can do that is if you order in bulk and ship directly from a warehouse by yourself or with a team, but that literally defeats the whole purpose of Drop Shipping. but with my agent I'm able to get 8 to 12 day shipping times, which is so much better than literally waiting over a month. with AliExpress like 8 to 12 days is not bad at all, especially because my brand is in the custom jewelry. so my website. I tell people it takes two to five days to, you know, custom make the product because we pay attention to detail. so I build value on my website while letting them know, hey, it's going to take 8 to 12 days to get your order. you know what I'm saying because I ain't Amazon. so if you do choose to use an agent, even though 12 days is better than you know over four weeks with AliExpress, still try to build value on your website and, you know, convince them that 12 day is well worth the wait. now let me hop my computer and show you how you can find an agent today. I found mine back in 2019 through relationships, but here's how you can do it today. okay, so all you're gonna do is come here- I'll have the link to this in the description box down below. you're just gonna enter your full name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number, if you have that, and then number of orders you're doing per day. now, as you can see right here, it says we require a minimum of five orders per day. that's it. like. I have never seen any you know agent or any of that that only requires five orders per day. usually it's 50 plus orders per day for them to you know, work with you, but with this they're able to do it with only five orders per day, and then you just send them the AliExpress link, um to the product, click submit and then they'll be able to go ahead and Source the products for you. give you a cheaper price, faster shipping, obviously and literally. it's insane that all you need to do is five orders per day to get the benefits of this. now I tried making one million dollars in one year from scratch as a beginner with Drop Shipping. watch this video to see how that went. watch it now. peace, get out of here.
