00:01:24 00:01:28 just Facebook ads so the thing I want to

00:01:28 00:01:31 is that's what I do right I do a lot of
00:01:30 00:01:34 Facebook guys's I make a lot of money
00:01:31 00:01:35 but now it's like way more and then ever

00:01:36 00:01:42 Facebook Ads now than I did two weeks
00:01:38 00:01:43 ago so I just have a lot more individual
00:01:42 00:01:45 stores now and a lot of new things being
00:01:43 00:01:47 started so it's a lot of time involved
00:01:45 00:01:49 in that but that's completely okay and
00:01:47 00:01:50 besides the point because to be honest I
00:01:49 00:01:52 really don't care what I want to do
00:01:50 00:01:54 inside of this video is explain a little

00:02:25 00:02:29 facebook ads specifically we toked
00:02:27 00:02:30 about Facebook ads and I'm also gonna
00:02:29 00:02:33 tok about branding again sorry about
00:02:30 00:02:34 the throat but this specifically is
00:02:33 00:02:36 something I want to convey to you in a
00:02:34 00:02:39 sense of where I'm gonna first explain
00:02:36 00:02:40 my situation what I'm doing because what
00:02:39 00:02:42 else can I explain I can't explain what
00:02:40 00:02:44 I don't do so to explain that first let
00:02:42 00:02:46 me explain some tips and tricks off of
00:02:44 00:02:47 that that I think will really help you
00:02:46 00:02:49 and how you can crush it and have you
00:02:47 00:02:51 know a six-figure December a
00:02:49 00:02:53 seven-figure December so I'll do seven
00:02:51 00:02:55 figures of revenue to give you a
00:02:53 00:02:57 perspective so this will be very
00:02:55 00:02:59 interesting because what I'm doing
00:02:57 00:03:01 specifically in December is something
00:02:59 00:03:03 that's not like oh shoot it's December I
00:03:01 00:03:05 got a flip-flop now we got to start
00:03:03 00:03:08 branding or wait now we're switching
00:03:05 00:03:10 we're optimizing for our ads on Facebook
00:03:08 00:03:12 no it's it's a consistent build off so
00:03:10 00:03:14 what we're doing is we're adjusting and
00:03:12 00:03:15 now the thing that happens to me usually
00:03:14 00:03:16 in the last two months of the year this
00:03:15 00:03:19 happened last year and even more so this
00:03:16 00:03:21 year asides from different numbers is I
00:03:19 00:03:23 had two big snap backs to reality so
00:03:21 00:03:24 right when it flopped into November I
00:03:23 00:03:26 was like wait a minute
00:03:24 00:03:28 10 months out of the year like here's
00:03:26 00:03:30 how I consider the year and this is just
00:03:28 00:03:32 makes no sense to most people but for
00:03:30 00:03:34 easy math terms I consider a year 10
00:03:32 00:03:35 months you might call me an idiot but
00:03:34 00:03:37 listeners for saying there's a reason I
00:03:35 00:03:38 do it so this is a little trick for me
00:03:37 00:03:41 if you want to make a million dollars in
00:03:38 00:03:43 a year just for easy math and this makes
00:03:41 00:03:45 it even easier 10 months you got to make
00:03:43 00:03:47 100k a month put yourself on a hundred
00:03:45 00:03:49 km on the track and if you're hitting
00:03:47 00:03:51 that and you're going towards your goal
00:03:49 00:03:54 guess what when the actual year is over
00:03:51 00:03:56 you're at 1.2 so you're better off it's
00:03:54 00:03:58 always about doing that going above and
00:03:56 00:04:00 beyond tricking yourself into that so
00:03:58 00:04:02 this is where I had a very big snap back
00:04:00 00:04:03 in November I'm like wait we got two
00:04:02 00:04:05 months left in the year both is like a
00:04:03 00:04:07 timeframe of wait that's extra time but
00:04:05 00:04:08 also is shoot maybe I didn't hit a
00:04:07 00:04:10 certain goal or maybe I did this well
00:04:08 00:04:12 didn't do this it's a snap back into
00:04:10 00:04:14 reality and then the last month is even
00:04:12 00:04:16 scarier you've only got 30 days you
00:04:14 00:04:17 cannot redo this year so the thing
00:04:16 00:04:20 specifically that I'm doing we're
00:04:17 00:04:22 focusing a lot I want to straight like
00:04:20 00:04:23 this I've been focusing a lot on brands
00:04:22 00:04:25 you guys probably already know
00:04:23 00:04:27 mentioned it a little bit our students
00:04:25 00:04:29 know that extremely well we focus on
00:04:27 00:04:31 brands now I'm also flipping back and
00:04:29 00:04:32 doing a lot of trend products which I've
00:04:31 00:04:34 been doing the last two months as of now
00:04:32 00:04:36 and we'll be doing in December and
00:04:34 00:04:38 probably one or two stores free flowing
00:04:36 00:04:40 off right now building some data that
00:04:38 00:04:43 will move in and be reusing that data
00:04:40 00:04:45 for what's called Valentine's Day so in
00:04:43 00:04:47 February for every or 14th so I believe
00:04:45 00:04:48 that's what it is so that's what we're
00:04:47 00:04:50 focused on so I'm doing a lot of trends
00:04:48 00:04:52 so because this is one that most people
00:04:50 00:04:53 are buying now with Facebook Ads
00:04:52 00:04:54 specifically which is where I'm making
00:04:53 00:04:56 the majority of the money there's only
00:04:54 00:04:58 one store out of all of them and it's a
00:04:56 00:05:01 store and out of brand one store where
00:04:58 00:05:03 I'm using influencers so it is a
00:05:01 00:05:04 majority Facebook ads and a lot of
00:05:03 00:05:06 people are toking to me about at least
00:05:04 00:05:08 asking me um ideas for what I've seen yo
00:05:06 00:05:10 if you're starting some stores because
00:05:08 00:05:12 I'm fairly open in my DMS like I don't
00:05:10 00:05:14 mind if someone asks me a quick question
00:05:12 00:05:16 I see it I never don't reply to people
00:05:14 00:05:18 unless you actually make me mad or say
00:05:16 00:05:19 something stupid so I'll reply with
00:05:18 00:05:20 something I have no problem saying yeah
00:05:19 00:05:22 I don't focusing more on some like
00:05:20 00:05:24 training products and stores for the
00:05:22 00:05:26 holidays so I'll say that and I don't
00:05:24 00:05:29 always see my DMS but if I see a reply
00:05:26 00:05:30 back and they say oh well you know some
00:05:29 00:05:31 people have asked about Facebook Ads and
00:05:30 00:05:33 the data they're like sorry you build in
00:05:31 00:05:35 a new store are you taking data from
00:05:33 00:05:37 somewhere you already have or buying the
00:05:35 00:05:38 data so what I'd be doing for most of
00:05:37 00:05:40 this stuff is just building it from
00:05:38 00:05:41 scratch which is fine now there's a few
00:05:40 00:05:43 stores and things we're doing that
00:05:41 00:05:45 already have data or we're transferring
00:05:43 00:05:47 data from very similar products so it's
00:05:45 00:05:49 kind of a mix between two I'd say it's
00:05:47 00:05:51 about 30 to 50 percent cold and the rest
00:05:49 00:05:53 is already with data or and I consider
00:05:51 00:05:54 this somewhat data where I already know
00:05:53 00:05:56 the audience I've already run the
00:05:54 00:05:58 product successfully maybe I don't know
00:05:56 00:05:59 how to directly have data on hand but
00:05:58 00:06:01 it's not going to be that hard to blow
00:05:59 00:06:03 it up you know where the stuff where you
00:06:01 00:06:05 could be doing like $20,000 a day after
00:06:03 00:06:07 the end of like day two so you know that
00:06:05 00:06:09 type of thing we're going that's revenue
00:06:07 00:06:11 but continuing to build off of this with
00:06:09 00:06:13 the data we're focused on Dana Dane is
00:06:11 00:06:15 everything with Facebook okay if you
00:06:13 00:06:17 guys did not see the video you guys saw
00:06:15 00:06:18 yesterday this is a really cool video we

00:06:18 00:06:22 toking about scaling okay and actually
00:06:21 00:06:24 a little live scale breakdown over there

00:06:24 00:06:28 were up for like I don't tell like 5 or
00:06:26 00:06:29 6 a.m. they were up like 7 but you know

00:06:31 00:06:34 back at like 10:00 and just started
00:06:32 00:06:36 scaling we had what we call an
00:06:34 00:06:37 aggressive scale session so we took a
00:06:36 00:06:38 lot of our stores
00:06:37 00:06:40 put a lot of things together what I did
00:06:38 00:06:41 was I grabbed the camera kind of went
00:06:40 00:06:43 through a couple of people there
00:06:41 00:06:44 something I really want to share a lots
00:06:43 00:06:45 that have put a couple of people on
00:06:44 00:06:47 camera you guys didn't even see him
00:06:45 00:06:48 there in the background but let them
00:06:47 00:06:50 explain a little about what they were
00:06:48 00:06:52 doing we showed some of the ads manager
00:06:50 00:06:54 it's really cool video and the thing
00:06:52 00:06:55 that you might have picked up on or
00:06:54 00:06:57 might not have picked up on between all
00:06:55 00:07:00 of them is that they mentioned something
00:06:57 00:07:02 about data so to a degree so for an
00:07:00 00:07:03 example you have Olaf who if you guys
00:07:02 00:07:05 don't know he is one of my top students
00:07:03 00:07:07 which is really really awesome he's a
00:07:05 00:07:08 very good friend of mine now so that's
00:07:07 00:07:09 something that's really awesome I've
00:07:08 00:07:11 kind of transitioned into that with a
00:07:09 00:07:14 lot of people who were just cool people
00:07:11 00:07:15 so with Olaf he started only a year ago
00:07:14 00:07:16 to this month so this will be his month
00:07:15 00:07:19 celebration we're gonna go celebrate the
00:07:16 00:07:21 exact day but in last December he
00:07:19 00:07:22 started so you took my program we went
00:07:21 00:07:24 back and forth a little bit
00:07:22 00:07:26 he started crushing it he's now bought
00:07:24 00:07:28 like four or five cars he's moved from
00:07:26 00:07:31 where was he Europe Germany or something
00:07:28 00:07:32 over to LA got a house in the hills
00:07:31 00:07:34 there and now I'm having them get
00:07:32 00:07:35 another place so it's kind of crazy to
00:07:34 00:07:36 be buying a new car soon I'm sure you
00:07:35 00:07:38 guys will see that if you follow him
00:07:36 00:07:39 whatever he's kind of low-key but you
00:07:38 00:07:41 know super cool guy that's besides the
00:07:39 00:07:43 point but it is the point he's awesome
00:07:41 00:07:44 but so what he was toking about what
00:07:43 00:07:46 data specifically we'll get to the other
00:07:44 00:07:48 two guys as well he mentioned when I
00:07:46 00:07:51 asked him a question I said what do you
00:07:48 00:07:53 make the most money on what do you make
00:07:51 00:07:55 the most money on profit I said is it
00:07:53 00:07:57 basic interest targeting is it
00:07:55 00:07:59 look-alikes or as a retargeting he said
00:07:57 00:08:00 look-alikes so for him if you guys know
00:07:59 00:08:02 it's one of our programs this is why he
00:08:00 00:08:04 knows that why it works for him because
00:08:02 00:08:06 he follows that strategy so what he does
00:08:04 00:08:07 with look-alikes is that's where it's
00:08:06 00:08:08 the most profitable base because when
00:08:07 00:08:11 we're building our data a certain way
00:08:08 00:08:13 look-alikes become so powerful in Philly
00:08:11 00:08:14 you don't know how to look like is with
00:08:13 00:08:15 Facebook Ads
00:08:14 00:08:19 a look-alike audience is where let's say
00:08:15 00:08:22 I have bought a a wallet okay I bought a
00:08:19 00:08:23 wallet from I don't know wallet calm
00:08:22 00:08:25 right and there's three of my other
00:08:23 00:08:27 friends who have running well if you now
00:08:25 00:08:29 have those four purchases which is
00:08:27 00:08:31 nothing let's say you have 400 okay
00:08:29 00:08:32 400 people who bought this wallet what
00:08:31 00:08:35 you can do is upload that as a lookalike
00:08:32 00:08:36 on Facebook and so Facebook's gonna find
00:08:35 00:08:38 people who have similar interests
00:08:36 00:08:39 similar buy and habits similar age range
00:08:38 00:08:41 and live in a similar location similar
00:08:39 00:08:43 backgrounds similar maybe not as sort of
00:08:41 00:08:45 similar friends but similar types of
00:08:43 00:08:47 friends and excuse me they're gonna go
00:08:45 00:08:49 through and find a lot more people like
00:08:47 00:08:49 a very amplified version opening up the
00:08:49 00:08:51 top
00:08:49 00:08:52 funnel and find thousands and thousands
00:08:51 00:08:54 tens of thousands hundreds of thousands
00:08:52 00:08:56 sometimes millions tens of millions of
00:08:54 00:08:57 people based on the look-alike so it all
00:08:56 00:08:59 depends on that size and what it is for
00:08:57 00:09:01 of course but that's why I look like can
00:08:59 00:09:02 be so powerful is because you're
00:09:01 00:09:05 immediately slicing through all the BS
00:09:02 00:09:06 but you have to get there first so
00:09:05 00:09:08 that's where understanding data really
00:09:06 00:09:11 comes into play and I I want to stress
00:09:08 00:09:12 that important piece because I guess
00:09:11 00:09:14 data is everything like those places
00:09:12 00:09:16 where you can buy data but I understand
00:09:14 00:09:18 you might not have $30,000 to drop on a
00:09:16 00:09:20 purchase data list it's totally fine
00:09:18 00:09:21 doing it from scratch you should know
00:09:20 00:09:23 how to do that either way that's a skill
00:09:21 00:09:24 you need to be building like if you guys
00:09:23 00:09:26 don't know what you're doing Facebook

00:10:18 00:10:23 actually killing what's already working

00:15:12 00:15:17 willing to break even if it has to come
00:15:14 00:15:18 to that to get the customer so once I
00:15:17 00:15:20 get the customer I want to get them
00:15:18 00:15:21 because they're buying now and so once I
00:15:20 00:15:23 do that then I have the data which I can
00:15:21 00:15:26 utilize all in the next year so it's
00:15:23 00:15:26 like I'm setting myself up so it's a lot
00:15:26 00:15:28 of fun that sort of
00:15:26 00:15:30 see nah we have our brands going
00:15:28 00:15:33 extremely well one hit about 235 K last
00:15:30 00:15:35 month so that's what I said a month and
00:15:33 00:15:37 a half ago I said watch it's gonna hit
