to dropshippers walk with one supplier or multiple different suppliers? that's one of the most common questions that I am getting and in this video I will show you the exact answer to this question. and why do I think like that short intro and we are starting? hello everybody. so this question makes me crazy because a lot of the options are asking me this question, and this question comes not only from beginners. I also hear experience, the optionals who come and ask me asking me this question lately. or I want to go to 20 different suppliers. how do recommend me to do that? the answer is: I don't recommend you to do that at all. I recommend it to focus on one supplier in the beginning and when you become more advanced drop shipper and you want to try some more tikniques, go to another one that you want to go and become a professional and this specific supplier. when you have all of the knowledge using this supplier for at least few months, you can go and add one more supplier, but you will never go to more than five suppliers in parallel, because it doesn't make sense to do this. all what you need to do is to become a professional in very specific supplier in the beginning, and I will show you now why I think like that. so, first of all, let's start from there isn't number one- and then I will show the second reason why I think that you need to focus only on one supplier at the same time and then go and add more suppliers, but one by one, and not jump into multiply multiple suppliers at once. so, first of all, let's tok about the biggest players in the world. let's say amazoncom. amazoncom, according to and January 2018, had 564 million different products. doesn't eat enough products for you. do you really think that you need more products than 564 million different product? dancer is for sure not. so why would you go to other suppliers if you have here fast shipping time and a great customer support and all of the benefits of Amazon? now I don't. I don't say you to go to Amazon and work only with Amazon, or recommending you. Amazon is a supplier, but every supplier has its own benefits. so what I recommend you to do is to find a supplier that you like and that you like the benefits of the supplier, and start learn discipline, really, really, really deeply. Stout, understand their shipping times, all of the tricks that you can do with this plan, how to find the best option being products at the fastest way using the supplier. for example, on Aliexpress you have the drop shipping Center. same for been good for costumer, have their own recommendations. for Amazon, have their movers and shakers that can help you to find different and good selling products. so why would you start and focus on many different players together cannot really become a professional when you work with this way. let's tok about Walmart: same what one mode. we have 46 different million product. doesn't it enough? isn't it enough for you to really make profits using Volvo? the answer is for sure, yes. 46 point 1 million for the product is enough to make enough profits from one. oh. so you don't really need to jump between a difference of clouds and here also, you need to go and learn the supply really deeply to work smart and right with them. otherwise, for example, your account may be blocked. you may do some different mistakes using the returns process and stuff like that. the second reason why I really recommend to focus on suppliers one by one: let's tok about banggood, which is one of the most amazing suppliers that I know. they have the Chinese warehouses, they have the US warehouses and they have a good customer support if you compare it to other Chinese suppliers. but what I want to say about a drop shipping from Bengal and why I would recommend you to focus on one supplier at at the same time. for example, if I'm a beginner and I want to stop shipping, I can go to Bengal and become a really professional using banggood as an optional supplier, and then not only that, I will become a professional, know all, all of their tricks and tips and everything there. I will also get a huge edge over my competitors. what does it mean? so for suppliers like bamboo, for example, we have the dropship Center. so if I go here, I would have here discounts. so, as you can see, as much as I grow and as much as they do more profits and more sales using been good specifically as a supplier, I will get more discounts from them and the bigger edge over my competitors. so let's say that I got $30,000 in cells using been good in total and $10,000 in cents in one month, which is not a lot, and I will get here and 10% discount for all of my orders from Bengal. isn't it good? it's great. you will have a huge advantage over your competitors. you can actually sell with the opals and profits and get from Bengal templeton back, though, we will become much more competitive, have a huge edge over competitors and make more profits. not only that, when been boots, is that you are in a higher VAP level here, by the way, for all of these users, you can get immediately to the first VIP level, which is a good style, if you use our link, and so you will also have get better support from Bengal, because they see that you are a big user. you will know exactly how to walk the right way with their customer support, and all of your processes will be much easier. so I really recommend you to focus on one supplier at the same time. don't go and focus on many different suppliers. it doesn't make sense, it will not help you in any way and it doesn't help. why would you do that when you have so many different products in a specific supplier that you can choose again? if you want to work more with more than one supplier, you can focus on two at the same time, but learn them one by one. even the biggest sellers that I know, with millions of products, all of them used with one or two suppliers maximum. today's question comes from c-loc and he's asking: what of your store has more than one supplier and a customer buys multiple products made by different suppliers? how do you handle the customer service to let them know they are coming in separate packages? welcome to the tilled waddell a show where i show you how to create the freedom and lifestyle you truly desire. tune in every day and get real-life strategies to grow your own business and have your life and get more done in less time. subscribe to the show and add tilba dello on snapchat. don't overcomplicate it, just order multiple packages, right. basically, if a customer orders two different products in one order, but those are different products from different suppliers, then just send two packages, right. there's no other option to do it like. you can't actually create one package from multiple suppliers on Aliexpress. it simply doesn't work. so what are you gonna do? right? you just have one option. the only thing you can do is actually send the customer two separate packages. however, that doesn't mean something Bad's gonna happen. that doesn't mean your customers gonna be unhappy, and it should certainly not hold you back. usually, what I do is I just send out multiple packages without even announcing it. I like to keep the customer support as low and basic as possible, meaning I'm gonna be super friendly and helpful whenever someone contacts me, but I don't do a lot of outreaching customer support. whenever a customer contacts me via email or Facebook messages, then I'm as friendly and helpful as I can be. so, personally, I don't even send a message or an email to customers telling them that their order will arrive in multiple shipments. I just basically send it to them and if they complain- if they say, hey, where's my second order, i order two items- then i basically look and i tell them there's two packages and the other package should arrive a bit later. now, is that the perfect way to do it? absolutely not. it's actually better if you send your customer an email and let them know that their order will arrive in two separate packages and tell them you know they might arrive slightly delayed. all right, one package might arrive a bit earlier and the other one a bit later. I would craft a template for this and then, whenever someone orders multiple items on your store from different suppliers, shoot your customers an email and just let them know that their order will arrive in two separate packages and there might be, you know, a difference in the arrival time for both packages. that's the ideal way of doing it. personally, I don't do it because you know, quite frankly, I try and reduce the work I have to do in my drop shipping business and so that's why I I prefer doing it my way. but if you really want to excel and do it the right way and make the experience even better for your customer, then definitely send out an email telling them that is going to be two or three packages, just so they know what's gonna happen and you set up the right expectations.

what's up? everybody, Anton, currently hear from dropship lifestyle: calm, hope you are doing well, hope everything is good in business, hope you're making a lot of money. and today I want to share just a quick tip with you, which is how to handle shipping when you are working with multiple sellers. so let me just give you a quick example to visualize this. let's just say I was selling phones online- which you probably know I wouldn't- and let's say I was selling iPhones and I was drop shipping them from Apple. and I was also selling pixel phones and I was drop shipping them from Google. and let's say somebody came to my website and they ordered one iPhone and they ordered one pixel phone. well, what's gonna happen? right, it's not really that complicated, but for some reason, new store owners get nervous about this. what would happen is the customer is gonna receive two different packages. they might come two different days at two different times, but that's not a problem, because when people are buying online, they don't just automatikally assume that everything they order, if they're ordering multiple products, is going to show up all together, unless you're specifically telling them that [Music]. so another example I can give you, just to show you how common this is, is, let's say, you went on bestbuycom and you ordered a sony TV and you ordered a sono sound bar, and the next day you received a tracking number for your sony TV, and maybe later that day or even the following day, you received a tracking number for your sono sound bar. and then they arrived at different times. you wouldn't be mad at Best Buy. you wouldn't think: well, what is this? what's going on? why am i receiving different packages? because that is kind of what customers expect, as long as- and this is key- as long as you are clear with your communication- and one of the biggest lessons I've learned in business over the past decade is that, as long as you are making customers aware of what's happening, as long as they don't have issues- which some always do. when you're doing business, you're dealing with a lot of random people, but for the most part- by far the majority- as long as you are clear with them with what is happening, they have no issues and they are more than happy. so how do you actually do this? how do you manage it? well, it's pretty simple. if you're using Shopify, which is the e-commerce platform that we use and that we recommend, when you are marking orders as fulfilled. if there's multiple products within an order, you can mark it as partially fulfilled. so again, let's say that Sony TV shipped first. you would go ahead and mark that sony tv as fulfilled and you can enter the tracking number specifically for that. customer would receive that email. later you could follow-up, enter the next item as fulfilled, enter a tracking number. they would receive that. so that's the name of the game, guys, be honest with your customers. don't hide anything. don't send them a tracking number for three items. if they actually ordered from three different suppliers, send them at one item at a time. they're gonna be fine. that's what people expect. it's not that complicated and I think a lot of times people do overthink that. so hope this tip helps. guys. if you have any questions, as always, let me know. below this video. if you got value, please do leave a comment and leave a like, and if you know anybody that would benefit from this, please do share the link with them. so thank everybody. 60 days in order to get the product to your customer. in my opinion, one of the only benefits of using aliexpress is when you're testing products. this is because there's a ton of sellers with all kinds of products that you're able to find and add to your store to quickly test and find out if it's going to be a winning product for you or not. but when it comes to finding that winning product and scaling using this platform will not be sustainable for your business at all. there is a couple other things that play into the reason of aliexpress not being the best platform to use for scaling a product outside of just the shipping times. a couple of those reasons is product and quality and communication. there are major variations between the suppliers, shipping times and product quality, so what that basically means is that it is a random game of product quality and how well your supplier is going to do when sourcing and shipping your product, and, as that is not enough of a hassle, it can take days to have a conversation with the suppliers, as they are likely in a different time zone as you, depending on wherever you live. so, with that being said, my one suggestion during this testing phase and using aliexpress is: make sure that you're doing supplier validation heavily. you should be looking for a 98 or a higher store rating, with a 4.7 rating or higher for the communication product as described and the shipping times along with that. you want to make sure that they have a couple hundred reviews and orders and have been in business for at least over a year to know that this is a supplier that you can at least test with and regardless of the fact that it can take days to hear a response. when you find a supplier that has what you're looking for, make sure that you still message them, start communication and make sure that it is someone that wants to help you grow. now i just want to reiterate that aliexpress is used solely for testing, and once you've found a product that is selling well for you, it's time to move on, to get those faster shipping times so that you can continue to grow and scale your business. so, with that being said, i'm going to recommend you two different sites that you can be using today to make sure that your customers are satisfied with your service and you're not getting angry emails and low feedback ratings that can ultimately give you a restriction very quickly. efficiency is everything for your customers today, especially with competing with platforms like amazon and other drop shippers in the space. customers like to have their product in a hurry, and these two suppliers can help you with exactly that. now, the first site that you can be using is cj drop shipping. cj drop shipping is just one of the top picks due to the fact that they have warehouses all around the world to ship to other countries. this is the ideal situation for local and worldwide drop shipping so that you can make sure that those shipping times are competitive and something that your customers are satisfied with. so if you're someone who is currently struggling with chargebacks and refunds because customers are unhappy with the shipping times, then cj dropshipping can really help you with these issues. many of you have heard of cj dropship and you may know their fulfillment center for any products that you might want to be selling, but you may not know all the benefits that can come from using them as a supplier, so let's go ahead and jump right into it. so here we are on cj drop shipping, and you can see they have a lot of products that you can sell and a lot of products that they can fulfill as well, and, honestly, this is just great because, just like aliexpress, they have almost everything that you can think of. so you could even start off with testing products with cj drop shipping and use that same supplier to scale up the products with even faster and better shipping. now, one of my on aliexpress and, as you guys can see, i went ahead and chose a dog harness. if you guys have been drop shipping for a while, you know that this dog harness has been going absolutely crazy year after year and it's always a product that you can sell on aliexpress. you can see that we're going to get this item for 11.95. this is for the large variant, with free shipping being estimated. delivery of march 5th. now today is january 18. so this is almost 45 to 50 day shipping on this product if i go ahead and source it from aliexpress. but if we head over to cj drop shipping and we look for that exact same product, you can see that is three dollars and 81 cents for the large variant as well, with the shipping cost of six dollars and 23 cents, which gives us a total drop shipping price.
How To Add Multiple Suppliers to Your Products in Dropified
[Music]. hey everyone, and welcome back to another drop, a fide video training tutorial. in this video, I'm gonna show you how you can set multiple suppliers for individual products on all of your stores. so why would you do this? and while there are a bunch of different reasons why you use this, one that comes to mind pretty quickly is: if you have multiple suppliers and one of your suppliers runs out of stok, you can easily just manually change it over to your different supplier, so that if a customer places in order, you don't have to worry about them waiting extra long shipping times for things to restok. you just send it to a different manufacturer and they get their product totally normally. so let's get started. so what we need to do is we need to go and actually find a product now. I've already gone onto Aliexpress and found a product that is exactly the same but comes from a variety of different suppliers. so I'm gonna go there now. so I have this pen right here, and so this is a very distinct looking pen. it's called the shark pen and it comes in a variety of colors, and so what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna add this: I'm gonna send the straight to my store, and so once that completes, we go into our products and see that it is there. if you click on this and you go over to connections, you can actually see right here that this is the original supplier from the original Aliexpress link. so once you do this, it will automatikally import and scrape the data so that you're getting this directly from the gin how flagship store. so, say, gin how runs out of a partikular color like black or blue, and you don't want customers waiting, so you add a supplier by pressing right here: add supplier. so this is gonna open up a new link and it's gonna look almost identikal to this, and so what we need to do is we need to go and find a different link through Aliexpress and get a different supplier. so this was the original one and, as you can see, this is the original one from the Jintao flagship store. but if we go over to here, this is from Patty stationary shop. so if we click on this, instead of bringing this over by using the extension, we just copy and paste this listing and we paste it here, and so you'll see patty stationery shop shows up, the supplier store link shows up, and then all we have to do now is press Save Changes so you can set the new one to the default. you can keep the other one to the default, but you can go even one step further and then go into your variants mapping and select different suppliers for each of the variants. so let me show you what I mean. so by default, patty stationery shop was set as the default. so these are all the variants that we have through Patty's stationery shop. then you can go in and look into the Jintao flagship store and see all of the different variants here. but say Patty's store runs out of stok. if you go to advanced mapping you can actually go in and choose which supplier you want to be sending products to your customers. so say, black runs out and Patty stationery shop doesn't really have an idea of when they're coming back and shop. you can change it to the default of the Janell flagship store so you can actually pivot and adapt so that as inventory comes and goes you can make sure your customers don't have to wait for restoking times. it's a really cool feature that we offer and it's gonna be really helpful to make sure that you're not adding even more time to your drop shipping orders. so then make sure, when you're done to press save and that's pretty much how you do it. so that's gonna do it for this video. thank you so much for watching. if you like the video, be sure to leave a thumbs up on it. if you have any further questions, you can always leave a comment down below and we'll try to answer them as quickly as possible. if this video helped you out and you think it would help someone else out, feel free to send it to them. and if you never want to miss one of our uploads, you can always press subscribe and then hit the bell icon to make sure you're notified every time we publish a new video. but besides that, I've been Riley for drop. if I'd have a great rest of your day.
