Easiest Way To Start Dropshipping From Scratch (Exactly What I Did)
trying to start a dropshipping store can be overwhelming. with so many different steps and strategies, it's hard to even know where to start. so in this video, i'm going to share my exact strategy for starting a new drop shipping store from scratch, and in the last couple months, i've built a new store with this strategy, and that store has already done close to 900 000 in sales. so if i had to start over today, this is exactly what i would do. if you're new here, my name is jordan and i'm currently documenting the entire process of growing my online business with as much transparency as possible, so that i can lead by example and help you start your own online business this year. so if you're interested in starting your own online store and you want to follow my journey, make sure to subscribe for new videos every single friday. all right, let's get started. firstly, i want to show you some live results that i'm getting with this exact strategy. so it's around halfway through the day and i've already generated around 3 800 in sales on this store. the profit margin is pretty good as well. i've done almost fifteen hundred dollars in profit, which is almost a forty percent profit margin, and if we take a look at yesterday's stats, you can see i sold around sixty seven hundred dollars and made around eighteen hundred dollars in profit. i just wanted to prove to you that this is working right now. so you know it's worth your time to watch this whole video. so there are four main things that go into building a successful drop shipping store. the first one is your product. the second one is your store. the third is your marketing and how you get customers, and the fourth is running your business and shipping out your orders. now i'm gonna break down each of these one by one as simple as possible. so let's get started with products. so without a winning product, it's pretty much impossible to have success with drop shipping. thankfully, there are a ton of products out there that you can sell. every single week, new winning products pop up, so the opportunities are always fresh. there's really only three things that i look for when determining if a product is a winning product. the first thing is if the product has been recently trending on facebook and instagram. what i mean by trending is that there is a ad that is getting a ton of views, shares, comments and likes and people are going crazy for the product. this is a great sign that you can make money off of this product because people are already interested in it. as long as you do something a little bit better than the person that's already selling it, you can swoop right in, compete with them and make money selling that same product. this is exactly what i've done for every single one of my winning products and it's worked time and time again. the next thing i look for is mass appeal. my favorite type of products are the ones that can be sold to the masses. i don't love the extremely narrowed down products that only apply to a small set of people. yes, they will buy the product, but if we ever want to scale and build something big, we need something that we can sell to almost everybody. it's okay if it's a little narrow, like it's only for women or it's only for men, but the broader the better. the last thing i look for is good profit margins. what i consider to be good profit margins is being able to sell the product for three times the cost it takes to ship it out to the customer. so if the product costs you around 10 to send it to your customer, you want to be able to sell it for at least 30, and that's pretty much all i look for in a winning product. let me show you a live example of exactly what i'm toking about. okay, so this product is an absolute banger. basically, it is a garden privacy fence that you set up in your backyard. as you can see, this product was launched on march 8th of this year and they've already got over 70 000 likes on this post. if you check out the comments, people are going crazy for this. they love it, they really enjoy the product. but the people that are selling it aren't doing a good job and if we look at their video, it's not really that good. and then if we go to their website, it's the same thing. it's really not that good. this product has great profit margins as well. you can see that it cost around four dollars on the low end to ship to a customer and they're selling it for anywhere from 1999 all the way up to almost a hundred dollars per sale. so if you came in and made a slightly better video, a slightly better website, you could clean up off of this product and make a ton of money. so, like i said, that product is an absolute banger and a perfect example of a winning product. now, how do you find these products? the tried and true method that i've been using for years is simply just looking on your facebook and instagram feed. every single day, you're going to get targeted with ads for drop shipping products eventually, and every time you get targeted with one of these ads, you need to show facebook that you're interested. so you want to go to the ad, you want to like, you want to comment, you want to go to the website, you want to click add to cart and show facebook that you're trying to buy stuff like this. so they will start recommending you more products and your feed is just going to become the best product research tool that you have. that's my favorite method, but i also created a tool that automates this process. so if you want to check that out, click the link down below. alright, so step number one is finding a product that fits this criteria. so once you've got that product, now you've got to build a store. now there are a couple different types of stores that you could build. you could build a general store, which is a store that has a bunch of random products all around it. you could build a one product store, which is a store that only focuses on selling one main product, or you can build a hybrid store, which is what i recommend. building a hybrid store combines the benefit of a one product store and a general store. with a general store, you have freedom to test a bunch of products, and with a one product store you're limited, but you're gonna have a higher conversion rate and people are gonna trust you much more than a general store. with a hybrid store, you're creating the same branded feel that a one product store would have, but with the freedom to test a bunch of products. i think it's better if i just show you an example. so this is a sample store that i created. that would actually be perfect for the product i just showed you. the store is called flora flow. as you can see, it's pretty much focused entirely on home and garden based products. it has a nice branded design, it has a good logo, it's easy to browse and shop around and overall, it feels like a trustworthy site. i recently made a video on exactly how i built this store, so after you watch this one, feel free to check that out. the one tip i will give in this video is to model your store off of what's already working. this is not some brand new design i came up with. i just put my own little twist on what was already working. you don't have to reinvent the wheel. you just have to take what's working and add a little bit of your own sauce to it. so i would advise taking your product, building a store like this and filling it up with products that are similar to the one you're selling. here's another really good example of a hybrid store. this one is called arctik shirt and, as you can see, they sell a bunch of home decor products as well. they have the moon lamp, this kitchen set, they have bedding. they have all types of products, but the store is really nice, branded and feels extremely trustworthy. in my opinion, this is the best approach for beginners, so give it a try. next up, you need to get some traffic and customers to your website. personally, my favorite method for starting with a new store is facebook ads. it does cost a little bit of money to run ads on facebook, so i recommend that you have at least a couple hundred dollars.
I Tried Shopify Dropshipping With NO MONEY For 1 Week
so in this video, i'm gonna start a brand new shopify drop shipping business and attempt to take it from zero dollars to over one thousand dollars in just one week. and i'm not going to be using any money for this challenge, and i know a lot of people think you can't start a drop shipping business without any money, but we're gonna prove them wrong in this video and i'll be starting the drop shipping business completely from scratch and walk you through the entire step-by-step process, and at the end of the video, i'll show you exactly how much money the business makes. honestly, i'm hoping it's gonna make over a thousand dollars, but we're just gonna have to wait and see. so i have a lot of stuff that i have to get done today, and the very first thing i want to do is just find a good product to sell, and then after that, i'm just going to find a good supplier. then i'm just going to create my online store with shopify and then after that, i'm going to start creating advertisements, and for this challenge, i'm basically going to be using pinterest, instagram and tiktok and just basically post viral videos on there for free. and yes, this method does work well, since i do use it on my current drop shipping businesses that make over six figures. okay. so the first thing i want to start by doing is trying to find a good product to sell and, honestly, as long as i can create viral videos with the product and it has high demand, it's something i can work with. and, honestly, i find about 99 of my viral products on tiktok, so i'm going to kind of show you my strategy and how you can do this yourself. so kind of what i do on tik tok is just search up tiktok made me buy it- then i'll just click on that little hamburger icon in the top right corner, then i'll just change the date posted to this month and now it's going to show you a bunch of relevant winning products that are selling right now. and some other hashtags you can do this with is amazon fines, drop shippers exposed and tiktok viral products. but anyways, i'm going to take the next 20 minutes to try to find some good products to sell and once i do find something, i'll come back and update you okay. so, honestly, i found a ton of really good products, but there is one that stood out to me the most, which is the cordless hair curler. and for anyone who doesn't know? the cordless hair curler is really convenient for females, since you can kind of touch up your hair anywhere you go, and there's so many stores on tiktok selling this product, so if they're doing well, i'm sure i can also do the same. all right. so the next thing i want to do is find a supplier that i can get the product from, and so for this video, i think i'm going to use spocket. so i found the cordless hair curler on spock it for 28 dollars and 30 cents, which is really good, and the shipping times are only seven to 14 business days, which is also ideal, and i think i'm gonna sell the product on my store for 59.99. now i've actually seen a lot of stores sign this product for over a hundred dollars, but because i do want to sell a lot of product in a short period of time and i don't want it to be too expensive, i think 59.99 is a good number to stik with, and if my customers do see that other stores are selling it for over a hundred dollars and i'm only selling it for a fraction of that cost, i'm sure they'd rather buy it from my store. now i do want to add one other product to my store, and i'm thinking just to make it an upsell. so, anyways, i found this heat protectant spray and i think it goes really well with the cordless hair curler, and i'm thinking to sell it on my store for 19.99, and it's only going to cost me eight dollars and 27 cents, which is pretty good, and if you do need a supplier for your drop shipping store, i'll leave a link for spock it in the description of this video. but, anyways, now i got the product, which i'm happy about, and so the next step now is to actually start building my shopify store, and i do want my store to look like an actual brand, and so it is going to take me a little bit of time to build it. so, anyways, i'm going to start working on the store right now and then i'll update you tomorrow once i'm done. all right, so it's the second day now and i finally finished the store and i made it look very simple and clean, and i'm going to show you the page that the customers get redirected to. so, anyways, i have different color options here, and i also did add a sales timer to create sense of urgency. i also included a ton of high quality photos, which is really important, and i also added this to build more trust with the customers. and if you scroll down here, you can see i put what's included in the package, then i tok about the benefits of buying the cordless hair curler, then i added some frequently asked questions and then i also do have a 30 day money back guarantee. a lot of customers won't buy your product if you don't have this, so make sure you do. and if you scroll down here, you can see that i did include how the cordless hair curler works, so this just makes it look really easy and straightforward. and all the way at the bottom of the page i did include some customer reviews. now, i obviously did import these reviews to my store, but usually i do have real customer reviews. but that's pretty much it for the store and i think it looks pretty good. but anyways, now that i'm done with my store, the next important thing i have to do is add a shopify app called after sell to my store, and the reason i'm going to use after sell is because it can increase my revenue anywhere from 10 to 15, which is exactly what i want. and afterstok is for post purchase upsells, and if you don't know what that is. it's basically when you offer a customer a product to purchase after they've already purchased something from your store. for example, after someone purchases the cordless hair curler from my store, i can then offer them another product to purchase. so in my case, i could upsell the heat protectant spray, since it works well with the cordless hair curler. and post purchase upsells work so well because if a customer just purchased something from your store, they're more likely to purchase another item, since you already built that initial trust, and you can even give them a really good discount on the upsell offer, which will then make them want to buy it even more. now, one thing you never want to do with upsells is actually offer them to the customer before they've made a purchase. this will just end up confusing them and they might not end up buying the product at all. but the good thing about after sell is that the upsell offer only comes after a customer makes a purchase, which is exactly what we want. but anyways, i'm actually going to create an upsell offer using after sale for my store right now and kind of walk you through the process step by step. okay, so the very first thing you want to do is go to the shopify app store and just search for after cell and it should come up. so it's going to look like this: after sell, post purchase, upsell. so let's add the app. okay, so once you're in after sale, the first thing you want to do is click here on enable settings. then it's going to bring you to the shopify page. so just make sure you click on after cell, then just click on save. okay, back here, let's just refresh the page. okay, now the first thing we want to do is actually just set up our first funnel. click here on create and i'm just going to name this funnel: heat protectant. so here i want to click show this funnel to all customers. since i only do have one upsell product. okay, now i'm going to choose the upsell product and basically what i'm going to be upselling is this heat protectant spray. now, the cool thing here is, if the customer actually does end up purchasing this product, you can offer them another upsell, and if they decline this product, then you can offer them a downsell. now, since i don't have any other products, i'm just going to keep it like this, but you can add products in here. now. next thing i want to do is click here on edi.

Simple Dropshipping Side Hustle - Start With $0 - (Free Course) No Ads / No Shopify / No Website!
hey guys, it's Marcus here. I've been making money online for over 23 years. in that time, I've done over eight figures with Drop Shipping, affiliate marketing, my own websites, my own products- pretty much anything under the sun- and recently I've been seeing tons and tons of videos pop up all about how to make money with Drop Shipping starting from nothing, and since I've been doing this business most of my life, I'm able to spot some things that may or may not work, some stuff that's a straight up scam and things that are gonna cost you lots of money and Lead You Down the wrong direction. so in this video, I'm going to show you exactly how to make money with Drop Shipping without paying to run ads, without having to pay or set up some fancy Shopify store and with zero money to start. this is a full, step-by-step tutorial that you can follow along with and start making money pretty much right away. now I gotta tell you, when I was doing research for this video, I actually went out there and transcribed a ton of other people's videos about Drop Shipping so that I could figure out what these other guys are toking about, what products they're telling you to sell, how many of them are leading you in the wrong direction. some good things I learned and my foolproof way to make money: Drop Shipping. now, in order to make this work, I need you to do two things. number one: put your wallet and your money away. that's right. there's nothing to buy Here. number two: smash the like button if you're ready to learn exactly how to start Drop Shipping from nothing and build an actual business. now. the first thing we need to tok about is the difference between Drop Shipping and importing. a lot of different videos out there and a lot of different people are going to tell you to go to AliExpress, find a product, set up a Shopify and boom, you're ready to go. however, that's not always as easy as it might seem. if I'm gonna take this little two dollar product and expect to sell it, the problem with using AliExpress or any of these different sites is the fact that this product is going to be sourced from China and other countries, which means that two dollar product that you might sell for ten or fifteen dollars is gonna take weeks and weeks to get to the customer, if it ever shows up more about that in just a minute, which means that, no matter what you're on the line, you're risking your money hoping and praying that this thing sells and actually arrives to the customer before they get irritated and request a refund. and while AliExpress can be a good place to do Drop Shipping and importing and stuff like that, we need to pay close attention to the minimum order amounts and also how long it's going to take to end up in the customer's hand. and in my opinion, AliExpress is best for importing lots and lots of product and selling it yourself from your garage or a storefront or something like that, and that would fall under the importing category. so if you're looking to start Drop Shipping, starting with zero dollars, my recommendation and what I did when I first started years ago, is to find a good usa-based product based based Drop Shipping Company. wait a minute, what does that even mean? well, instead of going to AliExpress and looking for something like car mount or whatever, we're actually going to go to Google and we're going to type in something like gas scooter Drop Shipping and what we're going to do is look for places like scooter wholesalers, Atomic scooter wholesale Forum, extreme scooters, Blaze scooter and more, and when we look at sites like this, we can see that they have a Drop Shipping dealer program. what that means is, as a wholesaler or drop shipper, you can actually get this 600 scooter for like 400 bucks- a net profit to you of two hundred dollars or more. and the reason I like these companies is that many of them take Paypal, which means the customer can place an order on my website with their major credit card. using PayPal, I can PayPal my portion- the 399- to the scooter company. they then ship the scooter to the customer and I pocket the difference. and, yes, this is something I've actually been doing for a long time and using a company that's in the same general area as most of my customers. this is going to ensure a fast shipping time and lots of happy customers. and that brings us to the biggest problem in Drop Shipping: what product are you going to pick to sell? now it seems like everyone, and their brother is an expert on products. so what I did it is: I figured: let's look at the data, forget about what everyone's saying and let's look at what actually works and what has no competition and what you can use to actually turn a profit. so what I did is I took over 183 different products that the other Drop Shipping gurus are teaching us to sell, and I wanted to take a look at what the data tells us about each product we could see. here we have something generic like sandals and you have the difficulty number. now this number is from 0 to 100: 100 meaning pretty much impossible. zero meaning pretty easy. 63 meaning yeah, it's going to be pretty difficult, especially if you're new, and something like sandals is not a super high profit margin unless you're doing like some fancy sandals, which again, that's going to be kind of limited and we're going to tok to you about that in a minute. next we have stuff like Nerf guns. with over 271 000 searches a month now this one can be pretty good. however, the action, actual Nerf gun, the brand is a trademark and it might not actually drop ship for regular people like you and me. that's not to say we can't go for like off Brands and things like that. we also have rugs, backpacks, water bottles and, as we can see, most of these are way too competitive for the new person to actually get some traffic and turn a profit. we can see dog beds, baby monitors, follow clava, Sunset, lamp, wall clock, tank tops and while these do have a lot of searches, a lot of these are way too competitive. but wait. what about this one that has a competition of six and over 9 000 searches a month? well, again, this one's kind of limited and when we're dealing with fleece leggings you're gonna have to deal with different sizes and different materials and all kinds of things like that and the profit margin again is pretty low. as you can see here, most of these are retailing for like eight to thirty dollars and you're going to be competing with Amazon, Target and other big companies. another guy said to go for Croc charms, which retail for like three dollars for a hundred, which again that's pretty limited and the profit margin is way too low. think the scooter example where we're making like 200 or more per sale. we got portable air conditioner, webcams, automatik hair curler- this one actually might work- smiley face slippers- again pretty inexpensive but it could work. electric scissors, sand sculptures, digital micrometers, content creator kit- now this one I can sink my teeth into. you'll find out why in just a minute. busy book demating comb, skin tag removal- that's dealing in the health Niche. I'd stay away from that. air duster, lint remover. but now we're getting below a thousand searches a month, which means it's going to be pretty difficult to make some sales. so if most of the things on this list are either too competitive, too low of a profit margin or too limited, then how are we going to find a good product? well, here's what I like to do. a: I want to pick something with a good profit margin, either thirty dollars or thirty percent, that's right. I don't want to have to deal with a hundred customers just to make 500 bucks. I'd rather just deal with two or three customers, because at the end of the day it's an easier sale and I'm still making the same amount of money. number B: I want something with lots of uses, variations or questions dealing with something like leggings or mom jeans or water bottles. there's not a lot of uses or different things like that. you wear leggings and that's pretty much the end of it. you wear mom jeans, that's pretty much the end of it. there's no.

I Tried Dropshipping With $100 (Realistic Results)
the past few years i've managed to make over seven figures drop shipping. but then i thought to myself, what if i lost it all, all the money, all the knowledge, all the connections, and i would have to start all over again with only 100 to my name? well, lucky for you guys, in this video i'm gonna go over exactly what i would do if i were to just start with 100 and potentially just maybe cut myself a lambo at the end of this video. so i am starting with 100 to my name. but wait, there's more. there are a few guidelines set in place, some terms and conditions. perhaps that will make this challenge a little bit harder. rule number one is i can't use my past connections, old influencers, past suppliers that have given me winning products and just overall, anything that i know of that can help influence this challenge to make it easier for me. rule number two is i have to start a brand new shopify store, meaning i also have to start with a brand new product that i've never tested before, just so that it's fair and it's as if i started from complete scratch. rule number three is i can't use my personal brand to gain anything out of this challenge, meaning shout it out on my instagram or just do anything to influence it in that sort of way. and last but not least, as you guys already know is i only have a set budget of 100. so now that you guys understand the rules, let's let the games begin. so the first step in the process is to actually find a winning product. now, since we only do have a budget of 100, i'm gonna be going the tiktok organic route, meaning posting content on tik tok and hope one of them blow up so that we can get a lot of visitors to our site for virtually free. now, personally, if you're on a budget, i think this is the best method because you don't have to spend any money on advertising and, in the case that a tiktok does blow up, you can get a lot of sales. so the way i'm actually gonna find a winning product is scroll through my tiktok feed. for a while here i'm gonna sit here, chill, scroll and since my tiktok feed is optimized to finding winning products- since i just like a bunch of drop shipping ads and drop shipping pages- we might come across something that may be interesting. so i'm gonna go ahead and do that now and get back to you guys once i think i found something pretty interesting or worthy of selling demon. this is the reality. sitting there, there's some on the radio back and forth, just had a heart attack and i heard the little one who's climate change. so you have 300. so a lot of people think. so a lot of people think that i'm faking these videos, but i'm going to show you guys once. i don't know, i think i may have just found a product that may be worthwhile testing. okay, so pretty much what this is is a speaker and you guys can pretty much see you connect your phone to this bluetooth metal thing and once you place that object on any surface, like something metal or glass, it pretty much amplifies the sound. so i'm gonna go ahead and follow this page and you guys can pretty much see that they're posting videos consistently, honestly, and it looks like they're getting consistent likes and comments on every single video that they post. so let's go ahead and check out their store and it looks like it's a general store that they turned into a one product store from the name of it. they're selling it for forty dollars and they have some pretty nice images here, some gifs and description, the size- overall really nice, and they have some reviews, so this might be a potential product, and i'm actually really excited to test this product out. the views are outrageous and they post really consistently and it looks like it's not too old. so you guys can see, their first video was on the 19th, which is insane. so this is a product that could potentially get us our lambo, okay. so right away i went ahead and searched the product on amazon, hoping i could find it- it was the fourth option- and went ahead and purchased it for 38. and then i also went on aliexpress to see how much i could source this product for, which came to be around 21, and i could always get this lower once i start getting more orders. but since we're selling it for 40 dollars and we're getting it for 21, we have a profit margin of 19.. so out of our 100 budget, we spent 38 of that to order the product, which leaves us with a total of 62 left to spend. but anyway, now that we have to wait for the product to arrive, i'm going to go ahead and use this time to actually create the store for this product. porta speaker: a speaker that is portable and you could pretty much stik anywhere and amplify the noise. well, hey, i think we got ourselves a brand name. porta speaker sounds pretty nice and pretty easy to remember. now, since we are on a budget of 100, i'm gonna be going ahead and making the logo myself. i'm gonna be using a 30 day shopify free trial, which, if you guys want to do the same, you can use the link below. so we're pretty much not gonna have to pay for shopify for the first 30 days. so i'm gonna get to work, create the store and then hopefully we get the amazon product so that we can start filming some content, posting the tik toks and just start driving traffic to the store to see if anyone would actually buy from this store. but anyway, let's go ahead and start the store build. okay, so our dropify shoplifting store is finally complete and now it's time to review it. ladies and gentlemen, i present to you porta speakerus- what, okay? so here is the product page where pretty much all of our customers are going to be redirected to. you guys can see we have a few images right here so you can just scroll through. we have the name of the product with a few reviews under it and you can see we have free shipping and 50 off, right under the price, and then, going into the description, we have a headline with a description under it, along with a few gifs. i'm going to be changing these gifs once i actually get the product and i'm going to pretty much record custom gifs so that they're a little more personalized and people who come to our site get a more personalized experience, but for now i just have these temporary gifs that i have just as a placeholder. we have another headline and description, another gif, another headline description and a gif, and then we have a faq section for customers who have any questions or doubts about the product, and you can see how this works. it's pretty much a drop down menu scrolling down into the reviews. we have all these reviews. reviews are very important and you could pretty much just take these from the supplier that you're sourcing the product from, because it's pretty much the same exact product. and that concludes our presentation for the porta speaker website. so we found the winning product. we have our site built out. now the last step is actually to get the product and create a tiktok page for it and then just start posting loads of custom content for the products that we can potentially get on the for you page of different potential customers that will potentially be the holder of the one and only porta speaker [Music]. okay, so the product has finally arrived from bezos's hands into my possession and now we're gonna go ahead and unbox this right in front of you guys. so let's go ahead and see what we got. i present to you the porta speaker. wow, it honestly looks pretty solid. okay, so i'm gonna go ahead and set this up and see what we can actually do with this thing and if it actually even works as expected. all right, so i just set it up. so i'm gonna go ahead and play some non-copyrighted music so that susan doesn't cut my paycheck for the month, but i'm gonna go ahead and show you guys how this works. it's honestly pretty cool. all right, so i have my music ready to go. i'm gonna move my mic actually, so you guys can pretty much hear everything that's happening, and i'm gonna go ahead and click play without this on the table and watch what happens once i actually put it on the table. 👀 What You NEED To Know Before Dropshipping
you know what, despite the several successful dropshipping case studies on this channel, i still occasionally get people leaving comments like drop shipping is dead, if it was ever properly alive to begin with. increasing e packet rate- it literally kills drop shipping. it's too late for this business. most businesses fail. i will never waste my time and money trying to start a business ever again, and if you're smart, you'll do the same thing. hmm, yeah, well, okay, obviously, i strongly disagree with those comments, because here's the thing: a lot of people will say things like drop shipping is dead or it's too late, or businesses don't work, and the reason why they're saying these things is because they are making several assumptions that are all wrong, and so, if you are looking to start a store, it's crucial, then, that you understand what these assumptions are before you start drop shipping so that, unlike these people, your store can be successful, because, no, it is not too late. one people won't buy from you. they'll just buy from amazon instead. but wait, sarah, you ask: why would anyone buy products from me if they can buy products directly from amazon themselves? now, it is absolutely true that if you head on over to amazon, that you will find lots of products that can be purchased directly from aliexpress, sitting on amazon's digital shelf as well. and, of course, if customers were to purchase your products on amazon, they would then get to take advantage of their prime two-day shipping. so how on earth could drop shippers successfully dropship these guitar coffee spoons with two to three week shipping via china's cheapest, fastest shipping option- a packet, when a customer could come and buy them on amazon with two-day shipping? i mean, come on, sarah, just think about it. amazon is only growing. in q3 2019, their product sales were up over 17 from the same time in 2018.. won't amazon steal away all of our sales? no, no, they will not. you see, here's the thing. there is some truth to these comments. amazon is arguably the better deal for usa citizens. it is better for the consumer to purchase the products on amazon. so if they figure out that the product that you are selling them is indeed on amazon for purchase, you can bet that amazon will take that sale away from you. but you know what? we literally don't care. and you know what? drop shippers never have the sorts of people who see a product and decide that they're going to research the absolute best deal, for it were never our customers in the first place. nope, it's the 44 of people that impulsively purchase products online that we are targeting and, of course, as shown by how millennials are even more prone to impulsive purchases, with 80 of them impulsively buying products, the overall percentage of impulse e-commerce purchases for us to target as drop shippers is only growing and growing. you see, successful drop shipping stores are built around that target customer, the type of customer that enjoys impulsively purchasing products. it also means that the successful drop shipping stores are usually built around selling products that spike an emotion in a customer that makes them think: i need to buy this right now. it's why this aliexpress dog caller has made hundreds of thousands of dollars. the advertising dropshippers used spike fear and dog owners pointing out how many dogs dying in car accidents each year from not being seen. that is why, when recently, i saw this comment from this viewer asking why their online store wasn't successful, i pretty much instantly knew that the store would be selling extremely boring products. and lo and behold, i was right. now, of course, this is actually a print on demand store, not a drop shipping store, but the exact same principle applies. why would somebody want to buy this hoodie when they can go to amazon and find cheaper hoodies and shirts with inspirational messages on there, because here is the reality. typing vision in a plain white circle is not exciting. so let's compare this hoodie to this hoodie. what is the difference between the two? well, the difference is that one hoodie is very boring and the other is extremely interesting, unique and unlike anything people are likely to have seen before, which is why this hoodie's facebook advertising campaign made so much money for the successful aliexpress dropshipping store. freaky pet. and, of course, if you're ever wondering, this exact same answer applies to the people that ask the question: why would customers not go directly to aliexpress themselves? well, again, it's because good aliexpress drop shippers sell products that trigger emotions on people and get them to impulsively buy their products, so that they never even think to go check if a product is on aliexpress, because they see and go. that's so amazing. i must buy one now. and, by the way, if you've learned something from this video and you would like to learn even more about starting a successful drop shipping store, then be sure to subscribe and click that little notification bell next to it so that you don't miss out on any of our videos. two, dropshipping is a scam. i just want to quickly address this because these comments are really dumb. you know, you might have notiked that earlier in this video i freely admitted that it would be a fast, superior financial choice for a customer to buy this hoodie on amazon with two day shipping for a fraction of the price compared to what they would pay for it on freaky pet. and so what do people say to that? oh, the customer can get it cheaper, elsewhere, quicker. that makes your store a scam. nope, it does not. number one: if it weren't for your facebook ad, the customer would never have known about that product that they really enjoyed getting in the first place. people really love this hoodie and we're really grateful that it was advertised to them and they bought it. you had to pay for that advertising to do that, which you pass on to the customer. amazon doesn't advertise products. customers have to find them themselves. and number two, as an entrepreneur, you are in no way obligated to offer your product for the lowest price. here are two coffee shops around the corner from my apartment. they are across the road from each other. i walked into coffee shop a and bought my favorite coffee, a long black, for three dollars- and yes, i know that overseas the phrase long black might conjure up some different thoughts, but here in new zealand, and over in australia too, a long black simply refers to pouring an espresso shot over 100 to 120 mls of boiling water to create a stronger version of an americano with creamer. next i went into coffee shop b and again order long black, but this time it cost four dollars- completely different prices for an extremely similar product. and you know what? coffee shop a's three dollar coffee was the best. would you say that coffee shop b is a scam for charging a higher price for a worse version of this coffee? no, you would not. pricing is entirely subjective and is actually determined by the customer, not you. you present the customer with the price and it is up to them to decide if that price is worth it or not. and at the end of the day, if freaky pet are able to create a marketing campaign that gets people to purchase their hoodie for a higher price while being entirely upfront about the shipping times, then they 100 deserve that sale. 3. drop shipping is saturated. perhaps the most bizarre of all the claims is that drop shipping is dead and it's over since. well, it's saturated. and the truth is when i see comments like this, it blows my mind, because this comment literally makes no sense. here is what market saturation literally is. it's when a product has been maximized in a market, in other words, when all of the people who would want that product have bought it already. and here is what drop shipping is. drop shipping is when a customer buys a product that you've listed in your store for a markup price. when they do, you go to the manufacturer and you purchase that one product for the wholesale price and then have the

okay. so in this video, i'm gonna show you how to build a successful drop shipping store with zero dollars: no shopify, no ads. you can start for completely free. i've been able to build multiple seven figure drop shipping stores, so i definitely know what i'm toking about and if you're new here, i'm leon and i give away free drop shipping tips and tutorials that others charge thousands of dollars for, for completely free. all i ask is that you go ahead and like this video and subscribe to my channel so i can keep helping you for completely free. so let's get started with this free drop shipping course and let me show you how you can start a drop shipping business with zero dollars, and i mean completely free. no money spent on websites, no money spent on anything. you can start with zero dollars, okay. so first thing first, when it comes to drop shipping, you might have heard of shopify, and that's because it's the most popular platform to do online e-commerce with. okay, but as you can see right here, there's a monthly fee when it comes down to using shopify, and the basic plan is 29 a month and it doesn't seem like a lot, but when you're getting started and you're not making any sales, that's 29 per month that you're just losing without making any sales. and this 29 right here does not even include any apps that you're gonna add onto the store and pay for, and typically, i would preach using shopify, because i use shopify, but then again, i'm making sales and i'm profitable, so i can do that without worrying about losing twenty nine dollars per month. right, but you're watching this free course because you wanna know how you can actually start drop shipping with zero dollars, and 29 dollars per month is not zero dollars. so, with that being said, we're not going to be using shopify at all, because then you wouldn't be starting with zero dollars, and on this channel, we keep it as real as possible, okay, so why should you start drop shipping? well, you can work from anywhere in the world, making it one of the best remote jobs and businesses to start, because all you need is a laptop and an internet connection to get things going. drop shipping also allows you to spend more time with your family, friends and loved ones, have financial freedom, and it's one of the only businesses that you can actually start with zero dollars. what are you gonna learn today from this free course? you're gonna learn how to find winning products to sell. how to set up a free, zero dollars per month- online store. how to advertise your products free, no paid ads, no facebook, no tiktok ads, no instagram ads. i'm going to show you how to advertise and market your product for completely free, and then i'm going to show you how to fulfill your orders with fast shipping. if you don't know what drop shipping is, it's pretty much just going on a wholesale website, finding a supplier that sells like a necklace for ten dollars, and then, because the perceived value of jewelry is so expensive, you can then make a website and list that same necklace on your website and sell it for like a hundred dollars, and then you advertise your website that sells that necklace and then, when someone buys that necklace, you then pay the wholesale supplier the ten dollars so that they can go ahead and ship the necklace to the customer, and then you keep the profit of ninety dollars. so first thing we're going to go over is finding winning products. now, what makes a product a winner? a winning product must have that wow factor and be a problem solver. okay, so, for example, right here, as you can see, it's a beach mat and this is a sand proof beach mat, meaning that no sand will get on top of the mat, causing dirt on your shoes, your stuff that you have on the beach and stuff like that. you might not know it, but it's annoying. you don't want no sand in your butt crack, do you? you know what i'm saying. it has that wow factor because when a customer sees it, they're like: what the heck? what do you mean by sand proof mat? right, it peaks that curiosity. but it's not all about problem solving products. as you can see right here, if it has a wow factor and a passionate audience, it'll also work very well, because people buy based off emotion. so this product right here is a rose bear and obviously this is something for people in relationships or just a sentimental gift to someone. okay, whether it's anniversary, whether it's, you know i'm just just because you know i'm saying this is a great gift for people in relationships: a bear made out of roses with a heart. you know i mean. so how do you actually find wooden products? here are a couple of ways that you can go ahead and do it for completely free and do it relatively fast. okay, without suggesting: just search tiktok- mainly buy it- or amazon finds on tiktok and just scroll and you come across a bunch of different posts and videos of literally accounts showing you the next hot thing to buy. another huge way i've been able to find winning products is just simply following mean pages on all social media platforms- twitter, instagram, facebook. the reason is because other dropshippers and e-commerce people they're gonna pay these pages to promote their products. so if you follow enough accounts, what's gonna happen is that if you just scroll every single day on all these platforms, you're gonna see ads for products and people are not gonna pay someone to advertise the product unless they really believe it's something that's gonna work. so all you literally have to do is just sit there, scroll, like you usually would when you know i'm saying watching gossip or whatever- just scroll and then, when you see a product being advertised, just save it to your computer, add it to your store and literally test it out as well. now, after you've found some products that you're interested in testing that you know meet the criteria of a winning product- you know that wow factor with a problem-solving ability or that wow factor with a passionate audience. the next step is to then go ahead and find a store name- and i preferably would do a general store name, just because you can literally sell anything in any niche on a general store domain. okay, so how do you find a name for your website? all you have to do is just come here to businessnamemakercom and, as you can see here, it says, enter keywords like tik, marketing agency, so that way they can generate a good name that you know is free and available for you to use. so right now we're just gonna- i'm just gonna- write something like oasis, because you know that goes well with websites and it's easy to pronounce and a bunch of names will literally pop up like: look at this oasis hut, so many different names, and then let's say you want to click this one and then you want to see if it's available. all you have to do is then come here on the dot com, click on it- it'll open up godaddy and to tell you if it's available or not. after you find a starting that's easy to pronounce and just easy to remember, the next step is to then go ahead and create an email account that matches that store name so that you know when people have questions about their order or whatever, they can go ahead and contact you through that email that matches your store name because you don't want someone to go on your website that's called leoncom. but then when they email you, your email is rockstarbaby101, gmailcom. know what i'm saying? they'll get skeptikal and it just won't work out. okay, so to create an email account, i use gmail, but you can use yahoo, whatever you like to use. i just specifically use gmail because that's what i've just been using for all my life. and then you just come here, click create account. for the first and last name you want to enter the name of your store. so, for example, if leon oasiscom is what i was able to find, then the first thing will be leon, last name will be oasis. okay, does that make sense? and then you just come here and do: like leon oasis store, gmailcom. that's literally what i'll do. and then you create, you know your password and everything, and then you're gonna
