00:02:24 00:02:30 a lot of people get kind of twisted when
00:02:27 00:02:32 creating offers is they just go out and
00:02:30 00:02:34 just throw a bunch of things into a bag
00:02:32 00:02:37 and hope it sells right just because
00:02:34 00:02:39 you're adding a lot more into like your
00:02:37 00:02:41 person's cart for free like giving them
00:02:39 00:02:44 information products may be some bonus
00:02:41 00:02:46 items as well doesn't mean that it's
00:02:44 00:02:49 going to convert for you right there has
00:02:46 00:02:53 to be meaning behind the offer right the
00:02:49 00:02:55 offer has to be solving problems for the
00:02:53 00:02:57 niche so the first thing that I would do
00:02:55 00:03:00 if I was starting from zero is I would
00:02:57 00:03:03 go find a niche that I want to solve
00:03:00 00:03:04 problems for okay which most of you
00:03:03 00:03:06 watching this probably don't care about
00:03:04 00:03:08 your niche you probably don't care about
00:03:06 00:03:11 really your customers you really are
00:03:08 00:03:12 just in it to make some quick buck and
00:03:11 00:03:14 that's it right you're probably not
00:03:12 00:03:15 running really anything scalable or
00:03:14 00:03:17 something that honestly you probably put
00:03:15 00:03:19 your job on because you're like oh yeah
00:03:17 00:03:21 we made like 10 30 grand 10 20 30 grand
00:03:19 00:03:23 this month but am i confident that it'll
00:03:21 00:03:24 be there next month well that if you're
00:03:23 00:03:25 like that it's because you don't care
00:03:24 00:03:27 about your customers you don't care
00:03:25 00:03:28 about your niche and you certainly don't
00:03:27 00:03:30 care about solving that and it's just
00:03:28 00:03:32 problems okay so that's a first step I
00:03:30 00:03:34 would do I would look at hey you know
00:03:32 00:03:37 what who can I go solve problems for
00:03:34 00:03:39 what niche can I go go into and solve
00:03:37 00:03:42 problems before that specific niche okay
00:03:39 00:03:44 and as I am immersing myself over a few
00:03:42 00:03:45 week period right this usually takes
00:03:44 00:03:47 some time especially if it's a niche
00:03:45 00:03:49 that maybe you aren't yet like
00:03:47 00:03:51 passionate about or understand as well
00:03:49 00:03:53 is I'd be joining Facebook groups you
00:03:51 00:03:55 I'd be subscribing to youtube channels
00:03:53 00:03:57 following every single Instagram person
00:03:55 00:03:59 out there looking at Pinterest boards
00:03:57 00:04:01 going to blogs go into literally
00:03:59 00:04:04 physical magazine stands and seeing the
00:04:01 00:04:06 magazines that are being sold to these
00:04:04 00:04:08 people joining Facebook groups literally
00:04:06 00:04:12 immersing myself every time I will open
00:04:08 00:04:14 my phone I want to see information
00:04:12 00:04:16 happening within my niche okay so I
00:04:14 00:04:17 encourage you to do the same if you're
00:04:16 00:04:19 in a niche right now and every time you
00:04:17 00:04:21 open your phone you don't see things
00:04:19 00:04:23 related to your niche happening there
00:04:21 00:04:25 then you need to change that you need to
00:04:23 00:04:28 go and immerse yourself further
00:04:25 00:04:31 your niche okay you absolutely must as
00:04:28 00:04:34 Sookie it is so important to do okay now
00:04:31 00:04:35 when you start immersing yourself in
00:04:34 00:04:38 your niche you're gonna salon any
00:04:35 00:04:40 sightseeing products problems all coming
00:04:38 00:04:42 up and you take all that data and you
00:04:40 00:04:45 consolidate it right you have a Google
00:04:42 00:04:46 Doc or or Dropbox where you're
00:04:45 00:04:47 consulting all these problems and
00:04:46 00:04:50 questions that these people are having
00:04:47 00:04:51 right your customers right now guys for
00:04:50 00:04:53 your business aren't having conversation
00:04:51 00:04:56 online that you don't know about right
00:04:53 00:04:57 reddit groups forums all these things
00:04:56 00:04:58 you need to be part of them to see what
00:04:57 00:05:00 these people are toking about what
00:04:58 00:05:03 problems do they have and how can you
00:05:00 00:05:05 now solve those problems for them okay
00:05:03 00:05:06 when I when you come from that kind of
00:05:05 00:05:08 place where you want to solve problems
00:05:06 00:05:10 for people and help people and get them
00:05:08 00:05:12 the result that they want right
00:05:10 00:05:14 you will make sales you will make money
00:05:12 00:05:16 okay because no one is willing to go the
00:05:14 00:05:19 extra step most people in this game are
00:05:16 00:05:21 just drop shipping random crap on the
00:05:19 00:05:23 internet and that bubble will burst that
00:05:21 00:05:25 will not last I promise you
00:05:23 00:05:28 mark my words that will not last okay it
00:05:25 00:05:29 already is dying okay the the model of
00:05:28 00:05:31 just throwing a random Alex fresh
00:05:29 00:05:33 products on Shopify dropshipping store
00:05:31 00:05:36 is dead that has never even existed
00:05:33 00:05:39 because that is not a business okay that
00:05:36 00:05:41 is not a business okay a business solves
00:05:39 00:05:42 problems for people it gets people
00:05:41 00:05:44 results that they've been looking for
00:05:42 00:05:47 okay and that's what you have to do as
00:05:44 00:05:49 well so what are some results for your
00:05:47 00:05:51 business you have to immerse yourself to
00:05:49 00:05:53 find out for example with minded just
00:05:51 00:05:54 fishing people want to catch more fish
00:05:53 00:05:55 they wanna catch bigger fish they want
00:05:54 00:05:56 to catch a fish in the summer they don't
00:05:55 00:05:59 catch fish in a winter they want to get
00:05:56 00:06:00 to fish in a spring right and they need
00:05:59 00:06:02 information on how to do that because
00:06:00 00:06:04 it's different right and you watching
00:06:02 00:06:05 this you might not know that fishing is
00:06:04 00:06:07 actually completely different from
00:06:05 00:06:09 spring and summer right look it's
00:06:07 00:06:11 completely different right you wouldn't
00:06:09 00:06:13 know that though but I know that because
00:06:11 00:06:15 I know my niche right so you have to
00:06:13 00:06:17 know your niche in that way as well okay
00:06:15 00:06:18 so that's the first thing I would do is
00:06:17 00:06:21 immerse myself in whatever niche I'm
00:06:18 00:06:23 choosing and just just everything would
00:06:21 00:06:25 be like I believe in integrated business
00:06:23 00:06:27 guys unfortunately us as entrepreneurs
00:06:25 00:06:30 you cannot just have like a business or
00:06:27 00:06:32 your your clocking out every day no it's
00:06:30 00:06:34 integrated with your life your business
00:06:32 00:06:36 should be integrated with your life okay
00:06:34 00:06:37 you should care about your customers you
00:06:36 00:06:38 should care about your nature and your
00:06:37 00:06:40 products everything should
00:06:38 00:06:42 excite you okay news in your niche
00:06:40 00:06:45 should excite you too okay your own
00:06:42 00:06:46 products you should use them okay so why
00:06:45 00:06:48 our business owners I don't even use
00:06:46 00:06:49 their own products come on guys that's
00:06:48 00:06:52 no way to run a business okay
00:06:49 00:06:55 second thing funnel okay I would build
00:06:52 00:06:57 out a sales funnel this is the easy part
00:06:55 00:06:59 okay you know all the problems the pain
00:06:57 00:07:01 points the desires the fears the
00:06:59 00:07:02 frustrations of your niche already from
00:07:01 00:07:04 our offer research phase right now we
00:07:02 00:07:05 just have to plug it into a funnel right

00:07:31 00:07:36 pillars of the funnel stage our
00:07:33 00:07:38 credibility logic and emotion okay now
00:07:36 00:07:40 when I say credibility what do I mean
00:07:38 00:07:42 are people using your product do you
00:07:40 00:07:43 hard you five-star rated do you have
00:07:42 00:07:45 reviews you have testimonials do you
00:07:43 00:07:46 have a guaranteed you have a support
00:07:45 00:07:48 number do you have a support email how
00:07:46 00:07:50 can people reach you understand
00:07:48 00:07:52 credibility is the easiest thing that
00:07:50 00:07:54 you can add to your your-your-your your
00:07:52 00:07:56 funnels right now okay and you
00:07:54 00:07:57 absolutely need to because people are
00:07:56 00:08:00 coming from a facebook ad from an
00:07:57 00:08:01 influencer organically right and they
00:08:00 00:08:04 have no idea who you are right so you
00:08:01 00:08:05 have to have a lot of credibility about
00:08:04 00:08:07 your business have you been featured
00:08:05 00:08:09 anywhere or do you have happy customers
00:08:07 00:08:11 all those things need to be interweaves
00:08:09 00:08:12 in all of your funnel okay you need
00:08:11 00:08:15 credibility in there making your
00:08:12 00:08:17 customer feel safe secure and ready to
00:08:15 00:08:19 pull out that credit card and buy from
00:08:17 00:08:22 you very very very important not a lot
00:08:19 00:08:25 of people are doing that next is emotion
00:08:22 00:08:27 your sales pages your funnels they need
00:08:25 00:08:30 to evoke emotion more so than any sort
00:08:27 00:08:31 of logic people buy emotionally and they
00:08:30 00:08:33 validate their purchases logically
00:08:31 00:08:35 that's the way it is it's been like that
00:08:33 00:08:38 forever it'll be like that till the end
00:08:35 00:08:40 of time okay people buy emotionally they
00:08:38 00:08:41 want an emotional result they want to
00:08:40 00:08:43 catch a bigger fish they want to catch
00:08:41 00:08:45 more fish they can you know you know
00:08:43 00:08:47 I'll catch their friends they it's
00:08:45 00:08:50 they're tied to the result emotionally
00:08:47 00:08:51 now that's not to say that
00:08:50 00:08:54 you can't you don't hit on the logic yes
00:08:51 00:08:56 you do need to give details as well the
00:08:54 00:08:57 way I like to look at this is bullet
00:08:56 00:08:59 points for example if you're wrestling
00:08:57 00:09:01 out bullet points right usually your
00:08:59 00:09:04 first little couple words are bolded and
00:09:01 00:09:06 that will be the main emotional benefit
00:09:04 00:09:09 from the person right catches you more
00:09:06 00:09:10 fish right catches you more fish will be
00:09:09 00:09:13 the bullet side and then the logic will
00:09:10 00:09:14 be the nitty-gritty details catches you
00:09:13 00:09:17 more fish as bolded all-caps and in the
00:09:14 00:09:19 description by using our you know
00:09:17 00:09:21 proprietary sentient tiknology our
00:09:19 00:09:24 lures are meant to catch you three times
00:09:21 00:09:26 as much fish as the off-brand fishing
00:09:24 00:09:28 lure or whatever right then it's the
00:09:26 00:09:30 data gory details Oh argh hooks are blah
00:09:28 00:09:32 blah blah are you know the made of
00:09:30 00:09:34 premium titanium or whatever like made
00:09:32 00:09:35 of materials like those are nitty-gritty
00:09:34 00:09:37 details that's the logic and there's
00:09:35 00:09:39 people out there guys that do by own
00:09:37 00:09:39 logic don't oh that comes with these
00:09:39 00:09:40 kind of hooks
00:09:39 00:09:42 oh that's made of that sort of material
00:09:40 00:09:44 oh comes with that kind of color they're
00:09:42 00:09:46 gonna buy off that right but most people
00:09:44 00:09:48 if you just focus more on the emotion
00:09:46 00:09:51 side of them selling the result to
00:09:48 00:09:53 people in your funnel you will be better
00:09:51 00:09:55 so those are three pillars for your
00:09:53 00:09:57 funnel step credibility logic and
00:09:55 00:10:00 emotion you must have that person feel
00:09:57 00:10:02 comfortable when they are but in that
00:10:00 00:10:04 buying mode you have to credibility
00:10:02 00:10:06 logic emotion throughout the entire
00:10:04 00:10:08 funnel every single step of the funnel
00:10:06 00:10:10 okay and again if you're brand new sales

00:10:57 00:11:00 relationships with influencers okay you

00:11:00 00:11:04 there's Facebook groups yes Facebook
00:11:02 00:11:05 groups are actually influencers they
00:11:04 00:11:07 have moderators those people are
00:11:05 00:11:10 influencers okay Instagram YouTube
00:11:07 00:11:12 Pinterest boards blogs reddit groups
00:11:10 00:11:14 like there's there's influencers
00:11:12 00:11:15 absolutely everywhere and you need to go
00:11:14 00:11:17 start reaching out to these people
00:11:15 00:11:19 sending them your product for free
00:11:17 00:11:20 sending them your offer for a free
00:11:19 00:11:22 showing that you're different and that
00:11:20 00:11:24 you actually want to have a long-term
00:11:22 00:11:26 business relationship with that
00:11:24 00:11:28 influencer right where essentially you'd
00:11:26 00:11:30 maybe pay them on a monthly basis for
00:11:28 00:11:32 every promotions every single week that
00:11:30 00:11:34 I believe is the easiest way to get
00:11:32 00:11:36 started it does take the most time right
00:11:34 00:11:38 it takes the most time but it is also
00:11:36 00:11:38 very rewarding because think about it
00:11:38 00:11:39 guys
00:11:38 00:11:41 when influencers are taking pictures
00:11:39 00:11:43 with your product promoting it those are
00:11:41 00:11:45 assets now for your business with these
00:11:43 00:11:46 assets you can do retargeting campaigns
00:11:45 00:11:48 or on facebook ads with them post them
00:11:46 00:11:49 on your own social media you can add
00:11:48 00:11:52 them in your funnels right credibility
00:11:49 00:11:54 just automatikally boost it up right so
00:11:52 00:11:55 you have time and money which one you
00:11:54 00:11:57 have more of if you got more money right
00:11:55 00:11:58 and you're not scared to low lose a lot
00:11:57 00:12:00 of money on Facebook to test it out
00:11:58 00:12:03 since you're pixel so brand new go with
00:12:00 00:12:05 Facebook right if you have more time and
00:12:03 00:12:06 you're willing to build these good
00:12:05 00:12:08 relationships so these people that are
00:12:06 00:12:10 gonna move your brand forward start with
