00:01:17 00:01:21 someone he introduced me to the other
00:01:18 00:01:22 day we're toking and this is something
00:01:21 00:01:24 I mentioned and brought up I'm like dude
00:01:22 00:01:25 meeting all these people is amazing like
00:01:24 00:01:28 I was in LA for four days I hadn't been
00:01:25 00:01:29 in LA in like probably two months and
00:01:28 00:01:31 you know hang out with all these people
00:01:29 00:01:33 who you know like big-ass house in the
00:01:31 00:01:35 Hills we're toking you know crazy stuff
00:01:33 00:01:37 and I'm like that's cool but you know
00:01:35 00:01:38 you're probably still gonna waste your
00:01:37 00:01:40 time like most of the people I've ever
00:01:38 00:01:42 been with just end up being a time
00:01:40 00:01:45 waster even if it's like a distant like
00:01:42 00:01:47 a distant acquaintance connection a lot
00:01:45 00:01:48 of things can waste your time that's why
00:01:47 00:01:50 I moved down here to the beach you know
00:01:48 00:01:53 it's not in LA it's a little bit further
00:01:50 00:01:54 away and I'm not gonna drive up and
00:01:53 00:01:56 nobody's gonna drive down unless it's a
00:01:54 00:01:57 priority so there's a lot of different
00:01:56 00:01:58 things with connections you know you
00:01:57 00:02:00 want to make sure you're not just
00:01:58 00:02:02 wasting your time or anything gotta
00:02:00 00:02:05 connect with the right people so that's
00:02:02 00:02:06 where Brian really came in clutch on
00:02:05 00:02:09 this trip to LA I'm gonna tok a little
00:02:06 00:02:11 bit about how I do it and then Brian
00:02:09 00:02:13 he does it okay so for me over the last
00:02:11 00:02:16 two years actually almost three when I
00:02:13 00:02:17 first started making money I started
00:02:16 00:02:20 traveling that was like my first thing
00:02:17 00:02:21 that I did you know it was a little bit
00:02:20 00:02:23 about the fact that I didn't like being
00:02:21 00:02:25 in Minnesota so I wanted to switch it up
00:02:23 00:02:27 and now that I could afford to do that I
00:02:25 00:02:28 did so I would be going back and forth
00:02:27 00:02:30 to people and this was the time when I
00:02:28 00:02:32 had no personal brand a personal brand
00:02:30 00:02:35 can be really really good credibility so
00:02:32 00:02:36 this is where I was you know traveling
00:02:35 00:02:37 meeting up with these people I would
00:02:36 00:02:39 meet up with a lot of them in person
00:02:37 00:02:41 tok a little bit back and forth on
00:02:39 00:02:44 Instagram you always have to get some
00:02:41 00:02:46 sort of leverage point so I don't know
00:02:44 00:02:48 what that is or will be for you
00:02:46 00:02:50 excuse me but for me that was owning
00:02:48 00:02:51 Instagram influencer pages so I would
00:02:50 00:02:53 meet people through that because its
00:02:51 00:02:54 credibility so I would just be meeting
00:02:53 00:02:55 with these entrepreneurs and then again
00:02:54 00:02:57 it's like a almost like one of those
00:02:55 00:02:58 tree branches you know they introduce
00:02:57 00:03:00 you to someone and then someone else and
00:02:58 00:03:03 someone else and when I was a kid you
00:03:00 00:03:05 know 16 and even 15 but 15 16 a lot at
00:03:03 00:03:07 16 and 17 I was traveling and constantly
00:03:05 00:03:10 meeting these people like people that I
00:03:07 00:03:12 used to watch like Jared Garage Jeff and
00:03:10 00:03:14 everyone like it is crazy because I used
00:03:12 00:03:16 to watch their videos for a year now I
00:03:14 00:03:17 can FaceTime and would say what's up
00:03:16 00:03:20 [ __ ] like it doesn't matter you know
00:03:17 00:03:21 it's just he's the homie so it's really
00:03:20 00:03:23 crazy to see that like all these
00:03:21 00:03:25 entrepreneurs I saw when I was starting
00:03:23 00:03:26 my personal brand who now I'm just
00:03:25 00:03:28 hanging out with it even like massive
00:03:26 00:03:31 people in the influencer space you know
00:03:28 00:03:32 one with 65 million followers like it
00:03:31 00:03:34 all these but I'm not even gonna say who
00:03:32 00:03:36 cuz you know I didn't show it in the
00:03:34 00:03:37 vlog for a reason but a lot of people
00:03:36 00:03:39 you know who live at 1600 vine and
00:03:37 00:03:41 Hollywood and meeting with those people
00:03:39 00:03:44 it's because of credibility first of all
00:03:41 00:03:45 you can't just be some random kid who is
00:03:44 00:03:48 doing nothing and like go hang out with
00:03:45 00:03:49 Logan Paul or like you know be backstage
00:03:48 00:03:51 with Wiz Khalifa and all this stuff and
00:03:49 00:03:53 like again this is not to brag at all
00:03:51 00:03:54 I'm just trying to bring up the certain
00:03:53 00:03:57 pieces that I believe you have to have
00:03:54 00:03:59 in place for me a lot of it is just
00:03:57 00:04:01 direct credibility so people like Brian
00:03:59 00:04:02 who know people then toking me up you
00:04:01 00:04:04 know you have to provide some sort of
00:04:02 00:04:06 credibility especially if those people
00:04:04 00:04:08 are viewed as above you and this happens
00:04:06 00:04:10 a lot follower wise when they have like
00:04:08 00:04:12 kind of an ego because they got a big
00:04:10 00:04:14 audience so it's really interesting to
00:04:12 00:04:16 see that you have to like you know if
00:04:14 00:04:17 they don't know what you're doing and
00:04:16 00:04:18 you're not like impressive to them
00:04:17 00:04:20 they're not gonna like get you on that
00:04:18 00:04:22 friend level so everything's positioning
00:04:20 00:04:24 so for me you know I I do very
00:04:22 00:04:25 in the econ space a lot of the stuff I
00:04:24 00:04:26 do my age as well like I pull up in my
00:04:25 00:04:28 car
00:04:26 00:04:30 it's immediate credibility so if you
00:04:28 00:04:31 haven't really done anything you
00:04:30 00:04:32 shouldn't be worried about networking
00:04:31 00:04:34 because you have to go do something
00:04:32 00:04:36 first you're not gonna meet with those
00:04:34 00:04:38 people and while I was making money six
00:04:36 00:04:39 figures and moved right up into seven I
00:04:38 00:04:41 wasn't meeting the right you know I
00:04:39 00:04:42 wouldn't say the right people but like
00:04:41 00:04:43 you know I'm not connected to people
00:04:42 00:04:45 with hundreds of millions of dollars
00:04:43 00:04:47 billions of dollars like you know the
00:04:45 00:04:49 people you've never heard of and it's
00:04:47 00:04:50 really crazy to me that's just a
00:04:49 00:04:51 progression so you got to keep doing
00:04:50 00:04:54 your thing you have to have your own
00:04:51 00:04:55 stuff going something respectable before
00:04:54 00:04:58 you can actually start meeting those
00:04:55 00:04:59 people so for me a personal brand has
00:04:58 00:05:01 been huge just to meet a couple the
00:04:59 00:05:04 right people and then a tree branches
00:05:01 00:05:05 out so literally knowing like I wouldn't
00:05:04 00:05:07 say everyone but you know a lot of these
00:05:05 00:05:09 people it's absolutely amazing
00:05:07 00:05:13 so Brian if you want to get over in here
00:05:09 00:05:17 he owns coming he owns dream masterminds
00:05:13 00:05:18 so absolutely unreal company the vision
00:05:17 00:05:20 for that everything they're doing the
00:05:18 00:05:21 last of its crazy so imma let him
00:05:20 00:05:25 explain that but a lot of what he does
00:05:21 00:05:26 is connecting people the right people so
00:05:25 00:05:27 it's really crazy I'll let him you know
00:05:26 00:05:29 give it like a 30-second rundown on the
00:05:27 00:05:31 business but also about connecting
00:05:29 00:05:33 people because that's a lot of what he
00:05:31 00:05:37 does I'll stand up so it's not weird

00:06:22 00:06:28 genuine they weren't fully proactive in
00:06:25 00:06:29 a way everyone was there for their own
00:06:28 00:06:30 agenda everyone was
00:06:29 00:06:31 they're trying throw their business
00:06:30 00:06:33 cards at me and I was like I don't only
00:06:31 00:06:34 like this too much I want to build real
00:06:33 00:06:36 relationships and real friendships and
00:06:34 00:06:38 everyone's Pranita told me they were
00:06:36 00:06:39 like hey Brian like I just don't have
00:06:38 00:06:41 any friends who believe in me I don't
00:06:39 00:06:44 have any friends who are going for more
00:06:41 00:06:47 in life and then I knew from my dream my
00:06:44 00:06:49 experience Haydon does that number one
00:06:47 00:06:50 thing one of the number one things is
00:06:49 00:06:52 who you're around your inner fireman not
00:06:50 00:06:54 only where you are but who you are with
00:06:52 00:06:56 and when I started kind of putting
00:06:54 00:06:58 myself around positive people and people
00:06:56 00:07:00 who are higher than me it was an ego
00:06:58 00:07:02 check which was great humbled me but it
00:07:00 00:07:03 also just showed me how much more it
00:07:02 00:07:05 could be done
00:07:03 00:07:07 so I started believing in myself more so
00:07:05 00:07:09 another huge part of it too for me was
00:07:07 00:07:11 just seeing all these events and you
00:07:09 00:07:12 know just saying hey how can I make
00:07:11 00:07:14 these more fun so dream masterminds to
00:07:12 00:07:16 all around we do fun things like y'all
00:07:14 00:07:19 parties and beach parties and penthouse
00:07:16 00:07:23 parties while doing a lot of fun and
00:07:19 00:07:25 creative seminars so we bring the top
00:07:23 00:07:27 people in their industries so if we did
00:07:25 00:07:30 ecommerce we get people like it involves
00:07:27 00:07:32 and other tok people I'm Tom etc for
00:07:30 00:07:33 that dream masterminds event but it
00:07:32 00:07:35 wouldn't only be like a seminar B
00:07:33 00:07:36 seminar than the operate cetera or
00:07:35 00:07:38 people could really not work it's like
00:07:36 00:07:40 working on a vacation that's like kind
00:07:38 00:07:42 of what I think about it exactly exists
00:07:40 00:07:43 and as you already know we've toked
00:07:42 00:07:45 about this a lot of the relationships
00:07:43 00:07:47 when people start meeting other people
00:07:45 00:07:48 it's like oh how can we make more money
00:07:47 00:07:50 with each other it's immediately
00:07:48 00:07:51 business it's never like that actually
00:07:50 00:07:53 that's one thing he really pushed me
00:07:51 00:07:55 into I really like the whole thing if
00:07:53 00:07:57 you know form that genuine friendship
00:07:55 00:07:58 like how many people and I know this is
00:07:57 00:07:59 huge because I already know a lot of the
00:07:58 00:08:01 people I know you know probably way more
00:07:59 00:08:03 who are big in the space who you might
00:08:01 00:08:05 even watch on the internet who have no
00:08:03 00:08:07 actual friends like if they were to lose
00:08:05 00:08:08 everything nobody would be there you
00:08:07 00:08:09 know if they were to go into a
00:08:08 00:08:11 depression like I'm not going to tok
00:08:09 00:08:13 too much about that stuff but a lot of
00:08:11 00:08:15 people that you think like they're alone
00:08:13 00:08:17 they've been depressed they have they've
00:08:15 00:08:18 gone through hard stuff and that's a lot
00:08:17 00:08:20 of also what happens when you start
00:08:18 00:08:21 making money or get into the audience
00:08:20 00:08:22 there's a lot of different things so
00:08:21 00:08:24 it's definitely an interesting like
00:08:22 00:08:26 ecosystem that nobody seems to ever
00:08:24 00:08:27 think about that's what I really see no
00:08:26 00:08:29 it's huge and the thing is too is like
00:08:27 00:08:30 people like hated specially like and
00:08:29 00:08:32 there's different people in the field
00:08:30 00:08:33 like they're used to people asking them
00:08:32 00:08:35 for things they're used to people coming
00:08:33 00:08:37 out of them for things so if you go into
00:08:35 00:08:38 like hey man like nice to meet you how
00:08:37 00:08:39 can we do business
00:08:38 00:08:41 I've had this problem with myself where
00:08:39 00:08:44 I've introduced other people to each
00:08:41 00:08:45 other and they're immediately like we're
00:08:44 00:08:47 gonna do this and then it's like do you
00:08:45 00:08:49 like well you just see in your business
00:08:47 00:08:50 and you see the relationships that's
00:08:49 00:08:52 true friendships when you're really
00:08:50 00:08:54 there with or without the business being
00:08:52 00:08:56 involved those are usually the ones that
00:08:54 00:08:58 can flourish into amazing businesses and
00:08:56 00:08:59 vice versa sometimes you do meet people
00:08:58 00:09:01 fully off business and then they become
00:08:59 00:09:03 friendships but when you build the
00:09:01 00:09:05 foundation off of only finances
00:09:03 00:09:07 sometimes that relationship can die
00:09:05 00:09:09 because of five it does quick yeah cuz
00:09:07 00:09:10 that's the only actual attachment you
00:09:09 00:09:11 only care about each other because I'm
00:09:10 00:09:12 money yeah you're not really sorry
00:09:11 00:09:14 there's certain situations you know that
00:09:12 00:09:16 the one person that the audience who you
00:09:14 00:09:18 know the goal out of that is to then do
00:09:16 00:09:19 some business but also becoming friends
00:09:18 00:09:20 you know there's certain purposes
00:09:19 00:09:22 depending on what you guys are both
00:09:20 00:09:24 looking for out of it but if it's so
00:09:22 00:09:26 much one-sided you're never gonna get on
00:09:24 00:09:28 that level like for me I know you know
00:09:26 00:09:30 you've known Kasey Adams for like three
00:09:28 00:09:31 years like if you guys know like I've
00:09:30 00:09:32 known him for like a year and a half I
00:09:31 00:09:34 remember I was starting my personal
00:09:32 00:09:36 brand and I was making six figures doing
00:09:34 00:09:38 my own thing I'm like huh one day he's
00:09:36 00:09:40 gonna be my friend like it's so funny to
00:09:38 00:09:42 think about like one day that get like
00:09:40 00:09:43 he's gonna be the homie and it's just
00:09:42 00:09:44 really weird I think a lot of people
00:09:43 00:09:47 don't ever admit that like I'm willing
00:09:44 00:09:49 to admit that and share that and I
00:09:47 00:09:50 really want to transition this tune to
00:09:49 00:09:52 how you can actually start meeting these
00:09:50 00:09:54 people not so much what you do with them
00:09:52 00:09:55 sure yeah so I mean a huge part of it

00:09:55 00:09:58 remember how far you actually offer
00:09:57 00:10:00 these people all right so if you're
00:09:58 00:10:04 online you're looking at someone like
00:10:00 00:10:05 Casey or Hayden or it could be which by
00:10:04 00:10:07 the way we're at the bottom of the food
00:10:05 00:10:09 chain yeah yeah it could be Jay Paul it
00:10:07 00:10:11 could be anybody but when you look
00:10:09 00:10:15 around and you're like you know how do I
00:10:11 00:10:17 get from someone from Haven to Casey Jay
00:10:15 00:10:20 Paul to an a-list celebrity it's not
00:10:17 00:10:23 necessarily about you know how far you
00:10:20 00:10:25 actually are but earthstar it's actually
00:10:23 00:10:27 you're naturally not that far as you
00:10:25 00:10:30 think so for example like from Jay Paul
00:10:27 00:10:31 like I'm like one person away in a ton
00:10:30 00:10:33 of ways you know they mean it's a and
00:10:31 00:10:34 when we start understanding that it
00:10:33 00:10:36 starts to change the game cuz you're a
00:10:34 00:10:37 lot closer than you think the other part
00:10:36 00:10:39 of that too is one of the best tips I
00:10:37 00:10:42 was ever given by my friend Joshua
00:10:39 00:10:45 Joshua Erb that was network from the top
00:10:42 00:10:46 down a lot of people are always trying
00:10:45 00:10:48 now that you can't do it the other way
00:10:46 00:10:49 right but sometimes when you can meet
00:10:48 00:10:50 people who have a
00:10:49 00:10:53 higher authorities so you can meet an
00:10:50 00:10:55 investor you can meet a boss you can
00:10:53 00:10:57 meet you know someone who is above them
00:10:55 00:10:59 in a way or has done business with them
00:10:57 00:10:59 for example like if you want to meet
00:10:59 00:11:01 Grant Cardone
00:10:59 00:11:03 I would HIGHLY highly recommend you
00:11:01 00:11:04 network with someone like Bradley you
00:11:03 00:11:06 know to me because if you're trying to
00:11:04 00:11:07 go straight to Grant now that it can't
00:11:06 00:11:09 happen but you know that's just you
00:11:07 00:11:10 might just be a fan and that's another
00:11:09 00:11:12 huge thing other if they have an
00:11:10 00:11:14 audience versus not it can yeah exactly
00:11:12 00:11:16 a huge huge thing I heard the other day
00:11:14 00:11:18 was that when Michael Jordan would meet
00:11:16 00:11:22 people he would automatikally determine
00:11:18 00:11:23 you as fan or friend and Michael Jordan
00:11:22 00:11:27 did this does this now I mean you know
00:11:23 00:11:28 because he's alive he's alive what I
00:11:27 00:11:30 mean by that is like you know he's
00:11:28 00:11:32 living life you know very extroverted
00:11:30 00:11:34 Lee right now after his basketball
00:11:32 00:11:37 career so he's always many people and
00:11:34 00:11:39 one of his close friends said that he'll
00:11:37 00:11:41 either journey as a fan or a friend oh
00:11:39 00:11:44 there you've got one of the biggest ways
00:11:41 00:11:46 to discern that is are you gonna ask to
00:11:44 00:11:47 take a picture yeah that for me when
00:11:46 00:11:49 someone else has an audience like if you
00:11:47 00:11:50 come up and you want to take a picture
00:11:49 00:11:52 of someone you're immediately putting
00:11:50 00:11:54 yourself no matter what on at the fan
00:11:52 00:11:55 level yeah and as usually a huge thing
00:11:54 00:11:56 to actually coming up on my friend she's
00:11:55 00:11:58 a big influence or he has a couple
00:11:56 00:12:00 million followers and he actually called
00:11:58 00:12:01 me out on it one time later on he was
00:12:00 00:12:03 like yo man he's like you need to a
00:12:01 00:12:05 picture with me and stuff and we are
00:12:03 00:12:06 friends but it wasn't like I didn't take
00:12:05 00:12:08 a picture with him like it wasn't like
00:12:06 00:12:10 selfie mode it was like we were just out
00:12:08 00:12:12 and I took a video and I tagged him but
00:12:10 00:12:14 it was like the first time we hung out
00:12:12 00:12:16 and uh it's not like it wasn't even a
00:12:14 00:12:17 Ballack and it wasn't even like I was
00:12:16 00:12:19 trying to like chase clout or anything
00:12:17 00:12:21 but I was like I thought it was cool but
00:12:19 00:12:22 if you really believe in yourself and
00:12:21 00:12:23 have strong confidence if you do think
00:12:22 00:12:25 you're going to see them again and you
00:12:23 00:12:27 really believe that you're kind of build
00:12:25 00:12:28 a friendship you're gonna have another
00:12:27 00:12:30 chance and when you do it later on it
00:12:28 00:12:32 starts to make more sense because then
00:12:30 00:12:33 you're like okay cool like we hung out
00:12:32 00:12:35 like a bunch of times or we've hung out
00:12:33 00:12:36 a couple times like we're at dinner it's

00:14:57 00:15:00 in there seems like like if someone's
00:14:59 00:15:02 willing to offer free help like
00:15:00 00:15:03 and you business owner was like okay

00:15:05 00:15:07 chance you also have to discern it
