Starting with Facebook Ads Manager, the first step is to create a simple Facebook ad that will bring in subscribers for the list.

Under the campaign level, click on create and choose the leads objective. Name the campaign, choose a budget, and select the highest volume campaign bit strategy.

Under the asset level, select the demographic information, placements, and audience. Name the section, select instant forms under conversions, and choose the locations and age range.
