How To Get 3-5 Day Shipping From China - Shopify Dropshipping

yo what's up guys it's zacky back at it
with another video i know the realtors
are all here so let's get straight into
it
so i'm going to be toking about exactly
how you're going to be able to get four
to five days shipping during this
pandemic
and why you should completely stop using
aliexpress and why it's outdated and
it's really not your best source
to really have happy customers right at
the end of the day
everybody can go out there and make a
ton of sales i've seen how many people i
have
friends and people that i've worked with
in the e-commerce space that have had
millions of dollars in sales
but their biggest downside was their
supplier was unreliable
or their supplier took too long to ship
out and they ended up getting a ton of
chargebacks
which just ruined the momentum and
ruined their entire business right from
payment processor issues
to everything in that nature so i'm
going to tok about first
why you should stop using aliexpress me
personally about a year and a half ago
2017 when i was endorsing aliexpress
aliexpress was really the only route
that everybody knew about
i don't i don't got the virus you might
have thought that for a second
but when aliexpress was the only route
that everybody thought about that was
really what i was endorsed i was like
hey aliexpress is the route you go
you can go out there and find some us
suppliers right but one thing you have
to fully understand is that
aliexpress is the middleman to the
middle man right
so if you're drop shipping which is the
business model a lot of you guys do
especially as beginners
we're thinking we're the middle man to
the customer when in reality aliexpress
is the middle man
to you right because aliexpress is never
the supplier
the person that owns the aliexpress
listing is never the direct supplier
there's usually a supplier that's that's
manufacturing and making the item of
demand
right and then there's usually a
middleman between them and the
aliexpress agent it's rare that the
aliexpress
person the person that's showing the
listing goes out there and goes directly
to the supplier but let's say that
happens
that means when you get an order right
let's say you got an order today i got
an order today for 150 bucks
right four units if i was using
aliexpress i would go to aliexpress
go type in the addresses go do that
whole thing right that whole spiel
they would send the order to them my
assumption would be hey it's gonna take
a day or two for them to process it and
get it shipped out
well no they're gonna take a day or two
to get it to the actual supplier himself
then they're gonna take a day or two to
actually process which is a four-day
process
if you're lucky if you're lucky and this
is a smooth process smooth transaction
to get your actual product out which
ends up taking five to six days
just to actually confirm that hey you
got confirmation that your product just
got shipped out
and that's not even including shipping
times etc right
and that's why you'll see in a lot of
drop shipping sites and you'll be able
to recognize a drop shipping site
instantly if it says
allow for two to four weeks for shipping
times right and no customer is going to
allow that in their right mind no
customers willing to wait two to four
weeks they instantly know
and you got to realize that customers
are really savvy now they're aware of
what's going on they're aware that
aliexpress exists they're aware of
dhgate
they're aware of these places where hey
you can just essentially middlemen and
buy things for cheaper and sell it to me
they're aware of these things right
so they're not buying it anymore right
when they see two to four weeks boom if
it's not a product of demand or if
they're not
really if they're if they're a part of
the older market right you know what i
mean a little
not tik savvy they're they might end up
falling for it
right but to have happy customers you
cannot
you cannot do that it's not working
anymore and i've seen so many people go
down this path and it ends up not
working for them
so what's the solution how can you go
out there and get faster shipping
right the one main thing that i
recommend is going out there and getting
an
agent right somebody that's on the
ground that has feet on the ground
right or finding a direct us supplier
and that might be tough because there's
a few things right
first off if you find somebody that's
based in the u.s that's manufacturing
your product and shipping out
guaranteed they're extremely pricier
than the other person
right then the chinese supplier et
cetera but you have to weigh a few
things
lifetime value versus the quick buck
right
because at the end of the day i i all
the time all the time my mom my mom
won't buy something online
and it'll end up being she falls for
that it's like you know what i mean
there's there's some good marketing out
there
and she ends up going goes and buys
something and she asks me exactly what's
going on like that my product hasn't got
here it's been three weeks
and i'm like mom if it's not amazon or
if it's not an actual
brand please don't buy it like please
unless it says seven days confirm please
don't buy it
right because i know what's going on
behind the scenes
you see what i'm saying so if you go out
there
and you can reach out so the main method
that i partikularly use especially with
all my stores right now
is first off if the store is doing
extremely well
go out there and source the product
directly right
go out there go spend a thousand bucks
on a warehouse
right or a fulfillment agent right here
in the us a fulfillment center
essentially go order your product in
bulk invest the money go order your
product in bulk and this is if you're
doing well you're already making sales
go order your product in bulk and then
legitimately ship it from the us
you can get shipping out two to three
days you have much happy customers
you're able to build that lifetime value
and especially especially build just
happy customers and those reviews
lower your chargeback rate lower ev your
business is just a much smoothing
smoother running business and that's one
thing i've seen my ex from my experience
especially as you start to scale
everybody that's made a lot of money
even those people that have haven't made
any money have made a few sales
they'll get their payment processors
banned right because they get one charge
back
the product wasn't shipped etc there's a
bunch of headaches that go on
and that's one thing that you want to do
if you have a brand if you have an
existing product that's doing well
go that route if you don't and you want
to go to essentially the bootstrap route
and you want to essentially
go out there and drop ship go out there
and start messaging suppliers that are
on alibaba
once you start messaging these suppliers
you can ask for a shipping agent and you
can start communicating with them some
of their english might not be that well
right they're going to start telling you
to communicate them on communicate with
them on apps like wechat and whatsapp
right
go out there and message them and start
communicating with a lot of them
right as you start to communicate with
them ask them for photos and you'll
start to see
who are the ones that are asking the
next guy for photos right like they're
like hey um the customer asked for a
photo of this and you'll start to see
the people that are actually
in the warehouse et cetera once you
start to to filter those out and start
hey these are the guys that are bs these
are you guys okay
perfect start getting their products
understand hey like how long would it
take to ship start asking those
questions
right and especially during this time
you want to start communicating there is
no more blind
suppliers you shouldn't have any kind of
blind trust especially with
with what's going on and that's what my
my honest truth is don't
don't blindly go out there and order
from the guy with the most orders
right because at the end of the day he
might have a large quantity from
a while ago if you're not looking at the
data the guy might have been a killer in
2017 because everybody was allowing two
to 14-day shipping
but during today's time coronavirus i
just said the word
but with go with kovit and everything
that's going on the pandemic
it's not allowed anymore people are not
tolerating it especially as
amazon starts to really expand their
market cap and
reach that trillion 2 trillion and just
extremely massive in the shopify brands
start to grow extremely fast right
if you're going to go the drop shipping
route which you eventually want to
graduate right i call drop shipping high
school
right once you graduate high school go
to a four-year college go start a brand
or pivot your product into a brand
itself
right and that's really the route i
would go if if
if if you're doing well right order the
product in bulk
and go take it to a fulfillment center
right and they'll start shipping out the
product for you
if you're doing even better than that go
get your warehouse it's a lot cheaper
you could start fulfilling the product
yourself
right which is what we do but that's
obviously there's a lot of headaches
involved you have a warehouse manager
calling you
there's a bunch of things going on right
but those would be the following steps
that i followed personally
i started with all the express all
express was in cutting especially with
what's going on right now
moved over to a shipping agent start
communicating with them start finding
out
who's just trying to get a quick book
and try to figure out the one
tactik that i always use is that i try
to make myself as if that i'm a massive
brand already
so i'll communicate with them and tell
them hey we already have thousands of
orders on a weekly basis
right we're communicating with who's
going to be the best fit for us
and we'll go from there right and
instantly in their mind they're like hey
if they're processing a thousand orders
daily
or weekly or whatever that's that's a
big payout so they'll try to treat you
as best as possible you never want to
communicate that you're a newbie
that you're a beginner etc you want to
really communicate that you have the
expertise that you're a master at what
you're doing
and then from there they'll start
treating you well you start to
understand exactly what your exact
shipping times are
eventually eventually you can start
getting faster and faster shipping times
as you started graduating then
boom from there you start to scale you
have happy customers happy payment
processors happy business
and you're good to go so i hope you were
