let's cut straight to the chase. how do you get your products delivered to your customers fast enough so that they actually want to buy from you? that's what we're going to cover in this video, so stay tuned. welcome back if you're new to this channel. my name is Jacob wikowski and at the beginning of this year, 2022, I decided to devote most of my time and most of my money into testing Drop Shipping business model. I wanted to see if it is possible to make money with Drop Shipping and if it is as effortless as all those YouTube gurus make it look like. and, in all honesty, first seven months of my journey was a pure disaster. I have lost over eighteen thousand dollars, lost tons of time and almost lost fate. however, about eight weeks ago, I managed to find my first winning product and in eight weeks time, I managed to recoup all the losses that I gathered over the first seven months, and right now I'm making pure profits. so Drop Shipping is definitely not dead. in this video, let's tok about how do you get your products sourced and straight to your customers in the shortest amount of time possible so that they actually want to buy from you. let's jump into my computer and let's get started, okay, okay. so this is my store. before I tell you exactly how I'm sourcing my products and everything else, let's take a look at the numbers, because I do realize that some of you might be skeptikal about the numbers. I'm toking about, um, and I don't blame you. there's a lot of people who basically fake what they have. so the product I'm selling right now, the first true winning product I found eight weeks ago. I started selling it in this partikular store on the 20th of July, which is the first sale started rolling in on 20th. now what's important to mention is that I have tested this product in a general store for the first week or so before I actually have seen that it is making profit. this is when I took it to one product store, which is the store that you can see right now. so from the 20th all the way to 16th of September- so 20th of July to 16th of September, not even two months- I managed to generate over 63 000 in sales, which is approximately 20 between 28 to 20, 29, maybe 30 percent profit margin. I am track, I'm tracking actually all of the sales in my spreadsheet right here. so, as you can see, on August alone I have made 900, 9313 in profit, and then this month- it's middle of the month- I've already made six thousand dollars in profit, not counting today's date, and today is doing really, really well I think so far. today we have generated 700 in sales, 800 dollars in sales, and there's still a lot of budget ad spend to be spent today. okay, so how am I able to get my products to customers within one to two weeks time? now, some of you might still- may still- think that one to two weeks time is still a long time for people to wanting to wait this long, but, as you can see, since I started in July, I have generated probably 1500 old orders, one thousand actually, one thousand eight hundred twenty four orders. so that's close to, let's say, 1600 customers, 1600, 1 600 people who said: you know what? I'm gonna wait for this product because it's worth it. so people are willing to wait as long as the product you're selling is something that they are really interested in. now, most people, when they think about the Drop Shipping, they think AliExpress. right, because for some reason- maybe back in the days, that was the connection- most people were using AliExpress. however, nowadays, when you use AliExpress, most products take about six to sometimes eight weeks to get delivered. let me take you through the process of me sourcing the products and how I think when I'm actually deciding, uh, where to Source the product from. so the first thing that I usually do is I go through a bunch of different winning product softwares like, for example, Ecom hand or ad spy, or I look at tiktok advertising or Facebook advertising, like. so basically, I look everywhere I can to spot a winning product. now, Ecom hand probably is one of my favorite ones, because this is where I found my current winning product. plus, this is where I found products in the past that actually were generating sales. they were not profitable, but they were generating sales. however, it's not- probably not a good idea to just stik to one tool, because quickly, you will find that you went through all of those products and only maybe four new products will be added today. right, so that's not enough. you want to have a lot bigger pool of products to choose from. but for this example, for this video, let's stik with Ecom hunt. so I would usually go ahead and try to find my winning product, and let's say that my winning product would be: let's choose anything from here, anything that would be easy to find: um, super absorbent car drying towel. let's say that after looking at the numbers and doing my research, I decided that this is the product product I want to sell. okay, the first thing I would do is type in the keywords of the products that I'm interested in, so immediately we can see that that's, that's the same product right here. now what I would do here on AliExpress, I would not Source this product from here, but I would do further research to see how many reviews it has, how many orders it has. if it has bunch of orders and good reviews, I know this product is probably worth testing. right, if it had like three stars or three and a half Stars, I would probably stay away from that product because it would probably cost me issues later down the line, even if I've sold bunch of those products. I would then have a lot of customers coming back to me saying the quality is bad, they want refund and stuff like that. so that's why I'm using AliExpress and I also usually use those reviews and post them on my store. so that's the two reasons why I'm using AliExpress. now, when I found the product I want to promote, then I take the same product and I try to find it on a website called CJ Drop Shipping. CJ Drop Shipping is basically very similar to AliExpress. this is also probably a marketplace where you can find bunch of different products to sell. probably most of the products you find on AliExpress you will find here as well, but they have a lot quicker shipping times and a lot better customer service. like. for me, using CJ Drop Shipping when testing products is probably the the best way to go about it, because I feel safer when I know that there is good customer service. when anything goes wrong, I can always get back to them. it just feels a lot better. I feel a lot safer selling stuff online knowing that there is someone who has my back. so I have my product. right. we decided that we would sell this microfiber towel for cars. right? I would look for this same product on CJ Drop Shipping, and oftentimes CJ dropshipping has very poor search engine, if you like, so you will have to go through a couple of pages to actually find what you're looking for. oh, actually I found it here, right? so that is exactly the same as um on AliExpress. now, sometimes you will find similar products- not exactly the same, but similar. I'm still good with that um, as long as it is it, it solves the same issue. and then from here, what you can do is, when you look at the right hand side, you can select the country you want to ship this product to and then you can select different shipping methods. so, for example, for this product you could choose even four to nine days shipping. however, when you do that, you can see that the shipping is a little bit expensive, although it is not too expensive, to be honest with you. like 4 to 12, um, four to nine days, was it four to nine days right here? all together, it will cost you to purchase the product and ship it. like all together, it would cost you twenty dollars to send it to your customer. if you were selling it for, like, let's say, 39.90, 39.99, it could be possible to sell it with profit. but you don't have to go with four to nine days shipping. you could go with a simple eight to eighteen or seven to fifteen days. this is what I usually use: seven to fifteen days, um.

I'm going to show you how to start a Shopify Drop Shipping Store from scratch. there's the same exact setup that I use on my sixth and seven fig drop shipping stores, and we're going to cover everything from setting up your product, pricing your product, getting a sourcing agent so you can get fast shipping for your products, and also setting up your theme and making the website look nice so that when visitors come in, they take out their credit cards and they pay you. this is the same exact setup that Sebastian use to go from zero to 5K within his first week of launching his store by following these exact steps that I'm about to show you. so first thing we got to do is make sure that we have a product in our store. if you haven't seen the last video where we opened our Shopify website, I'm gonna link that up here. but, just in case, I'm going to link a video down in the description or the comments so you can get a Shopify free trial for 30 days for a dollar for the first three months. so you can save a lot of money with that link below. but either way, make sure you start your Shopify store and then you're gonna end up on a page that looks like this: when want to go first things first, start up for our products, and you're going to go and add a product right here and you're going to end up on a page that looks like this: okay, I have a sample product that we're going to be working with today. it's called a Thera cup and, uh, this product- just so you guys know what it is- it's sort of like a little suction cup. uh, you know, a massage therapy for people who have, like, uh, sore muscles, you know, aches. they want to increase blood flow. so there's a lot of benefits to this and there's a huge Market, especially with athletes and the elderly, right? so that's the product, just so you guys know what it is for context. but we're gonna go ahead and add these images, okay, so I'm going to add this image right here, I'm going to add this image, this image and this one, and we're gonna go and just drag that right here into the media section. before I forget, I want to mention that I'm doing yet another giveaway on this video. so if you want a chance to get a free one-on-one coaching call with me, all you got to do is like comment and subscribe. I prepared some descriptions beforehand just to save some time here, but what I'm going to do is copy this and I'm gonna put that right here and we're going to tok a little bit more about how to create a nice description, but I just want to, um, save some time for right now. I'm also planning to price this product at around 39.99 and we're going to make the compare at Price like 55 dollars. we're going to charge taxes on the product and just for our internal uh benefit, we want to make sure that we put the cost of this product, which is about twenty dollars for me, and then we're gonna go. we're gonna skip this tracking the quantity. also, we're gonna leave that right there. this is a physical product. for the weight we want to put 0.5 for the weight. that depends on our shipping, you know. so this is not really necessary, but it's for our shipping to help us with tracking stuff, okay, and giving, uh, the proper discounts. and then we can also say: this product has different sizes, so this is going to have different colors and it also comes in red, blue, blue and black, all right, and we can add the images for those later, but for right now I just want to save and let's get going. so the vendor is going to be Thera cup, okay, and then we also, if you want to, you know, classify this. you don't really need to, because this is a one product Drop Shipping Store. now, if you had multiple products, then this would actually matter, just for organization. but for right now, everything is pretty pretty much set up on our side, so all we got to do is save, and then I want to get into showing you how to Source this product to get fast shipping times with our sourcing agents. so you guys know me, I like to use CJ Drop Shipping. as you can see, I've spent over half a million dollars with them in the past year, so trust me when I say they're reliable and it works okay. so what you want to do is create an account. I'll also link- leave a link to them Below in the description- and once you create that account, you'll be able to go to my CJ right here, and the first thing we got to do is connect our store to this platform. so you want to scroll down on the left side and go to store authorization. you want to go to Shopify? we want to add a store right here. I'm gonna go authorize. we're going to add the app, and that app is going to be hooked up into our store and that's how it's going to. let us know that. okay, this account is with this Drop Shipping Store, so I'm going to install it right here. I'm going to click authorize. it's going to ask me to log in one more time, and here we are. we should be authorized now. so I'm going to go back to my CJ, and now we want to post a sourcing request for this product. we want to let them know. hey, we need you to Source this product. so every time a customer places an order, that is going to ring up on you guys side. all right, so what we're going to do is come into the left side again go into sourcing, and then we want to post a sourcing request and then we could come here. as you can see, this is my store right here. it already synced the products. so all I want to do is take that product that we have already and I'm just gonna go and pick a category, which- this is probably going to be a consumer electronics or we can classify it as health right, and then we're gonna go with, accept similar products- no, I want it to look exactly like the image that we have- and then I'm going to submit. or we have to select the product and then I'm going to submit. now I'm going to confirm and what's going to happen is now, on their side, it's going to say pending, but after about, you know, 24 hours- usually quicker- they'll give you a response something like this, that'll say: sourcing succeeded, and at that point we can go and hook up the product to our website. so just to save time and give you a faster example, I'm going to connect it to an older product, just so you guys can see how the process goes. so step three right here is to sync the product to the product in our store, and now what we want to do is come into products. we want to go into connection on the left side and then what we'll be able to do is add automatik connection and then we'll be able to pin this product. it's going to show up right here, okay. so I'm gonna do this just to simplify. and once it shows up on their side, as you can see, they already have some examples of it. so once it shows up, we're gonna go and connect. well, you have to pin first and then we're gonna go with connect and then you can see they have the variants that we toked about. so we're gonna go with the black one here. so I'm looking for, as you can see the description, six-speed charging USB. all right, so I'm gonna go with black, the red and we're also going to go with red here, and then we want to link the blue with the blue one. so where's the blue one? so it seems like that one is right here. six speed charger: okay, you can get a little bit expensive ones right here, like, um, the 12 pieces or, excuse me, the 12 speed charging, but we want to keep our costs low. as you can see, it costs five dollars here and just for example, references, if we was to go to AliExpress. we're seeing that. the another reason why you shouldn't use AliExpress is not only that the shipping is slow, but it's because the cost on AliExpress is going to be a lot higher too, as you can s.

[Music]. in this video, i'll be revealing exactly how i'm drop shipping with less than 10 day shipping times from china without using aliexpress, and at the very end of this video, i'll even show you how i recently added a three-day shipping option to my shopify store [Music]. so stay tuned. [Music]. what's up? guys, it's your boy, jordan, back with another e-commerce video. and listen. this year i am on a mission. i'm on a mission to make over five million dollars with my e-commerce brand and document the entire process as much as i can so that i can lead by example and help you start your own online store. i want to try to hit 100 000 subscribers and help a thousand people start their own online store in 2021. so if you want to see that journey and support my vision, make sure to hit the subscribe button down below and give this video a thumbs up, as it shows it to more people and helps my channel grow. and, without further ado, let's get started with the video. being transparent is one of the most important things to me, so i want to show you some of these shipping times first hand on my dashboard, so you can see- this is the shopify dashboard here and i'm going to click on orders, we're going to go to fulfillment- status fulfilled. we're going to change the date to the last 30 days and then we'll just sort by the oldest ones. that way we can pull some that have arrived. so we'll take this one and we'll take this one. for example, if we click on the link here, you can see that this was delivered in six days, and if we click on this one once again, you can see that it was in six days, and that's using the same exact shipping method that i'm going to share with you right now. real quick, i just want to explain why aliexpress is not a sustainable tool to scale your business. in my business, aliexpress really only has one use, and that is to test new products. this is really the only benefit of this website. there are a ton of sellers, there's a mass variety of products, but when it comes to scaling a product with this platform, it is not sustainable at all. the major problem with aliexpress is that there are massive variations between the suppliers, shipping times and product quality. [Music]. so when you're fulfilling a product from this platform, it's totally a random game on if your supplier is going to do a good job or not. the one piece of advice i can give in that initial testing phase is: study those suppliers heavily, look at their reviews, look at how many other products they have and how long they've been in business. just make sure to be very careful on who you decide to work with. and when you do find somebody that has the product that you're looking to sell, make sure you message them and build up some type of rapport so you know that there's a real person on the other side that wants to help you grow. but, once again, this website is only for testing products, so once you found a product that is selling well, i'm going to recommend some alternatives now to take that to the next level. all right, so now i'm going to show you two alternatives to aliexpress that offer faster shipping. these tools are good for that first phase of your business where you're getting maybe five to twenty orders per day and you're looking to provide a better experience for your customers. alright, so the first tool is called e-perlo. this is very similar to aliexpress. these products are all shipping from china and you can see they have a lot of the big drop shipping products on here. but the major benefit of using an app like this is that they provide shipping lines that you normally wouldn't be able to get from aliexpress. so you can see that they're offering yanwen, which is a really good shipping line that even i use. they offer 4px, and then they offer the traditional e-packet from aliexpress, which i wouldn't recommend using right now. it's super slow. so with an app like this, you're gonna get better shipping times, but it's gonna be a little bit more expensive. so if you can afford the cost difference, this is a great tool for shipping products from china. all right, and the second tool is called spock it. now, this app is very similar, but the only difference is that they mainly focus on products that ship from the us and canada. now, the major downside to spock it is their product library is not the greatest. a lot of these products really don't have major scaling potential on a drop shipping store, but every once in a while you'll find some pretty cool stuff like this: plant hanger is pretty nice. you can see that it shifts worldwide in 8 to 14 days, which is pretty good shipping times. compared to alley, it's a pretty dope product as well. honestly, put this in my house. then you have something like this, which is also a dropship product that i think could do all right, especially for the eco-friendly crowd. and you can see that once again, it ships eight to 14 days to the us, so they got a ton of products on here. but, like i said, it's a good app for fast shipping, but the actual product library is not the greatest. but anyways, these are two apps that you could use in that starting phase of your business. now, once you start scaling and you want to crank things up to the next level and get those juicy six to ten day shipping times, this is the method that i use and this is what i recommend you guys try to get to as soon as possible. let's tok about it. so the best and fastest way to ship products out of china is actually using a private agent. an agent is somebody who has connections in china with the fulfillment centers, the shipping lines and the manufacturers to help you get the best price and fastest shipping possible and to explain the process on how you work with an agent, i'm actually going to call mine up and have him break this down for you. he has over 10 years of experience and can do a much better job explaining than i ever could. hey, what's up yo jordan. how's it going? my man doing good, bro. if you don't mind, i wanted you to explain a little bit to my audience about the process of working with an agent and how that goes down. yeah, yeah, sure. so this fulfillment is, and it's super easy really, i mean, for us. we got a website. all you got to do is to fill out the form, give us your product. we go out there and work for you. we're going to find the best factories. we're going to find the best product quality and price combination. we're going to improve it for you if you need it. yeah, when a brand is free, we need it. we use the most consistent shipping lines as well, and, especially if you're comparing something like all the express man, this is not even drop shipping anymore. we're basically your supply chain partners, and this is not just a better drop shipping process. it's really just leveling up your game. so, if you want to take it to the next level and build a longer, lasting brand and just make a lot more money and just a lot more consistency. it's been a pleasure working with you and i hope that this has been helpful to the people that are watching. let's do it, bro. let's do it all right, catch you later, bro. so that's pretty much exactly what i've done. i worked with value to source my product for a cheaper cost with the best possible quality, and we use a private shipping line called yun express to ship products with less than 10 days shipping times. so since working with an agent, i've even been able to do a couple extra things that have elevated my brand to the next level. i was able to print a custom logo on my product, get my product in a custom package, and i was even able to work with the manufacturer themselves to improve the quality of my products, such as the sizing and the components that go inside of it. and now i'm ordering thousands of these products every single week and shipping them directly with my agent, and from using this method, i'm actually getting a 4.3 feedback score from facebook, which makes my ads run much more effective and allows me to get costs so much cheaper. so that's pretty much exactly how my shipping is set up in china. my next stage that i'm getti.

what's going on, guys? no brewer here back again with another video, and i found out how to consistently and reliably get under 14 day shipping times to pretty much any country from china, and that's exactly what we're going to be toking about in this video. it's basically a shopify app that allows you to ship directly from chinese suppliers to your customers using many different shipping options other than what aliexpress offers. this allows you to get under 14 day- and sometimes even quicker- shipping from china to pretty much any country in the world, and i am not toking about an agent or a specific person that you would reach out to and get quotes for your products. i'm toking about an app that anybody can download and start using on their store right now. now, one thing that i want to say is this is not a sponsored video. i'm not being incentivized by really anybody to make this video or say good things. i'm genuinely speaking from my own experience, and i've had people ask me how i handle fulfillment once i find a winning product, and this is the way that i do it. now. they do have an affiliate program, so i will disclose that the link in the description is an affiliate link. however, nobody asked me to post this video or say good things about it. i am doing this from a genuine place and i want you to know that, because i want you to look at this from a perspective, as something that you can use for yourself to better your business, and not just something that i'm trying to promote and push on onto you, because i could care less whether or not you use it. i just want to show you what it can do, how it's helped me and how it works. basically, it's very similar to a burlo. the only difference is that once you find a winning product, usually you want to transfer to some sort of agent service that gets you much faster shipping times, maybe for a little bit less money or the same amount of money, and what this does is it allows you to do that, except it keeps it in the same app, and this is one of the things that i really love about this specific app, because it basically handles every single step of the drop shipping process from, you know, just drop shipping from aliexpress, all the way up to doing bulk ordering in a us warehouse with custom packaging and custom products. so we'll get more into it in this video, but today we're pretty much going to be toking about top de-esser, so this video is going to be super helpful if you're a drop shipper just getting started or if you've been doing it for a really long time and you're just looking for a super secure and reliable way to start fulfilling your products with really good shipping times, and i'll be covering everything that you need to know in this video. so stik around and let's get right into it. so the app that i found is called top de-esser. you can basically just search it in the shopify app and get it. there will also be a link in the description if you want to check it out. but it basically acts just like goberla, where you can basically go to aliexpress, import a product to your store. it'll carry over all the information and then, once you start making sales, you can just fulfill through aliexpress right in the top de-esser app. however, usually when people find a winning product, they want to transition to more of an agent service so that they can have better shipping options than what aliexpress offers, and top de-esser allows you to do this like right inside of their app, which i think is really cool, because sometimes that transition from you know, fulfilling through a burlo with aliexpress into. fulfilling with an agent can be a little bit messy, whether you're doing csvs or maybe they integrate with your store somehow. it's not a seamless transition, whereas with this, since it's the same exact app, there's no transition at all. you basically just request a quote, they give you a quote and then you replace the mapping, which, if you don't know what i'm toking about right now, we're going to go over. i'm going to share my screen and walk you through the app and how it works and then, once you do that, you can just fulfill orders as normal. you can also bulk order to a warehouse in china or in the united states- just a lot of things that you can do- and they have a ton of different shipping options, like press. they even have some of their own shipping options, like td priority, which usually gets under 10 day shipping, but i just wanted to say under 14 days for the sake of this video, because i personally fulfilled a lot of orders through the unixpress platform and through td priority and in my experience, the orders usually arrive within eight to 12 days from the time that it's shipped out. now there is a three to four day processing time. however, if you do the bulk ordering to the chinese warehouse, you can override that and essentially get under 14 day shipping times to pretty much any country in the world. and that's one of the benefits of fulfilling through china and why services like unix press and td priority are so beneficial. so, like i said, you can bulk order to their chinese warehouse, which will save you a little bit of time in processing time. so if you have a winner and you know that- you know that you're going to be making a bunch of sales- then you can basically just bulk order, send it to the warehouse and they'll just have it ready to start fulfilling out. now, if a majority of your sales are coming from the united states and you also have a winner and you're ready to take it to that next level, you can also bulk order to their united states warehouse and basically get three to five days shipping times from the us warehouse and you also skip the three-day processing time there as well. and it's also very helpful if chinese new year's comes along and you know basically china shuts down for like two to three weeks. then you can continue fulfilling orders through your us warehouse, as long as you bulk order there ahead of time, which you can tok to top de-esser on what the right time frame is to do that. and, of course, you can also discuss custom packaging, custom products. there's a lot of things that you can do with their team to actually customize your experience and essentially, you can run a full-blown brand with a custom product, custom logo, custom packaging, everything that you need to run a full-blown brand- straight off of their shopify app, which is absolutely ridiculous- and it's one of the things that i love about this app and why i think it has so much potential for us drop shippers- is because it basically covers every level of drop shipping. it covers the base level, which is just fulfilling through aliexpress, like an oberlo style service. it covers fulfilling through expedited shipping options like unix, press or td priority. they have a bunch of other options as well. it also covers, you know, bulk ordering to a chinese warehouse, which is one step that a lot of people don't take, but it can actually help a lot, especially if you're pushing, you know, 50 to 100 orders per day or more. that three-day processing time can really help, especially when it comes to customer support. and then level four and five, which is basically bulk ordering to a us warehouse, getting those incredible shipping rates, not needing to worry about chinese new year's and opening the door to start doing custom packaging, labeling and actual custom products themselves, you know, with your logos on them and stuff like that. so really, this app can take you from being just a base level drop shipper to straight up building brands that have three to five day shipping times with completely custom packaging and custom products all in one app, which i think is really insane, and that's the reason i wanted to share it and that's the reason i've personally been using this app myself, because not only does it cover, you know, base level drop shipping from aliexpress, which is very convenient, because when you're just testing products, you don't really want to go through all the trouble of, you know, finding an agent and having t.

see, i'm right around that 275 000 in sales right around in the last six months. i'm gonna go ahead and refresh my screen because we already know it's no cap. so right around 275 000 in sales, 102 000 store sessions, nine percent customer returning rate and a great conversion rate of around 2.7. so this store's been going absolutely crazy and i would not have been able to accomplish this without further ado, let's go ahead and jump right into it. as i'm sure you all know, aliexpress is not the most sustainable way to scale your online business, especially with the fact that it's taking 30 to 60 days in order to get the product to your customer. in my opinion, one of the only benefits of using aliexpress is when you're testing products. this is because there's a ton of sellers with all kinds of products that you're able to find and add to your store to quickly test and find out if it's going to be a winning product for you or not. but when it comes to finding that winning product and scaling using this platform will not be sustainable for your business at all. there is a couple other things that play into the reason of aliexpress not being the best platform to use for scaling a product outside of just the shipping times. a couple of those reasons is product and quality and communication. there are major variations between the suppliers, shipping times and product quality, so what that basically means is that it is a random game of product quality and how well your supplier is going to do when sourcing and shipping your product, and, as that is not enough of a hassle, it can take days to have a conversation with the suppliers, as they are likely in a different time zone as you, depending on wherever you live. so, with that being said, my one suggestion during this testing phase and using aliexpress is: make sure that you're doing supplier validation heavily. you should be looking for a 98 or a higher store rating, with a 4.7 rating or higher for the communication product as described and the shipping times along with that. you want to make sure that they have a couple hundred reviews and orders and have been in business for at least over a year to know that this is a supplier that you can at least test with and regardless of the fact that it can take days to hear a response. when you find a supplier that has what you're looking for, make sure that you still message them, start communication and make sure that it is someone that wants to help you grow. now i just want to reiterate that aliexpress is used solely for testing, and once you've found a product that is selling well for you, it's time to move on, to get those faster shipping times so that you can continue to grow and scale your business. so, with that being said, i'm going to recommend you two different sites that you can be using today to make sure that your customers are satisfied with your service and you're not getting angry emails and low feedback ratings that can ultimately give you a restriction very quickly. efficiency is everything for your customers today, especially with competing with platforms like amazon and other drop shippers in the space. customers like to have their product in a hurry, and these two suppliers can help you with exactly that. now, the first site that you can be using is cj drop shipping. cj drop shipping is just one of the top picks due to the fact that they have warehouses all around the world to ship to other countries. this is the ideal situation for local and worldwide drop shipping so that you can make sure that those shipping times are competitive and something that your customers are satisfied with. so if you're someone who is currently struggling with chargebacks and refunds because customers are unhappy with the shipping times, then cj dropshipping can really help you with these issues. many of you have heard of cj dropship and you may know their fulfillment center for any products that you might want to be selling, but you may not know all the benefits that can come from using them as a supplier, so let's go ahead and jump right into it. so here we are on cj drop shipping, and you can see they have a lot of products that you can sell and a lot of products that they can fulfill as well, and, honestly, this is just great because, just like aliexpress, they have almost everything that you can think of. so you could even start off with testing products with cj drop shipping and use that same supplier to scale up the products with even faster and better shipping. now, one of my favorite parts about cj drop shipping is that you're able to get faster shipping times at a lower cost. so let me just go ahead and show you an example of this. now i'm just going to pull up a product on aliexpress and, as you guys can see, i went ahead and chose a dog harness. if you guys have been drop shipping for a while, you know that this dog harness has been going absolutely crazy year after year and it's always a product that you can sell on aliexpress. you can see that we're going to get this item for 11.95. this is for the large variant, with free shipping being estimated. delivery of march 5th. now today is january 18. so this is almost 45 to 50 day shipping on this product if i go ahead and source it from aliexpress. but if we head over to cj drop shipping and we look for that exact same product, you can see that is three dollars and 81 cents for the large variant as well, with the shipping cost of six dollars and 23 cents, which gives us a total drop shipping price.

what's going on, drop shippers. today i'm going to be showing you three actionable methods you can start implementing today to start drop shipping with that sweet three to five day shipping. each one of these methods i tested myself and i've made multi-millions in combined revenue using these and i'm gonna share them transparently with you guys today so you can start implementing them in your drop to make this product blow up in your store. but let's not waste any more time. let's get into the video and start finding your fast drop shipping suppliers. okay, guys? so the first method that i'm going to be showing you guys today is super simple and it's very advantageous for beginners because you don't need much capital to start up and it's really simple to do this. most people actually overlook this method, but i'm going to show you guys how you can do this really quickly. so the first thing you need to do is you need to come over on google and you need to have already identified the niche you want to sell in. i actually use this. back in 2017 on one of my drop shipping websites called vape trap. this vape trap website predominantly sold vaporizers and accessories, and i found the supplier was just coming on google and typing in vape drop shippers and, believe it or not, but all these different websites are gonna provide different services. so, for example, we can just open a couple of these and we can see that this eight vape company actually provides different drop shipping services, and the reason this is so advantageous is because all of these products in their catalog you can actually sell. so this is perfect for a niche store, and some of the margins definitely won't be as high as selling on aliexpress, but what i personally saw is that the margins were at least 120 on most products. so, for example, if you're getting a product for 10, you can at least sell it for 22.. so there's still a lot of room for profit here. and usually to sign up for these drop shipping programs, you just say, you scroll down. usually they'll have a form or some type of contact information here, so they left an email right here. one thing that i recommend you have is a tax id, because most of these people actually ask for that, and the second thing is you probably want a website that's already started. it's not needed, but it will definitely give you more trust and better prices when working with these us suppliers. and no, this definitely doesn't only work with this niche. for example, if we come over here and we type in jewelry drop shippers, then what's going to happen is all these different listings are going to come up. so, for example, rc jewelry, we see jay gooden and then this wholesale central. we can come over here and we can see that they're actually listing all these different drop shippers right here. so this is actually a pretty cool website that you can actually use to spot different niches and drop shippers. but if we come over here, we can actually see that this jay gooden company is actually offering drop shipping services on their product line. so this works in almost any niche, which is amazing, and obviously this won't be right for one product stores. the next method i'm gonna be showing you is gonna be perfect for finding those viral products on facebook that you can start selling and using for fast shipping. so if you guys aren't interested in this method, you guys are gonna love method number two. okay, so this next method most people actually wouldn't use because they're too lazy to take advantage of it. but if you're one of the few people who take action on this method, i promise you it will work. it just takes some consistency. so the first thing you need to do is you need to head on amazoncom, the largest ecommerce platform in the world, and what amazon is, if you don't know, basically how amazon works is they have a marketplace where millions of third-party sellers will come on and actually sell their products. so, for example, if we come over this search bar and let's say that we want to sell those knee braces that i showed you guys in my last video, and also, if you guys haven't seen that video, i scaled this product to 150k a month and you guys can actually learn how i did it- but let's say we want to sell that product, we can come over the search bar and type in spring loaded knee braces and what's going to happen is there's going to be all these different listings on amazon and, if you guys didn't know, these are each individual sellers who are selling it, so it's actually not amazon who's housing the products. so what we can do is we can come over this product listing over here and all you need to do is you need to scroll down until you find the seller. it's usually under the buy now box, as we can see. this product is sold by most fit and we can just click through and what's going to happen is that they're going to take us to their storefront and we can come and we can click, ask a question and basically it's going to ask you to sign in to amazon and once you're signed in, you're going to be able to contact them and once you reach out to them, you want to ask if they have any extra supply that's not in the amazon warehouse, or if they could provide drop shipping from the amazon warehouse, because amazon does provide fulfillment services, so sometimes you can actually use their fulfillment that's already in amazon and this method's great if you want to start testing those unique products, because amazon just has such a wide catalog, or if you already have a product that you're scaling and you just want faster shipping. and yeah, you're gonna have to reach out to quite a few people, but i guarantee if you stay consistent on this and you reach out to about 20 people, you should at least have some people with interest, especially if you already have sales volume because they're already importing these, and if you tell them that you can provide them more sales, they might charge you a fee for doing it, but i guarantee that some of these people be interested and you can create these advantageous relationships where they can actually ship the products for you and to your customers and you can let the profit come into your pocket while they handle all the dirty work. so this was the second method i showed you guys, and i know i obviously this third method is my favorite because i use it in all my stores, but it's not right for everyone selling right now. the two methods i showed you before are people who have a little bit less capital, but if you're ready to scale your drop shipping store or you have a product that's already making a lot of money, then this is definitely the best method. so what you need to do is you need to head on alibabacom. what alibabacom is? it's the exact same marketplace that these amazon suppliers are getting the products, so you know that you get these a lot cheaper if you use this website. so, for example, if we come over here and we type in spring loaded knee braces, we can see how cheap we can actually source these products. if we scroll down a little bit, you can see that you can find these for less than five dollars ship, which is absolutely not so. what we can do at this point is we can reach out to the supplier. usually they'll have a live chat over here, and what
