00:01:29 00:01:37 invite-only type of a platform where if
00:01:34 00:01:40 they don't get your they can't go
00:01:37 00:01:43 directly through remind to get access to
00:01:40 00:01:46 the information without going through an
00:01:43 00:01:48 agent so it works
00:01:46 00:01:52 concept wise it works similar to a
00:01:48 00:01:54 landing page but it does so much more
00:01:52 00:01:56 than that people when people type in
00:01:54 00:02:00 their information they're gonna be asked
00:01:56 00:02:04 for their name their email if they're
00:02:00 00:02:05 buying or selling and optional phone
00:02:04 00:02:08 numbers so that's going to be the

00:02:33 00:02:38 going and then they're gonna start doing
00:02:35 00:02:39 searches now the beauty of it is that on

00:02:39 00:02:42 you're able to see that you're able to
00:02:41 00:02:44 see the activity you're able to see
00:02:42 00:02:48 where they're going the search is and
00:02:44 00:02:51 everything in between now there are
00:02:48 00:02:55 other software that do that which will
00:02:51 00:02:59 one the cost on those is crazy but yes
00:02:55 00:03:02 so that part of it is possible where
00:02:59 00:03:03 people get to save searches see the safe
00:03:02 00:03:05 searches from their clients and
00:03:03 00:03:08 everything else like that but what's
00:03:05 00:03:11 different is what a consumer gets is
00:03:08 00:03:14 direct access to the MLS and beyond that
00:03:11 00:03:16 they get more access a lot think of all
00:03:14 00:03:20 the information that you are receiving
00:03:16 00:03:21 today which you were first had to go to

00:03:21 00:03:25 or you have to purchase data or you had
00:03:23 00:03:27 to do this out or the other to get
00:03:25 00:03:29 information and then match it up with
00:03:27 00:03:33 the property well a lot of that
00:03:29 00:03:37 information is readily available to that
00:03:33 00:03:39 client so that client is equipped with
00:03:37 00:03:42 the information however they are tied
00:03:39 00:03:46 directly to you since they are logging
00:03:42 00:03:48 into your portal and there's a huge
00:03:46 00:03:50 benefit in that because again they
00:03:48 00:03:53 invited themselves into your workflow so
00:03:50 00:03:57 from the backend you're able to see if
00:03:53 00:03:59 activity picks up and or anything of the
00:03:57 00:04:02 like so you're able to reach out to them
00:03:59 00:04:07 app their decision point if you see that
00:04:02 00:04:08 a lead has been dead for two months
00:04:07 00:04:10 three months but then all of a sudden
00:04:08 00:04:12 they start logging in and start
00:04:10 00:04:13 searching for properties then that would
00:04:12 00:04:17 be a good inclination that you should
00:04:13 00:04:18 probably email them or call them if they
00:04:17 00:04:21 provided their phone number and it would
00:04:18 00:04:24 be very serendipitous when that call
00:04:21 00:04:27 happens minutes later or hours later

00:05:15 00:05:20 to do so setting it up is easier than
00:05:18 00:05:24 ever and then the next step that I would
00:05:20 00:05:27 do after I set it up is send it to your
00:05:24 00:05:30 sphere of influence and of course this
00:05:27 00:05:32 isn't gonna be a hard sell this isn't
00:05:30 00:05:33 something that your hey you should be
00:05:32 00:05:35 looking for properties and you should be
00:05:33 00:05:37 using my link not necessarily it the
00:05:35 00:05:40 value out of with remind as they get
00:05:37 00:05:43 again that direct access to the MLS and
00:05:40 00:05:46 more they get the additional information
00:05:43 00:05:49 not all of it but additional information
00:05:46 00:05:52 that you're getting and it's not readily
00:05:49 00:05:54 available from a consumer standpoint so
00:05:52 00:05:56 they would have to go and do a lot of
00:05:54 00:05:58 the same tedious work that you use to
00:05:56 00:06:01 have to do they would have to do as well
00:05:58 00:06:04 so the convenience on here is is crazy
00:06:01 00:06:07 good and the benefit and the value out
00:06:04 00:06:10 there is that they don't have to rely on
00:06:07 00:06:11 Zillow they don't have to rely on Redfin
00:06:10 00:06:14 they don't have to rely on these
00:06:11 00:06:17 platforms that we all know are sometimes
00:06:14 00:06:22 outdated so you won't be getting that
00:06:17 00:06:23 link from your customers saying hey can
00:06:22 00:06:26 we go look at this property only to find
00:06:23 00:06:27 out that it was sold two months ago so
00:06:26 00:06:29 you've all been there and you know
00:06:27 00:06:31 exactly what I'm toking about so I
00:06:29 00:06:34 don't need a I don't need a harp on that
00:06:31 00:06:38 too much so sending it to your friends
00:06:34 00:06:41 on messenger or email inviting them to
00:06:38 00:06:44 the platform it's a very soft
00:06:41 00:06:46 just like hey hope you're well you may
00:06:44 00:06:48 not be in the market but I wanted to
00:06:46 00:06:51 share with you this portal that will
00:06:48 00:06:52 give you direct access to the MLS if at
00:06:51 00:06:54 any point you wanted to look at
00:06:52 00:06:58 properties and see what's going on in
00:06:54 00:07:02 the market you know you didn't tell them
00:06:58 00:07:04 to buy or sell so it's it's it really is
00:07:02 00:07:06 that simple especially with your sphere
00:07:04 00:07:09 of influence it's just a value add that
00:07:06 00:07:11 they get information before anybody else
00:07:09 00:07:14 and they get information when they want
00:07:11 00:07:16 it and just leave it at that just some
00:07:14 00:07:18 people respond some people won't some
00:07:16 00:07:20 people will engage blow it further

00:07:59 00:08:05 simple to do and also place your link on
00:08:02 00:08:08 your Facebook profile page or Twitter
00:08:05 00:08:10 your Instagram your LinkedIn all of the
00:08:08 00:08:12 social media platforms have introduced
00:08:10 00:08:15 that little bio section
00:08:12 00:08:17 some of them limit you to 200 characters
00:08:15 00:08:18 some of them though some of them will be
00:08:17 00:08:24 a little bit more relaxed and pretty
00:08:18 00:08:28 much booked there now so putting it on
00:08:24 00:08:31 your on your profile biography or that
00:08:28 00:08:33 little bio section that's a good way to
00:08:31 00:08:35 get people to at least inquire about it
00:08:33 00:08:37 and if they click through that's
00:08:35 00:08:39 fantastik it would be super cool if they
00:08:37 00:08:43 click through and actually exchange
00:08:39 00:08:44 their information in exchange for access
00:08:43 00:08:47 to the portal so that's pretty awesome
00:08:44 00:08:50 then also if you're doing some YouTube
00:08:47 00:08:52 videos very similar to this put it on
00:08:50 00:08:55 that putting on that description page
00:08:52 00:08:56 make it available this isn't
00:08:55 00:08:58 you want to broadcast out to the world
00:08:56 00:09:01 and make that link available to as many
00:08:58 00:09:04 people as possible because again it
00:09:01 00:09:08 works a very similar to a landing page
00:09:04 00:09:10 because when people put in their
00:09:08 00:09:11 information they're tied to you so
00:09:10 00:09:15 that's pretty awesome
00:09:11 00:09:18 and um lastly put it on your facebook
00:09:15 00:09:22 business page and any other business
00:09:18 00:09:25 pages that you have really it's as far
00:09:22 00:09:27 as functionality it's crazy good
00:09:25 00:09:32 it is crazy good before I was so
00:09:27 00:09:35 embarrassed to share my MLS with really
00:09:32 00:09:38 anybody haha as far as safe searches I
00:09:35 00:09:40 would almost encourage people to go to
00:09:38 00:09:42 Zillow and take that risk that they
00:09:40 00:09:46 would click on some other agent versus
00:09:42 00:09:49 me versus stik with me as their agent
00:09:46 00:09:52 then we share and my MLS with them
00:09:49 00:09:55 because it's so archaic it's so that's
00:09:52 00:09:58 infrastructure is just not dated for
00:09:55 00:10:01 today but with client engage if you've
00:09:58 00:10:04 been using remind from a agent
00:10:01 00:10:09 perspective you see the Google feel you
00:10:04 00:10:13 see the very intuitive way to search now
00:10:09 00:10:17 your clients have that same opportunity
00:10:13 00:10:19 they have that same don't have that same
00:10:17 00:10:23 experience so you don't you no longer
00:10:19 00:10:27 have to be ashamed you've no longer have
00:10:23 00:10:30 to be embarrassed by by the archaic
00:10:27 00:10:33 nature of the MLS and I am painting with
00:10:30 00:10:35 a broad stroke like this is all the
00:10:33 00:10:38 MLS's that I've ever come across if you
00:10:35 00:10:40 have if you have seen one or no one
00:10:38 00:10:41 please let me know in the comment

00:10:41 00:10:47 encounter that MLS that's intuitive and
00:10:44 00:10:50 functional and is easy to use as either
00:10:47 00:10:51 a Google product or a remind product so

00:10:53 00:10:57 share it with the world because the
00:10:55 00:10:59 moment that people type in their
00:10:57 00:11:01 information exchange that information
00:10:59 00:11:05 they're locked into you and you're able
00:11:01 00:11:07 to see what they're doing from your side
