startTime durationTime text
00:00:00 00:00:04 are you doing phenomena in your business
00:00:02 00:00:07 but can't justify hiring somebody
00:00:04 00:00:25 full-time it's time to outsource like a
00:00:07 00:00:27 boss hey guys it's Hyman with eco real
00:00:25 00:00:30 estate advisors today we're looking at
00:00:27 00:00:34 outsourcing like a boss now we've all
00:00:30 00:00:37 been there we are just inundated with
00:00:34 00:00:39 endless tasks that we need to accomplish
00:00:37 00:00:42 will that be maintaining our social
00:00:39 00:00:44 media accounts will that be prospecting
00:00:42 00:00:48 would that be going to meetings for that
00:00:44 00:00:50 be showing endless tasks and that's just
00:00:48 00:00:53 from the work perspective you still have
00:00:50 00:00:56 the family and personal life to take
00:00:53 00:00:58 care of so if you're a solopreneur or if
00:00:56 00:01:00 you're somebody that's working in a
00:00:58 00:01:02 small team and don't necessarily have a
00:01:00 00:01:05 either a transaction coordinator or
00:01:02 00:01:09 don't have a an assistant where simply
00:01:05 00:01:11 it's just you and your own efforts that
00:01:09 00:01:14 are gonna be counted on to get something
00:01:11 00:01:17 done then you will need to look at
00:01:14 00:01:21 outsourcing if you can't get to a
00:01:17 00:01:24 full-time hire or a part-time hire so
00:01:21 00:01:28 now more than ever outsourcing has been
00:01:24 00:01:31 just made super super simple super easy
00:01:28 00:01:33 easy to do because a lot of the things
00:01:31 00:01:37 that we're doing right now as a real
00:01:33 00:01:39 estate agent are online so whether that
00:01:37 00:01:41 be you logging in or somebody else
00:01:39 00:01:43 logging in in Florida or California and
00:01:41 00:01:47 New York all across the country
00:01:43 00:01:50 including other countries it's it's
00:01:47 00:01:53 simple its straightforward to do so in
00:01:50 00:01:56 making that decision of outsourcing if
00:01:53 00:01:58 you're at that point where you need to
00:01:56 00:02:03 leverage your time which we all do but
00:01:58 00:02:05 have a well at least I even the
00:02:03 00:02:05 important part is having the money to do
00:02:05 00:02:07 so
00:02:05 00:02:09 but if you don't have the money to go
00:02:07 00:02:11 out and get a full a full timer or a
00:02:09 00:02:13 part-timer the hell
00:02:11 00:02:16 beyond your in your business then
00:02:13 00:02:18 outsourcing is gonna be a good it's
00:02:16 00:02:21 gonna be a good Avenue for you
00:02:18 00:02:23 especially in the virtual in the virtual
00:02:21 00:02:26 world so virtual assistants is where
00:02:23 00:02:28 we're driving at but let me not get
00:02:26 00:02:30 ahead of myself all right
00:02:28 00:02:32 outsourcing like a boss we of course are
00:02:30 00:02:34 looking for something that is free
00:02:32 00:02:36 that's gonna be our first Avenue and
00:02:34 00:02:38 trying to save as much money as possible
00:02:36 00:02:41 so before we actually get to the point
00:02:38 00:02:44 where we have to pay somebody or are
00:02:41 00:02:47 obligated to pay somebody let's look at
00:02:44 00:02:50 partnering up with title title company a
00:02:47 00:02:53 lender other real estate agents that we
00:02:50 00:02:55 can share some cost in so title
00:02:53 00:02:58 companies they do a great job of helping
00:02:55 00:03:02 you out with marketing materials so do
00:02:58 00:03:06 lenders in open houses or sharing what's
00:03:02 00:03:09 new in the community just partnering up
00:03:06 00:03:13 and having a partner is not only are you
00:03:09 00:03:15 deferring cost but it's there's a reason
00:03:13 00:03:17 it's on the free section they do that
00:03:15 00:03:19 they do this for free a lot of title
00:03:17 00:03:21 companies are gonna help you out and
00:03:19 00:03:23 provide you free marketing materials
00:03:21 00:03:25 same as lenders and other real estate
00:03:23 00:03:28 agents that's gonna be more under the
00:03:25 00:03:32 shared cost but if they have some sort
00:03:28 00:03:34 of access to some software already then
00:03:32 00:03:37 some real estate agents are gonna be
00:03:34 00:03:38 open to sharing it with you so don't be
00:03:37 00:03:41 afraid don't be afraid to ask especially
00:03:38 00:03:43 when it comes to saving some money it
00:03:41 00:03:46 goes a long way so partnering up is a
00:03:43 00:03:48 great way to outsource some things that
00:03:46 00:03:50 you don't have to start from scratch you
00:03:48 00:03:52 don't have to start from scratch on a
00:03:50 00:03:55 PowerPoint presentation or a word
00:03:52 00:03:56 document there are free resources out
00:03:55 00:03:58 there that you can draw upon so you
00:03:56 00:04:03 don't have to create from scratch and
00:03:58 00:04:08 spend time energy and effort and money
00:04:03 00:04:11 so don't be afraid to ask canva if so
00:04:08 00:04:14 the three the three of our would suggest
00:04:11 00:04:18 as far as outsourcing will that be
00:04:14 00:04:21 designed whether that be just getting
00:04:18 00:04:22 some free tools canva is a great
00:04:21 00:04:25 solution
00:04:22 00:04:27 for you to go on and get a YouTube
00:04:25 00:04:29 thumbnail for you to get a Facebook post
00:04:27 00:04:33 for you to get a Twitter or post a
00:04:29 00:04:37 youtube banner a Facebook banner canva
00:04:33 00:04:40 is it just makes your life so much
00:04:37 00:04:42 easier it helps with formatting you
00:04:40 00:04:45 don't need to worry about dimensions
00:04:42 00:04:47 there's already canned templates or
00:04:45 00:04:49 there's templates already for you to
00:04:47 00:04:52 build from so it's just made from a
00:04:49 00:04:55 design standpoint it's made life so much
00:04:52 00:04:57 easier and it's free you can go to the
00:04:55 00:05:00 pro version where you can animate some
00:04:57 00:05:03 of the some of the videos or I'm sorry
00:05:00 00:05:05 some of the Flyers that you make or some
00:05:03 00:05:08 of the ads that you make but you don't
00:05:05 00:05:12 have to okay now total expert that is a
00:05:08 00:05:13 single property website generator so all
00:05:12 00:05:17 you need to do with total expert is
00:05:13 00:05:21 input the MLS number and it's gonna
00:05:17 00:05:23 populate a single property website for
00:05:21 00:05:26 you to share with whether that be on
00:05:23 00:05:28 your Facebook profile on your Twitter
00:05:26 00:05:31 Instagram work it craigslist wherever
00:05:28 00:05:34 your advertising you have a single
00:05:31 00:05:36 property website generator and it's free
00:05:34 00:05:39 so again a lender will have to share
00:05:36 00:05:41 that with you I don't necessarily know
00:05:39 00:05:44 which lenders are partnered with that
00:05:41 00:05:48 program but again I get access to to it
00:05:44 00:05:50 through a lender that I sometimes use so
00:05:48 00:05:53 they give me access to total expert for
00:05:50 00:05:56 me it's free to use and I have to pay a
00:05:53 00:05:59 dime so that's that's awesome and then
00:05:56 00:06:02 Facebook groups now a lot of people are
00:05:59 00:06:06 jumping on the digital on the digital
00:06:02 00:06:09 wave and helping helping you to create
00:06:06 00:06:09 free websites designed
00:06:09 00:06:15 business cards Flyers anything and
00:06:12 00:06:18 everything so a lot of people are
00:06:15 00:06:21 offering services for free they want to
00:06:18 00:06:25 increase their portfolio and are not shy
00:06:21 00:06:27 of doing the work and then with the
00:06:25 00:06:30 expectations and hoping that you like
00:06:27 00:06:32 what they do then you hire them down the
00:06:30 00:06:33 road so feel free to leverage that
00:06:32 00:06:37 there's a lot of people out there right
00:06:33 00:06:39 now that are building websites landing
00:06:37 00:06:41 pages Flyers this that or the other that
00:06:39 00:06:44 are offering their services for free and
00:06:41 00:06:46 if you like what they did for you then
00:06:44 00:06:50 keep using them of course it's not gonna
00:06:46 00:06:52 be free at that point but if you jump on
00:06:50 00:06:55 Facebook groups or if you throw out a
00:06:52 00:06:57 Facebook post saying hey I need this
00:06:55 00:07:01 service or I need a design for my new
00:06:57 00:07:03 logo a lot of people are a lot of people
00:07:01 00:07:05 are willing to do that for free again
00:07:03 00:07:08 with hopes of you using them down the
00:07:05 00:07:11 road so don't be afraid to use that free
00:07:08 00:07:14 service but of course if you like what
00:07:11 00:07:16 you it's it's supposed to be mutually
00:07:14 00:07:19 beneficial which it is you are
00:07:16 00:07:21 increasing their portfolio however if
00:07:19 00:07:24 you can use them down the road please do
00:07:21 00:07:28 if you like their stuff
00:07:24 00:07:30 now Fiverr we've all heard about it at
00:07:28 00:07:33 this point if you haven't fiber is an
00:07:30 00:07:36 outsourcing it's it's an outsourcing
00:07:33 00:07:39 platform where a lot of freelancers from
00:07:36 00:07:40 every walk of life is offering their
00:07:39 00:07:43 services
00:07:40 00:07:48 what I recommend fibre for are tiknical
00:07:43 00:07:50 things image images designs so if you
00:07:48 00:07:53 need to create a flyer that's not
00:07:50 00:07:55 something that's within a real estate
00:07:53 00:07:58 perspective or something that your
00:07:55 00:08:00 lender or title company or other
00:07:58 00:08:03 Realtors don't have if you're wanting to
00:08:00 00:08:06 create something unique like a lead
00:08:03 00:08:09 magnet that's specifically cater to you
00:08:06 00:08:11 and your brand then I highly suggest
00:08:09 00:08:14 Fiverr if you have a good understanding
00:08:11 00:08:16 good summary of what I tell people when
00:08:14 00:08:18 it comes to fiber if you have an
00:08:16 00:08:21 understanding of what you want from a
00:08:18 00:08:23 design standpoint that's where you want
00:08:21 00:08:26 to go and they
00:08:23 00:08:28 execute as the name suggests $5 is the
00:08:26 00:08:32 minimum that they'll do a work they'll
00:08:28 00:08:35 do work for so I believe it's $2 the
00:08:32 00:08:38 service fee is now $2 so if you have a
00:08:35 00:08:41 if you have several designs I would
00:08:38 00:08:44 suggest that you batch them up and try
00:08:41 00:08:46 to work a deal although it says $5 on
00:08:44 00:08:48 the on the gig you can direct message
00:08:46 00:08:50 the people that are doing the work the
00:08:48 00:08:52 freelancers there to doing the work and
00:08:50 00:08:56 try to get a package deal that way so
00:08:52 00:08:59 it's not $5 per item it's more $5 for
00:08:56 00:09:01 the gig and again if you have a good
00:08:59 00:09:05 understanding of what you're looking for
00:09:01 00:09:08 or the portfolio that they've shared on
00:09:05 00:09:10 their freelancer profile is appealing
00:09:08 00:09:12 and you want to give them creative
00:09:10 00:09:16 creative Liberty then by all means
00:09:12 00:09:18 that's what you do but again when we're
00:09:16 00:09:22 toking about design images and
00:09:18 00:09:24 something tiknical getting a video
00:09:22 00:09:27 sequence in a certain way or cropped in
00:09:24 00:09:30 a certain way or done something that
00:09:27 00:09:34 requires some coding then fiber is gonna
00:09:30 00:09:41 be your it's gonna be your best bet when
00:09:34 00:09:43 it comes to quality and in price so up
00:09:41 00:09:45 work is another is another service
00:09:43 00:09:48 similar to fiber except up work is more
00:09:45 00:09:52 of a not gonna say full-time outsource
00:09:48 00:09:54 solution but it's when you're toking
00:09:52 00:09:57 about routine work that's what I would
00:09:54 00:09:59 suggest using up work for and they have
00:09:57 00:10:01 an assortment of people they have
00:09:59 00:10:04 programmers that can design a full
00:10:01 00:10:07 website for you like a portal like from
00:10:04 00:10:10 scratch you have people that can do full
00:10:07 00:10:13 designs full campaigns you have people
00:10:10 00:10:18 that are virtual assistants that have
00:10:13 00:10:21 real estate experience and they all vary
00:10:18 00:10:24 from from price points in their
00:10:21 00:10:27 economical so if you have anything
00:10:24 00:10:30 routine that you don't want to do or
00:10:27 00:10:30 don't have time to do but you know that
00:10:30 00:10:33 needs to get done
00:10:30 00:10:34 I highly suggest you go over to up work
00:10:33 00:10:38 because that's where you're gonna find a
00:10:34 00:10:40 bit more I don't want to say this in a
00:10:38 00:10:43 disparaging way but for my experience
00:10:40 00:10:45 I've found more success using up work
00:10:43 00:10:47 when it comes to this type of work the
00:10:45 00:10:50 routine work something that I need to
00:10:47 00:10:53 continue doing I've found more success
00:10:50 00:10:58 using up work then Fiverr could I still
00:10:53 00:11:00 use a lot of those Fiverr services in
00:10:58 00:11:03 tandem with upward kiss and I do but
00:11:00 00:11:06 Fiverr I see more of a one and done type
00:11:03 00:11:09 of a deal if I like the designer or the
00:11:06 00:11:11 person that's that did a certain gig for
00:11:09 00:11:13 me or a certain task for me then I'll
00:11:11 00:11:15 come back to them whenever I need it but
00:11:13 00:11:19 whenever I need a longer-term solution
00:11:15 00:11:22 like with my virtual assistants then I'm
00:11:19 00:11:25 stiking with up work at this time
00:11:22 00:11:28 because I just know what I'm getting
00:11:25 00:11:31 tracking of their time is so much easier
00:11:28 00:11:34 and it's just it's just proved out to be
00:11:31 00:11:37 a little bit better for me now I want to
00:11:34 00:11:39 jump over to the two websites so you see
00:11:37 00:11:41 them and have an understanding of how to
00:11:39 00:11:44 how to navigate them they're very
00:11:41 00:11:47 intuitive but we won't spend too much
00:11:44 00:11:49 time on the fiber side we will spend a
00:11:47 00:11:52 little bit more time on upward so fiber
00:11:49 00:11:54 so you get the understanding of what all
00:11:52 00:11:58 they can do you're looking at graphics
00:11:54 00:12:02 and design and you have all of these
00:11:58 00:12:08 designs so what I example of gigs that
00:12:02 00:12:10 I've used here let's see the YouTube
00:12:08 00:12:14 outro that I have on this video went
00:12:10 00:12:17 through here them doing the transparent
00:12:14 00:12:21 background to some of my profile pics
00:12:17 00:12:22 catchy YouTube thumbnail I didn't
00:12:21 00:12:24 necessarily like what they did for me at
00:12:22 00:12:26 that point so I didn't use how to use
00:12:24 00:12:30 the thumbnail so I've been generating
00:12:26 00:12:32 them myself on canva but I need to
00:12:30 00:12:35 invest a bit more time here and find
00:12:32 00:12:38 somebody that I that I like 20 animated
00:12:35 00:12:39 logo intro videos so it's a gig that I
00:12:38 00:12:41 used in
00:12:39 00:12:44 past but I don't use it anymore as I
00:12:41 00:12:47 have videos there's another video on
00:12:44 00:12:50 here introducing videos and how I'm
00:12:47 00:12:52 using it when it comes to animated
00:12:50 00:12:54 videos so you see all of the ads that I
00:12:52 00:12:57 have here not all the ads all of the
00:12:54 00:13:01 gigs that I've used five or four but
00:12:57 00:13:05 these are more of a one and done type of
00:13:01 00:13:10 a gig not necessarily a continual
00:13:05 00:13:11 project or work or virtual assistant but
00:13:10 00:13:14 you can see they do digital marketing
00:13:11 00:13:17 they do writing and translation video
00:13:14 00:13:20 and animation music audio programming
00:13:17 00:13:24 tik what do they do in business they
00:13:20 00:13:27 have virtual assistants again I maybe I
00:13:24 00:13:30 shouldn't say that this is I have not
00:13:27 00:13:32 used fiber successfully when it comes to
00:13:30 00:13:34 virtual assistants this business
00:13:32 00:13:36 category was not here at that at the
00:13:34 00:13:41 time that I used them and it was a while
00:13:36 00:13:43 back but you use it at your leisure I'm
00:13:41 00:13:46 sorry you use it at your at your own
00:13:43 00:13:51 discretion discretion funding lifestyle
00:13:46 00:13:54 online lessons viral videos spiritual
00:13:51 00:13:58 healing gaming collectibles so they're
00:13:54 00:14:00 growing just astronomically but going
00:13:58 00:14:03 over to up work this is where you can
00:14:00 00:14:09 kind of design what you want you can get
00:14:03 00:14:09 us specific as real estate assistance
00:14:10 00:14:18 when you're searching for for
00:14:15 00:14:22 freelancers and you're gonna get actual
00:14:18 00:14:25 Realtors so you see this realtor has is
00:14:22 00:14:28 located in Palm Coast Florida they
00:14:25 00:14:31 charge or this person charges $20 an
00:14:28 00:14:36 hour they've earned $1,000 now I don't
00:14:31 00:14:36 see her rating here so let's see okay
00:14:36 00:14:40 here we go
00:14:36 00:14:42 so job success a lot of these assistants
00:14:40 00:14:46 or a lot of these freelancers you're
00:14:42 00:14:48 gonna find that are 80 percent 90
00:14:46 00:14:50 percent a hundred percent so what I
00:14:48 00:14:54 really like about a
00:14:50 00:14:57 is that it kinda like uber you need to
00:14:54 00:15:00 have almost a or I'm sorry movers a bad
00:14:57 00:15:02 example although not so much but Amazon
00:15:00 00:15:04 you need to have a really high rating in
00:15:02 00:15:06 order for you to get that out get that
00:15:04 00:15:08 order so if you're looking like if
00:15:06 00:15:11 you're on Amazon if you're looking
00:15:08 00:15:13 between a five star and three star you
00:15:11 00:15:16 put a lot more weight in the five star
00:15:13 00:15:19 and that looks personally I'm going to
00:15:16 00:15:21 spend a buck or two dollars more to go
00:15:19 00:15:24 with that five star because I know the
00:15:21 00:15:27 track record very similar to upwork you
00:15:24 00:15:28 see here Susan she's a real estate
00:15:27 00:15:31 professional data-entry virtual
00:15:28 00:15:34 assistant and research and she is a real
00:15:31 00:15:38 estate agent so depending on where you
00:15:34 00:15:40 are in regards to the country and what
00:15:38 00:15:44 tasks you're asking them to do there are
00:15:40 00:15:46 some legalities in what can't what your
00:15:44 00:15:49 assistants can and can't do can or can't
00:15:46 00:15:52 say and if you're wanting to integrate
00:15:49 00:15:55 some sort of calling in this in your
00:15:52 00:15:58 virtual assistant you want them to to
00:15:55 00:16:03 take over your cricket phone line or
00:15:58 00:16:06 your I plumb phone line or any online
00:16:03 00:16:11 what is it VoIP is that is that the
00:16:06 00:16:13 correct word but I'm any online number
00:16:11 00:16:15 if you want them to handle all the calls
00:16:13 00:16:19 then having a real estate professional
00:16:15 00:16:22 it actually does it Oh
00:16:19 00:16:26 Thompson station I stuff used to have a
00:16:22 00:16:30 laboratory there that's crazy okay so
00:16:26 00:16:34 anyway now I want to show you the
00:16:30 00:16:37 filters because although $15 for what
00:16:34 00:16:38 you're gonna get I don't see that as you
00:16:37 00:16:41 know outside of the outside of the
00:16:38 00:16:45 outside of the questioner or too
00:16:41 00:16:47 expensive you can go lower now this is
00:16:45 00:16:49 where you get in into making the
00:16:47 00:16:53 decision of where do you want this
00:16:49 00:16:56 person to be and what I'm driving at is
00:16:53 00:16:59 you're gonna find people that are not
00:16:56 00:17:01 always going to be in this country and
00:16:59 00:17:03 that's fine if you're okay with that I
00:17:01 00:17:04 personally use
00:17:03 00:17:09 quite a few people from the Philippines
00:17:04 00:17:09 to do some of my projects so no issue at
00:17:09 00:17:13 all
00:17:09 00:17:15 but you see here the filter you have us
00:17:13 00:17:19 only and if you want to take that off
00:17:15 00:17:21 you can see how much lower you can get
00:17:19 00:17:25 your your cost so you saw the difference
00:17:21 00:17:26 there if you go us only let me flip that
00:17:25 00:17:29 back over you see ten dollars nine
00:17:26 00:17:29 dollars
00:17:31 00:17:35 well they've they were in quite a bit
00:17:33 00:17:38 they they must know what they're doing
00:17:35 00:17:44 that's awesome so you see the price
00:17:38 00:17:44 ranges here but if you flip the switch
00:17:46 00:17:55 your costs go down dramatikally so for
00:17:52 00:17:57 five dollars and 56 cents they've earned
00:17:55 00:18:00 over twenty thousand dollars and have a
00:17:57 00:18:02 hundred percent job success and you see
00:18:00 00:18:05 how many you see the breakdown of who
00:18:02 00:18:08 they've helped what they've done so
00:18:05 00:18:11 there's no hiding in this respect you
00:18:08 00:18:15 see all of the you see such a high job
00:18:11 00:18:19 success now when you're engaging with
00:18:15 00:18:26 with these folks whether it's in the US
00:18:19 00:18:30 or and/or across across the sea whatever
00:18:26 00:18:32 feel free and I encourage you to set up
00:18:30 00:18:33 a call with them set up a call and see
00:18:32 00:18:35 if your gonna be a match because at the
00:18:33 00:18:38 end of the day you don't want to retrain
00:18:35 00:18:39 somebody to your systems they're having
00:18:38 00:18:44 to learn your systems your bringing them
00:18:39 00:18:45 on as a digital or online employee so
00:18:44 00:18:48 they need to know kind of what you're
00:18:45 00:18:50 doing and how you're doing it and you
00:18:48 00:18:53 don't want to invest too much time in in
00:18:50 00:18:55 somebody that may not be picking it up
00:18:53 00:18:58 right away so a phone call is Skype
00:18:55 00:19:01 phone call goes a long way regardless of
00:18:58 00:19:03 where they're at it just it just
00:19:01 00:19:06 introduces you to them as that first I
00:19:03 00:19:08 would say job interview because at the
00:19:06 00:19:09 end of the day if you're at that point
00:19:08 00:19:12 where you're needing to outsource your
00:19:09 00:19:15 work or have somebody else help you out
00:19:12 00:19:16 everything that you need to do you want
00:19:15 00:19:19 it done right and you don't want to
00:19:16 00:19:23 continue teaching somebody new every
00:19:19 00:19:25 single week because the person that you
00:19:23 00:19:28 trained last week just isn't working so
00:19:25 00:19:32 what I suggest is reaching out to these
00:19:28 00:19:36 folks and setting up a phone interview
00:19:32 00:19:39 or just a conversation via Skype but if
00:19:36 00:19:41 you are not if you're not seeing what
00:19:39 00:19:45 you what you like here or if your tasks
00:19:41 00:19:53 are specific or special enough what you
00:19:45 00:19:55 can do is do your own job so you can
00:19:53 00:20:02 post your own job is they gonna ask me
00:19:55 00:20:02 to sign up not sign up login let's see
00:20:11 00:20:21 all right all right we're back in you
00:20:15 00:20:23 can create your own job and you can tell
00:20:21 00:20:26 them exactly what you want the post to
00:20:23 00:20:28 say it's almost like any other job
00:20:26 00:20:32 posting you post the title of the job
00:20:28 00:20:35 what you're hiring for the category and
00:20:32 00:20:38 what you expect what the details are of
00:20:35 00:20:41 your of your needs if you need them to
00:20:38 00:20:44 have a certain training in for example
00:20:41 00:20:47 lion desk or any of your landing page
00:20:44 00:20:50 software's or your websites there's a
00:20:47 00:20:55 ton of people that know about lion desk
00:20:50 00:20:59 here about leadpages about Squarespace
00:20:55 00:21:01 certainly WordPress so really you're
00:20:59 00:21:04 crafting your perfect your perfect
00:21:01 00:21:06 employee and chances are you're gonna
00:21:04 00:21:09 find somebody that's pretty darn close
00:21:06 00:21:11 and people are gonna submit what they're
00:21:09 00:21:13 willing to work for and if they can do
00:21:11 00:21:15 it you're gonna find that some of these
00:21:13 00:21:19 resumes are just incredible that they've
00:21:15 00:21:22 programmed everything from portals to
00:21:19 00:21:26 databases and all this other stuff so
00:21:22 00:21:28 the the level here the amount of talent
00:21:26 00:21:31 that's on here is just incredible and
00:21:28 00:21:35 you don't have to you're not limited by
00:21:31 00:21:37 who's who's near you who's close in
00:21:35 00:21:41 regardless of the town that you're in so
00:21:37 00:21:44 anyway that is how you outsource like a
00:21:41 00:21:45 boss again if you're at that point where
00:21:44 00:21:48 you're having great success
00:21:45 00:21:50 congratulations but you're still not at
00:21:48 00:21:52 the point where you can hire or you
00:21:50 00:21:55 don't want to hire somebody that's also
00:21:52 00:21:57 an option then outsourcing is a great
00:21:55 00:22:00 way to leverage your time and continue
00:21:57 00:22:00 your growth
00:22:15 00:22:17 you
