focused on their customers than they are
on their competition and that is why
they are successful Zappos
notorious and very well known for
training their employees to go above and
beyond with their customers you know one
time they ordered a guy a pizza when he
called in the customer support number
another time someone ordered a woman a
baby blanket because she took notes and
she found out when her due date was and
she knew she had a baby you know that's
an incredible experience Disney they
train their staff to learn how to go
into the shoes of children so that they
can create a magical experience for the
entire family and the ritz-carlton well
they have incredible amazing standards
for everything in the business and they
train their team their staff to create a
personalized experience for each guest
knowing their guests names and that
justifies the cost of staying at the
Ritz for many people so making sure that
your customer is your priority your
focus is on creating an incredible
customer experience that should be your
goal and you can never go wrong when you
do that but how do you do that how do
you improve the customers experience how
do you know what the customer wants well
easy you ask them you ask your customers
directly you don't need to guess
anything here you simply ask them and
that's where surveys come in if you have
an online business you can create and
very easy to use survey that is really
fine engaging and doesn't take a lot of
time for the user to complete and so

when I was first building my business I
was in university and I was also working
part time as a server at a restaurant
and when I was in training at that
restaurant they taught me that their

term and they translated it to Neb
constant and never-ending improvement
and so the word Kai
stands for change and the word Zen
translates to good good change and so it
actually originated after World War two
with Toyota the car company they made
that term very popular and that was

with the philosophy of Kaizen of
constantly improving what can be
improved partikularly the customers
experience so today I want to introduce

changed and then what you do is you just
start moving things around so my first
