from walmart or anywhere but the way
that they are advertising this is the
reason why the product is doing so well
for them like this is going absolutely
crazy guys like literally 126
000 likes like this engagement is crazy
and that is when somebody would be like
oh this product is saturated or oh this
is already being sold on mass quantity
by one person
what makes me think that i'll have the
chance to be able to sell it well
that's why you're here today and i'm
about to give you this solution right

i want to go ahead and check out their
product page for a bit so let's go ahead
and jump into the product
page and see how well it's doing for
them and kind of what they're doing to
structure it here we are on their
product page
they are using a click funnel so they
have a couple good videos
um pretty good layout of their store
overall you can see they're selling this
product for 39.99 so it definitely has a
really good margin and a really good
selling price for it they have some good
reviews but overall we know that we can
always improve from this we always know
that we can always be better than our
competition and that's exactly what i'm
gonna be showing you guys
so let's go ahead and dive into this
product and kind of give you guys an
understanding about the selling price
and the margins you'll be making with it
if you want to sell this product today
so the competition is selling this item
for 39.99
with free shipping not too expensive the
cost of goods so the cost of goods sold
on here for aliexpress is 13 bucks for
this item
it definitely can be branded it
definitely has a huge audience as
so many people just like myself are
wanting to get a haircut every single
week hey don't mind me right now i need
one i need one i know i know i'm like 10
days
deep right now and this has a huge
influencer potential to brand like it
really does like you can work with a lot
of great influencers
to really potentially brand this to a
really high level all right let's go
ahead and jump into my strategy for this
and exactly how you would be
implementing the same thing
so the first thing you need to do is
have an established goal
an established goal to give you an
understanding of what you need to do
to be able to wipe out your competition
i want to do better than my competition
in
any and every single way possible i'm a
dog i want to wipe these people out
they don't get the chance to be on the
same level as me they don't get the
chance to be able to compete whenever
i'm getting into the space
you need to have that same mentality as
you can go into any product
and any single niche and go absolutely
crazy
so one have a goal and a mentality to
absolutely crush your competition so the
first thing that we'll do is we're going
to go ahead and start with the back end
of things
which is going to be our product page so
the first thing we're going to do is
we're going to dive
deep into it so we're not going to just
look at this one competitor
we're going to look at five or six of
our competitors
and take the absolute five best things
they're doing on their product pages
and take a list of the five worst things
that they're doing on the product pages
and start making a whole list to
understand what we're going to do to
wipe these people out so this could be
gifts this could be pictures this could
be the pricing
this could be the reviews this could be
the layout this could be so
many different things that you guys can
be able to take as strengths and
weaknesses
and make them better for yourself the
next thing that i would do in a
situation like this is i would
underprice everybody like i would
underprice
all my competition but i would make up
with it
with shipping so for example if this
person is selling this for 39.99
i would go ahead and sell this item for
about 32 to 33.99
and charge about seven to eight dollar
shipping to be able to make
back exactly what the competition is
already scaling that
but when customers see that 32 to 33.99
instead of seeing that 39.99
i promise you that's a huge incentive
right away so we attacked the back end
first we went ahead and looked at our
product page we looked at our product
description we were looking at our
competition what they were doing well
and seeing the ways that we could work
well for ourselves we were looking at
their gifts their pictures the reviews
the testimonials
looking at everything then we structured
our pricing different
to be able to maximize all these
incentives so we have
already started on this back end of
things and now we have to know what's
going to come next
and what's next is the most important
aspect of drop shipping i tell you guys
this
all the time so to me getting a high
converting creative is the most
important aspect of drop shipping
because this is what's going to help you
wipe out your competition so we can do
all the things that we mentioned earlier
right with the product page
with the pricing with your pictures all
those amazing aspects which you need to
be doing regardless but
if you cannot get customers to come to
your website in the first place
if you cannot get customers to be led
from your advertisement
to your website all the work that you
just did means
absolutely nothing so we need to figure
out what we can do to get
people to our website and when this
facebook bid so i purchased my high
converting creators from two different

the first place that i purchased my
creatives is viral ecom ads

taking your best five strengths and your
best five weaknesses from each
competitor product page
you guys need to be doing this the same
thing with the people's advertisements
who are scaling this
you guys have to look at the ways that
they are not doing well in ways that you
can
absolutely maximize off of the things
that they did not
incentivize the things they did not
mention or the areas that they did not
even think of in the first place
so the same way that you're doing those
five strengths and those five weaknesses
on the competitor page
you guys need to be doing that for all
of your competition as well
so i use my favorite product research
tool to be able to find this this tool
is called
aspi and aspire allows me to be able to
spy on all my competition
and you guys can see a link in my

so here we are on ask why the only thing
i typed in was hair clipper
scene between the days um ordered it by
likes
shopify and click funnels and of course
shop now because we don't want to just
look at
random ads we want to look at shopping
ads so now that i got brought into here
you guys can see
all these ads all of these different ads
that are going crazy look at this
17 000 comments 37 000 shares seven
thousand comments eight thousand shares
two thousand shares 528 like these are
all ads that went absolutely viral so
when you're looking at what you can do
better than them all you have to do is
come to a page very similar to this for
whatever product you're looking at
and find your best competitors take the
five strengths and fight weaknesses
and maximize off that when you go ahead
and get your high converting creatives
made
only thing you're gonna do is just reach
out to the person who's making it and be
like hey
this is what they're doing well this is
ways that we can improve let's go ahead
and maximize our returns
like it's that easy so now you structure
your product page you have
high converting creatives and now it is
time to test these ads out

students is doing this exact same thing
i've done this so many times so i want
to give you guys a little bit of insight
on ways that you can be able to scale
anything that is
saturated so at the very beginning i
test out
heavy so i really do test out heavy
because i have a lot of creatives
between at least three to ten creatives
that i have with these products
we have to test out a lot of creatives
and this is not that expensive by the
way this is not
that expensive i'm looking for five to
ten dollars that you're going to be
spending for each video
using the ice-breaking video testing
portion in my course
if you guys are a part of my supreme
econ blueprint you guys will check out
that icebreaking video testing and
you'll know exactly what i'm toking
about but this should only be like five
to ten dollars that you're really
spending on these ads so don't think i'm
telling you to just blow your budget
but we have to win this bid this is a
bidding war we have to win this bid
against our competition
and the only way we can do that is by
testing out these creatives
just like you go to an auction at any
time where someone's bidding
this competition that you're already
going against has such a strong
bid because they've been doing this for
a while so now you have to change up the
bid and figure out what you can do
to maximize and be able to take over
what they're already doing and the way
that you're gonna do that
is by taking over the audience with your
creatives your headline the way you're
structuring your ads the way we're
testing our ads
and everything that you'll be learning
on this channel but for real like do not
let that scare you
at all i've done this multiple times my
students have done this
multiple times and that is a part of the
game is not reinventing the wheel so
when we go ahead and test out these
creatives the first thing that we need
to do is figure out which one has the
lowest kpis for us these kpis are our
key performance indicators that are
going to indicate
if an ad is doing well or not so these
indications are
cost per click click-through rate cost
per thousand impressions and cost per
view content and a lot of
other kpi performance metrics these are
what you guys need to be looking at to
see which videos are going to be doing
better
than the other ones that you're testing
as well so now that you're going to dive
into the cold audience interest testing
the thing that i would advise for a
product that is similar to this
is that you spend 80 percent doing
normal interest
such as hair such as clippers such as
salon
normal things like that right but using
20
of the other interest that you're gonna
be testing to think way deeper out of
the box in your competition
so the twenty percent that i'm
mentioning are just things that you'll
think outside of the box that is not
for this partikular product so this is a
hair clipper but i might test out
rapper i might test out basketball i
might test out businessman i might test
out
any type of audience of people who get
haircuts a lot that is thinking outside
of the box than just the normal interest
of you know salon barber barbershop the
normal things like that
so use about 20 of the interest that
you're gonna be testing
to think outside of the box to be able
to tap into new winning audiences
then after testing out these products we
have to immediately get into retargeting
as soon as possible and that is what's
really going to help us win the bid and
help us be able to take over the space
and take over the audience that we're
testing towards so
since this product has been massively
scaled by so many competition
a lot of people probably already seen
these advertisements and a lot of people
already know what this product is
and they've seen it scroll across their
news feed and that is exactly why
retargeting is going to
absolutely take off for us because
new variations you've already tested out
so many creatives and you've already
tested out so many different
advertisements
and you're gonna keep getting more so
that is why you're gonna kill it is
because you have so
many variations to be able to work with
and this is perfect to change those
familiar
people the people who know your product
who have seen your product on your
newsfeed
from prospects and to customers perfect
examples of retargeting is
showing reviews so having reviews and
retargeting
showing more creatives that they've
never even seen before
tapping into audiences that have never
been tapped into before
using discount codes you guys can use a
5 or 10
discount code which will not affect your
profit margins at all and you will now
acquire
all those people who are not retargeted
in the past this helps you collect data
a lot quicker
this helps you put a lot more money into
your cold audience interest testing
because you're reinventing profit
and most importantly winning this bid
from your competition
yes you might put a little bit more time
into this yes you might put a little bit
more money into this
but with the right mentality you can be
able to wipe out any competition and no
product is
ever saturated and you heard that here
first no product is ever saturated
only creatives are and audiences that
are tapped are you can go absolutely
crazy and you can take off with
anything that you put your mind to and
you again heard this
here first so do not think that any
product cannot be sold
you can do any single thing that you put
your mind to but we do not date these
products we are not in a relationship
with these products so do not fall in
love with giving up on something that is
not giving you
the best return on investment you can
move on that's the purpose of the game
and that's one of the key benefits of
drop shipping is you are not having to
buy any inventory
so if you do not like the product just
move forward if it's not giving you the
profits that you need
just move forward you are not in a
relationship with any product at all
