Importing Reviews into Your Shopify Platform

Hey everyone, this is Thomas from Mad Mine Studios. In this tutorial, I'm going to show you how to import reviews into your Shopify platform.

Steps:

1. Go to your Shopify reviews page. You can find this in your apps section by searching for Product Reviews.

2. Download the CSV template provided by Shopify. This is the formatting in which your reviews need to be in for Shopify to accept them.

3. Fill in the necessary information in the template. This includes the product handle, state, rating, title, author, email, body of the review, created at date, and reply.

4. Copy the product handle from your product page and paste it into the template.

5. Save the template and download it as a CSV file.

6. Go back to your Shopify product reviews page and click import reviews.

7. Choose the file you just saved and click import reviews.
