00:00:00 00:00:02 you
00:00:03 00:00:08 okay and we're ready to go what's up
00:00:06 00:00:10 econ empire's how's everybody doing I
00:00:08 00:00:12 hope you guys are all amazing today
00:00:10 00:00:16 tonight wherever you are in the world
00:00:12 00:00:20 right now I am here with Craig Roberts
00:00:16 00:00:23 of Marcos oh and we have a really cool
00:00:20 00:00:26 training / presentation prepared for you
00:00:23 00:00:29 today so you guys probably have seen
00:00:26 00:00:31 I've posted a couple times in the group
00:00:29 00:00:35 now introducing this opportunity of
00:00:31 00:00:36 print-on-demand in Brazil which to me
00:00:35 00:00:38 when I learned about this when I saw
00:00:36 00:00:42 this it was really exciting because this
00:00:38 00:00:44 is a very unsaturated opportunity which
00:00:42 00:00:46 for everybody in e-commerce you know
00:00:44 00:00:48 that that's where the money is when you
00:00:46 00:00:50 can find these unsaturated opportunities
00:00:48 00:00:52 it's just like a really hot market for
00:00:50 00:00:54 people to be able to get in get started
00:00:52 00:00:57 quickly I think this is something that's
00:00:54 00:00:59 amazing for both newbies and for veteran
00:00:57 00:01:02 so I'm excited to present this to you
00:00:59 00:01:05 and I've been working with Craig he's
00:01:02 00:01:07 been really helpful and you know there's
00:01:05 00:01:09 really some cool stuff prepared for you
00:01:07 00:01:12 Craig has actually got a ton of
00:01:09 00:01:15 experience in the print-on-demand world
00:01:12 00:01:17 he founded a company called fab early
00:01:15 00:01:19 back a few years ago I forget how long
00:01:17 00:01:21 ago but it was a few years ago that when
00:01:19 00:01:23 print-on-demand was really starting to
00:01:21 00:01:25 become a big thing and he sold it to
00:01:23 00:01:27 teespring which everybody I think knows
00:01:25 00:01:29 teespring they're a massive company now
00:01:27 00:01:30 so he was able to build and sell a
00:01:29 00:01:33 company to teespring
00:01:30 00:01:33 and then started his journey helping
00:01:33 00:01:35 teespring
00:01:33 00:01:37 actually set up in europe as they were
00:01:35 00:01:40 expanding their market and then
00:01:37 00:01:41 eventually that led him to Brazil he can
00:01:40 00:01:44 probably tell the story a little bit
00:01:41 00:01:45 better but basically this guy's not kind
00:01:44 00:01:47 of experiencing print-on-demand
00:01:45 00:01:49 knows how the markets work knows how to
00:01:47 00:01:52 build the companies knows how sellers
00:01:49 00:01:54 are able to really have success and we
00:01:52 00:01:55 were able to put together this
00:01:54 00:01:59 completely free training to show you
00:01:55 00:02:00 guys how exactly you can get started
00:01:59 00:02:03 with print-on-demand what this is all
00:02:00 00:02:05 about in Brazil how it works because I
00:02:03 00:02:07 think that one of the one of the
00:02:05 00:02:09 hang-ups right now from when I posted it
00:02:07 00:02:11 and I've been getting messages and I've
00:02:09 00:02:13 been seeing some of the comments I think
00:02:11 00:02:16 one of the hang-ups that people have is
00:02:13 00:02:18 just trying to get there
00:02:16 00:02:20 the you know around the mental road
00:02:18 00:02:22 block of snowing in a different country
00:02:20 00:02:25 in a different language and so we're
00:02:22 00:02:27 gonna cover all that for you today and
00:02:25 00:02:29 I'm gonna let Craig just kind of explain
00:02:27 00:02:31 some of the great information and even
00:02:29 00:02:35 some of the the case study stuff that he
00:02:31 00:02:37 has prepared for you guys to see today
00:02:35 00:02:39 so let's let's get started with
00:02:37 00:02:41 everything Craig are you there ready to
00:02:39 00:02:43 go yeah hey Nick can you get me yeah
00:02:41 00:02:45 everything sounds good
00:02:43 00:02:47 so all right man I will let you kind of
00:02:45 00:02:49 kind of take off in and they introduce
00:02:47 00:02:52 things and and we can get get started
00:02:49 00:02:54 and get rockin here thank you so much
00:02:52 00:02:56 and you know I just want to quickly say
00:02:54 00:02:58 a big shout out to you and thank you for
00:02:56 00:02:59 you know telling other people about this
00:02:58 00:03:01 opportunity and sharing it right let's
00:02:59 00:03:03 think it's very generous of you who
00:03:01 00:03:05 people find to these gold mines they
00:03:03 00:03:08 don't necessarily share them but I think
00:03:05 00:03:10 kudos to you for doing that so yeah but
00:03:08 00:03:12 yeah anyway I mean as the slide kind of
00:03:10 00:03:15 says you know prone on demand is now in
00:03:12 00:03:16 Brazil you know I think as you said I've
00:03:15 00:03:19 been in the print-on-demand business for
00:03:16 00:03:21 a long time since 2013 and things have
00:03:19 00:03:23 changed a lot since then right I think
00:03:21 00:03:27 most people focus their efforts on
00:03:23 00:03:28 markets like North America or Europe but
00:03:27 00:03:31 there's a whole big world out there you
00:03:28 00:03:34 know so just by chance I kind of got
00:03:31 00:03:36 involved with a company that was doing
00:03:34 00:03:38 this in Brazil in sort of 2017 and
00:03:36 00:03:40 unfortunately that company failed but I
00:03:38 00:03:43 saw the potential of these new markets
00:03:40 00:03:45 and you know a lot of people who were
00:03:43 00:03:46 selling in Brazil said look look we want
00:03:45 00:03:48 to keep selling there there's a huge
00:03:46 00:03:50 opportunity yeah how can we do it and so
00:03:48 00:03:52 my business partner and I Fred we kind
00:03:50 00:03:54 of put our heads together and we thought
00:03:52 00:03:56 of like how can we how can we make or
00:03:54 00:03:58 open up this market for for everybody
00:03:56 00:04:00 who wants to make money there and you
00:03:58 00:04:02 know long drawn-out process but
00:04:00 00:04:05 eventually October last year we launched
00:04:02 00:04:07 Marchesa and it's been fantastik so you
00:04:05 00:04:10 know happy to say the print-on-demand is
00:04:07 00:04:11 now in Brazil so if you go to the next
00:04:10 00:04:13 slide I'll kind of quickly tell you you
00:04:11 00:04:15 know why Brazil is exciting just to
00:04:13 00:04:18 recap for those of you who don't know
00:04:15 00:04:20 it's a very large population it's about
00:04:18 00:04:23 210 million people which is roughly
00:04:20 00:04:25 two-thirds of what the US is and I think
00:04:23 00:04:28 in Europe if you combine Germany France
00:04:25 00:04:29 and the UK together you kind of get some
00:04:28 00:04:31 other side
00:04:29 00:04:35 to Brazil so it's a very very large
00:04:31 00:04:36 market very often overlooked but the
00:04:35 00:04:38 people there very active on social media
00:04:36 00:04:41 they're pretty much addicted to it so
00:04:38 00:04:45 it's like it reminds me of the u.s. back
00:04:41 00:04:46 in like 2014 2013 more or less likewise
00:04:45 00:04:48 with the advertising cost you know we're
00:04:46 00:04:51 seeing people get CPAs for anywhere from
00:04:48 00:04:53 like 60 cents it's sort of like you know
00:04:51 00:04:55 four dollars more or less three dollars
00:04:53 00:04:57 four dollars on average right which if
00:04:55 00:04:59 you compared to US or Europe in this
00:04:57 00:05:01 print-on-demand business you're kind of
00:04:59 00:05:04 getting CPAs more along sort of eight
00:05:01 00:05:07 nine dollars I believe so you know it's
00:05:04 00:05:10 substantially less in terms of cost of
00:05:07 00:05:11 advertising there is strong demand from
00:05:10 00:05:12 what we've seen you know we've delivered
00:05:11 00:05:14 hundreds of thousands of products
00:05:12 00:05:17 already so you know we're growing really
00:05:14 00:05:19 quickly there's no competition in terms
00:05:17 00:05:20 of you know you don't have that you're
00:05:19 00:05:23 not competing with thousands of other
00:05:20 00:05:25 marketers in in in one geography you've
00:05:23 00:05:27 pretty much got it wide open and there's
00:05:25 00:05:29 just massive potential right when you
00:05:27 00:05:30 put all that together you know we put
00:05:29 00:05:33 the slides together you can see
00:05:30 00:05:34 Facebook's the biggest markets in the
00:05:33 00:05:36 bottom right hand corner in India and us
00:05:34 00:05:38 at the two biggest ones but just behind
00:05:36 00:05:40 that is Brazil right so it's the third
00:05:38 00:05:43 biggest market for Facebook and that
00:05:40 00:05:46 just represents a massive opportunity so
00:05:43 00:05:46 we go to the next slide
00:05:47 00:05:50 you know how can you make a million
00:05:48 00:05:52 reais this is a presentation that I did
00:05:50 00:05:54 in Brazil recently but you know we had a
00:05:52 00:05:55 whole lot of marketers in Brazil that we
00:05:54 00:05:57 were toking to and a million reais is
00:05:55 00:05:59 about two hundred fifty thousand dollars
00:05:57 00:06:01 and you know in 12 months and all you
00:05:59 00:06:05 need to do is sell shirts for what's
00:06:01 00:06:08 that 75 that's around $20 you make what
00:06:05 00:06:11 is that five seven dollars per shirt off
00:06:08 00:06:12 to add cost you know you do 40,000 of
00:06:11 00:06:13 those a year three hundred three
00:06:12 00:06:15 thousand three hundred a month seven
00:06:13 00:06:17 hundred ninety three a week it's only a
00:06:15 00:06:19 hundred and thirteen a day right which
00:06:17 00:06:21 is not if you kind of break it down by
00:06:19 00:06:24 that it's it's not a huge mountain to
00:06:21 00:06:26 climb and this is just an example of you
00:06:24 00:06:27 know one campaign that did that in in a
00:06:26 00:06:29 very short space of time you know this
00:06:27 00:06:32 guy sold seven hundred ninety products
00:06:29 00:06:33 and made that amount of money as you can
00:06:32 00:06:35 see there just divide that by four you
00:06:33 00:06:37 get the dollar amount the US dollar
00:06:35 00:06:39 amount but there you go you know it's
00:06:37 00:06:41 more impossible to make this kind of
00:06:39 00:06:42 these sums of money in a short space of
00:06:41 00:06:45 time you know you just need to find
00:06:42 00:06:47 those winning designs and and keep
00:06:45 00:06:48 testing and we'll tok about how we do
00:06:47 00:06:50 that later and then Nick's got something
00:06:48 00:06:53 to share with you guys so we'll go
00:06:50 00:06:55 through all of this and and just to jump
00:06:53 00:06:57 in really quickly you know what I just
00:06:55 00:06:59 want to emphasize this for people
00:06:57 00:07:02 because what I love about
00:06:59 00:07:04 print-on-demand in Brazil is is your
00:07:02 00:07:06 profit margin is actually there one of
00:07:04 00:07:08 the toughest things I know I hear this
00:07:06 00:07:09 all the time people ask me all the time
00:07:08 00:07:11 they posted in the group when you're
00:07:09 00:07:14 trying to sell print-on-demand t-shirts
00:07:11 00:07:16 especially for example in the US
00:07:14 00:07:18 especially in the u.s. in the US it's
00:07:16 00:07:20 it's tough nowadays it's it's honestly
00:07:18 00:07:22 getting a lot more challenging because
00:07:20 00:07:24 so many people have done it Europe is
00:07:22 00:07:26 still some good opportunity but again
00:07:24 00:07:29 getting tougher their profit margins are
00:07:26 00:07:32 getting so slim you know here in Brazil
00:07:29 00:07:34 like you're actually making money on the
00:07:32 00:07:37 front end when you're getting CPAs that
00:07:34 00:07:39 are five dollars in under four dollars
00:07:37 00:07:41 and under sometimes as you heard him say
00:07:39 00:07:43 all the way down to like a dollar so you
00:07:41 00:07:46 know when when you're looking at these
00:07:43 00:07:48 kinds of numbers like the amazing thing
00:07:46 00:07:51 about this is you are actually
00:07:48 00:07:54 profitable right away from the front end
00:07:51 00:07:58 on selling designs in Brazil when you
00:07:54 00:07:58 get a good design it starts making sales
00:07:59 00:08:04 yep absolutely so you know as I said
00:08:03 00:08:07 we've been up and running for about a
00:08:04 00:08:08 year now and you know already people are
00:08:07 00:08:10 kind of on track that if those numbers
00:08:08 00:08:12 already you know these are just some
00:08:10 00:08:14 screenshots and apologies they're in
00:08:12 00:08:17 Brazilian Portuguese but you know these
00:08:14 00:08:19 numbers here you just divide by four to
00:08:17 00:08:21 get to us dollar amounts but you can see
00:08:19 00:08:23 people are making you know some guys
00:08:21 00:08:26 have sold over 15,000 shirts already
00:08:23 00:08:28 right and that's the new year and I
00:08:26 00:08:30 think today we paid out and just a just
00:08:28 00:08:32 over a million dollars in terms of
00:08:30 00:08:36 payouts to sellers that's the bottom red
00:08:32 00:08:37 there you can kind of see it but yeah I
00:08:36 00:08:39 mean we've got we've got a bunch of
00:08:37 00:08:43 sellers you know from all over the world
00:08:39 00:08:44 from Asia from the u.s. from Europe who
00:08:43 00:08:48 are all selling into Brazil and making
00:08:44 00:08:49 you know hefty amounts of money so the
00:08:48 00:08:53 opportunity is there and it's pretty
00:08:49 00:08:55 much proven so if you go the next slide
00:08:53 00:08:56 you know this is just one example of a
00:08:55 00:08:58 guy that really kind of blew me away
00:08:56 00:09:01 recently
00:08:58 00:09:03 Danielle he's from Italy and he made
00:09:01 00:09:05 13,000 euros in what with one design in
00:09:03 00:09:07 less than ten days and that's pure
00:09:05 00:09:10 profit like off to add spend and
00:09:07 00:09:13 everything so he sold you know it was
00:09:10 00:09:15 related to Father's Day I believe that
00:09:13 00:09:16 you know he doesn't speak he's from
00:09:15 00:09:19 Italy doesn't speak Portuguese it's
00:09:16 00:09:22 never been to Brazil so I mean if he can
00:09:19 00:09:23 do this anyone can do this right and
00:09:22 00:09:24 we've got a link there to the full
00:09:23 00:09:26 interview I think we'll probably post
00:09:24 00:09:28 that later on Nick I'll share that with
00:09:26 00:09:31 you but you know this again just proves
00:09:28 00:09:34 that it's possible to do this so yeah I
00:09:31 00:09:35 love that and you guys will see in the
00:09:34 00:09:37 post I'm going there's going to be
00:09:35 00:09:40 several links that we reference in here
00:09:37 00:09:41 from like this interview to some stuff
00:09:40 00:09:43 later that's like getting started guides
00:09:41 00:09:45 and I'm gonna make sure to include that
00:09:43 00:09:46 in the post so if you're watching this
00:09:45 00:09:49 and like you didn't read through the
00:09:46 00:09:52 whole post yet just look at the actual
00:09:49 00:09:57 copy in the post the text in there and
00:09:52 00:09:59 you'll be able to find these links so we
00:09:57 00:10:01 offer a whole range of products the best
00:09:59 00:10:04 way to figure this out is to just go to
00:10:01 00:10:05 Marco's or creating accounts will we'll
00:10:04 00:10:07 put a link somewhere as well for you
00:10:05 00:10:09 guys to find but once you go on there
00:10:07 00:10:10 just upload a design and you'll see on
00:10:09 00:10:13 the tabs on the top there you've got
00:10:10 00:10:15 apparel and mugs you know we do
00:10:13 00:10:17 some more products coming soon but we've
00:10:15 00:10:20 got the basics you know 90% of sales in
00:10:17 00:10:22 Brazil are you know things like t-shirts
00:10:20 00:10:24 and things like that it's a warm country
00:10:22 00:10:26 the seasons are opposite right says
00:10:24 00:10:28 we're going into winter in the northern
00:10:26 00:10:29 hemisphere I'm just you know
00:10:28 00:10:31 Brazil's going in search of someone else
00:10:29 00:10:33 so just kind of keep keep that in mind
00:10:31 00:10:35 but you know products like these are
00:10:33 00:10:37 your kind of bread and butter right your
00:10:35 00:10:39 your unisex shirts your female shirts
00:10:37 00:10:41 we've got premium ones or slightly
00:10:39 00:10:44 better quality slightly more expensive
00:10:41 00:10:45 long-sleeve products mugs things like
00:10:44 00:10:47 that but we're you know quickly
00:10:45 00:10:48 expanding the product range but this is
00:10:47 00:10:54 kind of this is enough to get you
00:10:48 00:10:55 started within testing so just I know
00:10:54 00:10:56 some of you guys might be a little bit
00:10:55 00:10:58 new to for an undermine so we thought
00:10:56 00:11:00 we'll just quickly run over how it works
00:10:58 00:11:01 and step one you know you pretty much
00:11:00 00:11:04 find an audience you kind of reverse
00:11:01 00:11:07 engineer so you go back and look at okay
00:11:04 00:11:09 what is you know go to your I forget the
00:11:07 00:11:10 name of it on Facebook but your audience
00:11:09 00:11:12 insights is it where you can kind of
00:11:10 00:11:14 figure out how big of potential
00:11:12 00:11:16 audiences so let's say for example you
00:11:14 00:11:17 want to do target people who like horse
00:11:16 00:11:19 riding in Brazil right you could go in
00:11:17 00:11:22 figure out what the term for horse
00:11:19 00:11:25 riding is in in Portuguese type it in
00:11:22 00:11:27 and do your research on how big your
00:11:25 00:11:30 audiences and partikularly you want to
00:11:27 00:11:33 focus on the big cities in Brazil so you
00:11:30 00:11:35 know your places like Rio Sao Paulo you
00:11:33 00:11:36 know focus on those ones to start off
00:11:35 00:11:38 with and see if you've got a big enough
00:11:36 00:11:39 audience then step two you need to
00:11:38 00:11:41 create some designs right that you think
00:11:39 00:11:43 will work for these guys and Nick again
00:11:41 00:11:45 we'll go through this in detail but on a
00:11:43 00:11:46 high level you create some designs you
00:11:45 00:11:49 can you know is plenty of ways to do
00:11:46 00:11:51 research and find what might work step 3
00:11:49 00:11:53 launch them on marques or create your
00:11:51 00:11:55 campaigns your designs or stores
00:11:53 00:11:57 whatever it is and then step four is
00:11:55 00:11:59 just test right so you know start off
00:11:57 00:12:02 with a small budget test it up scale the
00:11:59 00:12:04 winners cut the losers as it says in
00:12:02 00:12:07 step five you know step six
00:12:04 00:12:08 withdraw your profits step 7 let us do
00:12:07 00:12:10 all the boring stuff the fulfillment the
00:12:08 00:12:12 printing the customer service all of
00:12:10 00:12:14 that stuff so you literally just focus
00:12:12 00:12:16 on finding those winning designs and
00:12:14 00:12:18 selling them right and then you just
00:12:16 00:12:23 repeat the process and it's purely that
00:12:18 00:12:24 simple so if we go the next slide and so
00:12:23 00:12:26 make a lately
00:12:24 00:12:28 I told more to this reading this is more
00:12:26 00:12:30 your domain but sir yeah I'll jump in
00:12:28 00:12:33 here so what one of the things that I
00:12:30 00:12:36 love so much about this like I'm and
00:12:33 00:12:38 this is why I am passionate about
00:12:36 00:12:43 sharing this with everybody is because
00:12:38 00:12:45 this is this is kind of like Craig
00:12:43 00:12:48 mentioned it earlier this is like print
00:12:45 00:12:50 on demand was for Facebook back four
00:12:48 00:12:53 years ago five years ago when it was
00:12:50 00:12:54 just becoming a thing people were
00:12:53 00:12:58 putting designs on Facebook and making
00:12:54 00:12:59 crazy money it's actually that original
00:12:58 00:13:02 print on demand craze is what got me
00:12:59 00:13:04 interested in e-commerce with Facebook
00:13:02 00:13:05 Ads because I was doing something
00:13:04 00:13:08 completely different at the time with a
00:13:05 00:13:10 different type of business and I saw
00:13:08 00:13:13 people posting these results online
00:13:10 00:13:16 about making crazy money sewing these
00:13:13 00:13:18 look like just shirts that I was like
00:13:16 00:13:20 wow these designs are so simple and you
00:13:18 00:13:22 know and they were making crazy money
00:13:20 00:13:24 selling these shorts with teespring and
00:13:22 00:13:28 then eventually Shopify so well how that
00:13:24 00:13:30 is relevant here is because this again
00:13:28 00:13:33 is a brand-new market right as you heard
00:13:30 00:13:36 craig say they marcos was looming like a
00:13:33 00:13:38 year old okay so there are so many
00:13:36 00:13:41 niches and designs that haven't been
00:13:38 00:13:44 sold yet into all these things that have
00:13:41 00:13:46 already worked in the past right the
00:13:44 00:13:47 niches that the language might be
00:13:46 00:13:49 different right and we're going to tok
00:13:47 00:13:52 about that the language in Brazil is
00:13:49 00:13:55 different but the the basic the basic
00:13:52 00:13:57 fundamentals of people are not different
00:13:55 00:13:59 right you still have these big niches
00:13:57 00:14:01 that are popular in the US just like
00:13:59 00:14:03 they are in Brazil that are popular in
00:14:01 00:14:06 Europe just like they are in Brazil so
00:14:03 00:14:07 you're able to look at all these major
00:14:06 00:14:10 things right I'm not gonna break this
00:14:07 00:14:12 down until like super granular detail is
00:14:10 00:14:14 because to me this is the simple part
00:14:12 00:14:16 honestly it's just gonna take some time
00:14:14 00:14:19 and research on your part these are all
00:14:16 00:14:21 the sources you can go to because all
00:14:19 00:14:23 you're trying to do is find proven
00:14:21 00:14:24 winners you're not trying to reinvent
00:14:23 00:14:26 the wheel here you're not trying to find
00:14:24 00:14:29 new ideas that nobody's ever done before
00:14:26 00:14:29 which is what's typically so difficult
00:14:29 00:14:31 with
00:14:29 00:14:34 on demand for new people going into
00:14:31 00:14:37 saturated markets like the US or the UK
00:14:34 00:14:39 or something what what you're doing is
00:14:37 00:14:41 you're just going back and saying let me
00:14:39 00:14:43 we'll get the data and see which designs
00:14:41 00:14:46 have sold really well then I know the
00:14:43 00:14:48 niche also applies to Brazil right so
00:14:46 00:14:49 like for example obviously a huge niche
00:14:48 00:14:51 for print-on-demand
00:14:49 00:14:53 in the u.s. is veterans or the Second
00:14:51 00:14:56 Amendment you know obviously that's not
00:14:53 00:14:58 gonna apply to Brazil right so you know
00:14:56 00:15:00 excluding some of those ones that are
00:14:58 00:15:02 super specific to just say the US or
00:15:00 00:15:06 whatever country they're in you know
00:15:02 00:15:08 it's stuff like pets or family or jobs
00:15:06 00:15:10 and hobbies and like you'll see some
00:15:08 00:15:12 examples here in a minute you already
00:15:10 00:15:13 saw the one before that was you might
00:15:12 00:15:17 have been able to make out the design
00:15:13 00:15:19 where it was the the Brazil / Italy tree
00:15:17 00:15:21 roots right that's a design that already
00:15:19 00:15:24 sold very well for multiple types of
00:15:21 00:15:26 countries in the US and in Europe so
00:15:24 00:15:28 that that's what you're doing here right
00:15:26 00:15:32 you can go on teespring comm and you can
00:15:28 00:15:35 go and look at the designs that are on
00:15:32 00:15:37 there and see winning designs from the
00:15:35 00:15:39 past you can look at Etsy and you can
00:15:37 00:15:41 see shirts that have sold a lot on Etsy
00:15:39 00:15:43 you can see stores on Etsy that have
00:15:41 00:15:44 sold a lot of different shirts and start
00:15:43 00:15:46 looking through designs you can go on
00:15:44 00:15:48 Pinterest and you can you can look at
00:15:46 00:15:50 the ads on Pinterest alright people run
00:15:48 00:15:52 t-shirt ads on Pinterest there are there
00:15:50 00:15:54 are pages that save t-shirts and you'll
00:15:52 00:15:56 be able to go back and look at the ones
00:15:54 00:15:59 that had the most engagement the most
00:15:56 00:16:01 interaction on Google you can just start
00:15:59 00:16:03 typing in on Google winning t-shirt
00:16:01 00:16:06 designs for certain niches right like
00:16:03 00:16:08 cat t-shirts maybe or you know going in
00:16:06 00:16:10 and typing in like soccer t-shirts and
00:16:08 00:16:12 just look at stuff that you know like it
00:16:10 00:16:14 this is a research process so you got to
00:16:12 00:16:16 get into it on Facebook you can use the
00:16:14 00:16:19 graph search on Facebook and you can
00:16:16 00:16:20 type in for those of you that know how
00:16:19 00:16:22 to use the graph search right you're
00:16:20 00:16:26 typing in keywords so you could type in
00:16:22 00:16:29 teespring comm and then space and then
00:16:26 00:16:31 say something like a football for
00:16:29 00:16:34 example right and then Facebook is gonna
00:16:31 00:16:37 bring up posts from you know however far
00:16:34 00:16:39 back you said it to and you can look at
00:16:37 00:16:40 the months to have thousands of likes on
00:16:39 00:16:43 them and thousands of shares and
00:16:40 00:16:46 comments right so you can you can
00:16:43 00:16:48 get into all these places right and and
00:16:46 00:16:50 start looking at this stuff that
00:16:48 00:16:52 performed well that's all you're looking
00:16:50 00:16:55 for you're just using these major
00:16:52 00:16:57 sources and looking at what is performed
00:16:55 00:16:59 well in the past and you're just
00:16:57 00:17:01 searching through it and then finally
00:16:59 00:17:03 I'll mention really quickly teespy for
00:17:01 00:17:05 anybody that wants to take away some of
00:17:03 00:17:07 the manual research process I'm not
00:17:05 00:17:10 giving you an affiliate link here or
00:17:07 00:17:12 anything teespy is a paid software it
00:17:10 00:17:16 basically links in to teespring and
00:17:12 00:17:18 other sites and it categorizes best
00:17:16 00:17:21 selling data right so like here it shows
00:17:18 00:17:22 you one of the best selling t-shirts of
00:17:21 00:17:24 all time now I believe somebody's
00:17:22 00:17:25 already done this in Brazil so I'm not
00:17:24 00:17:27 sure that it would work for you but one
00:17:25 00:17:29 of the the best selling shirts of all
00:17:27 00:17:32 time was the Papa the man the myth the
00:17:29 00:17:35 legend right I can see on teespy that
00:17:32 00:17:39 this shirt has sold over 62,000 copies
00:17:35 00:17:41 so teespy is a way that you can you can
00:17:39 00:17:43 pay for a software if you want to take
00:17:41 00:17:44 some of the manual research process out
00:17:43 00:17:48 of this I think it's like 20 bucks a
00:17:44 00:17:51 month and you can actually go in there
00:17:48 00:17:53 and search by niche search by winning
00:17:51 00:17:55 designs search by how many sales how
00:17:53 00:17:58 many social counts and reactions and
00:17:55 00:18:00 things so but basically at the end of
00:17:58 00:18:02 the day all you're looking for is proven
00:18:00 00:18:04 stuff right so looking at this example
00:18:02 00:18:06 this is the one that I first posted
00:18:04 00:18:07 about in the group and I recorded a
00:18:06 00:18:09 video just showing you guys some basic
00:18:07 00:18:12 stuff now I made some mistakes with this
00:18:09 00:18:14 right and instance since I've I got this
00:18:12 00:18:16 and this was just like a very quick test
00:18:14 00:18:19 this literally took me five minutes this
00:18:16 00:18:21 design is so brain-dead simple you know
00:18:19 00:18:23 I just send it over to my designer cost
00:18:21 00:18:26 me I think five dollars to get done
00:18:23 00:18:29 maybe eight I throw it on a t-shirt I
00:18:26 00:18:31 throw up an ad targeted for soccer no
00:18:29 00:18:33 actually I believe what I targeted was I
00:18:31 00:18:35 did a split the gender between men and
00:18:33 00:18:36 women because I have a male and a female
00:18:35 00:18:39 shirt and I have a male and a female
00:18:36 00:18:41 markup right so I split the genders I
00:18:39 00:18:44 use the same interest I think it was
00:18:41 00:18:49 Brazil national football team right and
00:18:44 00:18:50 I said five dollars a day the female one
00:18:49 00:18:53 did good then the male one didn't really
00:18:50 00:18:55 respond but I started to sell right away
00:18:53 00:18:56 with the female one and it would
00:18:55 00:18:58 took me only a few minutes because I
00:18:56 00:19:00 knew that this was a design that had
00:18:58 00:19:02 done well in the past right and there's
00:19:00 00:19:04 so many of these these heartbeat designs
00:19:02 00:19:05 I'm in the process of testing a few
00:19:04 00:19:08 others now I just got some more designs
00:19:05 00:19:10 me I've realized since seeing this
00:19:08 00:19:12 presentation with Craig that I'm selling
00:19:10 00:19:13 this shirt for cheaper that I could be
00:19:12 00:19:15 sewing it for right so if I could have
00:19:13 00:19:18 made some more money by adjusting the
00:19:15 00:19:21 prices but that's the idea here is that
00:19:18 00:19:24 I didn't even you know I do use teespy
00:19:21 00:19:26 right after I saw the like after I saw
00:19:24 00:19:27 how how easy this was I went on the T
00:19:26 00:19:30 spine I started looking up like all
00:19:27 00:19:32 kinds of top sellers in the past to
00:19:30 00:19:34 start getting more designs made but this
00:19:32 00:19:36 was just on T spring right this is this
00:19:34 00:19:38 is simple anybody can do this because
00:19:36 00:19:40 all you have to know is that this is a
00:19:38 00:19:43 shirt that did well selling to other
00:19:40 00:19:46 people in major countries like the u.s.
00:19:43 00:19:49 it hasn't been sold in Brazil yet and so
00:19:46 00:19:52 people in Brazil of course love football
00:19:49 00:19:54 and you get a design made and that's it
00:19:52 00:19:57 right so that that's that's why this is
00:19:54 00:20:00 such an amazing opportunity because it's
00:19:57 00:20:03 literally just about looking for proving
00:20:00 00:20:05 winning designs taking them to a
00:20:03 00:20:07 designer which will recommend you one in
00:20:05 00:20:09 a minute if you don't have one taking
00:20:07 00:20:11 them to a designer getting them made and
00:20:09 00:20:13 testing them with small budgets on
00:20:11 00:20:14 Facebook ads and if you're doing a
00:20:13 00:20:17 research right and you're testing enough
00:20:14 00:20:20 designs chances are I strongly believe
00:20:17 00:20:22 anybody even if you're brand new to this
00:20:20 00:20:23 can find something that's a winning
00:20:22 00:20:28 design and be able to start making some
00:20:23 00:20:30 sales so let's let's move into how to
00:20:28 00:20:32 get started I'm gonna switch it back to
00:20:30 00:20:34 two we're Craig and I are pregnant jump
00:20:32 00:20:36 in and out of this next section a little
00:20:34 00:20:37 bit together but I'm gonna give it back
00:20:36 00:20:39 to him now so we can start toking about
00:20:37 00:20:43 how to get started in Brazil some of
00:20:39 00:20:45 those initial steps yeah fantastik so I
00:20:43 00:20:46 mean obviously the first step to do is
00:20:45 00:20:49 obviously creating a more cazzo account
00:20:46 00:20:52 right you can use a mix link that we got
00:20:49 00:20:53 there for you guys and we've got a get
00:20:52 00:20:55 started guide which is in the bottom
00:20:53 00:20:57 left hand corner again this will be
00:20:55 00:20:59 posted later on but everything you need
00:20:57 00:21:01 to know there is everything you need to
00:20:59 00:21:03 know is basically in there right in
00:21:01 00:21:06 terms of you know we got some targeting
00:21:03 00:21:08 lists for you that we've put out you
00:21:06 00:21:09 know where to focus your ads
00:21:08 00:21:11 I said don't tok at the whole of
00:21:09 00:21:14 Brazil's huge country the north of the
00:21:11 00:21:16 country is is less wealthy and shipping
00:21:14 00:21:17 costs are a lot more so you know we
00:21:16 00:21:20 don't really get a lot of orders from
00:21:17 00:21:21 the north so and remember there's the
00:21:20 00:21:23 Amazon rainforest right you don't be
00:21:21 00:21:26 selling products the people who live
00:21:23 00:21:27 there so yeah I mean focus on the big
00:21:26 00:21:29 cities but read that get starting guide
00:21:27 00:21:30 like literally everything you need to
00:21:29 00:21:34 know is in there and pay partikular
00:21:30 00:21:35 attention to the link about paletas so
00:21:34 00:21:37 what the letters are is it's a unique
00:21:35 00:21:39 payment method in Brazil it's not cash
00:21:37 00:21:42 on delivery as a lot of people think
00:21:39 00:21:45 it's basically you pay for you get a
00:21:42 00:21:47 voucher like a QR code and you take that
00:21:45 00:21:51 code to the shop or wherever and you pay
00:21:47 00:21:53 cash to the person there and then that
00:21:51 00:21:54 sort of gets electronically noted as
00:21:53 00:21:57 paid and then the order gets processed
00:21:54 00:22:00 so it's quite popular in Brazil I think
00:21:57 00:22:02 around 30% of people use it so just you
00:22:00 00:22:05 know it does change the way that you're
00:22:02 00:22:07 sort of you measure your your ad budgets
00:22:05 00:22:09 and things like that but we've you know
00:22:07 00:22:11 explained everything there so do make
00:22:09 00:22:13 sure that you have a look at those but
00:22:11 00:22:15 once you get around that then you know
00:22:13 00:22:19 you're pretty much good to go
00:22:15 00:22:21 anything's advic now other than just
00:22:19 00:22:25 just reinforcing definitely read this
00:22:21 00:22:27 stuff guys because it's the getting
00:22:25 00:22:29 started guide is is really really
00:22:27 00:22:31 thorough and just kind of laying out the
00:22:29 00:22:35 steps but the blood hose is important
00:22:31 00:22:37 and like if you will get here pending
00:22:35 00:22:39 items so this pending items is what boba
00:22:37 00:22:42 dough's are all right because people
00:22:39 00:22:44 purchase with the voucher but it's not a
00:22:42 00:22:46 it's it's not necessarily a 100 percent
00:22:44 00:22:48 conversion right because they they get
00:22:46 00:22:52 the balletto but then they still have to
00:22:48 00:22:54 go actually pay for the at a nearby
00:22:52 00:22:56 store now I've actually seen a pretty
00:22:54 00:22:59 good conversion rate from from what I've
00:22:56 00:23:01 been tracking because you'll see these
00:22:59 00:23:03 pending items like adding up but it will
00:23:01 00:23:05 necessarily count in your overall profit
00:23:03 00:23:07 yet because it hasn't been cashed in yet
00:23:05 00:23:10 but then over time you'll start to see
00:23:07 00:23:12 like you'll be able to see when this
00:23:10 00:23:14 number starts to drop a little and this
00:23:12 00:23:17 comes up a little based on those boleto
00:23:14 00:23:20 is being cashed in so it does have a
00:23:17 00:23:22 decent conversion rate there of people
00:23:20 00:23:24 you know but it's gonna
00:23:22 00:23:25 gonna change a little bit I like Mike
00:23:24 00:23:27 Craig said you're gonna have to adjust a
00:23:25 00:23:30 little bit but the guide is really good
00:23:27 00:23:33 because the guide actually shows you how
00:23:30 00:23:36 to set up custom conversion in facebook
00:23:33 00:23:37 so I know for some people that may be a
00:23:36 00:23:39 little tiknical but the guide shows you
00:23:37 00:23:41 exactly what you need to do right so
00:23:39 00:23:43 that you can you can set the custom
00:23:41 00:23:46 conversion event up in Facebook to track
00:23:43 00:23:49 the balletto sales so that you can
00:23:46 00:23:51 monitor both of them and you know in all
00:23:49 00:23:53 honesty a lot of times you might run a
00:23:51 00:23:55 campaign that's completely profitable
00:23:53 00:23:58 just off the purchases and the bullets
00:23:55 00:23:59 are like extra right so it kind of all
00:23:58 00:24:01 depends like your cost per purchase
00:23:59 00:24:04 inside Facebook could be extremely
00:24:01 00:24:06 profitable even without factoring the
00:24:04 00:24:08 balletto is in and then the boleros is
00:24:06 00:24:10 just like a bonus you're getting but
00:24:08 00:24:12 definitely read that and it's really
00:24:10 00:24:14 well laid out and you can ask any
00:24:12 00:24:17 questions you have because as you see in
00:24:14 00:24:19 step 4 is that you should join the
00:24:17 00:24:21 marcuzzo Facebook group that that Craig
00:24:19 00:24:23 has started in Craig I know you're
00:24:21 00:24:26 always in there and active in there
00:24:23 00:24:29 right yep and you got this contest going
00:24:26 00:24:30 to if you want to tok say a few words
00:24:29 00:24:33 about that since this contest is
00:24:30 00:24:35 currently happening right now yeah
00:24:33 00:24:37 definitely a so we launched this contest
00:24:35 00:24:40 just as a bit of an extra carrot for
00:24:37 00:24:41 people to kind of jump in to Brazil but
00:24:40 00:24:45 all the details are there right if you
00:24:41 00:24:46 sell 500 units you get an extra $250 and
00:24:45 00:24:47 so on and so on you can see the kind of
00:24:46 00:24:50 tiers there right and we've already got
00:24:47 00:24:54 a few people hit I think the 3000 or
00:24:50 00:24:56 4000 level mark so yeah so it's an extra
00:24:54 00:24:59 carrot right extra reason to jump in
00:24:56 00:25:00 nice yeah that is that is cool that you
00:24:59 00:25:04 guys are doing that I mean it's just
00:25:00 00:25:06 extra money and so yeah make sure you
00:25:04 00:25:09 guys can see all you have to do is
00:25:06 00:25:10 search it once you have once you know
00:25:09 00:25:13 what you're already signed up with mark
00:25:10 00:25:15 how's everything just type in mark as o
00:25:13 00:25:17 in your search bar and you're gonna find
00:25:15 00:25:20 the group pretty easily it's I think
00:25:17 00:25:22 it's the only one out there so you can
00:25:20 00:25:24 join that group and then any specific
00:25:22 00:25:26 questions you have about anything
00:25:24 00:25:29 there's also resources and stuff that he
00:25:26 00:25:31 shares in the group as well in the Files
00:25:29 00:25:33 section as you can see right here so
00:25:31 00:25:35 definitely doing there that way you can
00:25:33 00:25:38 get like specific tailored help
00:25:35 00:25:41 for any questions you have about Marquez
00:25:38 00:25:42 oh that's so sorry Nick we've got and
00:25:41 00:25:45 we've got a dedicated seller support
00:25:42 00:25:47 team as well who work 24/7 and so if you
00:25:45 00:25:49 do have any questions I think sometimes
00:25:47 00:25:51 it's also best just to drop us an email
00:25:49 00:25:53 and in marcado there's also a chat
00:25:51 00:25:54 function in the dashboard so if you log
00:25:53 00:25:56 into your cellar dashboard bottom right
00:25:54 00:25:59 hand corner you'll see an intercom chat
00:25:56 00:26:00 feature feature so you can you can
00:25:59 00:26:01 message our team there as well and they
00:26:00 00:26:03 can help you up
00:26:01 00:26:06 oh yeah perfect and they're very
00:26:03 00:26:09 responsive anytime I've sent a questions
00:26:06 00:26:11 been very responsive that is the same
00:26:09 00:26:13 way you get your translations as well by
00:26:11 00:26:14 the way so just ask them if you you know
00:26:13 00:26:16 you want translations or that a team of
00:26:14 00:26:19 that guys in Brazil with affluence in
00:26:16 00:26:20 Brazilian Portuguese and English so
00:26:19 00:26:22 they'll kind of help you out and guide
00:26:20 00:26:24 you on exactly what you need you know in
00:26:22 00:26:27 terms of designs and add coffee and
00:26:24 00:26:29 things like that yeah oh yeah that
00:26:27 00:26:32 that's a good point to add car well
00:26:29 00:26:35 we'll come back to that in a second so
00:26:32 00:26:36 this is really basic like I kind of just
00:26:35 00:26:38 covered some of this I just want to
00:26:36 00:26:39 mention it because it is in the steps to
00:26:38 00:26:41 getting started right so after you
00:26:39 00:26:43 create your mark also account obviously
00:26:41 00:26:46 you're gonna have to set up a dedicated
00:26:43 00:26:47 Facebook ad account for it right I would
00:26:46 00:26:50 definitely set up
00:26:47 00:26:53 I wouldn't use so this this is just my
00:26:50 00:26:55 advice to anybody that may be new I'm
00:26:53 00:26:58 sure veterans know this already but I
00:26:55 00:27:01 would set up a brand new ad account for
00:26:58 00:27:04 Brazil because you want your pixel
00:27:01 00:27:05 tolearn since you're only gonna be
00:27:04 00:27:07 targeting Brazil and you're going to be
00:27:05 00:27:10 targeting people on a different language
00:27:07 00:27:13 you really want your pixel to learn and
00:27:10 00:27:15 build some account history there because
00:27:13 00:27:18 the more that you sell there then the
00:27:15 00:27:20 more you're gonna be just you know the
00:27:18 00:27:22 more your pixel is gonna have that data
00:27:20 00:27:25 to help bring you results quicker and in
00:27:22 00:27:28 your scaling so set up a Facebook
00:27:25 00:27:30 account and add account for Marco so
00:27:28 00:27:32 right for me like I named my ad account
00:27:30 00:27:34 Marcos oh so it's very simple then
00:27:32 00:27:36 you're going to create your custom
00:27:34 00:27:38 conversion which is what we just toked
00:27:36 00:27:40 about there's an entire guide on it and
00:27:38 00:27:43 then make sure you install your Facebook
00:27:40 00:27:45 pixel to your Marco so settings right
00:27:43 00:27:47 it'll be in your dashboard settings you
00:27:45 00:27:49 also you can see I didn't put my Google
00:27:47 00:27:52 Analytiks and yet I am going
00:27:49 00:27:53 to do that but I'm not advertising on
00:27:52 00:27:55 Google yet so I don't it's not really
00:27:53 00:27:57 necessary so that's optional but you can
00:27:55 00:28:00 also track on your your Google Analytiks
00:27:57 00:28:03 so your that's all you need to do right
00:28:00 00:28:05 because that Facebook pixel will then
00:28:03 00:28:08 track every event all right so it's just
00:28:05 00:28:10 like using a store it'll track your view
00:28:08 00:28:12 content it'll track to Add to Cart it'll
00:28:10 00:28:15 track the initiate check out and it'll
00:28:12 00:28:17 track the purchase okay so you'll be
00:28:15 00:28:20 able to still track all those events
00:28:17 00:28:22 you'll be able to still set up custom
00:28:20 00:28:24 audiences for all of those events and
00:28:22 00:28:26 you will also still be able to create
00:28:24 00:28:28 look-alikes off of all those custom
00:28:26 00:28:31 audiences so you don't lose any
00:28:28 00:28:33 functionality or anything like that it's
00:28:31 00:28:35 the same as running your own stores just
00:28:33 00:28:37 marcuzzo is hosting it for you which is
00:28:35 00:28:39 actually a good thing because mark Asda
00:28:37 00:28:43 has already built a lot of trust in
00:28:39 00:28:44 selling there right so your and as you
00:28:43 00:28:47 see later you can actually set up your
00:28:44 00:28:49 own store on mark house out but that's
00:28:47 00:28:51 basically all you need to know for the
00:28:49 00:28:52 Facebook section like every it's just
00:28:51 00:28:54 about installing your pixel and creating
00:28:52 00:28:56 that custom conversion and everything
00:28:54 00:28:59 else is just the same as running an ad
00:28:56 00:29:02 account for a store for any type of job
00:28:59 00:29:05 shooting and print-on-demand business so
00:29:02 00:29:07 once we get once you have that set up
00:29:05 00:29:09 right now it's it's it goes into the
00:29:07 00:29:10 designs right like once once you're set
00:29:09 00:29:12 up it's simple one of the things I love
00:29:10 00:29:15 about marcuzzo is there was no need to
00:29:12 00:29:17 actually set up a brand new store to me
00:29:15 00:29:19 that's a massive advantage right it's
00:29:17 00:29:21 just such a time-saver there's no need
00:29:19 00:29:23 for me to set up a new store in Brazil
00:29:21 00:29:25 there's no need for me to worry about
00:29:23 00:29:26 like creating an entire product page
00:29:25 00:29:29 every time I need to do something all
00:29:26 00:29:33 I'm doing is looking for winning designs
00:29:29 00:29:36 sending them to my designer to get them
00:29:33 00:29:38 made and then uploading the design to
00:29:36 00:29:41 mark as oh and they already have
00:29:38 00:29:44 pre-written ad copy and campaign
00:29:41 00:29:46 description copy in Brazilian Portuguese
00:29:44 00:29:47 right which is the language there so
00:29:46 00:29:50 that's all you need to do is basically
00:29:47 00:29:52 copy and paste now I've shared that
00:29:50 00:29:55 already in the group files and e-comm
00:29:52 00:29:58 empires it's also in mark as oh but if
00:29:55 00:30:00 you ever have any specific questions as
00:29:58 00:30:02 Craig already mentioned this is the
00:30:00 00:30:03 email address right here you can send
00:30:02 00:30:04 them
00:30:03 00:30:06 any translation right and I'm saying
00:30:04 00:30:09 this from my experience so you guys know
00:30:06 00:30:11 like it's it's not just like them saying
00:30:09 00:30:13 oh yeah we'll get back to you they
00:30:11 00:30:16 really do get back to you in like 24
00:30:13 00:30:18 hours on business days based on their
00:30:16 00:30:20 time zone remember right there est so
00:30:18 00:30:22 they're gonna get back to you quickly it
00:30:20 00:30:24 doesn't matter how many I just yesterday
00:30:22 00:30:27 actually or not yesterday two days ago I
00:30:24 00:30:29 sent them there was seven different
00:30:27 00:30:31 things I needed translated some of them
00:30:29 00:30:33 were like product titles some of them
00:30:31 00:30:35 were like designs that I wanted to get
00:30:33 00:30:37 reworded and you know into Brazilian
00:30:35 00:30:39 Portuguese so it doesn't matter if you
00:30:37 00:30:41 send them a bunch only one seven if you
00:30:39 00:30:44 need ad copy translated a product title
00:30:41 00:30:47 translated they are quick and they will
00:30:44 00:30:48 get it all done and so it's very like I
00:30:47 00:30:50 know that's probably the number one
00:30:48 00:30:52 hang-up that most people think is how do
00:30:50 00:30:54 you sell in a different language right
00:30:52 00:30:56 but they're handling all of that for you
00:30:54 00:31:00 so it's nothing you even have to worry
00:30:56 00:31:02 about and now for a designer look you
00:31:00 00:31:03 guys can use whatever designer you want
00:31:02 00:31:05 to I'm just giving you this
00:31:03 00:31:09 recommendation if you don't already have
00:31:05 00:31:11 a t-shirt designer t-shirt fella is a
00:31:09 00:31:13 company in the Philippines I'm friends
00:31:11 00:31:15 with the owner his name is Adam they're
00:31:13 00:31:16 really good I've been using them for
00:31:15 00:31:20 almost two years now
00:31:16 00:31:22 they have really competitive prices that
00:31:20 00:31:25 I don't I don't think you're there's
00:31:22 00:31:27 there's not too many that I know of
00:31:25 00:31:28 anywhere else that you're gonna find the
00:31:27 00:31:30 type of quality you're getting from
00:31:28 00:31:32 these guys for the price they're giving
00:31:30 00:31:34 it to you they're doing really good
00:31:32 00:31:35 designs you can visit their Facebook
00:31:34 00:31:37 page they're always uploading some of
00:31:35 00:31:39 their samples and things they've done as
00:31:37 00:31:43 you can see they've got five out of five
00:31:39 00:31:45 stars on on their reviews so I always
00:31:43 00:31:46 recommend them and everybody I've
00:31:45 00:31:48 recommended them to has been happy with
00:31:46 00:31:50 them so if you don't have a designer
00:31:48 00:31:53 this this is it right here here's the
00:31:50 00:31:55 process okay I will find a design also
00:31:53 00:31:59 like say for example with this right
00:31:55 00:32:01 I'll find that design on teespring and I
00:31:59 00:32:03 will download the picture okay and then
00:32:01 00:32:06 I will send it to them and say hey guys
00:32:03 00:32:08 can you can you redo this one for me and
00:32:06 00:32:09 send it back right and they said yeah
00:32:08 00:32:12 it's gonna be you know this amount and
00:32:09 00:32:14 then I pay them on PayPal and they send
00:32:12 00:32:15 it back to me it's that simple if you
00:32:14 00:32:16 need a translation then the first step
00:32:15 00:32:18 would be
00:32:16 00:32:20 say like say this were the example right
00:32:18 00:32:22 this is my human costume and you were
00:32:20 00:32:24 going to get that translated the first
00:32:22 00:32:26 thing I would do is I would take that
00:32:24 00:32:28 this is my human costume text I would
00:32:26 00:32:30 send it to seller support at marcuzzo
00:32:28 00:32:33 and say I need this translate it please
00:32:30 00:32:36 they would translate it and send it back
00:32:33 00:32:39 to me and then I would send I would send
00:32:36 00:32:41 my requirements to t-shirt fella and I
00:32:39 00:32:44 would say here's the design I wanted to
00:32:41 00:32:47 look like this but I need the text to
00:32:44 00:32:50 read this instead right and I would give
00:32:47 00:32:54 them the translation and then they just
00:32:50 00:32:56 substitute the translated words in for
00:32:54 00:32:58 the English words so you get the same
00:32:56 00:33:00 design but you get it translated right
00:32:58 00:33:02 so it's a pretty simple process because
00:33:00 00:33:05 everything is is basically done for you
00:33:02 00:33:06 you're just guiding and you know guiding
00:33:05 00:33:09 what you want done with the design that
00:33:06 00:33:11 you have anything that you want to add
00:33:09 00:33:14 to that correct I pretty much cover it
00:33:11 00:33:16 all there no I think you hit the nail on
00:33:14 00:33:18 the head okay cool so moving on then
00:33:16 00:33:20 we're gonna tok briefly about Facebook
00:33:18 00:33:24 ads I'm just gonna kind of give you guys
00:33:20 00:33:27 the playbook because this this is not
00:33:24 00:33:30 like Facebook ads for the US right right
00:33:27 00:33:33 now 2019 everybody knows that Facebook
00:33:30 00:33:34 ads in the US and most of the top-tier
00:33:33 00:33:38 countries is is getting more difficult
00:33:34 00:33:39 costs are rising and it's a whole
00:33:38 00:33:42 different ballgame
00:33:39 00:33:45 right but testing with Facebook ads in
00:33:42 00:33:48 Brazil is like when I launched decom
00:33:45 00:33:52 Empires at the beginning of 2016 right
00:33:48 00:33:53 like the the numbers are just so the
00:33:52 00:33:56 cost I should say are so much cheaper
00:33:53 00:33:58 okay and again it's one of the things
00:33:56 00:34:01 that makes this so friendly to anybody
00:33:58 00:34:02 whether you're brand new or you're a
00:34:01 00:34:03 veteran that's already been sewing
00:34:02 00:34:05 designs that you want to move them into
00:34:03 00:34:08 Brazil all right so what I'm setting
00:34:05 00:34:10 them up as seven they click one day view
00:34:08 00:34:12 conversions automatikally optimized for
00:34:10 00:34:14 purchase right from the get-go and I'm
00:34:12 00:34:17 only doing Facebook feed placement right
00:34:14 00:34:19 because for the most part you know you
00:34:17 00:34:20 can test the other placements if you
00:34:19 00:34:21 want to I don't really know how they
00:34:20 00:34:25 work in Brazil but I know people use
00:34:21 00:34:27 Facebook newsfeed like mobile on desktop
00:34:25 00:34:29 right so I'm only taste testing Facebook
00:34:27 00:34:31 feed placement because
00:34:29 00:34:33 I think that's where most of the
00:34:31 00:34:34 conversions are going to come from
00:34:33 00:34:36 maybe Instagram too bright but I
00:34:34 00:34:39 wouldn't I'm gonna test Instagram
00:34:36 00:34:41 separately just just because that's just
00:34:39 00:34:44 how I'm doing it all right
00:34:41 00:34:46 looking at your budget five day per five
00:34:44 00:34:48 dollars a day per ad set right there's
00:34:46 00:34:50 no you can test more if you want to but
00:34:48 00:34:51 there's no real reason to unless you're
00:34:50 00:34:54 just trying to be super aggressive
00:34:51 00:34:56 because you're gonna get results with
00:34:54 00:34:58 five dollars a day because your
00:34:56 00:35:01 engagement cost is so low your CPM is so
00:34:58 00:35:03 low as you can see here your CPM should
00:35:01 00:35:06 be under three dollars that's your cost
00:35:03 00:35:08 per 1,000 impressions so if you are
00:35:06 00:35:10 seeing a CPM above three dollars it
00:35:08 00:35:11 means something is wrong probably it
00:35:10 00:35:13 means your design sucks
00:35:11 00:35:17 honestly in in print-on-demand really
00:35:13 00:35:19 there's the the only reason that you
00:35:17 00:35:21 would have bad numbers in your ad is if
00:35:19 00:35:23 people don't like the design right and
00:35:21 00:35:24 that's just that's just being real with
00:35:23 00:35:26 you say you know that if your numbers
00:35:24 00:35:28 are off like your CPM is ten dollars
00:35:26 00:35:30 then it just means your design is not
00:35:28 00:35:32 good and people are not interested in it
00:35:30 00:35:35 so Facebook is ranking your ad really
00:35:32 00:35:38 low quality and it's not it's in the the
00:35:35 00:35:42 cost is going up because it doesn't want
00:35:38 00:35:44 to show it to people so the good part
00:35:42 00:35:46 about that is because your CPM is so
00:35:44 00:35:48 cheap that means for three dollars
00:35:46 00:35:51 you're already getting it out to a
00:35:48 00:35:52 thousand people right so that lets you
00:35:51 00:35:54 know that you're gonna be getting
00:35:52 00:35:56 results very quickly because if a
00:35:54 00:35:58 thousand people are seeing your design
00:35:56 00:35:59 you're already gonna be getting clicks
00:35:58 00:36:01 you're already gonna you could be
00:35:59 00:36:03 getting sales within the first three
00:36:01 00:36:05 dollars if it's a good design for the
00:36:03 00:36:06 right audience so you're not spending a
00:36:05 00:36:08 lot to test because you're getting
00:36:06 00:36:10 results quickly because everything's so
00:36:08 00:36:13 cheap there right now because most
00:36:10 00:36:15 people aren't advertising there so
00:36:13 00:36:17 looking at your cost per click should be
00:36:15 00:36:19 under 30 cents right now some of this
00:36:17 00:36:20 I'm taking from my own experience and
00:36:19 00:36:22 some of this I'm taking with some other
00:36:20 00:36:24 sellers that I kind of did some research
00:36:22 00:36:26 and kind of toked around a little bit
00:36:24 00:36:27 once I found out about marcuzzo and
00:36:26 00:36:29 found out you know some other people
00:36:27 00:36:32 that were selling they're mostly some
00:36:29 00:36:34 some Viet Vietnamese people I know I
00:36:32 00:36:37 know a couple that are doing well there
00:36:34 00:36:39 so CPC under 30 cents right what does
00:36:37 00:36:40 that mean that means that the lower it
00:36:39 00:36:41 is obviously the better
00:36:40 00:36:43 but if it
00:36:41 00:36:44 over 30 cents then again same thing it
00:36:43 00:36:46 means people are not interested in your
00:36:44 00:36:48 design it's it's just kind of a metric
00:36:46 00:36:51 for you to understand that like if
00:36:48 00:36:53 you've spent five dollars testing an ad
00:36:51 00:36:55 set for a design and you're getting a
00:36:53 00:36:57 cost-per-click of a dollar it's way too
00:36:55 00:36:59 high it just means that people are not
00:36:57 00:37:02 interested because on a winning design
00:36:59 00:37:04 your CPC is going to be like 10 cents 15
00:37:02 00:37:07 cents 20 cents right it's gonna be in
00:37:04 00:37:08 that range and and that's how you know
00:37:07 00:37:10 that people are actually really
00:37:08 00:37:13 interested in the design that you are
00:37:10 00:37:16 presenting them and then finally some
00:37:13 00:37:18 just some like stop-loss things for you
00:37:16 00:37:20 right because obviously when you're
00:37:18 00:37:22 testing new designs you want to not
00:37:20 00:37:24 waste money right so basically what I
00:37:22 00:37:28 just told you is within the first five
00:37:24 00:37:30 dollars on an ad set okay on that
00:37:28 00:37:32 partikular ad set within the first five
00:37:30 00:37:34 dollars if you're not getting CPC under
00:37:32 00:37:37 30 cents turnout that's it off it's not
00:37:34 00:37:39 working if by the time you're getting to
00:37:37 00:37:40 ten I would say honestly even by the
00:37:39 00:37:42 time you're getting the five or six
00:37:40 00:37:44 dollars if you're not getting any Add to
00:37:42 00:37:46 Cart stand you should probably turn it
00:37:44 00:37:48 off but just to be conservative I'm you
00:37:46 00:37:49 know like if you're getting the ten
00:37:48 00:37:51 dollars for sure and people weren't
00:37:49 00:37:54 adding to cart then then turn it off
00:37:51 00:37:56 right and then finally if you've spent
00:37:54 00:37:58 ten to fifteen dollars on an ad set and
00:37:56 00:37:59 you even if you are getting clicks and
00:37:58 00:38:02 you're getting at the cards if you're
00:37:59 00:38:04 not getting sales then turn it off right
00:38:02 00:38:07 there I know that that can be kind of a
00:38:04 00:38:08 confusing thing sometimes like why are
00:38:07 00:38:10 people clicking or you know and they're
00:38:08 00:38:12 not buying but it just just move on
00:38:10 00:38:14 because honestly it's one of those
00:38:12 00:38:15 things that winners are winners and when
00:38:14 00:38:20 you have a winning design you're going
00:38:15 00:38:22 to see people purchasing with before $15
00:38:20 00:38:24 right so don't waste your money you can
00:38:22 00:38:26 test multiple ad sets right you're like
00:38:24 00:38:28 usually I'll test a few ad sets like
00:38:26 00:38:30 three ad sets and if I test three ad
00:38:28 00:38:31 sets and none of them are getting sales
00:38:30 00:38:33 by the time I've spent like ten to
00:38:31 00:38:35 fifteen dollars on each ad set then I'm
00:38:33 00:38:37 turning that design off maybe somebody
00:38:35 00:38:38 already sold it maybe it's just not a
00:38:37 00:38:41 good design and I'm moving on to
00:38:38 00:38:43 something else okay so you guys can ask
00:38:41 00:38:46 me any follow-up questions in the
00:38:43 00:38:48 comments if you have any about any of
00:38:46 00:38:51 this stuff with the Facebook ads but
00:38:48 00:38:52 this should give you a really good
00:38:51 00:38:53 guideline for getting started in Brazil
00:38:52 00:38:55 and and on
00:38:53 00:38:57 scanning your numbers when you're
00:38:55 00:38:58 starting to test some stuff the one
00:38:57 00:39:01 thing I would just add there Nick is
00:38:58 00:39:02 just I have seen a few people sort of
00:39:01 00:39:04 spending ten fifteen dollars not getting
00:39:02 00:39:07 any sales getting lots of clicks and
00:39:04 00:39:09 asking why just make sure that you've
00:39:07 00:39:10 the targeted the big cities again right
00:39:09 00:39:12 if you're targeting in the Amazon
00:39:10 00:39:13 rainforest or up north where the
00:39:12 00:39:15 shipping costs are so high it's just
00:39:13 00:39:17 that's kind of gonna be inevitable so
00:39:15 00:39:20 just make sure you focus on the big
00:39:17 00:39:22 cities yes thank you fantastik point cuz
00:39:20 00:39:23 I did see some comments about that too
00:39:22 00:39:26 and I think that's that's probably one
00:39:23 00:39:28 of the number one reasons is if you're
00:39:26 00:39:30 not targeting in the cities your listens
00:39:28 00:39:35 and to add on to that like you're gonna
00:39:30 00:39:36 see likes and comments right so I just I
00:39:35 00:39:38 just want to make for anybody that's
00:39:36 00:39:40 kind of new sometimes when you're
00:39:38 00:39:41 advertising you know you might start
00:39:40 00:39:43 getting really excited because you're
00:39:41 00:39:46 gonna see a lot of likes and comments
00:39:43 00:39:47 but just in Brazil it's easy well I
00:39:46 00:39:49 think you're gonna get like so you could
00:39:47 00:39:50 spend three dollars and already have
00:39:49 00:39:52 hundreds of likes and comments on
00:39:50 00:39:54 something because the engagement is so
00:39:52 00:39:56 cheap so you're not basing it off of
00:39:54 00:39:57 flex I mean sure that stuff is great but
00:39:56 00:39:59 you're basing it off of the clicks
00:39:57 00:40:01 you're getting you're basing it off the
00:39:59 00:40:02 add to cart' sand by Craig said if
00:40:01 00:40:04 you're targeting the whole of Brazil
00:40:02 00:40:06 Facebook might start pushing it towards
00:40:04 00:40:08 it was really cheap areas to get clicks
00:40:06 00:40:10 but those people don't necessarily
00:40:08 00:40:13 actually have any intention of
00:40:10 00:40:15 purchasing they're just clicking so now
00:40:13 00:40:17 let's get into some of the types of
00:40:15 00:40:18 products Craig I'll let you jump in on
00:40:17 00:40:20 this one since these are some case
00:40:18 00:40:23 studies that that Craig has been kind
00:40:20 00:40:26 enough to share from from their own data
00:40:23 00:40:28 within within Marco so you know exactly
00:40:26 00:40:31 and I think it always helps but I think
00:40:28 00:40:33 there's three basically golden rules
00:40:31 00:40:34 that I kind of have at the bottom so it
00:40:33 00:40:37 has to be a passionate niche right
00:40:34 00:40:39 people are not going to you know
00:40:37 00:40:40 necessarily buy something that says I
00:40:39 00:40:42 love Sal Paulo because they're from that
00:40:40 00:40:44 right I mean I I live in London I
00:40:42 00:40:44 wouldn't wear a shirt like that so it
00:40:44 00:40:46 has to be something with they're
00:40:44 00:40:48 passionate about right like their
00:40:46 00:40:49 interests their heritage their family
00:40:48 00:40:51 something that people are really really
00:40:49 00:40:53 passionate about so make sure you find
00:40:51 00:40:55 those niches there's passion issues
00:40:53 00:40:58 right it has to be large and reachable
00:40:55 00:41:01 so you know I'll let you decide what you
00:40:58 00:41:03 think is large enough but you know it's
00:41:01 00:41:05 potentially you know anything over a
00:41:03 00:41:07 million or whatever is quite good but
00:41:05 00:41:07 you know you want a large audience that
00:41:07 00:41:09 can buy from you
00:41:07 00:41:10 because not everybody's gonna buy so you
00:41:09 00:41:12 want to make sure that the potential
00:41:10 00:41:13 people who can buy are big enough and
00:41:12 00:41:16 and then of course you want to be able
00:41:13 00:41:18 to reach them right so through Facebook
00:41:16 00:41:19 obviously is great but also think about
00:41:18 00:41:22 your shipping times and costs right so
00:41:19 00:41:24 that's why I say focus on the big cities
00:41:22 00:41:26 and then I think funny clever designs
00:41:24 00:41:27 that people actually want to wear and
00:41:26 00:41:31 buy right people you know sometimes
00:41:27 00:41:32 we're guilty as marketers or designers
00:41:31 00:41:35 we kind of create stuff that we think we
00:41:32 00:41:36 like right but you know at the end of
00:41:35 00:41:38 the day you're building or creating
00:41:36 00:41:39 products yeah the you're trying to sell
00:41:38 00:41:41 to other people right so you've got to
00:41:39 00:41:44 really put your yourself in their shoes
00:41:41 00:41:45 and think what would day buy and often
00:41:44 00:41:48 we see these funny clever ones you know
00:41:45 00:41:50 if people see them they made me buy them
00:41:48 00:41:51 from a friend or something else so make
00:41:50 00:41:52 sure they're kind of like when they're
00:41:51 00:41:54 scrolling their news feeds it's
00:41:52 00:41:56 something they stop they look at they
00:41:54 00:41:58 kind of get some enjoyment out of and
00:41:56 00:41:59 they think you know aku I really love
00:41:58 00:42:02 that because I'm passionate about dogs
00:41:59 00:42:04 or whatever it is or it's funny right
00:42:02 00:42:06 and I'm gonna buy this for a friend so
00:42:04 00:42:07 you know typically what we've seen
00:42:06 00:42:10 working is these Heritage shirts you
00:42:07 00:42:11 know there's a lot of Italians living in
00:42:10 00:42:14 Brazil likewise there's a lot of
00:42:11 00:42:16 Japanese living in Brazil and I haven't
00:42:14 00:42:19 seen many shirts for Japanese heritage
00:42:16 00:42:21 people so there's a tip for you guys so
00:42:19 00:42:22 yeah I mean that that definitely works
00:42:21 00:42:24 you know Brazil's very multikultural
00:42:22 00:42:27 it's made up of very different
00:42:24 00:42:29 demographics and and sort of backgrounds
00:42:27 00:42:31 and things like that so there's a lot of
00:42:29 00:42:34 opportunity there and you know the big
00:42:31 00:42:36 niches like nurses for example you know
00:42:34 00:42:37 the people as Nick said right these
00:42:36 00:42:39 people they're human beings they have
00:42:37 00:42:41 nurses they have doctors they're you
00:42:39 00:42:43 know they're policemen they're or
00:42:41 00:42:45 whatever right mechanics and all those
00:42:43 00:42:46 kind of things that exists in the US and
00:42:45 00:42:49 Europe they exist in Brazil and
00:42:46 00:42:50 photographers so you know again don't
00:42:49 00:42:53 reinvent the wheel right just take what
00:42:50 00:42:54 what worked in the US and Europe and
00:42:53 00:42:58 just adapt it for a new market it's
00:42:54 00:43:00 simple as that I love this one I'm sure
00:42:58 00:43:02 that I think even though I don't know
00:43:00 00:43:05 Brazilian Portuguese I'm pretty sure
00:43:02 00:43:06 this is the one that says cute enough to
00:43:05 00:43:08 stop your heart it's smart enough to
00:43:06 00:43:10 restart it or something like that some
00:43:08 00:43:11 of these you like and that that's what I
00:43:10 00:43:13 love about Brazil like I'm looking at
00:43:11 00:43:14 this like man I wish I would have gotten
00:43:13 00:43:17 to it sooner and I could have
00:43:14 00:43:19 to do this because like I know you know
00:43:17 00:43:21 nurses is a huge niche and there's so
00:43:19 00:43:24 many shirts that have sold so well for
00:43:21 00:43:26 nurses in in the past in the US and this
00:43:24 00:43:29 was definitely I'm sure this shirt did
00:43:26 00:43:31 really well this one I'm a mechanic
00:43:29 00:43:33 caution something about I don't know
00:43:31 00:43:36 what this is necessarily says something
00:43:33 00:43:39 about offensive language maybe but but
00:43:36 00:43:41 yet you know like these are right like
00:43:39 00:43:44 this is and you so you're just thinking
00:43:41 00:43:46 about the hobbies and the the jobs and
00:43:44 00:43:47 the things that people are doing and
00:43:46 00:43:50 they're passionate about and and that's
00:43:47 00:43:53 this is such a great example of seeing
00:43:50 00:43:55 how somebody took a winning design or
00:43:53 00:43:57 multiple all of these are actually you
00:43:55 00:43:59 know a winning design from something
00:43:57 00:44:02 that did well in English in the USA
00:43:59 00:44:05 english-speaking markets and they just
00:44:02 00:44:06 had it revamped for Brazil in Brazilian
00:44:05 00:44:10 Portuguese right and all these
00:44:06 00:44:12 translations you can bet were done by
00:44:10 00:44:15 the seller support team at Marco so for
00:44:12 00:44:17 free yep and I mean you know Nick you
00:44:15 00:44:18 say you kind of maybe not willing to try
00:44:17 00:44:20 nurses because maybe someone else has
00:44:18 00:44:21 done it I would say they haven't done
00:44:20 00:44:24 all of it right you know this is one
00:44:21 00:44:26 design for one niche I think there's
00:44:24 00:44:27 thousands of other designs right but
00:44:26 00:44:29 having been tested out there still so
00:44:27 00:44:30 you know don't let that put you off just
00:44:29 00:44:33 because you may be seen somewhere else
00:44:30 00:44:35 just maybe you can do it better right
00:44:33 00:44:36 likewise I think there's another thing
00:44:35 00:44:38 to add we've got this custom text
00:44:36 00:44:40 feature which is really really cool I
00:44:38 00:44:42 think our biggest campaign arm our Casa
00:44:40 00:44:44 was using this custom text where it has
00:44:42 00:44:46 like a template and people can enter
00:44:44 00:44:48 their name or their city or whatever
00:44:46 00:44:50 details it is about them right and that
00:44:48 00:44:52 is really really interesting like people
00:44:50 00:44:54 are going crazy for that right now
00:44:52 00:44:57 so I would definitely focus on that yeah
00:44:54 00:44:59 that's cool we have a we have an example
00:44:57 00:45:02 of that towards the end I think so
00:44:59 00:45:06 alright cool but let's jump to the next
00:45:02 00:45:09 one then so this is an example of being
00:45:06 00:45:13 able to build a store on marcuzzo so all
00:45:09 00:45:13 I could tok about this one as well
00:45:15 00:45:19 sorry I was gonna be back basically yeah
00:45:18 00:45:20 I mean this is what a store can look
00:45:19 00:45:22 like on my car so you can see on the top
00:45:20 00:45:25 you've got that the Marchesa logo and
00:45:22 00:45:26 the buttons and whatnot on top but this
00:45:25 00:45:27 banner is something that you can create
00:45:26 00:45:29 an upload if you want to have like a
00:45:27 00:45:32 bunch of different campaigns in one link
00:45:29 00:45:33 on a store and you can see we have
00:45:32 00:45:35 products like leggings the citizen beta
00:45:33 00:45:37 test we'll put the link somewhere for
00:45:35 00:45:40 you guys that it's not a product we have
00:45:37 00:45:42 available on the front end yet but you
00:45:40 00:45:44 can request access for this and these
00:45:42 00:45:46 are quite a cool product actually we're
00:45:44 00:45:47 busy testing them at the moment and but
00:45:46 00:45:48 yeah I mean you can see the store looks
00:45:47 00:45:50 pretty nice pretty you know I think it's
00:45:48 00:45:53 quite beautiful but this is specifically
00:45:50 00:45:54 for the cap nice right and yeah just
00:45:53 00:45:57 guide it quite well
00:45:54 00:46:01 yeah Qui Qui Nhon simple store and again
00:45:57 00:46:02 you know the same thing like it's just
00:46:01 00:46:04 this whole same thing right ecommerce is
00:46:02 00:46:06 still so new in Brazil there's not many
00:46:04 00:46:09 people sewing there our Casa has already
00:46:06 00:46:11 built a lot of trust and everything
00:46:09 00:46:14 there so if you have a niche that's
00:46:11 00:46:14 doing well then this is this is kind of
00:46:14 00:46:17 a no-brainer
00:46:14 00:46:22 to be able to just branch into a very
00:46:17 00:46:26 simple people can shop around with you
00:46:22 00:46:28 and and purchase more so here's the
00:46:26 00:46:32 custom text tool that that he mentioned
00:46:28 00:46:34 and I put some so here this is what it
00:46:32 00:46:37 looks like our mark Omar Caza right it
00:46:34 00:46:39 was just like a dummy example design and
00:46:37 00:46:41 then you can see you can add custom text
00:46:39 00:46:44 fields and I believe you can you can add
00:46:41 00:46:47 multiple fields which is cool so the
00:46:44 00:46:50 idea is you get a designer to make a
00:46:47 00:46:52 statik design right so like if we look
00:46:50 00:46:54 at this one here says father of dragons
00:46:52 00:46:56 this is a game of throne design and then
00:46:54 00:46:59 it has three dragons and then the custom
00:46:56 00:47:01 text field is the name underneath the
00:46:59 00:47:02 dragon right so you would add three
00:47:01 00:47:04 custom text fields and then you would
00:47:02 00:47:08 put them in design and then when
00:47:04 00:47:10 somebody goes to shop they type in the
00:47:08 00:47:12 name rights this one here same thing
00:47:10 00:47:15 this is all statik everything above this
00:47:12 00:47:17 word Suzan where it says everyone needs
00:47:15 00:47:20 that one friends off to a campfire and
00:47:17 00:47:23 get drunk with you - call it Susan right
00:47:20 00:47:25 so the name is the custom part so you're
00:47:23 00:47:26 getting your designer to make the whole
00:47:25 00:47:27 thing and you're uploading it and then
00:47:26 00:47:29 your
00:47:27 00:47:32 creating the custom text field and
00:47:29 00:47:36 putting that in there and this is
00:47:32 00:47:37 something you know I've already said
00:47:36 00:47:39 that somebody's you know people are
00:47:37 00:47:42 doing very well using this and for sure
00:47:39 00:47:44 I will while while I have not yet done a
00:47:42 00:47:47 design on marcuzzo with custom text what
00:47:44 00:47:50 I can tell you 100% is that
00:47:47 00:47:52 personalization right now is is one of
00:47:50 00:47:54 the hottest trends in e-commerce all
00:47:52 00:47:58 over the world so Brazil is going to be
00:47:54 00:48:00 no different when when you can add that
00:47:58 00:48:03 that extra element of somebody putting
00:48:00 00:48:05 their name or their city or the year
00:48:03 00:48:09 they were born or whatever it is that
00:48:05 00:48:12 they're adding to the design that that
00:48:09 00:48:14 just makes it so much you know so much
00:48:12 00:48:17 more relatable and personalized to them
00:48:14 00:48:21 to be able to help it go viral bring
00:48:17 00:48:24 conversions up for you yep yep I mean
00:48:21 00:48:25 our biggest campaigns are customized
00:48:24 00:48:29 like this so I would definitely see if
00:48:25 00:48:31 you can do something with that cool and
00:48:29 00:48:33 again this is right in there very easy
00:48:31 00:48:35 when you when you are when you're
00:48:33 00:48:38 uploading your designs and you you
00:48:35 00:48:39 choose a certain shirt like you click
00:48:38 00:48:42 Edit and then you'll see the custom text
00:48:39 00:48:44 view up there so it's very simple they
00:48:42 00:48:46 have multiple fonts that you can use you
00:48:44 00:48:48 can set multiple colors for the
00:48:46 00:48:50 different fonts you can change the size
00:48:48 00:48:52 you know basic things like whether you
00:48:50 00:48:54 want it to be centered or aligned you
00:48:52 00:48:58 know up or down or different so so it's
00:48:54 00:49:00 a really cool feature to be able to to
00:48:58 00:49:03 use and again you can just go to
00:49:00 00:49:05 teespring and you can look at you know
00:49:03 00:49:06 winning designs like this right like
00:49:05 00:49:08 this looks like something that would
00:49:06 00:49:12 have came from teespring so you can look
00:49:08 00:49:15 it for stuff like that and and be able
00:49:12 00:49:17 to make make those sort of designs yep
00:49:15 00:49:18 one thing I wouldn't just say on that is
00:49:17 00:49:22 just be aware when you do your ads your
00:49:18 00:49:23 ad creatives be very sort of obvious and
00:49:22 00:49:27 calling it out that people can customize
00:49:23 00:49:28 them right in your ads yes yeah
00:49:27 00:49:31 definitely and again that's something
00:49:28 00:49:34 like if you're trying to figure out how
00:49:31 00:49:36 to you know we we can help you with that
00:49:34 00:49:38 like and there's examples out there you
00:49:36 00:49:39 know that you can look for but then also
00:49:38 00:49:40 if you're trying to figure out like how
00:49:39 00:49:42 can I
00:49:40 00:49:44 right something that kind of helps it
00:49:42 00:49:46 make sense then the seller support team
00:49:44 00:49:50 can help you translate something in
00:49:46 00:49:52 English to to fit your ad copy yep we've
00:49:50 00:49:54 also got a tutorial on the custom text
00:49:52 00:49:55 feature so we'll put that in the link
00:49:54 00:49:58 somewhere oh yes you're a good point
00:49:55 00:50:00 won't we'll include that link all right
00:49:58 00:50:01 so then moving on Craig all you take
00:50:00 00:50:03 this one toking about just kind of a
00:50:01 00:50:06 profit breakdown at the numbers of
00:50:03 00:50:07 selling shirts yeah I mean it's it's
00:50:06 00:50:10 pretty much what you see all right if
00:50:07 00:50:12 you price a shirt at 80 reais which is
00:50:10 00:50:14 divided by four my gosh my math is
00:50:12 00:50:16 terrible but it's for today's twenty
00:50:14 00:50:18 dollars right which is that's a little
00:50:16 00:50:20 bit on the high end I have seen people
00:50:18 00:50:21 selling from sort of 85 but I think
00:50:20 00:50:24 you're getting a little bit too
00:50:21 00:50:26 expensive there for a shirt so typically
00:50:24 00:50:28 you know we see people selling between
00:50:26 00:50:30 sort of sixty to eighty five so
00:50:28 00:50:32 somewhere in between there you better
00:50:30 00:50:33 kind of find what works for you right
00:50:32 00:50:37 but if you are selling an 80-year and in
00:50:33 00:50:39 sort of 48 reais it's about $12 a shirt
00:50:37 00:50:42 now remember right the advertising cost
00:50:39 00:50:44 is way lower so you know typically your
00:50:42 00:50:47 profit margin is around 30 to reaiise
00:50:44 00:50:48 the shirts again divided by four you
00:50:47 00:50:51 sell 100 shirts that's what you're gonna
00:50:48 00:50:53 make right so you can kind of reverse
00:50:51 00:50:56 engineer or reverse calculate things of
00:50:53 00:50:59 that but yeah I mean again the big bonus
00:50:56 00:51:01 here is the cheap add cost right yeah
00:50:59 00:51:04 yeah exactly I mean the QI bad cost is
00:51:01 00:51:08 what makes this such such an awesome
00:51:04 00:51:10 opportunity so guys I mean that
00:51:08 00:51:12 hopefully was super valuable I think we
00:51:10 00:51:16 gave you like a really good in-depth
00:51:12 00:51:18 look at exactly how to find success with
00:51:16 00:51:22 marcuzzo and I can't stress enough
00:51:18 00:51:24 number one that this is really ideal
00:51:22 00:51:28 timing for anybody that's watching this
00:51:24 00:51:31 video right now you know q4 is q4
00:51:28 00:51:33 everywhere right so in its you this is
00:51:31 00:51:37 the amazing time to be able to get
00:51:33 00:51:39 started and get selling and again the
00:51:37 00:51:41 fact is that there are so many designs
00:51:39 00:51:43 out there you know I like Craig said for
00:51:41 00:51:45 sure just because there you see a
00:51:43 00:51:46 winning design that was done and then it
00:51:45 00:51:48 just doesn't mean you can't go find
00:51:46 00:51:50 another mega winner that's out there
00:51:48 00:51:51 based on taking some other sort of
00:51:50 00:51:53 design and
00:51:51 00:51:55 another thing that has always worked
00:51:53 00:51:58 well in print-on-demand that definitely
00:51:55 00:52:01 applies here as well is being able to
00:51:58 00:52:04 take a design that did well in one niche
00:52:01 00:52:06 and customize it for another right so
00:52:04 00:52:09 like you may see something and maybe
00:52:06 00:52:12 let's let me just give me an example
00:52:09 00:52:13 here like here was a golden tip - he
00:52:12 00:52:15 said right now everybody's probably
00:52:13 00:52:17 gonna go try and do this after you said
00:52:15 00:52:20 this but like this one this did well for
00:52:17 00:52:21 Brazil and Italy right but there's
00:52:20 00:52:24 multiple countries that you could test
00:52:21 00:52:25 this for Brazil being the top obviously
00:52:24 00:52:27 and then you know like he said maybe
00:52:25 00:52:29 testing it for Japan because apparently
00:52:27 00:52:32 there's a lot of Japanese people that
00:52:29 00:52:36 live in in Brazil so you know something
00:52:32 00:52:38 something like this one here the one the
00:52:36 00:52:40 one that I did like I said there's so
00:52:38 00:52:42 many different types of heartbeat ones
00:52:40 00:52:44 that have been done and this will be a
00:52:42 00:52:46 race actually between me and whoever
00:52:44 00:52:47 might decide to try it because I'm about
00:52:46 00:52:49 to start testing a few different
00:52:47 00:52:51 heartbeat ones as well because it's it's
00:52:49 00:52:54 that same concept right if there's one
00:52:51 00:52:57 design that didn't well then there could
00:52:54 00:52:59 be multiple other variations of that
00:52:57 00:53:02 design for different niches that could
00:52:59 00:53:03 do well also right so why not why not go
00:53:02 00:53:08 in there and start testing all of them
00:53:03 00:53:11 but you know in general we can help you
00:53:08 00:53:13 with any questions I am passionate about
00:53:11 00:53:15 helping people succeed and make money

00:54:09 00:54:12 best of luck with us like this sincerely
00:54:10 00:54:15 is and genuinely as a big opportunity
00:54:12 00:54:16 here so you know I'm not saying it's
00:54:15 00:54:18 easy you know of course nothing in life
00:54:16 00:54:19 is but if you keep testing and you're
00:54:18 00:54:21 persistent with it
00:54:19 00:54:22 you know it's only it's inevitable that
00:54:21 00:54:24 you'll find there's winning campaigns
00:54:22 00:54:26 and those winning designs right and make
00:54:24 00:54:28 some money from it so you know just be
00:54:26 00:54:30 sort of methodical go about it you know
00:54:28 00:54:31 have a have a list of designs on the
00:54:30 00:54:33 issues that you want to test run those
00:54:31 00:54:37 tests scale the winners cut the losers
00:54:33 00:54:39 you know it's it's just yeah it's it's
00:54:37 00:54:42 the normal way of doing things right but
00:54:39 00:54:44 I wish you all the best with it yeah
00:54:42 00:54:46 absolutely thank you I guys listen
00:54:44 00:54:49 there's there's real money to be made
00:54:46 00:54:51 here and Craig thank you very much for
00:54:49 00:54:54 taking your time and sharing you know
00:54:51 00:54:56 guys like he pulled data from from past
00:54:54 00:54:59 campaigns that have done well on Marco
00:54:56 00:55:01 so he didn't have to do that so that
00:54:59 00:55:03 that's really cool and definitely
00:55:01 00:55:05 appreciate you taking some time here to
00:55:03 00:55:08 do this presentation and and share with
00:55:05 00:55:08 everybody
00:55:09 00:55:14 all right so that's it guys again if you
00:55:12 00:55:16 have any questions please let us know
00:55:14 00:55:17 please take advantage of this
00:55:16 00:55:19 opportunity I know that there's going to
00:55:17 00:55:23 be at least one person out there
00:55:19 00:55:25 hopefully multiple people that that runs
00:55:23 00:55:27 with this opportunity and it's like that
00:55:25 00:55:31 case study we saw Danny of it was doing
00:55:27 00:55:32 a like 13,000 and no matter of two or
00:55:31 00:55:33 three weeks or something in sales right
00:55:32 00:55:36 that type of money
00:55:33 00:55:38 is possible it's not necessarily easy
00:55:36 00:55:40 but for the diligent people that are
00:55:38 00:55:43 gonna do this it's definitely possible
00:55:40 00:55:45 especially right now in q4 more than
00:55:43 00:55:46 ever and Marcos is giving away sweet
00:55:45 00:55:50 bonus money to it if you hit certain
00:55:46 00:55:51 amounts so units sold so yeah let us
