00:00:00 | 00:00:04 | all right let's tok about how i used |
00:00:02 | 00:00:05 | money for my e-commerce business to buy |
00:00:04 | 00:00:07 | something that was a little bit |
00:00:05 | 00:00:17 | dumb which was my lamborghini huracan |
00:00:07 | 00:00:27 | when i was 18 years old |
00:00:30 | 00:00:36 | wow that's so loud oh my goodness |
00:00:42 | 00:00:46 | so in this video i want to make it clear |
00:00:44 | 00:00:47 | that i don't want this to come off as |
00:00:46 | 00:00:49 | like a little douchey or in the wrong |
00:00:47 | 00:00:50 | sense i was actually a little hesitant |
00:00:49 | 00:00:52 | to make this video |
00:00:50 | 00:00:54 | for one simple reason because we tok a |
00:00:52 | 00:00:57 | lot about e-commerce on this channel |
00:00:54 | 00:00:58 | and we also touch on finances investing |
00:00:57 | 00:01:00 | different things like that |
00:00:58 | 00:01:02 | it can put off a little bit of a weird |
00:01:00 | 00:01:04 | image if i have a certain vehicle |
00:01:02 | 00:01:06 | now i've made the choice to show that |
00:01:04 | 00:01:06 | here online and we're going to tok |
00:01:06 | 00:01:08 | about |
00:01:06 | 00:01:10 | everything from the full cost i never |
00:01:08 | 00:01:12 | try to hide anything from you guys so |
00:01:10 | 00:01:13 | from purchase price whether i finance |
00:01:12 | 00:01:15 | the vehicle or not just going through |
00:01:13 | 00:01:16 | all the specific details |
00:01:15 | 00:01:18 | i've been very open and honest about |
00:01:16 | 00:01:20 | that and i hope you guys appreciate that |
00:01:18 | 00:01:21 | level of transparency |
00:01:20 | 00:01:23 | but in this video i wanted to explain |
00:01:21 | 00:01:25 | from a financial perspective |
00:01:23 | 00:01:26 | how i made sense of purchasing the |
00:01:25 | 00:01:27 | vehicle we're going to tok about all |
00:01:26 | 00:01:29 | the costs |
00:01:27 | 00:01:31 | how it worked out to be a pretty much |
00:01:29 | 00:01:33 | free vehicle and in what situation it |
00:01:31 | 00:01:34 | actually can make sense to potentially |
00:01:33 | 00:01:36 | consider |
00:01:34 | 00:01:38 | buying a car because there's multiple |
00:01:36 | 00:01:39 | types of people and i definitely don't |
00:01:38 | 00:01:41 | think everybody should have |
00:01:39 | 00:01:43 | you know a crazy sports car or something |
00:01:41 | 00:01:45 | like that so it's not for everyone i |
00:01:43 | 00:01:46 | want to make that very clear inside this |
00:01:45 | 00:01:46 | video i think you're going to get a good |
00:01:46 | 00:01:49 | sense |
00:01:46 | 00:01:50 | of at least my positioning on vehicles |
00:01:49 | 00:01:52 | at one point i had like six different |
00:01:50 | 00:01:54 | cars at once and it got a little out of |
00:01:52 | 00:01:56 | hand but there's always |
00:01:54 | 00:01:57 | a reason for doing certain things so |
00:01:56 | 00:01:58 | we're gonna break that down |
00:01:57 | 00:02:00 | if you guys are excited for this video |
00:01:58 | 00:02:02 | make sure to smash a like down below |
00:02:00 | 00:02:04 | and let's get right into it so like i |
00:02:02 | 00:02:05 | said this video is a little weird i |
00:02:04 | 00:02:07 | don't want it to come off wrong but we |
00:02:05 | 00:02:08 | tok about finances so i believe this is |
00:02:07 | 00:02:09 | important because |
00:02:08 | 00:02:11 | this is a video that i would have loved |
00:02:09 | 00:02:13 | to watch back in the day so |
00:02:11 | 00:02:15 | let me set the scene for you it was |
00:02:13 | 00:02:17 | pretty much two years ago to today when |
00:02:15 | 00:02:19 | i'm filming this like this week |
00:02:17 | 00:02:21 | two years ago i bought the lamborghini |
00:02:19 | 00:02:22 | huracan okay and we're going to tok |
00:02:21 | 00:02:24 | about that but here's what i |
00:02:22 | 00:02:26 | think in terms of who should be buying a |
00:02:24 | 00:02:29 | car i'm not a car guy |
00:02:26 | 00:02:31 | right i'm a guy who likes cars |
00:02:29 | 00:02:33 | there's a big difference car guys know |
00:02:31 | 00:02:34 | everything about the engine all the |
00:02:33 | 00:02:36 | specific details i have a bunch of |
00:02:34 | 00:02:37 | friends like that that's super cool they |
00:02:36 | 00:02:38 | know all the facts |
00:02:37 | 00:02:40 | they know their stuff because that's a |
00:02:38 | 00:02:42 | huge huge hobby of theirs |
00:02:40 | 00:02:44 | right cars are kind of a side passion |
00:02:42 | 00:02:45 | for me i can't tell you a ton about the |
00:02:44 | 00:02:47 | engines i can't take it apart and |
00:02:45 | 00:02:47 | rebuild it you have a bunch of friends |
00:02:47 | 00:02:49 | who can |
00:02:47 | 00:02:52 | i have family members who can that's not |
00:02:49 | 00:02:52 | me and typically car guys sink you know |
00:02:52 | 00:02:54 | 100 |
00:02:52 | 00:02:56 | of their money into it it's in not in |
00:02:54 | 00:02:58 | every situation but usually it's like |
00:02:56 | 00:02:59 | soul focus on the vehicle that's that's |
00:02:58 | 00:03:01 | not where my attention is |
00:02:59 | 00:03:03 | i just like cars so i always had |
00:03:01 | 00:03:06 | pictures on my walls i remember it was a |
00:03:03 | 00:03:07 | ferrari 458 it was a maserati ghibli |
00:03:06 | 00:03:09 | which probably wasn't the best choice |
00:03:07 | 00:03:11 | as well as a lamborghini huracan that i |
00:03:09 | 00:03:12 | had on my wall and that was a motivating |
00:03:11 | 00:03:13 | factor |
00:03:12 | 00:03:15 | five six years ago whether it was |
00:03:13 | 00:03:17 | materialistik or not because |
00:03:15 | 00:03:18 | here here's kind of my opinion on |
00:03:17 | 00:03:20 | materialistik stuff people like oh he |
00:03:18 | 00:03:22 | has a nice car blah blah blah |
00:03:20 | 00:03:24 | it's only materialistik depending on how |
00:03:22 | 00:03:26 | you're using the vehicle |
00:03:24 | 00:03:28 | so for an example if you have it for the |
00:03:26 | 00:03:30 | wrong reason so i bought the car because |
00:03:28 | 00:03:31 | it was a dream of mine i loved the car |
00:03:30 | 00:03:33 | and as i'm gonna explain |
00:03:31 | 00:03:34 | it was a very very good deal i purchased |
00:03:33 | 00:03:36 | it correctly |
00:03:34 | 00:03:39 | some people buy a car of whatever |
00:03:36 | 00:03:40 | magnitude for the purpose of what other |
00:03:39 | 00:03:42 | people will think about them |
00:03:40 | 00:03:43 | when they have that car and the real |
00:03:42 | 00:03:45 | test that you can ask yourself is |
00:03:43 | 00:03:46 | if you're the only person left on earth |
00:03:45 | 00:03:48 | and someone asked me this and told me |
00:03:46 | 00:03:50 | this before i bought the car |
00:03:48 | 00:03:52 | if you were the only person left on |
00:03:50 | 00:03:54 | earth would you still drive this car |
00:03:52 | 00:03:56 | and my answer is 100 yes i'd probably go |
00:03:54 | 00:03:58 | to the the craziest dealership and go |
00:03:56 | 00:04:00 | go get a connoisseur or a mclaren p1 i'd |
00:03:58 | 00:04:00 | go drive something even crazier if i |
00:04:00 | 00:04:02 | could |
00:04:00 | 00:04:04 | because i love cars right not a car guy |
00:04:02 | 00:04:06 | i just like cars okay |
00:04:04 | 00:04:08 | so i worked hard for many many years i |
00:04:06 | 00:04:09 | don't think that a vehicle should try to |
00:04:08 | 00:04:11 | be your first purchase |
00:04:09 | 00:04:12 | i definitely spent a little bit of time |
00:04:11 | 00:04:14 | like shopping for them online just |
00:04:12 | 00:04:16 | like as a motivating factor but try not |
00:04:14 | 00:04:17 | to put a lot of time into it again focus |
00:04:16 | 00:04:19 | on your business and your income |
00:04:17 | 00:04:21 | but i made the money just for many many |
00:04:19 | 00:04:23 | cars and i obviously want to spend all |
00:04:21 | 00:04:24 | my money on a lamborghini that'd be very |
00:04:23 | 00:04:26 | very backwards |
00:04:24 | 00:04:28 | but here's what happened two years ago i |
00:04:26 | 00:04:30 | was looking for a car i wasn't in a rush |
00:04:28 | 00:04:31 | i'd been looking for months and months i |
00:04:30 | 00:04:33 | was taking my sweet time |
00:04:31 | 00:04:35 | i was actually at the lamborghini |
00:04:33 | 00:04:36 | dealership in north scottsdale in |
00:04:35 | 00:04:37 | arizona |
00:04:36 | 00:04:39 | and the guy there is trying to sell me |
00:04:37 | 00:04:40 | on some brand new one i'm like dude i'm |
00:04:39 | 00:04:41 | about to lose so much money if i buy |
00:04:40 | 00:04:42 | this and |
00:04:41 | 00:04:44 | there was zero chance i was gonna ever |
00:04:42 | 00:04:45 | buy it i was just letting him tok and i |
00:04:44 | 00:04:47 | was going online showing him like better |
00:04:45 | 00:04:48 | deals and why his was terribly priced |
00:04:47 | 00:04:50 | just toking and |
00:04:48 | 00:04:52 | anyways i saw my friends listed for sale |
00:04:50 | 00:04:54 | and he had just listed it and i had seen |
00:04:52 | 00:04:56 | the car in person a few times |
00:04:54 | 00:04:57 | so i called him up when test drove it |
00:04:56 | 00:04:59 | the next day i bought it from him |
00:04:57 | 00:05:00 | here's the thing it was a private party |
00:04:59 | 00:05:03 | sale never buy from a dealership |
00:05:00 | 00:05:04 | i paid zero percent sales tax i saved |
00:05:03 | 00:05:06 | about 14 to 16 |
00:05:04 | 00:05:08 | 000 so pretty much every most people |
00:05:06 | 00:05:09 | that you see buy a car |
00:05:08 | 00:05:11 | they're gonna pay sales tax roughly |
00:05:09 | 00:05:13 | around that on a 200 |
00:05:11 | 00:05:14 | 000 car they're going to pay 15 000 |
00:05:13 | 00:05:16 | roughly depending on where they are |
00:05:14 | 00:05:18 | i got one of the best deals on the |
00:05:16 | 00:05:21 | market at the time still a great deal |
00:05:18 | 00:05:24 | i paid 210 000 for a 2015 lamborghini |
00:05:21 | 00:05:26 | huracan with 13 000 miles that had a |
00:05:24 | 00:05:26 | bunch of options a white interior which |
00:05:26 | 00:05:29 | was pretty rare |
00:05:26 | 00:05:31 | full carbon package had an exhaust a |
00:05:29 | 00:05:32 | tune it was a beautifully built car |
00:05:31 | 00:05:34 | taken care of very well and i knew both |
00:05:32 | 00:05:35 | of the previous owners the only two |
00:05:34 | 00:05:37 | people who owned it |
00:05:35 | 00:05:38 | so i paid cash for the vehicle we're |
00:05:37 | 00:05:40 | going to tok about why |
00:05:38 | 00:05:42 | but today the car has 11 000 more miles |
00:05:40 | 00:05:44 | i've owned it for two years |
00:05:42 | 00:05:45 | and if you actually were to think about |
00:05:44 | 00:05:48 | the value that car right now i could |
00:05:45 | 00:05:49 | sell it for 190 000 |
00:05:48 | 00:05:51 | from the car itself okay that's |
00:05:49 | 00:05:52 | obviously if you guys watch the channel |
00:05:51 | 00:05:54 | that's not factored in the twin turbo |
00:05:52 | 00:05:54 | build and what it's worth now and what i |
00:05:54 | 00:05:56 | put into it |
00:05:54 | 00:05:59 | but just the vehicle itself that 210 |
00:05:56 | 00:06:02 | thousand dollars is now 190. |
00:05:59 | 00:06:04 | so a 20 000 loss over a two year period |
00:06:02 | 00:06:06 | is nothing when it comes to a vehicle |
00:06:04 | 00:06:07 | like that plus that's a write-off |
00:06:06 | 00:06:09 | and i'm sure i've made that back in some |
00:06:07 | 00:06:11 | way from ad revenue here on the youtube |
00:06:09 | 00:06:11 | channel like the lamborghini video i did |
00:06:11 | 00:06:14 | that |
00:06:11 | 00:06:15 | made like 10 or 15 thousand dollars |
00:06:14 | 00:06:17 | obviously i spent a lot of money to ship |
00:06:15 | 00:06:19 | it and go have fun filming the video |
00:06:17 | 00:06:21 | but nonetheless it kind of works out to |
00:06:19 | 00:06:24 | be somewhere in that range of near free |
00:06:21 | 00:06:26 | so two years of fun with my dream car |
00:06:24 | 00:06:27 | for twenty thousand dollars of |
00:06:26 | 00:06:28 | depreciation here's just how i think |
00:06:27 | 00:06:32 | about the finances |
00:06:28 | 00:06:35 | right so when i went to go buy this car |
00:06:32 | 00:06:36 | i didn't do it like in one day i mean |
00:06:35 | 00:06:38 | this was like a six |
00:06:36 | 00:06:40 | twelve month prior 12 month process of |
00:06:38 | 00:06:42 | looking at different cars you know |
00:06:40 | 00:06:43 | renting some here and there just feeling |
00:06:42 | 00:06:46 | out kind of what i wanted so |
00:06:43 | 00:06:47 | from an ownership perspective um this |
00:06:46 | 00:06:49 | vehicle costs like three thousand |
00:06:47 | 00:06:51 | dollars a year to maintain and that's |
00:06:49 | 00:06:52 | with tires i mean all the services it's |
00:06:51 | 00:06:54 | really not that bad |
00:06:52 | 00:06:55 | um it probably less that's an |
00:06:54 | 00:06:57 | overestimate my insurance |
00:06:55 | 00:06:59 | was 2500 a month for the first three to |
00:06:57 | 00:07:00 | four months that was terrible |
00:06:59 | 00:07:02 | because i hadn't met the broker that i |
00:07:00 | 00:07:03 | use now for insurance insurance now is |
00:07:02 | 00:07:04 | 900 |
00:07:03 | 00:07:06 | a month again all these things are |
00:07:04 | 00:07:07 | different types of write-offs the |
00:07:06 | 00:07:08 | maintenance as well as the insurance |
00:07:07 | 00:07:10 | just because of |
00:07:08 | 00:07:11 | how i use the vehicle and a lot of it is |
00:07:10 | 00:07:13 | for business mileage you know i |
00:07:11 | 00:07:14 | don't really drive many places except |
00:07:13 | 00:07:15 | the gym that's not really business |
00:07:14 | 00:07:17 | related |
00:07:15 | 00:07:19 | so it's funny you know when the |
00:07:17 | 00:07:21 | insurance is actually 2500 a month i |
00:07:19 | 00:07:23 | remember one of my friends graham stefan |
00:07:21 | 00:07:24 | he was at my birthday party in hollywood |
00:07:23 | 00:07:27 | in |
00:07:24 | 00:07:28 | was it was my 19th birthday in 2019 it |
00:07:27 | 00:07:30 | was really funny i just bought the |
00:07:28 | 00:07:32 | vehicle like two months before and so |
00:07:30 | 00:07:34 | the insurance was still 2500 a month |
00:07:32 | 00:07:36 | and he shows up early we're toking |
00:07:34 | 00:07:37 | we're hanging out and he asked about the |
00:07:36 | 00:07:38 | insurance i'm like yeah it's like 2500 |
00:07:37 | 00:07:40 | he's like |
00:07:38 | 00:07:42 | wow every six months that's expensive |
00:07:40 | 00:07:44 | man and proceeds to tell me what his is |
00:07:42 | 00:07:46 | and i'm like no dude that's that's every |
00:07:44 | 00:07:47 | month and his eyes |
00:07:46 | 00:07:49 | you know he's a fruit guy he's a good |
00:07:47 | 00:07:50 | friend of mine but he's like boom he |
00:07:49 | 00:07:53 | just like picked up he's like |
00:07:50 | 00:07:54 | are you serious dude sell the car right |
00:07:53 | 00:07:56 | now and i just kind of laughed |
00:07:54 | 00:07:57 | because i knew the cost was about to go |
00:07:56 | 00:07:58 | way down and i was you know making |
00:07:57 | 00:08:00 | content with the car and i was i was |
00:07:58 | 00:08:02 | able to make sense of the vehicle |
00:08:00 | 00:08:03 | i understand how it seems outlandish but |
00:08:02 | 00:08:04 | i valued it because again i like cars |
00:08:03 | 00:08:06 | not a car guy |
00:08:04 | 00:08:08 | i really like cars and at the time i |
00:08:06 | 00:08:09 | valued it okay so the vehicle |
00:08:08 | 00:08:13 | we'll tok about why i bought it in cash |
00:08:09 | 00:08:14 | but the value of that vehicle the money |
00:08:13 | 00:08:16 | sitting in there |
00:08:14 | 00:08:18 | was not from my business that money was |
00:08:16 | 00:08:20 | sitting to the side for the purpose of |
00:08:18 | 00:08:21 | real estate investing but |
00:08:20 | 00:08:23 | i knew that i wasn't going to be buying |
00:08:21 | 00:08:24 | much real estate any time |
00:08:23 | 00:08:26 | soon and then you know it was i was |
00:08:24 | 00:08:28 | still buying real estate |
00:08:26 | 00:08:29 | like eight months after but i wasn't |
00:08:28 | 00:08:30 | using that money i you know i used a |
00:08:29 | 00:08:32 | porsche in the money |
00:08:30 | 00:08:34 | so anyways that's a whole different |
00:08:32 | 00:08:36 | organizational system |
00:08:34 | 00:08:37 | but nonetheless it meant that the reason |
00:08:36 | 00:08:40 | i would sell this car which i will sell |
00:08:37 | 00:08:42 | this lamborghini probably this year |
00:08:40 | 00:08:43 | that'll come up we'll tok about that |
00:08:42 | 00:08:45 | the reason i'd sell it is to take that |
00:08:43 | 00:08:47 | money to put it into a real estate deal |
00:08:45 | 00:08:49 | the money cannot and will not ever be |
00:08:47 | 00:08:50 | used for anything else that's just how i |
00:08:49 | 00:08:52 | think about it |
00:08:50 | 00:08:54 | so that's what the money is used for but |
00:08:52 | 00:08:56 | in the meantime i figured i would buy |
00:08:54 | 00:08:59 | the cars all of my cars you know one |
00:08:56 | 00:09:02 | point i had two gtrs i have the m4 |
00:08:59 | 00:09:04 | uh tesla the audi r8 all of those cars |
00:09:02 | 00:09:06 | pretty much none of them lost me much |
00:09:04 | 00:09:09 | money like the gtr for an example |
00:09:06 | 00:09:10 | i made seven thousand dollars owning the |
00:09:09 | 00:09:12 | car for a year |
00:09:10 | 00:09:14 | so there's different ways if you buy the |
00:09:12 | 00:09:15 | vehicle correctly all of them private |
00:09:14 | 00:09:16 | party you know and you buy the car if |
00:09:15 | 00:09:18 | you understand the market |
00:09:16 | 00:09:19 | you can kind of play that game if you |
00:09:18 | 00:09:20 | have some capital to work with so the |
00:09:19 | 00:09:23 | cool thing is |
00:09:20 | 00:09:24 | you know i always loved cars and i knew |
00:09:23 | 00:09:26 | i would do something stupid and |
00:09:24 | 00:09:26 | impulsive eventually to go ahead and buy |
00:09:26 | 00:09:28 | one |
00:09:26 | 00:09:30 | but i got the bug out of my system now |
00:09:28 | 00:09:32 | and now i really don't care |
00:09:30 | 00:09:34 | i've actually been downsizing my garage |
00:09:32 | 00:09:36 | i've sold multiple vehicles |
00:09:34 | 00:09:37 | the tesla and m4 are just going up for |
00:09:36 | 00:09:39 | sale later this year the lamborghini |
00:09:37 | 00:09:40 | will probably go for sale |
00:09:39 | 00:09:42 | the gtrs are gone all right it's gone |
00:09:40 | 00:09:43 | one of the gtrs got stolen that was a |
00:09:42 | 00:09:45 | whole nother thing |
00:09:43 | 00:09:46 | uh sold my other one made seven thousand |
00:09:45 | 00:09:48 | dollars on that after a year |
00:09:46 | 00:09:51 | audi r8 that one i bit the bullet a |
00:09:48 | 00:09:53 | little bit but sold it nonetheless |
00:09:51 | 00:09:55 | and that one was totally fine so yeah it |
00:09:53 | 00:09:56 | wasn't really that bad when you look at |
00:09:55 | 00:09:58 | the total magnitude it's not like you're |
00:09:56 | 00:09:59 | spending x amount for a car then it goes |
00:09:58 | 00:10:01 | to zero |
00:09:59 | 00:10:02 | some of these you lose no money you |
00:10:01 | 00:10:03 | drive it for free |
00:10:02 | 00:10:05 | if you know what you're looking for and |
00:10:03 | 00:10:06 | just like house hacking that's car |
00:10:05 | 00:10:07 | hacking so |
00:10:06 | 00:10:09 | right now i want to get into kind of how |
00:10:07 | 00:10:12 | i did it with the drop shipping because |
00:10:09 | 00:10:14 | that money was purely from my e-commerce |
00:10:12 | 00:10:15 | business okay that that's where all of |
00:10:14 | 00:10:17 | the money was being funded |
00:10:15 | 00:10:19 | i wasn't living off of that i wasn't |
00:10:17 | 00:10:21 | spending much money personally |
00:10:19 | 00:10:22 | my expenses were very very minimal |
00:10:21 | 00:10:24 | income like personal expenses like |
00:10:22 | 00:10:25 | factoring in rent food |
00:10:24 | 00:10:28 | whatever at the time right as i was |
00:10:25 | 00:10:30 | buying that lamborghini my expenses were |
00:10:28 | 00:10:32 | a couple of percent of what i was making |
00:10:30 | 00:10:33 | i mean i keep it super super |
00:10:32 | 00:10:35 | low it might not seem like it but i'm |
00:10:33 | 00:10:37 | really frugal and very money conscious |
00:10:35 | 00:10:39 | so i really don't spend much money |
00:10:37 | 00:10:41 | personally i mean my grocery bill is |
00:10:39 | 00:10:42 | maybe 300 a month and i i pay a lot of |
00:10:41 | 00:10:44 | attention to what i eat |
00:10:42 | 00:10:46 | i eat out maybe once or twice a month i |
00:10:44 | 00:10:48 | keep things very |
00:10:46 | 00:10:50 | very tight people see me flying around |
00:10:48 | 00:10:51 | that's all paid for off amex points for |
00:10:50 | 00:10:53 | my business's ad spend |
00:10:51 | 00:10:55 | i really try not to spend a lot of money |
00:10:53 | 00:10:56 | so anyways let's get into the e-commerce |
00:10:55 | 00:10:57 | stuff and actually how i was kind of |
00:10:56 | 00:10:59 | operating the business |
00:10:57 | 00:11:00 | to make the money to do something like |
00:10:59 | 00:11:02 | this just because i want to |
00:11:00 | 00:11:04 | actually explain it and not just tok |
00:11:02 | 00:11:06 | about it so for anyone who wants a car |
00:11:04 | 00:11:07 | this is how you can make sense so a car |
00:11:06 | 00:11:09 | is 210 000 |
00:11:07 | 00:11:11 | right we're just going to use this as |
00:11:09 | 00:11:14 | the example my average profit margin |
00:11:11 | 00:11:16 | during 2017 and 2018 from drop shipping |
00:11:14 | 00:11:18 | i was purely dropshipping i didn't hold |
00:11:16 | 00:11:20 | any inventory for any products |
00:11:18 | 00:11:22 | um it didn't really make sense to at the |
00:11:20 | 00:11:23 | time so nonetheless that average profit |
00:11:22 | 00:11:25 | margin was about 31 |
00:11:23 | 00:11:27 | it's kind of what i calculated out maybe |
00:11:25 | 00:11:30 | it was 30 maybe it was 32 |
00:11:27 | 00:11:32 | about 30 percent so when you do a couple |
00:11:30 | 00:11:33 | million dollars in sales and gross |
00:11:32 | 00:11:34 | revenue with an e-commerce business this |
00:11:33 | 00:11:36 | for me was spread out between probably |
00:11:34 | 00:11:38 | three or four stores |
00:11:36 | 00:11:39 | at the time living in minnesota and even |
00:11:38 | 00:11:40 | when i was in california paying |
00:11:39 | 00:11:44 | minnesota tax |
00:11:40 | 00:11:46 | 37 percent your highest bracket plus 9.5 |
00:11:44 | 00:11:48 | that's the minnesota state income tax i |
00:11:46 | 00:11:51 | was at 45.5 |
00:11:48 | 00:11:52 | so nearly half of the money in taxes |
00:11:51 | 00:11:55 | gone |
00:11:52 | 00:11:56 | right so you can kind of do the math |
00:11:55 | 00:11:58 | on on how much money it was making or |
00:11:56 | 00:12:00 | whatever i i tok a little bit about it |
00:11:58 | 00:12:02 | but uh you know i again i use the |
00:12:00 | 00:12:04 | portion of the money that i |
00:12:02 | 00:12:05 | had sitting to go buy this vehicle but |
00:12:04 | 00:12:07 | keep in mind i was buying other cars too |
00:12:05 | 00:12:09 | so i bought those other cars in cash |
00:12:07 | 00:12:10 | i also gifted my grandfather a vehicle |
00:12:09 | 00:12:11 | because he co-signed on my first |
00:12:10 | 00:12:13 | business account |
00:12:11 | 00:12:14 | just so i could get started when i was |
00:12:13 | 00:12:15 | 16 and open a shopify store and stuff |
00:12:14 | 00:12:17 | like that so |
00:12:15 | 00:12:18 | forever grateful for him for that he's |
00:12:17 | 00:12:20 | actually gotten he swapped the car for |
00:12:18 | 00:12:21 | another type of bmw and absolutely loves |
00:12:20 | 00:12:23 | it but |
00:12:21 | 00:12:24 | nonetheless he's uh he's been having a |
00:12:23 | 00:12:26 | lot of fun and so you know |
00:12:24 | 00:12:28 | i i did those things i mean i got the |
00:12:26 | 00:12:30 | bug out of my system with cars |
00:12:28 | 00:12:32 | so you know the point here isn't to |
00:12:30 | 00:12:34 | encourage you to buy a car |
00:12:32 | 00:12:36 | um in fact i spell all this stuff wrong |
00:12:34 | 00:12:37 | i've just been telling one of my friends |
00:12:36 | 00:12:38 | who's like kind of newer to making a |
00:12:37 | 00:12:40 | really good amount of money and he's |
00:12:38 | 00:12:41 | like oh what should i do and like you |
00:12:40 | 00:12:43 | know he's a frugal guy |
00:12:41 | 00:12:44 | i told him like you know don't do it |
00:12:43 | 00:12:45 | like if you really need to like if you |
00:12:44 | 00:12:47 | need to |
00:12:45 | 00:12:48 | take one of my cars take it for a month |
00:12:47 | 00:12:50 | take it for two months but |
00:12:48 | 00:12:51 | even if you do that i understand because |
00:12:50 | 00:12:52 | i've rented cars for a long period of |
00:12:51 | 00:12:54 | time |
00:12:52 | 00:12:56 | it won't be the same as ownership and |
00:12:54 | 00:12:58 | people say oh lamborghini's super cool |
00:12:56 | 00:12:59 | and then it doesn't feel like that after |
00:12:58 | 00:13:02 | two weeks |
00:12:59 | 00:13:04 | that's someone who doesn't like cars i |
00:13:02 | 00:13:05 | like cars the lamborghini has been |
00:13:04 | 00:13:06 | everything i've dreamed of and more i've |
00:13:05 | 00:13:08 | 100 |
00:13:06 | 00:13:10 | got my values worth even if i lost a |
00:13:08 | 00:13:12 | hundred thousand dollars on the car |
00:13:10 | 00:13:13 | it's still worth it to me so people who |
00:13:12 | 00:13:14 | say that oh it gets boring after two |
00:13:13 | 00:13:17 | weeks and then it's just |
00:13:14 | 00:13:19 | annoying and whatever you don't like |
00:13:17 | 00:13:20 | cars so you bought the car for the wrong |
00:13:19 | 00:13:21 | reason in the first |
00:13:20 | 00:13:24 | place you just have to keep that in mind |
00:13:21 | 00:13:24 | so one thing i told my friends is you |
00:13:24 | 00:13:26 | know |
00:13:24 | 00:13:28 | try to delay buying a car like that you |
00:13:26 | 00:13:31 | know if you're gonna buy it be patient |
00:13:28 | 00:13:33 | buy it in the right way try to watch the |
00:13:31 | 00:13:34 | depreciation curve don't buy it from a |
00:13:33 | 00:13:36 | dealership there's things like that that |
00:13:34 | 00:13:37 | you can do to save money when purchasing |
00:13:36 | 00:13:39 | a car so |
00:13:37 | 00:13:40 | again just like that gtr example that i |
00:13:39 | 00:13:41 | that i gave you guys i made seven |
00:13:40 | 00:13:42 | thousand dollars owning it for one year |
00:13:41 | 00:13:44 | and that's awesome |
00:13:42 | 00:13:46 | i got a lot of use out of it my friends |
00:13:44 | 00:13:46 | used it a lot we had a great time you |
00:13:46 | 00:13:49 | know |
00:13:46 | 00:13:50 | so here's kind of a little bit about my |
00:13:49 | 00:13:52 | drop shipping strategy at the time |
00:13:50 | 00:13:53 | if you guys have been following along on |
00:13:52 | 00:13:55 | the channel you've seen it evolve as |
00:13:53 | 00:13:56 | marketing platforms change and as i have |
00:13:55 | 00:13:58 | access to more capital |
00:13:56 | 00:13:59 | to spend in different marketing routes |
00:13:58 | 00:14:01 | and different alternatives |
00:13:59 | 00:14:03 | i've done that i've gotten to test a |
00:14:01 | 00:14:04 | whole lot of different stuff so |
00:14:03 | 00:14:06 | at the time i had this dialed in i had a |
00:14:04 | 00:14:08 | cookie cutter system that was so so easy |
00:14:06 | 00:14:09 | to start new stores |
00:14:08 | 00:14:11 | run it up make good money i started |
00:14:09 | 00:14:13 | partnering with other people because |
00:14:11 | 00:14:14 | we'll tok about that in a second but |
00:14:13 | 00:14:16 | instagram influencers i would pay |
00:14:14 | 00:14:17 | minimum kind of 500 bucks for a shout |
00:14:16 | 00:14:19 | out |
00:14:17 | 00:14:21 | i'd get back you know 1300 in sales or |
00:14:19 | 00:14:22 | 1900 in sales 2800 in sales |
00:14:21 | 00:14:23 | i would do this over and over you know |
00:14:22 | 00:14:24 | sometimes a thousand two thousand |
00:14:23 | 00:14:26 | dollars |
00:14:24 | 00:14:28 | but what i would do is i would have my |
00:14:26 | 00:14:29 | facebook pixel on the shopify store so |
00:14:28 | 00:14:31 | even if i wasn't running facebook ads |
00:14:29 | 00:14:32 | right away and i was still somewhat new |
00:14:31 | 00:14:34 | to facebook |
00:14:32 | 00:14:35 | i would have all this data from a couple |
00:14:34 | 00:14:37 | of influencers shout outs |
00:14:35 | 00:14:38 | so it really helped me build the pixel |
00:14:37 | 00:14:38 | and and kind of right away i would |
00:14:38 | 00:14:40 | launch |
00:14:38 | 00:14:42 | low budget like five to ten dollar |
00:14:40 | 00:14:44 | facebook ads i don't run any five dollar |
00:14:42 | 00:14:46 | day ads now they don't work as well |
00:14:44 | 00:14:48 | but i would launch these low budget ads |
00:14:46 | 00:14:50 | um just on cold interest targeting right |
00:14:48 | 00:14:51 | away and this is way before cbo was like |
00:14:50 | 00:14:53 | this is back in the day |
00:14:51 | 00:14:56 | but uh just cold interest targeting and |
00:14:53 | 00:14:57 | then once you get 100 to 300 sales |
00:14:56 | 00:14:59 | start moving into look lookalikes and i |
00:14:57 | 00:15:00 | would bump those budgets a little bit |
00:14:59 | 00:15:02 | but then i could kind of have |
00:15:00 | 00:15:04 | consistency inside of the business |
00:15:02 | 00:15:05 | because with an instagram influencer i |
00:15:04 | 00:15:08 | pay someone to post something |
00:15:05 | 00:15:09 | sales go bananas for four hours then it |
00:15:08 | 00:15:11 | slows way down |
00:15:09 | 00:15:12 | and after 24 hours it's completely dead |
00:15:11 | 00:15:15 | because the post is gone |
00:15:12 | 00:15:17 | right so it's super super it comes and |
00:15:15 | 00:15:19 | goes it's very volatile |
00:15:17 | 00:15:20 | so with facebook that helped me achieve |
00:15:19 | 00:15:23 | consistency and since i was |
00:15:20 | 00:15:24 | really frugal and like money conscious i |
00:15:23 | 00:15:26 | never liked seeing monthly income go |
00:15:24 | 00:15:28 | down which was absurd back then but |
00:15:26 | 00:15:30 | nonetheless i was very focused on |
00:15:28 | 00:15:32 | consistency and so i mean i didn't even |
00:15:30 | 00:15:34 | move out until i had |
00:15:32 | 00:15:35 | consistency so facebook gave me that |
00:15:34 | 00:15:36 | consistency |
00:15:35 | 00:15:38 | and like i said that system was really |
00:15:36 | 00:15:40 | effective i got it nailed down |
00:15:38 | 00:15:41 | and then i moved to california and i was |
00:15:40 | 00:15:42 | like starting the youtube channel a few |
00:15:41 | 00:15:44 | months later we released our first |
00:15:42 | 00:15:45 | e-commerce program for |
00:15:44 | 00:15:47 | whatever was a couple hundred bucks and |
00:15:45 | 00:15:49 | it was just showing people that strategy |
00:15:47 | 00:15:50 | so for me it was really easy to get new |
00:15:49 | 00:15:52 | stores off the ground because i put |
00:15:50 | 00:15:55 | so much time into that strategy and it |
00:15:52 | 00:15:57 | worked but i hated building stores and |
00:15:55 | 00:15:59 | i've toked about this before |
00:15:57 | 00:16:00 | building shopify stores i actually just |
00:15:59 | 00:16:01 | started tinkering around with one |
00:16:00 | 00:16:03 | literally |
00:16:01 | 00:16:05 | last night it's been in the last two |
00:16:03 | 00:16:06 | years i've probably built two shopify |
00:16:05 | 00:16:08 | stores but i've started like 40 or 50 |
00:16:06 | 00:16:09 | new ones that we've tested with multiple |
00:16:08 | 00:16:10 | different people |
00:16:09 | 00:16:12 | like partners of mine when we were |
00:16:10 | 00:16:14 | launching five a week and just testing |
00:16:12 | 00:16:16 | all sorts of crazy stuff |
00:16:14 | 00:16:18 | i don't like doing that i'm decent at it |
00:16:16 | 00:16:19 | i'm not the best i'd rather pay someone |
00:16:18 | 00:16:20 | else to do that i'm not going to handle |
00:16:19 | 00:16:21 | support |
00:16:20 | 00:16:23 | in fact i don't even like toking to my |
00:16:21 | 00:16:24 | support person so that's why i usually |
00:16:23 | 00:16:26 | operate with a partner who can handle |
00:16:24 | 00:16:28 | all of the administrative administrative |
00:16:26 | 00:16:29 | stuff because i strictly enjoy running |
00:16:28 | 00:16:32 | ads it's kind of |
00:16:29 | 00:16:34 | what i do that's that's my era and my |
00:16:32 | 00:16:35 | little niche inside of what we're doing |
00:16:34 | 00:16:36 | so i just like the ads i like the |
00:16:35 | 00:16:38 | analytiks |
00:16:36 | 00:16:39 | and i like looking at that so again for |
00:16:38 | 00:16:42 | money that i'd saved for years |
00:16:39 | 00:16:43 | all cash paid my taxes which always hurt |
00:16:42 | 00:16:45 | but i bought nothing you know i was very |
00:16:43 | 00:16:47 | financially conscious and i knew what i |
00:16:45 | 00:16:48 | was doing as well when i bought that car |
00:16:47 | 00:16:50 | i really just don't want this to come |
00:16:48 | 00:16:50 | off is toking about a car and the money |
00:16:50 | 00:16:53 | but |
00:16:50 | 00:16:55 | people always asking my original goal |
00:16:53 | 00:16:57 | with youtube the original thing was |
00:16:55 | 00:16:59 | make videos that i would have wanted to |
00:16:57 | 00:17:01 | watch four years ago five years ago six |
00:16:59 | 00:17:02 | years ago so that's exactly what this |
00:17:01 | 00:17:04 | video is |
00:17:02 | 00:17:06 | it's why about the car a full financial |
00:17:04 | 00:17:07 | breakdown on it i even toked about my |
00:17:06 | 00:17:09 | insurance in this video |
00:17:07 | 00:17:10 | and then how i did it not what caused me |
00:17:09 | 00:17:12 | to do it |
00:17:10 | 00:17:13 | how it's drop shipping and here's how i |
00:17:12 | 00:17:15 | just explained it so |
00:17:13 | 00:17:17 | again if you want to get more specifics |
00:17:15 | 00:17:18 | on that and what i do now with the |
00:17:17 | 00:17:19 | e-commerce stuff |
00:17:18 | 00:17:21 | i've recorded like two separate |
00:17:19 | 00:17:23 | tutorials in the last month or two just |
00:17:21 | 00:17:25 | on some 2021 strategies |
00:17:23 | 00:17:27 | toked about ad strategies product |
00:17:25 | 00:17:27 | research and product identification |
00:17:27 | 00:17:28 | strategies |
00:17:27 | 00:17:30 | i've toked about all that i'll leave |
00:17:28 | 00:17:31 | something linked below but you can just |
00:17:30 | 00:17:33 | go watch the longer videos that have |
00:17:31 | 00:17:35 | been posted recently on the channel so |
00:17:33 | 00:17:37 | now let's tok about the kind of the |
00:17:35 | 00:17:38 | final big question a lot of people |
00:17:37 | 00:17:40 | i don't see made fun of me for it i |
00:17:38 | 00:17:42 | don't really care what people say |
00:17:40 | 00:17:44 | because they're operating with limited |
00:17:42 | 00:17:46 | information so it's understandable |
00:17:44 | 00:17:47 | why i bought the car in cash you know |
00:17:46 | 00:17:49 | it's kind of an interesting topic |
00:17:47 | 00:17:51 | um and this is where the financial |
00:17:49 | 00:17:52 | frugality and different situations come |
00:17:51 | 00:17:54 | in so |
00:17:52 | 00:17:56 | for an example i'm kind of like dave |
00:17:54 | 00:17:59 | ramsey and not in a certain way but |
00:17:56 | 00:18:00 | i hate having monthly overhead so in |
00:17:59 | 00:18:01 | that realm |
00:18:00 | 00:18:03 | i really like what dave ramsey says and |
00:18:01 | 00:18:04 | i disagree with like 90 |
00:18:03 | 00:18:06 | of the stuff that he says which is |
00:18:04 | 00:18:07 | totally fine love the guy no hate |
00:18:06 | 00:18:08 | against him but i just don't agree with |
00:18:07 | 00:18:10 | everything |
00:18:08 | 00:18:12 | but i could have financed the car um |
00:18:10 | 00:18:13 | yeah i had two years of tax returns |
00:18:12 | 00:18:15 | could have put like 50k down and |
00:18:13 | 00:18:17 | been paying like 2200 a month so i could |
00:18:15 | 00:18:20 | have saved 150 |
00:18:17 | 00:18:22 | 000 that i wouldn't have spent but |
00:18:20 | 00:18:24 | then my monthly overhead for the car |
00:18:22 | 00:18:27 | would have been at least 5 000 |
00:18:24 | 00:18:28 | a month and in my head i wasn't even i |
00:18:27 | 00:18:30 | was spending |
00:18:28 | 00:18:31 | like probably around five thousand |
00:18:30 | 00:18:32 | dollars a month on all of my living |
00:18:31 | 00:18:34 | expenses |
00:18:32 | 00:18:35 | phone bills which i could write off some |
00:18:34 | 00:18:38 | of that i mean rent |
00:18:35 | 00:18:38 | food travel like everything i was doing |
00:18:38 | 00:18:41 | was |
00:18:38 | 00:18:43 | maybe maybe five thousand dollars a |
00:18:41 | 00:18:45 | month so why would i spend that on a car |
00:18:43 | 00:18:46 | that just didn't make sense to me so |
00:18:45 | 00:18:48 | to keep the cost down i bought it in |
00:18:46 | 00:18:51 | cash there's a few other reasons right |
00:18:48 | 00:18:53 | but i didn't like the overhead so people |
00:18:51 | 00:18:54 | are saying well that 150 000 could have |
00:18:53 | 00:18:56 | been invested here and there you |
00:18:54 | 00:18:58 | you could use your money in the business |
00:18:56 | 00:18:58 | but my business didn't need the money my |
00:18:58 | 00:19:00 | business |
00:18:58 | 00:19:02 | was operating on its current cash flow |
00:19:00 | 00:19:03 | and had huge cash reserves |
00:19:02 | 00:19:05 | so if i didn't need the money the money |
00:19:03 | 00:19:07 | wasn't being used and it was sitting |
00:19:05 | 00:19:09 | for the purpose of real estate not |
00:19:07 | 00:19:10 | business not any other investment it was |
00:19:09 | 00:19:12 | only there for real estate i would never |
00:19:10 | 00:19:14 | touch it for anything else |
00:19:12 | 00:19:15 | well that car that wasn't going to be |
00:19:14 | 00:19:16 | turned into real estate just turned into |
00:19:15 | 00:19:16 | a car right the money turned into the |
00:19:16 | 00:19:19 | car |
00:19:16 | 00:19:21 | so that's kind of how i thought about it |
00:19:19 | 00:19:22 | and to be honest if i was using 100 of |
00:19:21 | 00:19:23 | my money in different investments or the |
00:19:22 | 00:19:25 | business or |
00:19:23 | 00:19:26 | my money was going somewhere i would |
00:19:25 | 00:19:28 | have one car it would be |
00:19:26 | 00:19:31 | it probably just would have been the bmw |
00:19:28 | 00:19:32 | m4 right i paid like 50 grand for it |
00:19:31 | 00:19:33 | it would have been financed surely |
00:19:32 | 00:19:35 | wouldn't have been a lamborghini or |
00:19:33 | 00:19:36 | anything would have financed or leased a |
00:19:35 | 00:19:39 | lower end car |
00:19:36 | 00:19:41 | just to keep all that cash being usable |
00:19:39 | 00:19:43 | so that just wasn't my situation at the |
00:19:41 | 00:19:46 | time so you'll see me sell a lot of cars |
00:19:43 | 00:19:48 | uh and this will be a video for sure the |
00:19:46 | 00:19:48 | m4 was hard to let go everything else is |
00:19:48 | 00:19:50 | just like |
00:19:48 | 00:19:52 | it's a car like no emotional attachment |
00:19:50 | 00:19:53 | but the bmw for me |
00:19:52 | 00:19:55 | that was my first car that was one of my |
00:19:53 | 00:19:56 | dream cars it's been an amazing amazing |
00:19:55 | 00:19:57 | car |
00:19:56 | 00:19:59 | i bought it for fifty six thousand |
00:19:57 | 00:20:00 | dollars i'm selling it right now for |
00:19:59 | 00:20:02 | like 42. |
00:20:00 | 00:20:03 | so over three three years and three |
00:20:02 | 00:20:05 | months of ownership |
00:20:03 | 00:20:06 | of loyal ownership that car has been |
00:20:05 | 00:20:08 | great put over 50 |
00:20:06 | 00:20:10 | 000 miles on it and i'm gonna lose like |
00:20:08 | 00:20:11 | 14 grand you know it's been very minimal |
00:20:10 | 00:20:13 | with maine i mean that's |
00:20:11 | 00:20:15 | that's a great deal that's cheaper than |
00:20:13 | 00:20:15 | leasing that's cheaper than buying a new |
00:20:15 | 00:20:17 | ultima |
00:20:15 | 00:20:19 | so people just don't understand how to |
00:20:17 | 00:20:21 | buy and operate these vehicles |
00:20:19 | 00:20:22 | to to you know have a decent financial |
00:20:21 | 00:20:24 | outcome with them |
00:20:22 | 00:20:25 | right so just buy the vehicle to sell a |
00:20:24 | 00:20:26 | lot of people will go lease or |
00:20:25 | 00:20:28 | you know and that can make sense but |
00:20:26 | 00:20:30 | they'll go buy like a new honda fit |
00:20:28 | 00:20:32 | right danny duncan style new honda fit |
00:20:30 | 00:20:33 | from the dealership |
00:20:32 | 00:20:35 | you're going to lose a lot of money |
00:20:33 | 00:20:37 | because all the fees the dealer fees |
00:20:35 | 00:20:38 | sales tax and you're getting overcharged |
00:20:37 | 00:20:40 | and it's brand new you drive it off the |
00:20:38 | 00:20:41 | lot it's going to go down in value so |
00:20:40 | 00:20:43 | again this video i just kind of wanted |
00:20:41 | 00:20:44 | to be like a mix of e-commerce also |
00:20:43 | 00:20:46 | toking about the vehicles as well as |
00:20:44 | 00:20:46 | just the financials surrounding that as |
00:20:46 | 00:20:48 | a whole |
00:20:46 | 00:20:50 | because this isn't stuff i learned in |
00:20:48 | 00:20:52 | school and granted i missed the last few |
00:20:50 | 00:20:53 | years of high school so |
00:20:52 | 00:20:55 | you know maybe they toked about it but |
00:20:53 | 00:20:56 | i really doubt it so there's just a lot |
00:20:55 | 00:20:57 | of stuff out there that just kind of |
00:20:56 | 00:20:59 | portrays things in the wrong way and i |
00:20:57 | 00:21:00 | know like i recently made a video |
00:20:59 | 00:21:02 | showing my you know the whole build on |
00:21:00 | 00:21:04 | the twin turbo lamborghini |
00:21:02 | 00:21:06 | and uh you know i'll lose some money on |
00:21:04 | 00:21:06 | that whenever i go to sell but i knew |
00:21:06 | 00:21:07 | that |
00:21:06 | 00:21:08 | it's all about just being aware and |
00:21:07 | 00:21:10 | understanding what it's going to |
00:21:08 | 00:21:13 | actually cost |
00:21:10 | 00:21:14 | so yeah that kind of wraps up my current |
00:21:13 | 00:21:16 | thoughts for the video if you guys have |
00:21:14 | 00:21:17 | any questions i'm an open book leave it |
00:21:16 | 00:21:19 | in the comment section down below |
00:21:17 | 00:21:21 | i just wanted to explain how you can |
00:21:19 | 00:21:22 | actually buy a vehicle like this and you |
00:21:21 | 00:21:24 | know i mean the guy i bought it from |
00:21:22 | 00:21:26 | owned it for six months bought it from |
00:21:24 | 00:21:28 | someone else i knew he |
00:21:26 | 00:21:29 | lost no money i have owned it for two |
00:21:28 | 00:21:30 | years and i'll lose 20 grand on the |
00:21:29 | 00:21:31 | vehicle then |
00:21:30 | 00:21:32 | everything else i've done to it is a |
00:21:31 | 00:21:33 | different story that we can tok about |
00:21:32 | 00:21:35 | but |
00:21:33 | 00:21:37 | nonetheless you can actually operate |
00:21:35 | 00:21:38 | these vehicles at a great cost and if |
00:21:37 | 00:21:39 | you have that cash |
00:21:38 | 00:21:41 | or the cash flow or you're willing to |
00:21:39 | 00:21:43 | take on a payment you can you can do it |
00:21:41 | 00:21:44 | in a way just make it make sense like if |
00:21:43 | 00:21:45 | i wasn't doing |
00:21:44 | 00:21:47 | youtube i would have just completely |
00:21:45 | 00:21:48 | suppressed the feeling of wanting to buy |
00:21:47 | 00:21:50 | the car |
00:21:48 | 00:21:51 | and i just wouldn't have because i |
00:21:50 | 00:21:53 | couldn't really make sense of it |
00:21:51 | 00:21:55 | and so with my you know a little bit of |
00:21:53 | 00:21:57 | financial frugality and consciousness |
00:21:55 | 00:21:59 | if i couldn't make sense of it through |
00:21:57 | 00:22:01 | youtube and know that i could at least |
00:21:59 | 00:22:02 | maybe get some extra ad revenue or do |
00:22:01 | 00:22:03 | something i i just wouldn't have done it |
00:22:02 | 00:22:04 | so |
00:22:03 | 00:22:06 | but you know then that'd always be eaten |
00:22:04 | 00:22:07 | away at me and i'd eventually want to do |
00:22:06 | 00:22:09 | it then i'd probably impulse buy |
00:22:07 | 00:22:10 | something stupid so |
00:22:09 | 00:22:12 | you know you just got to be careful um |
00:22:10 | 00:22:13 | kind of identify something that works |
00:22:12 | 00:22:15 | for you but put all your focus |
00:22:13 | 00:22:17 | on the income stream put it on the |
00:22:15 | 00:22:18 | business first so yeah i hope this kind |
00:22:17 | 00:22:19 | of explains all that if you guys want |
00:22:18 | 00:22:21 | any help leave it in the comment section |
