00:01:34 00:01:37 experience under your belt start making

00:01:39 00:01:43 really use Shopify for a drop shooting
00:01:41 00:01:45 business we don't use Amazon FBA we use

00:01:47 00:01:51 them into something called a sales
00:01:48 00:01:53 funnel now sales funnel is basically a
00:01:51 00:01:55 guided sales process we take our
00:01:53 00:01:58 customers through from Step A to Z
00:01:55 00:02:00 selling that one single winning product
00:01:58 00:02:02 now with this we have our opt-in page we
00:02:00 00:02:04 have our order form page and then we can
00:02:02 00:02:06 upsell or down sell our customers
00:02:04 00:02:08 additional services before they finally

00:02:32 00:02:36 we have our winner inside of this funnel

00:02:59 00:03:04 customer emails now now we have two
00:03:01 00:03:05 lists right here we have two email lists
00:03:04 00:03:07 or you have prospects people that never
00:03:05 00:03:08 bought from us and then we have people
00:03:07 00:03:10 that actually did buy from us which is
00:03:08 00:03:11 fantastik that list is constantly
00:03:10 00:03:14 building up because we're selling this
00:03:11 00:03:16 winning product in an evergreen sales
00:03:14 00:03:18 funnel so it is making us sales every
00:03:16 00:03:21 single day all day every single day
00:03:18 00:03:22 generating us customers however right
00:03:21 00:03:23 eventually you're gonna get to a point
00:03:22 00:03:25 where your funnel you know it's chugging
00:03:23 00:03:27 along it's making money for yourself now
00:03:25 00:03:29 you're now it's time to move on to the
00:03:27 00:03:31 next product the next product okay now
00:03:29 00:03:33 what you can do is you can go find that
00:03:31 00:03:35 whit next winner plug it into a funnel
00:03:33 00:03:37 and shoot for the moon but here's an
00:03:35 00:03:39 easier way to do it right I like to kind
00:03:37 00:03:41 of I don't have a term for this but I
00:03:39 00:03:43 like to test out this product with
00:03:41 00:03:45 current assets that I have right so
00:03:43 00:03:46 let's say I go and find a new product
00:03:45 00:03:48 that I want to sell right but let's call
00:03:46 00:03:50 this product number two what I'm gonna
00:03:48 00:03:53 actually do is I'm gonna test this
00:03:50 00:03:54 product in two ways before actually
00:03:53 00:03:56 three ways that I might share my testing
00:03:54 00:03:59 amount three ways before I launch this
00:03:56 00:04:00 product out to cold traffic right so
00:03:59 00:04:03 right now we have traffic let's say
00:04:00 00:04:06 coming from Facebook Ads to this funnel
00:04:03 00:04:08 now when I test out this product right
00:04:06 00:04:10 let me just draw a line here so we keep
00:04:08 00:04:11 everything separate now when I'm testing
00:04:10 00:04:15 out product number two what I'm gonna do
00:04:11 00:04:17 is I'm going to firstly send an email to
00:04:15 00:04:19 my current customer list all right I'm
00:04:17 00:04:22 gonna send it out to my current customer
00:04:19 00:04:24 emails now you already have this email
00:04:22 00:04:26 list rocking and rolling this whole
00:04:24 00:04:27 entire funnels making
00:04:26 00:04:29 customers constantly making your
00:04:27 00:04:31 business revenue however what happens
00:04:29 00:04:34 with a lot of dropshipping storeowners
00:04:31 00:04:36 is that you forget that hey that's your
00:04:34 00:04:38 most value asset is your customer email
00:04:36 00:04:42 list utilize them to test new offers
00:04:38 00:04:45 send your second product to them to test
00:04:42 00:04:47 it out that's 100% free on your part if
00:04:45 00:04:49 your customers are purchasing this
00:04:47 00:04:51 product number two that gives me a good
00:04:49 00:04:54 checkmark that says hey you know what
00:04:51 00:04:56 warm hot traffic does respond well to
00:04:54 00:04:57 this offer if it doesn't that means
00:04:56 00:04:59 product is not gonna sell to cold
00:04:57 00:05:00 traffic I promise you that there has
00:04:59 00:05:03 never been a time where I haven't moved
00:05:00 00:05:05 on this method and if my product that my
00:05:03 00:05:07 customers wouldn't buy from me it would
00:05:05 00:05:10 they would it would never last on cold
00:05:07 00:05:12 traffic ever ever ever okay so this is
00:05:10 00:05:14 test number one you have to send that
00:05:12 00:05:16 product to your current customer email
00:05:14 00:05:18 us and see if they are willing to buy it
00:05:16 00:05:20 if they're not go back to the drawing
00:05:18 00:05:23 board go find a new offer to put
00:05:20 00:05:25 together then repeat now if they do buy
00:05:23 00:05:27 if they do buy this offer right that's a
00:05:25 00:05:29 check box perfect right perfect hot
00:05:27 00:05:32 traffic is buying it now let's go
00:05:29 00:05:34 towards warm traffic now warm traffic is
00:05:32 00:05:36 going to be our prospect list right
00:05:34 00:05:39 people that didn't buy from us yet right
00:05:36 00:05:41 so prospect emails right now these
00:05:39 00:05:43 people are is going to be more of a warm
00:05:41 00:05:44 traffic right our customers are hot
00:05:43 00:05:46 traffic these are people I pulled out
00:05:44 00:05:48 that credit card and bought from us our
00:05:46 00:05:51 prospects are sort of warm traffic now
00:05:48 00:05:53 warm traffic is they already have
00:05:51 00:05:55 interacted with your business right they
00:05:53 00:05:57 opted in they gave you an email address
00:05:55 00:05:59 they know like and trust you a little
00:05:57 00:06:00 bit they don't trust you enough yet to
00:05:59 00:06:02 have given you money maybe the product
00:06:00 00:06:03 just wasn't the right fit for them at
00:06:02 00:06:04 the time maybe they just need more
00:06:03 00:06:06 information whatever it may be they had
00:06:04 00:06:09 some objection but they did they did
00:06:06 00:06:10 raise their hand and they did say hey
00:06:09 00:06:12 you know what I am interested in what
00:06:10 00:06:15 you do have to offer okay so what we're
00:06:12 00:06:16 gonna do now is if the customers do buy
00:06:15 00:06:20 right we'll send an email out to our
00:06:16 00:06:21 prospect email list depending on the
00:06:20 00:06:22 size of your list now I'm really
00:06:21 00:06:24 probably toking to a very small amount
00:06:22 00:06:25 of you this is definitely a little bit
00:06:24 00:06:27 more advanced what I'm about to say is
00:06:25 00:06:29 if you have like a hundred thousand
00:06:27 00:06:31 person email list do not send it out to
00:06:29 00:06:32 a hundred thousand people right segment
00:06:31 00:06:34 your audience send it to like 20
00:06:32 00:06:35 thousand people to really test it out
00:06:34 00:06:39 you don't need to go and send it to all
00:06:35 00:06:41 hundred thousand people especially
00:06:39 00:06:42 it just it's just one of those things
00:06:41 00:06:43 just segmented right don't send it to
00:06:42 00:06:45 all hundred thousand cuz you could tweak
00:06:43 00:06:46 to offer a little bit then send it to
00:06:45 00:06:48 the next segment I don't wanna dive too
00:06:46 00:06:49 much into that if you're interested in

00:06:59 00:07:03 have like ten twenty thousand people on
00:07:01 00:07:05 your email list right send send that
00:07:03 00:07:08 offer out to them right send a product
00:07:05 00:07:11 number two out to that prospect to list
00:07:08 00:07:13 if they like it if they're buying it
00:07:11 00:07:15 right then it that goes another check
00:07:13 00:07:17 box right there warm traffic has been
00:07:15 00:07:19 interested right now if they don't if
00:07:17 00:07:22 they don't buy here then I would go back
00:07:19 00:07:24 to the drawing board right depending on
00:07:22 00:07:26 the sales because firstly guys customers
00:07:24 00:07:27 are always gonna be like six to ten
00:07:26 00:07:28 times more likely to buy from you
00:07:27 00:07:31 because they've bought from you in the
00:07:28 00:07:33 past before okay now you could probably
00:07:31 00:07:34 put together a really junk offer and
00:07:33 00:07:35 they'll still buy from me because they
00:07:34 00:07:37 know like and trust you they've given
00:07:35 00:07:38 you money before they're happy customers
00:07:37 00:07:40 okay
00:07:38 00:07:42 however when you start going towards the
00:07:40 00:07:44 prospect list this warm traffic right
00:07:42 00:07:46 this is where you this is where you kind
00:07:44 00:07:48 of have to really look at the data it's
00:07:46 00:07:50 much more important that these people
00:07:48 00:07:52 buy from you then honestly the customers
00:07:50 00:07:54 right now if they do buy from you
00:07:52 00:07:56 fantastik we move on to test number
00:07:54 00:07:59 three right now this is going more
00:07:56 00:08:01 towards cold traffic okay cold traffic
00:07:59 00:08:03 now some of you will go and do this code
00:08:01 00:08:05 traffic tiknique immediately go ahead I
00:08:03 00:08:06 personally like to build up a revenue in
00:08:05 00:08:10 my business though with this offer
00:08:06 00:08:12 before I go to three now I will insert
00:08:10 00:08:15 it into my funnel so funnel insert right
00:08:12 00:08:17 now I will take product to right and I
00:08:15 00:08:20 will take it and I will put it into my
00:08:17 00:08:22 upsell sequence right here now what is
00:08:20 00:08:24 this going to do well this is going to
00:08:22 00:08:25 test out my cold traffic right because
00:08:24 00:08:28 I'm already running advertisements
00:08:25 00:08:30 influencers to my one funnel right there
00:08:28 00:08:32 opting in cold traffic is opting in cold
00:08:30 00:08:35 traffic is buying now I want to see will
00:08:32 00:08:37 that cold traffic buy from us on that
00:08:35 00:08:39 upsell right I will usually put this
00:08:37 00:08:40 towards my later sequences about upsell
00:08:39 00:08:41 if you're inside of the e-commerce
00:08:40 00:08:42 Empire Academy you're probably thinking
00:08:41 00:08:45 how does this fit into the funnel
00:08:42 00:08:47 structure it goes into the back up sells
00:08:45 00:08:49 the last two back upsells okay that's
00:08:47 00:08:51 right this would go now here we put this
00:08:49 00:08:52 in there now we are looking for a
00:08:51 00:08:55 conversion
00:08:52 00:08:56 here between four and six percent okay
00:08:55 00:08:58 four and six percent you might be
00:08:56 00:09:00 thinking Pete that's so lowly gets so
00:08:58 00:09:03 low how is that how's that even worth it
00:09:00 00:09:04 well again when a customers come in to
00:09:03 00:09:06 you from a facebook advertisement right
00:09:04 00:09:08 that is cold traffic order forms on a
00:09:06 00:09:10 funnel will already be converting at 10
00:09:08 00:09:11 plus percent all right which is 10 times
00:09:10 00:09:12 what they already convert on Shopify
00:09:11 00:09:15 which is insane
00:09:12 00:09:17 however they're already sold on one
00:09:15 00:09:19 product right we only sell one offer one
00:09:17 00:09:21 product offer in our funnel so you've
00:09:19 00:09:23 done all the educating so when you
00:09:21 00:09:26 introduce a new product into your upsell
00:09:23 00:09:28 sequence that customer is going to need
00:09:26 00:09:29 to be primed for that they might not be
00:09:28 00:09:31 ready for it so that's why you're gonna
00:09:29 00:09:32 see a drastik lower rate in your
00:09:31 00:09:34 conversion rate towards those back up
00:09:32 00:09:35 sales especially when you start
00:09:34 00:09:37 introducing more expensive complimentary
00:09:35 00:09:39 like products however 4 to 6 percent
00:09:37 00:09:40 still isn't bad it's gonna boost that
00:09:39 00:09:42 conversion rate if it starts converting
00:09:40 00:09:44 higher than that or in that range that
00:09:42 00:09:47 tells me that's a good sign of this
00:09:44 00:09:49 product being put into its own funnel
00:09:47 00:09:51 where you then have your whole opt-in
00:09:49 00:09:51 structure your order form and an upsell
00:09:51 00:09:52 sequence
00:09:51 00:09:54 rinse and repeat inside of the
