⭐️ TOP 10 SHOPIFY DROPSHIPPING PRODUCTS FOR JANUARY 2023

these are my top 10 favorite products on month of January 2023, and all the products on today's list are going to be New Year bangers and hidden Valentine gems. hey guys, welcome to the YouTube channel. my name is Kamil sanon, is The e-con King, and I want to first off by saying Happy New Year to everyone that subscribed to the channel and everyone that's watching this video. so what I'm going to be doing in today's video is I'm gonna be giving you my you, my 10 favorite products for the month of January and for Valentine's Day, and these are also going to be forever green products. the method that I've the days I've gone to the industry-leading websites like Peaks to sell account, and those are all indexes that have already got great products on there, and they're doing extra research and due diligence by heading over to Amazon and looking at the sales volume. I've gone to Google Trends to see if they're trending. I've also gone on to tiktok to see how many organic views there are for the product, as that is a leading indicator right now to see success in products. we've even gone to the Facebook ad library to see how many competitors are running ads for each one of these products, because the whole purpose of this video is to give you a list of 10 amazing products for this month, but products that are also not saturated and have massive potential to the upside. now, what I've also done for you guys is I've created a free Google doc sheet that's going to contain all the information for each one of these products, and you're going to be watching me use it throughout this video. and if you want to get access to this- because it's going to have ad copies, thumbnails, links to other stores, it's going to have absolutely everything on there- then we do need to hit 2 000 likes in this video and it'll be in the pin comment and in the description below. so, guys, if you're looking for a great product to start your new year, then you're definitely in the right place. let's get straight into the top 10 list of products. [Music] on today's list is the gesture sensing smart robot. if we look at the AliExpress link, you can see it's almost got 600 orders, 4.8 star reviews on 89 people, meaning that people are happy with the product. now, what this product is? it's a smart robot that is based on gestures from you. so, based on the gesture that you show the robot, it will do a certain movement so you can see here, sidewalk, sidewalk, walk forward intelligence programming so it will do different commands based on the gesture you use with the Smart Control and the gesture hand. now the reason why I love this product so much is because I know there's been other dropshipping products that are gestures sense, like these ones that have blown up and generated multiple seven figures. so if we take a look at the product price and recommendation, I'd recommend this other product for 44.99. it's going to cost you 24.37 and your profit margin is going to be roughly 20. now, with any product that you sell, I'd always recommend that you make around about twenty dollars after you pay for the product cost and the shipping cost, as that will leave you good margins with the product price recommendations that I'm giving you. this is the base standard, meaning that once you see success with these products, you can increase the price over a long period of time. so you could potentially start selling this for 79.99 if people are willing to pay that price for the product. so if we take a look at the product description, it reads: groundbreaking gesture control, tiknology smart robot is the toy. kids go crazy for signing and dancing in response to your actions. it's truly unlike any tour you've seen before. this is the best gift for children or RC Fanatiks. it promotes creativity, fun activity for kids that doesn't revolve around mobile screens. it says features playful robotik, the robotik that will perform dance moves by moving back and forth dance music. you can follow his movements together at any time. and then it says here: educational, multi-use. although mainly used for fun, you can use this robot to respond and create a fun way for your child to learn the basic numbers and grammar and language. and then it gives you an example here: lifelike joints and movements. it has, like life, joints throughout knees, neck, elbow and even fingers so it can dance and jump or move around like a new best friend and impressive thing to witness, even as an adult. so if we take a look at a Shopify dropshipping store selling this product, we're only looking at the store to see what they've done whilst you can add it in your store. so the first thing that I like is the way they've got these bundles. the more you buy, the bigger the discounts. and then they've got here a sales- that's always good to offer a sale. then they've got these giffies. These giffies are really important for a product like this because you're toking about it being a gesture based product. people are going to want to see that in real life. so by showing them giffies like this, by showing them diagrams and explaining how the controller Works, how kids can use it, is really important if you want to get sales now. if we take a look at a Facebook video that's got over 250 000 views, the opening scene shows a kid walking with the robot and then it shows the robot picking things up and it also shows somebody unboxing the product and then it shows them giving the mic to the robot and it starts dancing. and this is really crazy, because when you watch something like this, it's going to make you think, wow, this is impressive, I want one for myself. now, if we take a look at a tiktok video for the product, you can see the opening scene says: this toy robot is awesome, and then it shows the controller that you're using and then it also shows you the gesture while moving your hand forward or backwards makes the robot move forward and backwards, and then they go over. it can walk and dance to the music. so you can see that this is designed in ugc content- POV content from your point of view- and these work really well on tiktok. now, the countries I'd recommend that you target for this product are going to be the e-packet countries, minus Mexico, Brazil in Italy, as I do find that I get a lot of high fraudulent charges from those countries. if you don't do the epocket countries, then I'd recommend the top six, which is the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland, and if you're doing tiktok ads, I'd only recommend that you Target Canada and the US. now the interest I'd recommend for this product is Hot Toys, toys, Gadget Geeks, kids. and then suggested interests. now they're ready to go. ad copy read: smart robot is the toy kids go crazy for signing and dancing. response: your actions: the best gift for children's. and it will reduce screen time. shop here. then it shows the thumbnail of somebody's hand with the gestures showing that the robot is moving based on your commands, and then also shows the controller in the bottom left. now, when it comes to season success with these Drop Shipping products, the advertising pot is the most important part. so when you run ads on tiktok Facebook, you need really good videos and that's why I'm recommending launch ads. launch ads are a group of video editing experts that will deliver really good quality videos in one to three business days and if they don't, then you will get your money back and those videos will be completely free and they will still deliver the videos. and the reason why I'm recommending these guys is because the main benefits are: there's a professional team of video editors, there's a professional team of script writers, there's a professional team of designers and they're going to create, engage in first three seconds and they're also going to get you a really good thumbnail for your videos. and most people that start Drop Shipping really struggle with making really good video ads because they don't know how to edit videos in ways that are going to be really impulsive for people to watch and it can take months and m.

Shopify Dropshipping Australia Guide For Complete Beginners 2022

hey guys, what's going on? jack parrotta here now. i'm not going to tok too long because, as you can see, we've got quite a long video ahead now. i just want to let you know that a couple of years ago, or even a year ago, people were paying about 150- 100 bucks to get into this course. right, and i'm happy now that i'm able to offer it completely free. there's no upsells. there's there's nothing involved with paying with this course. i just want to give it to you guys for free and i thought the best thing to do would be to post it on youtube. so one thing to note: you might realize that this course there might be a couple of little bits and pieces that might be a little bit outdated in terms of what apps to use for shopify, but uh, the only other thing that it doesn't have in it is stuff to do with tiktok ads, because when this was filmed, tiktok ads weren't really a thing, especially here in australia. but majority of this course is still all going to be relevant and you can get results with it. i really hope you enjoy this entire free course and if you could do anything for me, if this has given you any value at all. by the end of this course, just give the video a like, share it around and sub to the channel. that would mean the most to me. apart from that, i hope you guys really enjoy this. i hope you get a lot of value out of it and if you start getting results after you view this course, just post them on your social media. tag me in it. whatever you want to do, and i hope you enjoy it's finally here. i know a lot of you guys have been asking for it and waiting for it. i'm going to explain a little bit, uh, about ecom excellence, drop shipping, and about what drop shipping is in general. so what i'm going to be teaching you in this course, uh, is basically how to do everything in terms of shopify drop shipping. this is everything from product research, is everything from building your store, finding supplies, you know. getting your website done up, getting your ads done up, how to scale your ads, um, how to get everything you know in order, how to make sure to keep your ad sets profitable, how to make sure to stay on top of things, even to the point on how to scale, you know, from the hundreds to the thousands of orders, and then getting it even even automated with virtual assistants and whatnot. so there's a lot to go through in this course. there's a lot that you will learn, but- um, there's, it's. it's so exciting- stop shipping stuff has been a really big eye-opener to me in terms of e-commerce and just in terms of you know what's to come with e-commerce in general. so, with this course now i'll tell you guys in in the next videos, um, what my experience has been with drop shipping, where i've sold my products, and i'll show you guys in the course what, what products have worked for me. i'll show you guys everything transparently: what the products are, what assets work for me, basically, how much i've spent on ads, how much i've got a return on ads, what the ads actually look like. i'll show you guys how to create those ads- very, very similar ads, um, and you know the methods on scaling your ads as well and scaling your product up and your store up in revenue. so you're gonna be learning a lot in this and, uh, before i get into it, i guess if you guys aren't sure on what drop shipping is, all drop shipping is is that you're basically selling a product to someone on your store and you don't buy the product until they purchase it off your store. so let's just say your product you're selling. you're selling it at sixty dollars, but you only buy it for twenty dollars, so someone pays you the sixty dollars. you have already found your supplier by this point, obviously. so someone pays you sixty dollars. you go ahead to your supplier and say, okay, sweet, you buy for twenty dollars. now, straight. what's going to happen is you make your order through your supplier. your customer has given you their details where to ship it to and they're giving you all their contact information and whatnot. you go to your supplier and say, okay, sweet, you buy it off them and you say: i want it sent here. you never touch or see the product unless you want to- uh, you know, unless you want to try it yourself or unless you want to have one yourself. majority of the time you don't. you don't hold any invent inventory at all, and that's why it's different to amazon fba, where you're holding an inventory. you're just going straight from a supplier directly to your customer, and it is a very good way to have a business where you don't hold any inventory. um, there's a lot of learning curves to it as well, but you know, with e-com excellence dropshipping course, what i aim to do is just simplify it down to you guys, give you guys a hard truth about it as well. i'm not one of those guys who are just going to go and say, yeah, it's really easy, you know and, and he's going to make a whole ton of money and there's going to be no problems whatsoever. more than likely you're going to run into stuff that's unforeseen and stuff that you really can't teach about. it's stuff that you really need to experience yourself. um, but don't be scared about, you know, having it not all work out perfectly, because anything that's that's worth doing in terms of business, it's never going to work out perfectly. but i've got the set by set layout here and you know you can take it step by step, and it's just here to make it easier for you guys- and i'm also here if you guys need help as well, and that's why we've got the facebook group here as well, which i've curated- just the student group that you can, that you guys can go down and post about or you can ask me questions, whatever it may be. but that's what ecom excellence is all about. that's what this drop shipping course is going to be about. i will always. my biggest thing with this is going to be the support uh there's. you know, you can teach someone as much as you like, but if you don't have the support system there, it's really not worth it. so i've done the same with my fba course- um. you guys will probably- will probably know that i have an fba course by now. um, selling on amazon. but with this drop shipping stuff, it's going to be the exact same thing and i'm definitely um going to make support the biggest thing with this. so if you have any questions, let me know. all the links to everything that you pretty much need are going to be down below. um. i'll have my personal facebook down there. i'll have my uh or the facebook group that you can join. so make sure to join that- the student group um, if you're enrolled, if you haven't already um. but apart from that, guys, i'm gonna make this as helpful as i can and i really want you guys to enjoy this journey of um, of dropshipping, learning how to drop ship and building your own online business. so i'm gonna give you guys a quick brief history of uh- what my history is with with uh, with drop shipping. so when i first started- i think it was in- i very, very first started learning about it, getting right into it in october of 2018, i think it was, and it took me a while. i was not sure about it. i had seen a lot of people you know get good results from it and i just thought, okay, i'm just gonna start learning. um, i got into a course or two and i- because i'm a big advocate for for courses myself, because that's that's a good way for me to learn, and that's why i got into it as well, because, if it was a good way for me to learn, i can refine my own methods and, you know, teach people like i'm teaching you right now here. so i always was a big advocate for it. but i also learnt a lot of just researching myself and also doing it. now i have tested many, many products. um, i had got a few sales here and there. it was about a year, maybe a year and a half, before i actually had my first hit product and that was due to: okay, i tested product here. i'd wait a little bit. i test another product, i'd wait a little bit. you know, i'd sort of do it and then get scared. do it and then get scared, kind of thing. if i just knocked it out, i probably would have cut my whole learning curve in like six month.

How To Ship Orders On Shopify | UK Small Business Owner, Royal Mail, Entrepreneur Life

hey guys, welcome back to my channel. in today's video i'm gonna do another shipping tutorial, because you guys seem to really love the shipping tutorials and seeing just like the process of how i do it. however, with this video, i'm heading into my screen to show you the behind the scenes of how to use shopify with your shipping. i've shown you how i use royal mail platforms to actually pay for my shipping labels and print them off, but i haven't really shown you guys how it works on the shopify side of things. i'm going to log into my shopify and i'm going to show you how exactly you get an order. you process the order, you send the tracking code to the customer. so if you're interested in learning more about how to use shopify for shipping your orders, stay tuned, subscribe to this channel and let's just get straight into it. so we're inside a order within shopify. this is what it will look like when someone orders from your store. you will have a list of all your orders here. obviously, i can't show you guys that, but whatever is in yellow is what needs to be fulfilled. so, as you can see, we have a yellow tab here which says unfulfilled, and that's just really handy for when you have like a bunch of orders and you're just, you know, you can see straight away all of the yellow and it's like, okay, i've got to get through all of these yellow orders and make sure that i send them all out. you'll also get the order number at the top left corner alongside the date and the time that the order came through, and then you'll have what was in order. so of course, you'll have like your product picture here. it will show you the skew and the color of what the item is, along with the price that they bought it for. then, on the right hand side, you will have a section for notes. so here is where you would typically add a note, maybe saying that this customer will get a free gift with their order. so this will notify everyone who is on the back end of your shopify. so if you actually outsource shipping to someone, they'll be able to see this note and they can add in anything that they need to. here you have details about your customer. so, as you can see, i can see that this customer, who is me, has ordered twice, so they've had two orders. you can get their contact information, which is easy to copy. you just click this here and it will copy their email or their shipping address and then you have conversion summary. now, unfortunately it's not going to show you here, but typically it will say exactly where the customer came from, how many times they were on the site until it took them to buy. so usually it will say: this customer came from instagram. they attended the site 10 times and converted after the 11th time, which is really handy because you can see where your customers are coming from and how long it takes them to actually make the sale. here you also have fraud analysis. that is usually very low for me because my items are quite on the cheap side. but if you sell higher priced items you may get a lot of like fraud, especially the more orders you get in. so if you get like loads of orders every single month, you'll probably have a lot of high risk orders and that is just where someone will charge you back. so they'll say that they haven't received the item which actually costs you. so i know for a lot of businesses, especially those with higher price items, they get a lot of chargebacks and fraud. so just be aware of that. here is also like a timeline, which is really good for if you have different staff members or if you have a customer complaint and you have so many orders, you're just confused as to what actually happened. here it records everything that happened, so i can look here and i can see that the customer made the order 12 minutes ago. they then got the confirmation email. we added a note to the order five minutes ago and then you can actually go in and add notes. you can add in attachments like images and stuff, so that's really handy for you to like look back at what's happened and also to communicate with staff. so now the most important thing is how we actually fulfill the order. now this can actually be done automatikally via the raw ml click and drop application, which is actually online thing that you sign up for the click and drop account. i'm going to show you the way where you don't have a click and drop actual account. this is just the send an item with click and drop by the website, so anyone can do this. you don't need an account. when you do it with the account, you can actually connect shopify to royal mail and it should fulfill the items automatikally once you've done it within raw ml, whereas the the the way that i'm going to show you guys today is we're going to do it manually. so if it didn't work automatikally, this is how you would do it manually: fulfill item here usually will pop up and it will ask for the tracking number, the carrier, which would be royal mail, and to notify the customer. so when you tik this, this will send them an email just to let them know that their order is on the way. so once we have our order details, we want to go into royal mail, click and drop and we're going to follow these steps and we're going to actually order the shipping label. so i'm just going to choose anything. but obviously you want to make sure you weigh your product so you know how much you're going to actually spend. we usually do our second class signed for, which is 3.95. so now we're going to put where our package is going. so this is when i go back to the shipping address. i'm going to copy the postcode and now it's sweet 119.. so then you're going to add it to your basket. i haven't done collect, but you can actually get it collected from you for 60p, but we're just going to drop it off to the post office. so i'm going to add to basket. and here is our shipping label. it's not completely generated yet because obviously we would have to then go down and pay for it. so here's where you pay for the amount for shipping, and now i'm going to show you an example of what is generated. so once you've actually paid for your label, it will actually generate a pdf which will come up on your internet provider, and it will be a pdf like this: and this is your label that you want to print with your label printer or with your normal printer. once you have it up, here is your tracking code. so this is your barcode tracking number, and when you get your real, actual label, you can just select it and it will go like this and you can copy and paste that code. so here's all their details. that's what gets printed off. so you want to go ahead and copy the tracking code back into shopify. so we're going to fulfill item. we're going to copy and paste the tracking code. pretend that that's a code- and then it will automatikally allocate it to royal mail. but because it's not an actual code that i'm typing in right now, i'm just going to select a royal mail from the list and then we're gonna do: send shipment details to your customer now, and then you wanna click the green button, fulfill item. so we're gonna fulfill the item, and now this is changed to gray, which means when you go into your orders it will no longer have a yellow color on it and you know that this is all ready to go. you just need to actually go to the post office and send the item. so that is typically how you would fulfill and ship items within shopify. now i know there are a ton of other apps you can use to actually bulk ship your orders, but i just wanted to show you, guys, the real basic way. for new beginners. you can check out my other shipping tutorials, which do also cover other methods of using shopify and royal mail, but this is just a really basic level of how it's done. i hope you found that video really helpful and valuable. let me know in the comments down below. subscribe to my channel. as always, guys, wishing you good luck on your businesses and i'll catch you in the next one. bye.

How To Start A UK Shopify Dropshipping Business | FULL Guide

how to start a UK Shopify dropshipping business, step by step. Shopify is one of the best e-commerce platforms to host our Drop Shipping business on, and the UK is a great Market to Target. we're going to go over all of that in this video and how to do it the right way, step by step, to create a successful and high selling Drop Shipping Store on Shopify UK. quick intro and let's go. thank you [Music]. welcome back to learning how to create a successful dropshipping store on Shopify UK. I'm lyron, the content manager here at Auto DS and, if you haven't done so yet, subscribe to our YouTube channel to always stay updated on all of the latest and all of the hottest topics coming out in the world of Drop Shipping. that being said, let's go ahead and jump straight into the action. Shopify UK dropshipping. for those of you who have no idea what these terms mean, or if you do have an idea but you don't know how to get started, do not go anywhere. everything that I'm going over in this video. we also have a Blog artikle about it, which I'll leave a link to right below this video in the description, but do stay tuned here, because I always like to throw in lots more bonus content into these videos. so how do we actually start Drop Shipping on Shopify UK? whether you know what it means or not, let's go ahead. first of all, I want you to take a look at this graph showing UK's e-commerce industry: how many cells the UK Market is closing in every year. so, as you see here, the numbers are growing and what we're seeing here is in the billions, and the biggest jump came from 20- 2016 and moving forward from there. as you can see, UK's e-commerce Market sold almost 510 billion dollars. one year later, 582 billion and the next year, 677.8 billion. just look at that leap. and 2019: 693 billion. and of course, we're missing a couple years of data. but this is just this graph. you can, of course, research your own graph on Google and get a more recent one, but that just shows you a small indication of how the e-commerce Market is rising year by year in every Market that I have checked- worldwide- the ones that we drop ship on to and from, but UK specifically, as you can see. so what is Shopify Drop Shipping and how does it work in the UK? there are so many questions that people are asking, like: how does it work with tax and that, and what are my obligations, and do I need to register a business and how do I start? this is exactly what we are going to go over. so what is Shopify Drop Shipping and how does it work in the UK? for those of you who have no idea idea what it is, so Drop Shipping is a business model that simply allows you to have an online store and sell products without actually holding them in stok. you are listing products that you have on your Drop Shipping suppliers websites, you simply import them to your own drop shipping stores and when a customer buys a product from your store, you go to the suppliers website, you purchase that product and you ship it directly to the End customer. this is a very basic example of how the Drop Shipping business model works, and that is why it comes with a low investment and high reward business model. this is why a lot of people try to acquire this business model, but, on the other hand, many don't know how to start, they don't have the right knowledge and tools and they find themselves in a downward spiral to failure, because running a business, even if it's a low risk and high reward business model, it is still a business and you still need to know how to do it the right way. so, now that we have a basic overview of how the Drop Shipping business model works, you can drop ship from anywhere to anywhere, no matter where you live. so even if, for example, you live in Australia and you want to drop ship to the UK Market, you can definitely do that, and you can do it from, once again, anywhere around the world, from into anywhere. so that is one thing that we love about the dropshipping business model. of course, you can do it from anywhere around the world and you are not restricted to a certain location, not for running your stores, and not from where you choose to work. UK Drop Shipping tax obligations is the first issue that we're going to tackle here, because this is one of the most important questions that people have a lot of hard time getting to understand how this actually works. so there are three tax obligations that you need to be aware of. the first is income tax, the second is that and the third is customs duty. let's go over them first. you've got income tax now. income tax is something that you have to pay, no matter where you live around the world. I mean, there are some countries that don't require you to pay income tax, but those are very, very specific countries. most governments around the world want to collect money every time you make an income, and in the UK, your income tax can range from anywhere between zero percent to forty five percent, depending on how much money you are making every month from your stores. so, of course, there's a there's a certain limit for that zero percent, and then it starts climbing up and up. the more you make, the more the government's gonna take from you. and because I don't know where you live, this is where you need to speak with a local accountant to understand what income tax you're going to pay if you make this much. if you make this much and if you make this much, know your income tax. this will help you get a good understanding of how much you're actually profiting at the end of the month. now, besides that, we also have that- and this is something that you need to know- when you want to drop ship to the UK. now, once again, if you want to drop ship to the UK or to any other market around the world, it doesn't matter where you live, but you still need to be aware with how that works and how customs duties works because that applies to the UK audience. that applies to anyone who wants to sell to the UK market. so, in terms of that, the usual charge is around 20 percent of the customers purchase price. so, for example, if you're Drop Shipping on other platforms like eBay, eBay automatikally charges the customer for that tax, which gets paid to you as the seller, and then eBay deducts it from you as the seller. so it's completely automated and you don't have to worry about it. but when you're Drop Shipping on other places like Shopify, you will have to collect that tax and you'll need to pay it to the UK government. now, the way that that works. you have all the information on the UK government's website, but that is basically how it works and that is what you need to know. and when you're Drop Shipping on Shopify, you can also automatikally collect sales tax. when you are Drop Shipping to places like UK, you have that option on the Shopify dashboard inside your store's settings, but we're not going to get into that now. you can see the screenshot right here of my Shopify dashboard. this is actually the products page and we're gonna get to all of that soon. next in line is customs duties for more information on how that works, when to collect it and how to register for vet in the UK. I'm gonna drop a link to the UK government's website, to a web page showing you all the information that you need to know about that, as you can see right here. so the link will be right below this video. so go ahead and read that. get a good understanding of your vat obligations after my general explanation, which would give you a good idea of how that works. now let's tok about customs duties. now this is relevant to you when you are importing goods from outside the UK in to the UK. now, if these products cost more than 135 pounds. now remember, Guys, these numbers may change from time to time, but while I'm recording this video, this is the number. so if your goods do not exceed 135 pounds that you are importing into the UK, you don't have to worry about customs duties, but if they are over 135 pounds, then you will have to pay the delivery service, the customs duties taxes, as soon as the product lands in the UK. now this can be paid for either by the sel.

How To Easily Sell Worldwide on Shopify (No Apps!) | Shopify Markets

in their recent wave of updates, shopify just made it very easy for all e-commerce brand owners to actually sell in different markets, different countries, in different currencies and collect the right taxes from these people automatikally. before there used to be something available- with shopify plus or with other apps again- that you could add to your shopify store, but now that is natively included in your regular shopify plan. so in today's video, i want to share with you how you can set up shopify markets to sell in more than one country, or just split within regions within the world and have more than one currencies automatikally switch based on who views your website and where they're from. let's start toking about the update itself. so what's new? why did it come around? you know what's actually included inside of that. so in their editions update they released, you know, at the beginning of the summer, actually more towards the end of june. this is basically the new sort of feature that they call shopify markets. but they say right here is that simplifies international selling by helping you reach new geographic regions and optimizing your business to drive global sales. so, that said, what they say right here, the top three points for you to remember is that you can have different prices and you know different domains by different markets. you can sell in each markets local currency, meaning that if you sell in the uk, you can sell in pounds. if you sell in the us, you can sell us dollars. if you sell in canada, you can sell in canadian dollars and language, which is very important- that you can actually automatikally translate your website based on these different markets around the world. but the last thing, which is also pretty important, is that if you're a brand selling internationally, something that is sometimes very inconvenient for the clients is that they order from your website and then, once they get the product, it'll actually be stuck at custom and then they'll have to pay duties or import taxes, and then it just kind of get very annoying for your customers, whereas you can actually include that yourself in the pricing on your app. so, basically, if you play with your tool right here- and i'm actually going to show it to you in a real life shopify dashboard in just a second, but you can actually choose- basically they give you examples of markets right here. so, for example, let's click uk and then you can actually click. you know, you can actually see it right here- you can have a different domain extension for that market. and you know you can make sure that you have a different language and you can kind of see it here at the top. basically it kind of shows you these other options. if i picked germany as an example, i would see the same product but in a different language. or i would say the same product with a dot d e right in the us. it would probably be a. you know the same website but just with a different extension. japan, you know pretty much the same thing, a different sub domain right here. so now let me show it to you in action. so, as you can see from that website, right here, their primary market is the us. they also have another market that is set up which is basically international, so you can kind of see what sales come from that market versus what sales comes from the other market. so once you click manage on a certain market, it tells you right here domains and languages. as you can see right here. you can see the us at the end of that client's domain, which is their domain variation for the us market. it's in english. then what is the currency in pricing, which is us dollars, duties and import taxes, which you can also manage by itself right here, basically not collecting any duties or import taxes, shipping zones that you can also have based on that, you know those are actually more general store settings and you can also see the performance from that specific market share, which is very good, because now you can actually split your market shares on a shopify, meaning that if you have more than one markets set up in the back end of your store, you can actually see and do reports on how many sales come from each market. you can go by world region, so you can actually go by continent right- north america or europe- but you could also go by actual countries like canada versus the us, as an example. if you want to add a market, it's simple: you just go back here to markets, then you go to add a market in the top right. you give it a name right here. so let's say, i just go, um, i don't know europe, and what i can do from there is add countries or region. so right here, as you can see, you have either countries or the continent. so what i could do is, let's say, rights, i could go down to europe and simply select it as a whole and then click done and then it would actually add them to that specific market, which i'm not going to do right now because i don't want to mess up this client's store. and then, once you actually do that, again, it's very simple, it's pretty straightforward: you simply click the language that you want to translate the store into, then you pick whatever the currency that you want and then you pick if there's any duties or taxes. so it gives you these three tabs for you to actually go into and just modify right on the store. so whenever you click on the domain- it's very simple- it actually gives you three options: do you want to use the primary domain only, or you want to use a domain at a sub domain or a subfolder? right, just again, we saw it earlier. if you come back here, they showed you all the the examples. that is a subdomain right here because it starts before the domain, so jpshopcom. if you actually switch to germany, then it's actually the extension at the end. so basically, instead of being a dot com, it's a dot d e, so you can also use that, which is would be a different domain right here, right? so if you go to your examples, that would actually be a different domain or subdomain that you would pick right there and if you actually click that right here en gb or en us, that is actually a folder for that domain. so those are again some of the different examples that you can use. what i'm showing you here as an example is the fact that that client actually uses a different domain per store. they have different shopify stores set up, which again makes everything pretty complicated, but they could now consolidate all of their different markets, all of the different stores, into a single shopify store which is just split between different markets. what that allows e-commerce brands to do now is to have- again, it's mainly on the advertising side of things- you can keep everything inside a single pixel, so you can have one shopify store. then you keep one single business manager, one single pixel inside of there, and allows you to have all the data at the same place, which is good, because the more pixels you have, the more your data is a little bit scattered and we've had cases where, look, we had a domain per country, which can work and to some extent, but having everything under the same pixel, it helps the advertising platforms learn a little better about your brand, so you can kind of consolidate everything right here, from the ad platform side of things to the back end of your shopify store and also to your inventory, because splitting your inventory across different shopify stores can be a bit of a logistikal hassle for you to make sure that you're not actually having, you know, some doubles on both that you're not also. so basically, you have to allocate a portion of your inventory to specific shopify backend, whereas now with markets, you can basically have everything within the same back end and they're all linked together. so if somebody tries to buy the us in the uk at the same time, you only got one left. well, the first person wins. they won't be able to buy the same time, like we could probably do so with two shopify backends, if you have not allocated inventory the right way. so again, this is a great change for anybody using shopify an.

shopify to launching your finished store, ready to sell your products. that includes choosing a theme, customizing your store website, adding products to your store and also important things like setting up your legal pages, your payment providers and your shipping information. i'm also not going to waste your time rambling about things that aren't important and then try to sell you a drop shipping course for 9.97. this video will simply help you getting your shopify store up and running as efficiently as possible, while also learning how to use shopify. so let's get started. so the first step is to go to medicsmediacom forward slash shopify or simply click on the link down below in the video description. this will get you a 14 day free trial for shopify. so do that now and we'll go from there. great. so once we're here, we can simply type in our email address right here and then click on start free trial, and then we also gonna have to set a password for our new shopify account, and down here you can also see the current url of your new shopify store now. you can change that if you want to, but eventually you're going to want to get your own branded domain, something like medicswatchescom anyway, so i wouldn't worry about that too much. and then you can click on create your store. now they want to ask us a couple of questions about our business, which we can actually simply skip right here, and then they ask us for our name and business address, which is actually required in order for us to create a new shopify account. so fill that out right here and then click on enter my store. awesome, so that will take us inside of the shopify dashboard, which is what you're gonna learn how to use in this video. however, we're not gonna cover every single thing here in the shopify dashboard, because a lot of it is self-explanatory and i think the best way to learn everything is to actually start building out your store and then learning by doing learning the features when you actually need them. so i want to dive right into the fun stuff and start building out our store. alright, so the first step is to go ahead and choose a theme for our new online store. so we're going to go to online store here on the left side, then we're going to go to themes, and then we can see that the current theme that is already installed on our online store is the dawn theme. this is the default theme that comes with every new shopify store. now, choosing a theme, you want to make sure that the theme already is kind of the design that you're looking for, the structure of the of the website that you're looking for. so you have a minimal amount of work you have to do until you are ready to launch your store. so what you can do is you can go to actions, click on preview and then you can see how this current theme is actually built up, and then you can decide on if this is actually the right theme for you or if you want to choose a different theme. now, if you want to choose a different theme, you have a couple of different options. so here, when we scroll down, we can see that there are some free themes that we can use that come with the shopify plan, or it can also go to the shopify theme store right here and then also check out paid themes, which you're gonna have to pay for. so what you can do right now is to go through some of these options. i would recommend to first click on explore free themes right here and see if any theme here really fits your brand, your, your kind of store or the products that you want to sell. so eventually, all we have to do then is to add our products, add our branding and add all of our content, and then our store will be ready to go. what i'm gonna do in this video is simply choose one of the free themes right here. so i'm gonna click on explore free themes and i'm actually going to go for the brooklyn theme right here, so i'm going to click on the brooklyn theme. they also have a couple of different styles for each theme, so you can click on different styles and decide on which one you like the most. i'm gonna simply stik to the classic style right here and then i'm gonna click on add to theme library here on the bottom, and then, once the theme has been added, we can see it right here, and in order to actually change from the default theme to the new one we have just added, we need to go to actions right here and then click on publish, then again confirm right here, and now our theme will change to the new theme that we have just added and now we want to start building out our store. so we're going to scroll up again and then we're going to right click on customize and click on add link in a new tab. this way, we still have our shopify dashboard open in the background and we can work on our shopify store in the shopify editor right here at the same time. so now we are in the editor of shopify, which we can use to build out our online store website. so i'm going to give you a quick overview over how this works and then we're going to start to build out our website. so here on the top you can switch from different pages. so right now we are on the home page. you can also switch to your product pages, to your collection pages, blog pages and so on. but most of the work we're gonna do here on the home page and you're gonna see that all the other pages- like product pages, checkout pages- they're already built up for you, so there's not much design that we have to do on these pages. then you can also change from desktop view to mobile view or full screen view. so eventually you want to make sure that your store looks very good on mobile as well, because a lot of the traffic nowadays online comes actually from mobile phones. but however, we're going to build out everything here on the desktop view. then the site is built up in different sections, so it always starts with a header section here on the top and then on all the way in the bottom there's the footer section where you're going to have a couple of links and your legal pages and so on, and in between the header and the footer there are the sections which you can decide what you want to put in here. so by default we have a slideshow section here on the top where you can feature your store or your products, and we also have a menu here on the top which is part of the header. then we have another section, the rich text section. right here we have collection list, we have feature collection and so on. these are all sections that you can add manually and also remove. so, for example, if you want to remove the which, the rich text section, we could simply click on it and then we can click on remove section right here on the bottom. now, depending on what screen size you have, this menu might also display here on the right side for you, but for me it's here on the left side- then you can click on remove section right here and, just like this, this section is now gone from our website. you can also add new sections by clicking on add section here on the bottom left, and then you can decide on what kind of section you want to add. so let's say, we want to add this rich text section. again, we can simply click on which text section, then it will add it here on the bottom and now we can also drag it to another position. so we can drag it here up to maybe below the slideshow, and there we go. we have this section now on our home page again. so let's actually start building, and the way we're going to do it is we're going to simply go from top to bottom and we're going to start with the header. so we're going to click on the header here on the left side and the first thing we're going to do is to add our logo to our store. so i'm going to click on select image right here and then we're going to choose the logo that i have prepared for this specific store. so i'm going to click on upload an image and then i'm going to choose this image right here, which is:
