00:02:33 00:02:37 videos and they did okay we got a you
00:02:34 00:02:39 know about 800 so views on these bottom
00:02:37 00:02:42 ones and I posted one of my cute little
00:02:39 00:02:44 new puppy right here of tossing a little
00:02:42 00:02:45 treat at her head and she couldn't even

00:05:29 00:05:33 are generated by bark box themselves but

00:05:36 00:05:39 engaging make it fun so if you have a

00:06:14 00:06:17 decide they want to run advertising

00:06:17 00:06:20 their YouTube channel which I have a
00:06:18 00:06:22 YouTube channel they want to push people
00:06:20 00:06:23 to Instagram or wherever
00:06:22 00:06:26 remember attention is what's getting

00:06:26 00:06:30 with a Facebook and paid advertising and
00:06:28 00:06:31 grow and scale a business fantastik I'm
00:06:30 00:06:32 a firm believer that if you can't scale

00:06:32 00:06:37 you don't have a business at all but we
00:06:35 00:06:38 need to start focusing on our organic
00:06:37 00:06:40 reach as well and this is another reason
00:06:38 00:06:41 why I focused so much on influencer

00:06:41 00:06:46 whole there's a whole module dedicated
00:06:43 00:06:48 to this for us and Ali who was an expert

00:07:47 00:07:51 about let's say their partner bar buff
00:07:49 00:07:53 so he's in creating just a nice engaging
00:07:51 00:07:55 user piece of content showing off the
00:07:53 00:07:57 product and and that's it right that's
00:07:55 00:07:59 it you don't necessarily have to go and
00:07:57 00:08:01 try and necessarily do a sell right away
00:07:59 00:08:02 and this is one reason that I want you
00:08:01 00:08:04 guys to take away from this is not just
00:08:02 00:08:05 on tiktok pot on Instagram maybe
00:08:04 00:08:08 you're putting together a YouTube
00:08:05 00:08:11 channel don't focus so much on this sale
00:08:08 00:08:14 right focus on growth right focus on
00:08:11 00:08:16 attracting the ideal customer to your
00:08:14 00:08:18 channel to whatever social media
00:08:16 00:08:20 platform it is and then later on we
00:08:18 00:08:22 target those people right depending on
00:08:20 00:08:23 what they do for you right so let's say
00:08:22 00:08:26 they visit your first step of your
00:08:23 00:08:28 funnel maybe they visit you know some
00:08:26 00:08:29 some other piece of you push them to a
00:08:28 00:08:31 different website maybe your Shopify
00:08:29 00:08:33 store or wherever right and then you can
00:08:31 00:08:35 retarget them from there or when you do
00:08:33 00:08:38 special promotions around the holiday
00:08:35 00:08:40 season or whatever but don't focus that
00:08:38 00:08:42 settle trying to make that sale on your
00:08:40 00:08:44 organic stuff just yet focus on actually
00:08:42 00:08:45 delivering a value to your customer

00:08:45 00:08:49 in content you have to understand right
00:08:47 00:08:50 one of the reasons a lot of people make

00:09:16 00:09:21 being engaged as you then you can
00:09:18 00:09:23 retarget them later on but play by the
00:09:21 00:09:25 rules of the platform give the platforms
00:09:23 00:09:27 what they want okay and just to give you
00:09:25 00:09:29 guys another example here with YouTube
00:09:27 00:09:31 right we know right and I know that if
00:09:29 00:09:33 you click on you know another video of
00:09:31 00:09:35 mine after this video or on the
00:09:33 00:09:37 suggestion or whatever this video that
00:09:35 00:09:38 you're watching right now will get
00:09:37 00:09:39 pushed out to more and more people right
00:09:38 00:09:41 and the reason that happens is because
00:09:39 00:09:43 you stayed on the platform you see more
00:09:41 00:09:45 advertising and right which gets the
00:09:43 00:09:46 platform more money right and that's the
00:09:45 00:09:48 whole goal
00:09:46 00:09:50 same thing with tik-tok right if your
00:09:48 00:09:51 content is is is keeping people on the
00:09:50 00:09:53 platform keeping them scrolling and
00:09:51 00:09:55 they're watching through your entire
00:09:53 00:09:57 video that is creating a good piece of
00:09:55 00:09:59 engaging content so piece o really good
00:09:57 00:10:01 hack that you can do then I found with
00:09:59 00:10:02 tik-tok I'm actually gonna go shoot a
00:10:01 00:10:04 very funny video for this take that so
00:10:02 00:10:06 you guys will see it make sure you head

00:10:21 00:10:24 platform where you're scrolling through
00:10:22 00:10:26 hundreds of videos a minute right you
00:10:24 00:10:28 need to hook them first get them engage
00:10:26 00:10:32 and then show them in so for if we're
00:10:28 00:10:33 just one of one of mine or just not even

00:10:33 00:10:37 show hey guess what's inside my bark box
00:10:35 00:10:38 this month right and people are like oh
00:10:37 00:10:40 I wonder what's inside there I wonder

00:10:40 00:10:43 you're there hook they're engaged and
00:10:42 00:10:44 now they're gonna watch a little bit
00:10:43 00:10:46 more of it than if they just you know it
00:10:44 00:10:47 was just a boring video of a dog playing
00:10:46 00:10:49 with the toy and they scrolled through
00:10:47 00:10:51 it right same thing with my personal one
00:10:49 00:10:52 where I showed of the million dollars in
00:10:51 00:10:54 my shrimp account right
00:10:52 00:10:56 they you know you see that and you're
00:10:54 00:10:57 like whoa okay I'm hold let me see and
00:10:56 00:10:58 that's why that video blew up that's why

00:10:58 00:11:03 12,000 views in less than 24 hours right
00:11:01 00:11:05 so you have to get good with the organic
00:11:03 00:11:07 traffic to put out good hooks out there

00:11:10 00:11:14 test bed for your future hooks that

00:11:20 00:11:26 organic use them as test to see what
00:11:23 00:11:28 makes people and what makes people stik
00:11:26 00:11:30 right what makes people engaged more and
00:11:28 00:11:33 then take that data that you had that
00:11:30 00:11:34 information now and use that for your
00:11:33 00:11:36 paid advertising because it's been
00:11:34 00:11:39 proven to work on organic and it's gonna
00:11:36 00:11:42 be a lot more likely to work on actual
00:11:39 00:11:44 paid traffic as well so you can always
00:11:42 00:11:45 be testing out new hooks and new angles
00:11:44 00:11:47 and seeing what's gonna get your
00:11:45 00:11:48 customers to stop scrolling and pay
