00:00:21 00:00:23 people doing wrong and most importantly
00:00:22 00:00:24 what you can actually implement into

00:00:36 00:00:40 instagram at ecommerce empire builders

00:00:41 00:00:45 but i got a so
00:00:43 00:00:46 many requests of these different shopify
00:00:45 00:00:48 stores so i literally just went through
00:00:46 00:00:50 all the screenshots that i was sent
00:00:48 00:00:52 um and i just picked the the name of the
00:00:50 00:00:54 business that kind of caught my eye the
00:00:52 00:00:55 most which is actually a good thing so
00:00:54 00:00:57 here it is i have not looked at this
00:00:55 00:00:59 store at all whatsoever guys you know
00:00:57 00:01:00 how i do these i like to do these live
00:00:59 00:01:02 so i can really show you guys my thought
00:01:00 00:01:04 process how i think through things
00:01:02 00:01:05 um and maybe that's beneficial to you
00:01:04 00:01:06 and if it is you know what to do smash
00:01:05 00:01:10 that like button

00:01:12 00:01:15 interesting right and i think it's
00:01:13 00:01:16 important with the domain name to kind
00:01:15 00:01:18 of make people stop a little bit but you
00:01:16 00:01:20 also want it to make sense so
00:01:18 00:01:21 i like the idea of like alien being in
00:01:20 00:01:22 there kind of caught caught my uh
00:01:21 00:01:24 caught my eye a little bit you know i
00:01:22 00:01:25 don't like that it's a dot co i always
00:01:24 00:01:27 recommend guys
00:01:25 00:01:28 whenever i'm doing these or you know
00:01:27 00:01:29 buying a domain setting up business or
00:01:28 00:01:30 whatever
00:01:29 00:01:32 is always trying to get the dot com if
00:01:30 00:01:34 you can't get the com right keep finding
00:01:32 00:01:36 it looking for a name right the dot com
00:01:34 00:01:38 really adds a lot of credibility your
00:01:36 00:01:38 business and that's what it is a really
00:01:38 00:01:40 really important
00:01:38 00:01:41 as a new business owner especially if
00:01:40 00:01:42 you're getting started with e-commerce
00:01:41 00:01:44 drop shipping
00:01:42 00:01:46 right you want to have as much
00:01:44 00:01:47 credibility stacked in your favor as
00:01:46 00:01:48 possible
00:01:47 00:01:51 and the easiest way to do that is just
00:01:48 00:01:52 using a.com right.com does add a lot of
00:01:51 00:01:55 credibility to your business okay
00:01:52 00:01:56 now besides that coming down here it
00:01:55 00:01:58 looks like this is just a general
00:01:56 00:02:00 you know a general shopify store uh
00:01:58 00:02:01 storefront that is just toking about
00:02:00 00:02:02 specifically the niche
00:02:01 00:02:04 yoga right and i like that right it's
00:02:02 00:02:06 important to always be very niche down
00:02:04 00:02:08 as opposed to a general store front so
00:02:06 00:02:10 if you don't know the differences
00:02:08 00:02:12 between a general store and a niche
00:02:10 00:02:13 store a niche store is speaking to one
00:02:12 00:02:15 specific group of people right like
00:02:13 00:02:16 people that like yoga right a general
00:02:15 00:02:17 store you're just basically throwing
00:02:16 00:02:18 stuff at the
00:02:17 00:02:20 at the wall and you hope something
00:02:18 00:02:21 stiks and you make some money i always
00:02:20 00:02:23 recommend
00:02:21 00:02:24 going niche specific so kudos to you uh
00:02:23 00:02:26 yoga alien
00:02:24 00:02:27 uh that you are actually being niched
00:02:26 00:02:30 down right very very important
00:02:27 00:02:30 be having a niche specific business so
00:02:30 00:02:32 you can speak to a
00:02:30 00:02:34 direct group of people helps you uh
00:02:32 00:02:35 reach those people a lot easier right
00:02:34 00:02:37 especially their advertising your
00:02:35 00:02:39 messaging your copy your products your
00:02:37 00:02:41 offers all that stuff right it hinders
00:02:39 00:02:43 on having a niche to speak to right so
00:02:41 00:02:45 let's get into this let's tok about
00:02:43 00:02:46 the first kind of like words on the page
00:02:45 00:02:49 right keep your balance now
00:02:46 00:02:50 this is like doesn't i mean it's okay
00:02:49 00:02:50 but you know i feel like
00:02:50 00:02:53 you know if you're trying to hook
00:02:50 00:02:54 somebody in like just like like
00:02:53 00:02:56 right away like is that really the
00:02:54 00:02:58 benefit that they want right when
00:02:56 00:03:00 they're doing yoga i don't think
00:02:58 00:03:02 that is i think it's more so achieve
00:03:00 00:03:04 mindfulness uh you know spirituality
00:03:02 00:03:05 whatever those that mean benefit is i
00:03:04 00:03:06 don't think it's necessarily increase
00:03:05 00:03:07 your balance unless that's what your
00:03:06 00:03:09 business offers so
00:03:07 00:03:11 obviously keep going through this right
00:03:09 00:03:12 out of this world yoga accessories and
00:03:11 00:03:16 apparel okay
00:03:12 00:03:18 um you know not really direct response
00:03:16 00:03:20 to me personally but uh you know i do
00:03:18 00:03:21 like that kind of like the image
00:03:20 00:03:23 you know it does look like a decent a
00:03:21 00:03:25 decent page when i get onto on here
00:03:23 00:03:26 coming down it looks like you just have
00:03:25 00:03:28 a product highlighted here oh so you it
00:03:26 00:03:29 looks like you're actually branding your
00:03:28 00:03:30 own products which is awesome so
00:03:29 00:03:32 you're probably drop shipping these
00:03:30 00:03:33 still but you got inventory maybe you're
00:03:32 00:03:34 using a fulfillment center or something
00:03:33 00:03:37 like that
00:03:34 00:03:38 so yoga alien yoga mat okay cool so

00:03:42 00:03:45 i don't know maybe your site's not done

00:03:48 00:03:51 shipping
00:03:49 00:03:52 store no so they have yoga apparel and
00:03:51 00:03:54 things like that but here's the thing
00:03:52 00:03:55 right i don't really like going like if
00:03:54 00:03:57 you're doing a one product
00:03:55 00:03:59 shopify store typically these shopify
00:03:57 00:04:00 stores are really geared towards
00:03:59 00:04:02 you know return customers people that
00:04:00 00:04:04 have already given you money before
00:04:02 00:04:06 so to me it's more so showing your kind
00:04:04 00:04:06 of different products here that you
00:04:06 00:04:08 offer
00:04:06 00:04:09 uh typically when you're doing you know
00:04:08 00:04:11 cold traffic you want to be sending them
00:04:09 00:04:12 to a specific
00:04:11 00:04:14 you know sales funnel selling your
00:04:12 00:04:15 specific product if you don't know what
00:04:14 00:04:17 a sales funnel is check the
00:04:15 00:04:18 the first link in the description of
00:04:17 00:04:20 today's video kind of walk you through
00:04:18 00:04:21 why you want to use a sales funnel as
00:04:20 00:04:22 opposed to a shopify store front like
00:04:21 00:04:23 this
00:04:22 00:04:25 and really the only purpose of these
00:04:23 00:04:27 shopify stores is again
00:04:25 00:04:28 return customers so maybe you identified
00:04:27 00:04:30 something and you realize hey this yoga
00:04:28 00:04:32 mat is something that people really want
00:04:30 00:04:34 um uh from your customer base but you
00:04:32 00:04:35 know i i would love to see like actual
00:04:34 00:04:37 pictures here
00:04:35 00:04:39 of like you know customers right i think
00:04:37 00:04:39 that's important to understand guys is
00:04:39 00:04:41 like
00:04:39 00:04:43 credibility is everything in this game
00:04:41 00:04:44 especially online business you need to
00:04:43 00:04:46 show other people using your product
00:04:44 00:04:47 having success with your product
00:04:46 00:04:49 right reviews testimonials of your
00:04:47 00:04:50 product and you know i'm not really
00:04:49 00:04:52 seeing this at
00:04:50 00:04:53 all on this on this page right and i
00:04:52 00:04:55 come down here maybe you're working on
00:04:53 00:04:56 it still but like you know you have
00:04:55 00:04:57 these places
00:04:56 00:04:58 right here where you add customer
00:04:57 00:05:00 reviews testimonials and things like
00:04:58 00:05:01 that i personally don't like these kind
00:05:00 00:05:03 of style
00:05:01 00:05:04 right i personally like to actually you
00:05:03 00:05:06 know take somebody
00:05:04 00:05:07 uh pictures of using our product with
00:05:06 00:05:09 the reviews testimonials because like
00:05:07 00:05:10 you can write anything here and
00:05:09 00:05:11 customers know that like
00:05:10 00:05:13 they're gonna like think you just like
00:05:11 00:05:15 made up a testimonial and like that's in
00:05:13 00:05:17 the back of your customer's mind so
00:05:15 00:05:18 you know try and put in here right like
00:05:17 00:05:20 actual customers like real customers
00:05:18 00:05:21 that have given you money are using your
00:05:20 00:05:23 product
00:05:21 00:05:24 show them getting that result if you
00:05:23 00:05:26 focus on nothing else
00:05:24 00:05:28 to be successful online business you
00:05:26 00:05:29 have to be good right you have to be
00:05:28 00:05:32 good at
00:05:29 00:05:32 selling you know showing people that
00:05:32 00:05:34 your
00:05:32 00:05:36 product is helping them get achieve xyz
00:05:34 00:05:38 right you know whether that's you know
00:05:36 00:05:40 selling dog chutos yoga mats right you
00:05:38 00:05:42 know fitness gear whatever it might be
00:05:40 00:05:44 right it's always important to focus on
00:05:42 00:05:45 showing your customers that people are
00:05:44 00:05:46 getting results that's how people
00:05:45 00:05:48 you know they envision themselves using
00:05:46 00:05:50 that achieving that result as well
00:05:48 00:05:51 okay so coming down here a little bit
00:05:50 00:05:52 more again i don't think you just filled
00:05:51 00:05:53 this out yet but that's what i would
00:05:52 00:05:55 recommend there
00:05:53 00:05:56 um you just have like a little uh
00:05:55 00:05:58 subscribe to newsletter these kind of
00:05:56 00:05:59 things i don't think really work again
00:05:58 00:06:01 that's why we use a sales funnel
00:05:59 00:06:03 we can bring people in get their email
00:06:01 00:06:05 address right away or in phone number
00:06:03 00:06:07 and uh you know be able to to grow your
00:06:05 00:06:09 email list and assets for your business
00:06:07 00:06:10 that way that's the way you should be
00:06:09 00:06:12 doing it but again you know these things
00:06:10 00:06:15 are worth having i guess so let's go

00:06:23 00:06:26 look like these are branded so i don't
00:06:25 00:06:28 know if you're necessarily dropping
00:06:26 00:06:29 drop shipping these or you're actually
00:06:28 00:06:31 branding them or not
00:06:29 00:06:33 um these kind of look more like a look
00:06:31 00:06:34 from like if you're dropping shipping
00:06:33 00:06:36 these to me but if you're
00:06:34 00:06:38 if you're not i would definitely have
00:06:36 00:06:39 these with your with your with your logo
00:06:38 00:06:41 on them as well
00:06:39 00:06:43 right let's go back and take a look and
00:06:41 00:06:44 again with these images i can't stress
00:06:43 00:06:46 this enough right like
00:06:44 00:06:48 this is a i i think this is an issue
00:06:46 00:06:49 where i see a lot of people
00:06:48 00:06:51 having that open up shopify store guys
00:06:49 00:06:53 and let me know in the comments if you

00:07:06 00:07:10 bunch of apparel in here
00:07:08 00:07:11 but like you have to realize that in
00:07:10 00:07:12 this game right
00:07:11 00:07:14 often times i think a lot of shopify
00:07:12 00:07:16 drop shippers make this mistake because
00:07:14 00:07:18 they go into it and think that oh i'm
00:07:16 00:07:20 busy i'm putting in products into my
00:07:18 00:07:20 store i must be getting so much done
00:07:20 00:07:22 today
00:07:20 00:07:24 that is not that can't be further from
00:07:22 00:07:26 the truth this is why you know
00:07:24 00:07:28 shopify sellers right that almost i
00:07:26 00:07:30 would say like ninety percent of your
00:07:28 00:07:31 shopify store fail if not more
00:07:30 00:07:32 right for this very reason because
00:07:31 00:07:34 you're focused on the things that don't
00:07:32 00:07:35 matter you focus on just throwing
00:07:34 00:07:37 you know adding more products to your
00:07:35 00:07:37 store adding more products this that and
00:07:37 00:07:39 the other
00:07:37 00:07:41 when that stuff does not matter as much
00:07:39 00:07:44 right what actually matters here
00:07:41 00:07:44 right is the copy the imagery the offers
00:07:44 00:07:46 right
00:07:44 00:07:48 and focusing on that right the
00:07:46 00:07:50 credibility right the logic the emotion
00:07:48 00:07:51 right all those things that that
00:07:50 00:07:52 actually matter that are gonna drive
00:07:51 00:07:54 conversions
00:07:52 00:07:55 right if i'm coming here right now if i
00:07:54 00:07:56 come to this yoga block right and i'm
00:07:55 00:07:58 gonna ask you guys this question i wanna
00:07:56 00:07:59 hear in the comments i want to hear your
00:07:58 00:08:02 answer in the comments
00:07:59 00:08:04 why in the world should i buy these yoga
00:08:02 00:08:05 blocks from you right now
00:08:04 00:08:07 all right why should i buy these yoga
00:08:05 00:08:08 blocks from you right now as opposed to
00:08:07 00:08:09 just going to amazon
00:08:08 00:08:11 going to one of your competitors of the
00:08:09 00:08:12 thousands of people that sell yoga
00:08:11 00:08:14 blocks out there and if you can't answer
00:08:12 00:08:16 that question
00:08:14 00:08:17 i'm sorry but there's you don't have a
00:08:16 00:08:19 chance you don't stand a chance because
00:08:17 00:08:20 we're all competing against amazon guys
00:08:19 00:08:21 and all of our businesses that's who
00:08:20 00:08:22 we're competing at so we're competing
00:08:21 00:08:24 it's convenience
00:08:22 00:08:26 right as opposed to in dropshipping
00:08:24 00:08:28 where you have to compete on value right
00:08:26 00:08:30 you have to offer more value
00:08:28 00:08:31 to your customer right and give them the
00:08:30 00:08:32 reason to buy from you this is why
00:08:31 00:08:33 people think oh
00:08:32 00:08:35 i have a bunch of products on my store
00:08:33 00:08:36 i'm driving traffic but i'm not making
00:08:35 00:08:37 sales because you have no
00:08:36 00:08:38 differentiating factor
00:08:37 00:08:40 right and if you have no differentiating
00:08:38 00:08:40 factor they're going to just go to
00:08:40 00:08:43 amazon
00:08:40 00:08:44 right so i asking you this question why
00:08:43 00:08:45 should somebody think about it for you
00:08:44 00:08:46 maybe this isn't your store whatever
00:08:45 00:08:47 right like think about it for your
00:08:46 00:08:49 business
00:08:47 00:08:51 why should somebody buy your product
00:08:49 00:08:52 instead of going to amazon or one of
00:08:51 00:08:55 your competition
00:08:52 00:08:56 if your only thing is price they're not
00:08:55 00:08:58 gonna buy from you
00:08:56 00:08:59 right maybe you'll get some sales but
00:08:58 00:09:00 it's gonna be hard to scale right it
00:08:59 00:09:02 can't just be priced
00:09:00 00:09:03 right what other bundled offers can you
00:09:02 00:09:05 do right like what kind of
00:09:03 00:09:07 it's all the marketing guys right it's
00:09:05 00:09:09 all marketing you probably can go on
00:09:07 00:09:10 amazon or different sites that have yoga
00:09:09 00:09:12 blocks that cost hundred dollars
00:09:10 00:09:13 right versus this one that's only 15
00:09:12 00:09:15 bucks right
00:09:13 00:09:17 you're gonna attract two different it's
00:09:15 00:09:18 all marketing right the whole the
00:09:17 00:09:20 everything around us is all marketing i
00:09:18 00:09:20 can go down this huge rabbit hole with
00:09:20 00:09:21 this but
00:09:20 00:09:23 you know you know what i'm saying like
00:09:21 00:09:25 so to really create that differentiating
00:09:23 00:09:25 factor my personal favorite suggestion
00:09:25 00:09:27 is
00:09:25 00:09:29 they're buying yoga blocks right common
00:09:27 00:09:30 sense they're buying yoga blocks
00:09:29 00:09:32 all right so if somebody buys a yoga box
00:09:30 00:09:33 what are they going to need
00:09:32 00:09:35 with that or they're probably going to
00:09:33 00:09:36 need to know how to use a yoga block so
00:09:35 00:09:37 get some cheat sheets pdfs we'll leave
00:09:36 00:09:40 in the corners of this video
00:09:37 00:09:41 uh uh uh a a video that i put on the
00:09:40 00:09:42 channel showing you how to create

00:09:56 00:09:59 because they value what you have more
00:09:58 00:10:01 than the money in their pocket
00:09:59 00:10:04 right so your job as a business owner as
00:10:01 00:10:04 a as a ceo of your company is to make
00:10:04 00:10:06 sure
00:10:04 00:10:07 that they are actually going to use this
00:10:06 00:10:08 product and be successful with this
00:10:07 00:10:10 product
00:10:08 00:10:11 and you do that by offering digital
00:10:10 00:10:13 products and things like that that can
00:10:11 00:10:14 bundle in with this product helps them
00:10:13 00:10:16 get to that result and you can do these
00:10:14 00:10:17 digital products for any single notch

00:10:48 00:10:52 understand the marketing strategy with a
00:10:50 00:10:54 clothing i was actually just toking uh
00:10:52 00:10:55 with uh with a client about this
00:10:54 00:10:56 and uh you know everybody wants to go
00:10:55 00:10:58 out there and be like the next gym shark
00:10:56 00:10:59 or having you know
00:10:58 00:11:02 starting these clothing brands because
00:10:59 00:11:04 they think it's easy guys it's very very
00:11:02 00:11:05 difficult is it possible absolutely
00:11:04 00:11:07 anything is absolutely possible but if
00:11:05 00:11:09 you're going to go to the clothing route
00:11:07 00:11:10 for your brand only sell it to your
00:11:09 00:11:12 existing customers because they already
00:11:10 00:11:12 know you like you trust you they like
00:11:12 00:11:14 your brand
00:11:12 00:11:15 right so then they'll buy they're more
00:11:14 00:11:17 likely to buy your products
00:11:15 00:11:19 but if you're trying to sell clothing on
00:11:17 00:11:22 the front end very very difficult to do
00:11:19 00:11:23 right because again people aren't just
00:11:22 00:11:25 gonna buy they're gonna basically buy
00:11:23 00:11:26 your product if only if it's the
00:11:25 00:11:26 cheapest in the marketplace because it's
00:11:26 00:11:27 closed
00:11:26 00:11:29 a lot of people have a lot of brand
00:11:27 00:11:31 loyalty when it comes to like you know
00:11:29 00:11:32 leggings and shirts and things like that
00:11:31 00:11:33 like they're only gonna buy your logo

00:11:33 00:11:36 if they already know you like you trust
00:11:34 00:11:37 you and have gotten value from you so
00:11:36 00:11:38 what i recommend if you're just dead

00:11:40 00:11:43 you can't focus
00:11:41 00:11:45 on the like facebook ads you have to
00:11:43 00:11:46 really you can but again it's gonna be a

00:11:46 00:11:50 what you want to focus on is actually uh
00:11:48 00:11:51 influencers right youtube influencers
00:11:50 00:11:53 instagram wherever you can find
00:11:51 00:11:53 influencers every single social media
00:11:53 00:11:54 platform
00:11:53 00:11:56 and send out your close to them
00:11:54 00:11:57 completely for free it's a longer term
