00:01:32 00:01:36 to suffer right your business could be
00:01:34 00:01:38 shut down your businesses your special
00:01:36 00:01:40 your facebook ad calls it can go
00:01:38 00:01:42 drastikally higher than you expect okay
00:01:40 00:01:44 so this this kind of stemmed from
00:01:42 00:01:46 somebody that made this post that um
00:01:44 00:01:49 that I wanted to share they got a
00:01:46 00:01:51 customer feedback score from Facebook
00:01:49 00:01:53 warning them about hey the low customer
00:01:51 00:01:54 feedback score that they're actually
00:01:53 00:01:56 getting into their business and I've
00:01:54 00:01:58 been seeing this and the various Shopify
00:01:56 00:02:00 groups drop shipping groups ecommerce
00:01:58 00:02:02 groups of a lot of people having the
00:02:00 00:02:04 same issue so I want to share my
00:02:02 00:02:05 thoughts about these customers low
00:02:04 00:02:07 customer feedback scores how they're
00:02:05 00:02:09 actually impacting your Facebook Ads
00:02:07 00:02:11 your Facebook posts all your metrics
00:02:09 00:02:13 inside of your Facebook ads and also
00:02:11 00:02:17 more importantly how you can
00:02:13 00:02:19 raise your customer feedback score okay
00:02:17 00:02:20 now you're gonna be notified through
00:02:19 00:02:22 these notifications and a lot of these I
00:02:20 00:02:24 took directly from Facebook okay guys so
00:02:22 00:02:27 what Facebook is saying that is when
00:02:24 00:02:30 you're ranking your customer feedbacks
00:02:27 00:02:31 where falls below three right below
00:02:30 00:02:33 three they're gonna send you a
00:02:31 00:02:35 notification with an email right within
00:02:33 00:02:37 that email you're gonna find all the
00:02:35 00:02:38 information about your customer feet are
00:02:37 00:02:40 going to send you to a notification
00:02:38 00:02:43 center about all this stuff it's gonna
00:02:40 00:02:45 give you a dashboard apparently you can
00:02:43 00:02:46 change when these notifications get sent
00:02:45 00:02:48 out to your customers believe it or not
00:02:46 00:02:49 guys I've actually never even got these
00:02:48 00:02:52 notifications but I see all these other
00:02:49 00:02:55 drop shippers having this issue okay um
00:02:52 00:02:56 now it isn't everybody it really comes
00:02:55 00:02:57 down to those that actually and you're
00:02:56 00:02:59 gonna we're gonna go through soon the
00:02:57 00:03:00 videos but it really comes down to who
00:02:59 00:03:02 are the people that actually are here to
00:03:00 00:03:03 build a real business and who are the
00:03:02 00:03:05 ones that like you know shouldn't even
00:03:03 00:03:07 be in business at all right if you're
00:03:05 00:03:08 the one that isn't responding to
00:03:07 00:03:09 customer service requests it doesn't
00:03:08 00:03:10 care about your customers doesn't care
00:03:09 00:03:12 about the product right yeah you're
00:03:10 00:03:15 gonna fall below three pretty pretty
00:03:12 00:03:17 quickly okay now again you will get that
00:03:15 00:03:20 notification from Facebook when you fall
00:03:17 00:03:21 below three 3.0 scores so this is kind
00:03:20 00:03:23 of what it looks like right your
00:03:21 00:03:25 customer is actually gonna app be asked
00:03:23 00:03:28 by Facebook to give feedback on your
00:03:25 00:03:30 recent purchase from your store okay you
00:03:28 00:03:33 can see here is a little notification
00:03:30 00:03:34 that they'd be sending them out and also
00:03:33 00:03:36 this is the one I've seen more often
00:03:34 00:03:37 this is one I've actually been given
00:03:36 00:03:38 I've actually never gotten a
00:03:37 00:03:39 notification like this from Facebook for
00:03:38 00:03:43 a purchase but I have gotten this one
00:03:39 00:03:45 are you satisfied how satisfied are you
00:03:43 00:03:46 with this partikular business I have
00:03:45 00:03:48 seen that before and this is probably
00:03:46 00:03:50 the one that's very easy right Facebook
00:03:48 00:03:52 is making this so easy to give feedback
00:03:50 00:03:53 on your business so if you don't make
00:03:52 00:03:54 the change that we're gonna be toking
00:03:53 00:03:55 about in this video like your customer
00:03:54 00:03:57 if they're upset they're just gonna keep
00:03:55 00:03:59 hitting sad face sad face sad face right
00:03:57 00:04:01 and if they keep doing that your score
00:03:59 00:04:02 your customer feedbacks was gonna get
00:04:01 00:04:04 lower right and the reason for this
00:04:02 00:04:06 stuff guys it like this whole customer
00:04:04 00:04:07 feedback stuff is the given customers we
00:04:06 00:04:09 users on Facebook a better experience
00:04:07 00:04:11 right and really weed out those that
00:04:09 00:04:12 have a real business versus those that
00:04:11 00:04:14 actually want to build an e-commerce
00:04:12 00:04:15 Empire okay and unfortunately see a lot
00:04:14 00:04:17 of people in the drops in space that are
00:04:15 00:04:19 just trying to make a quick basically do
00:04:17 00:04:20 it as a get-rich-quick scheme and it's
00:04:19 00:04:22 never been that the goal is always
00:04:20 00:04:24 always always to go and brand your own
00:04:22 00:04:27 products and create a real business
00:04:24 00:04:27 that's sustainable okay now again you
00:04:27 00:04:29 could
00:04:27 00:04:31 see here here's kind of like to score
00:04:29 00:04:33 that you'll you'll get on your business
00:04:31 00:04:34 right here so obviously this this I just
00:04:33 00:04:36 grabbed these off all these screenshots
00:04:34 00:04:37 from Facebook but essentially this is
00:04:36 00:04:39 the email that they're going to send you
00:04:37 00:04:40 they're gonna send you to your customer
00:04:39 00:04:42 feedback dashboard where you can kind of
00:04:40 00:04:44 look at all of these this information
00:04:42 00:04:46 about what your customers are saying
00:04:44 00:04:48 about you they're gonna ask a variety of
00:04:46 00:04:49 different factors from your customers
00:04:48 00:04:51 are gonna ask how was the product
00:04:49 00:04:53 quality how fast did you get the product
00:04:51 00:04:55 how luckily are you to buy from these
00:04:53 00:04:57 from this merchants again right they
00:04:55 00:04:58 just want to see the overall quality of
00:04:57 00:05:00 your business are you legit and if
00:04:58 00:05:02 they're saying hey you're shipping suck
00:05:00 00:05:04 right the product was awful the customer
00:05:02 00:05:06 service is terrible and they're all in
00:05:04 00:05:08 it and it's bad just all across the
00:05:06 00:05:10 board my facebook is gonna keep asking
00:05:08 00:05:12 more and more people right right my my
00:05:10 00:05:14 theory about the customer feedback is
00:05:12 00:05:16 they're actually gonna ask more and more
00:05:14 00:05:18 people to verify that those lower
00:05:16 00:05:20 feedback scores are actually legit like
00:05:18 00:05:22 they'll keep going out and asking people
00:05:20 00:05:23 right so if they if they get somebody
00:05:22 00:05:25 that says Lowe and another person load
00:05:23 00:05:26 they're gonna ask more and more people
00:05:25 00:05:27 about your business because they want to
00:05:26 00:05:29 make sure hey is this actually a
00:05:27 00:05:31 business that sucks and literally nobody
00:05:29 00:05:32 is saying any good things or is it a
00:05:31 00:05:34 good business and most people are saying
00:05:32 00:05:37 nice things again this is a great thing
00:05:34 00:05:38 that really is really weeding out the
00:05:37 00:05:40 people that Chevrolet shouldn't be in
00:05:38 00:05:41 business to begin with okay so good
00:05:40 00:05:43 feedback right that means you're on
00:05:41 00:05:46 facebook's good side bad feedback
00:05:43 00:05:49 obviously means you're on facebook's bad
00:05:46 00:05:50 side right so your your your feedback
00:05:49 00:05:52 score believe it or not guys this is
00:05:50 00:05:54 going to impact so many things in your
00:05:52 00:05:56 business as far as Facebook ads are
00:05:54 00:05:58 concerned right your reach is circle
00:05:56 00:05:59 everything's ever get more expensive
00:05:58 00:06:02 your cost per purchase right your
00:05:59 00:06:04 engagement your reach you can go from
00:06:02 00:06:05 ads that you were profitable for you
00:06:04 00:06:06 right but then once your customer
00:06:05 00:06:08 feedback score drops under a certain
00:06:06 00:06:10 point your cost per purchase might go
00:06:08 00:06:12 drastikally higher right because now
00:06:10 00:06:14 Facebook is gonna be charging you more
00:06:12 00:06:15 to do that because they don't want to
00:06:14 00:06:16 serve your ads in front of their
00:06:15 00:06:18 customers right they want to serve ads
00:06:16 00:06:20 of those businesses that actually
00:06:18 00:06:22 provide quality products quality
00:06:20 00:06:24 customer service right to their
00:06:22 00:06:26 customers okay and this is going to be
00:06:24 00:06:28 on all fronts even posts that you make
00:06:26 00:06:29 on your business page can be impacted by
00:06:28 00:06:31 the reach and engagement the amount of
00:06:29 00:06:33 people that are going to be shown those
00:06:31 00:06:33 organic posts that you make on your
00:06:33 00:06:36 Facebook page
00:06:33 00:06:39 okay now you'll want your feedback score
00:06:36 00:06:41 at that - / - or higher that's from what
00:06:39 00:06:42 I've heard us from what I've seen is
00:06:41 00:06:44 if you're at least out-of-tune above it
00:06:42 00:06:46 shouldn't be a drastik impact but once
00:06:44 00:06:48 you fall under that - right that's where
00:06:46 00:06:49 things can get a little rough that's
00:06:48 00:06:51 what you really need to make some
00:06:49 00:06:54 business changes so Facebook ads aren't
00:06:51 00:06:54 completely unprofitable for you so how
00:06:54 00:06:56 can we do this right
00:06:54 00:06:58 let's tok about how do we increase that
00:06:56 00:07:00 increase that feedback score well guys
00:06:58 00:07:02 the number one is expectations versus
00:07:00 00:07:04 reality right some of you guys are
00:07:02 00:07:06 selling your customers like the world
00:07:04 00:07:08 right like expectations like on these on
00:07:06 00:07:09 these Easy's right $750 and the customer
00:07:08 00:07:11 gets them and then they're like these
00:07:09 00:07:12 slippers right
00:07:11 00:07:13 obviously you're ending a terrible
00:07:12 00:07:15 feedback score on something like that
00:07:13 00:07:17 right very important to make sure you
00:07:15 00:07:18 guys are ordering the product from your
00:07:17 00:07:21 customers I've been saying this forever
00:07:18 00:07:23 order the product from your suppliers
00:07:21 00:07:24 right verify quality they're our soap
00:07:23 00:07:26 especially if you're drop shipping from
00:07:24 00:07:28 Aliexpress like I know a lot of you guys
00:07:26 00:07:29 are there's gonna be good quality
00:07:28 00:07:31 products and there's gonna be bad
00:07:29 00:07:32 quality products all right so it's gonna
00:07:31 00:07:34 take a little bit of time yes it's gonna
00:07:32 00:07:35 take maybe a few weeks before you get
00:07:34 00:07:37 the products but guess what it's gonna
00:07:35 00:07:39 save you so many headaches from your
00:07:37 00:07:42 business if you just verify the quality
00:07:39 00:07:44 find good quality suppliers to work with
00:07:42 00:07:45 okay that's so important to do and a lot
00:07:44 00:07:46 of you aren't willing to do that again
00:07:45 00:07:48 you're a lot of you are in this for the
00:07:46 00:07:50 get-rich-quick scheme right where you're
00:07:48 00:07:51 not even ordering the product and you're
00:07:50 00:07:53 selling products on the internet right
00:07:51 00:07:55 to customers and then this is what this
00:07:53 00:07:57 is what's happening right this is what's
00:07:55 00:07:59 gonna that's gonna kill your feedback
00:07:57 00:08:00 score when your customer is now gonna be
00:07:59 00:08:02 asked by Facebook and you've sent them
00:08:00 00:08:03 like some really piece of junk right
00:08:02 00:08:05 that doesn't work they're gonna be like
00:08:03 00:08:07 well this sucks right
00:08:05 00:08:08 so always verify hey is that product
00:08:07 00:08:11 that you actually send your customers
00:08:08 00:08:13 good quality is it worth it would you
00:08:11 00:08:15 pay for it right that's the ultimate
00:08:13 00:08:17 question would you pay for would you be
00:08:15 00:08:19 happy with this product if you got it in
00:08:17 00:08:20 the mail okay and unfortunately a lot of
00:08:19 00:08:22 you you probably can't even answer our
00:08:20 00:08:24 questions you've never been open the
00:08:22 00:08:25 product for yourself right and that's
00:08:24 00:08:28 not how little business the business
00:08:25 00:08:29 operates that's not how any CEO like you
00:08:28 00:08:31 if you're running a drop shipping
00:08:29 00:08:33 business or an e-commerce business would
00:08:31 00:08:34 ever do it okay make sure you or that
00:08:33 00:08:37 product verified quality if it sucks
00:08:34 00:08:38 move on to the next supplier okay do
00:08:37 00:08:40 always the strategy has always been to
00:08:38 00:08:41 go to a brand okay
00:08:40 00:08:42 the reason I advocate drop shipping the
00:08:41 00:08:44 reason I tok a lot about drop shipping
00:08:42 00:08:47 on this channel is because it is a great
00:08:44 00:08:49 risk-free low-risk way for newbies to
00:08:47 00:08:51 get started to validate their ideas okay
00:08:49 00:08:52 that's always the goal right to validate
00:08:51 00:08:53 your ideas build up some cash flow and
00:08:52 00:08:54 not risk like ten twenty thousand
00:08:53 00:08:56 dollars like Amazon if
00:08:54 00:08:57 yay and then you're kind of you know
00:08:56 00:08:59 don't know how to sell anything right
00:08:57 00:09:01 so always with dropshipping find those
00:08:59 00:09:03 winners on Aliexpress Amazon however
00:09:01 00:09:04 your drop shipping you know whatever all
00:09:03 00:09:07 the other places you can drop ship from
00:09:04 00:09:09 find those winners quickly and start
00:09:07 00:09:10 sourcing and branding your own products

00:09:53 00:09:59 have real loyal customers okay now other
00:09:57 00:10:00 ways is to work on your shipping times
00:09:59 00:10:02 right this is something a lot of you are
00:10:00 00:10:04 gonna struggle with with our low
00:10:02 00:10:05 feedback score is most of the time it's
00:10:04 00:10:06 not gonna necessarily be product quality
00:10:05 00:10:08 it's gonna be like oh I never got my
00:10:06 00:10:10 order alright and if I got my order
00:10:08 00:10:12 where's my order right so what you want
00:10:10 00:10:13 to do is start looking at ways that you
00:10:12 00:10:15 can ship from the states again with
00:10:13 00:10:16 Aliexpress you could do the ships from
00:10:15 00:10:18 and you can filter it to the United
00:10:16 00:10:19 States you're gonna have your margins
00:10:18 00:10:22 gonna be hit here a little bit you can
00:10:19 00:10:23 also go to Amazon and see if you can
00:10:22 00:10:25 drop ship from there to start finding
00:10:23 00:10:26 those quick winners okay
00:10:25 00:10:28 all those things that you can do to
00:10:26 00:10:29 combat that look higher margin now that
00:10:28 00:10:31 you're gonna be paying is increase the
00:10:29 00:10:33 value right increase the value that
00:10:31 00:10:35 you're giving to your customer right a
00:10:33 00:10:37 lot of you can't a lot of you are in a
00:10:35 00:10:38 race to the bottom all the time and to
00:10:37 00:10:40 me it's like why why are you making it
00:10:38 00:10:42 so difficult for yourself right charge
00:10:40 00:10:43 more for the same product but just add
00:10:42 00:10:45 more value to it add some information
00:10:43 00:10:46 product out of course that's I had a
00:10:45 00:10:48 membership or a little mastermind
00:10:46 00:10:50 community right to your to your fishing
00:10:48 00:10:51 lure or whatever right that is going to
00:10:50 00:10:53 increase the perceived value so
00:10:51 00:10:55 customers are more likely to pay more
00:10:53 00:10:57 for it because there's more value right
00:10:55 00:10:58 there's a two ways that you can you can
00:10:57 00:10:59 now you can compete right you can
00:10:58 00:11:01 compete on price and you're all just
00:10:59 00:11:03 racing to the bottom and lowering your
00:11:01 00:11:04 margins or you can just add more value
00:11:03 00:11:07 to your customer and charge more okay
00:11:04 00:11:07 now again you won't always try and find
00:11:07 00:11:10 where can you get the
00:11:07 00:11:12 the the best shipping hopefully from the
00:11:10 00:11:14 country that that uh that the closest
00:11:12 00:11:16 country to to wherever your your selling
00:11:14 00:11:17 stuff to okay but again you want to
00:11:16 00:11:20 focus on the brand so you can move into
00:11:17 00:11:23 this fulfillment centers now other ways
00:11:20 00:11:26 these customer service right some of you
00:11:23 00:11:27 like don't even answer your emails right
00:11:26 00:11:29 like you have this business and then a
00:11:27 00:11:31 customer asks about their order and then
00:11:29 00:11:33 you don't ever reply to them right like
00:11:31 00:11:35 think of that happen to you that's awful
00:11:33 00:11:36 so what I recommend you guys do from day
00:11:35 00:11:38 one this is something I tell my academy
00:11:36 00:11:40 students from the literally day one you
00:11:38 00:11:42 take an order you should have a VA right

00:12:16 00:12:19 Aliexpress and overseas is because
00:12:18 00:12:21 you're not being forthright with your
00:12:19 00:12:23 customers not letting them know what the
00:12:21 00:12:24 situation is right when they send you an
00:12:23 00:12:26 email saying hey where's my order just
00:12:24 00:12:28 be upfront with them right tell them hey
00:12:26 00:12:29 it takes a while to ship from our
00:12:28 00:12:30 manufacturers right let them know those
00:12:29 00:12:31 of you that are watching they're inside
