DISCO DOOYA PIZZA 🍕 I don’t know if you’ve seen recently but I’ve launched my first product with Delli and it’s a vegan ‘Nduja called Disco dooya! I’ve created this incredible pizza with it with my new amazing Ooni pizza oven! It’s so bloody good! If you want to get your hands on some Disco Dooya you can download the @DELLI app and search for my name. Or follow this link: https://delli.app.link/P_IQOB73GEGuZ4EfasiNKQ/nomeatdisco/r8GelQbF6EGP4fif7Cdcbg Ingredients For the dough: 1 1/2 cups warm water 2 packets (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast 2 teaspoons granulated sugar 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil , plus more for bowl and drizzling 1 teaspoon salt 4 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled), plus more for work surface Toppings: 4 spoonfuls of Disco Dooya Vegan Nduja Tomato pulp/pizza sauce 1 clove garlic Red onions Tomatoes Vegan cheese Fresh basil Method: 1. Pour the water into a large bowl; sprinkle with yeast and let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes. Whisk in the sugar, oil, and salt. Add flour and stir until a sticky dough forms. 2. Lightly brush another large bowl with a little olive oil. Place dough inside and drizzle a little oil over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm, draft-free place until dough has doubled in size, about 1 hour. 3. Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and gently knead 1 or 2 times, forming into a round. Let rest for about 10 more minutes. 4.Use or store as is for 1 large pizza, or divide into 4 equal portions for individual pizzas. 5. Spoon on the tomato pulp onto the dough, top with four dollops of the disco dooya, then some vegan cheese, the red onion and tomatoes. 6. Add it to the oven at 200C or a pizza oven and cook for 10 mins until slightly charred and the cheese is melted. Top with fresh basil and enjoy! #nduja #vegan #pizza #italianfood #veganfood #pizza #veganpizza #meat #veganmeat #veganitalian #veganitalianfood | DISCO DOOYA PIZZA 🍕 I don’t know if you’ve seen recently but I’ve launched my first product with Delli and it’s a vegan ‘Nduja called Disco dooya!
